一种显示基板以及显示装置。该显示基板(10)包括衬底基板(200)、衬底基板(200)上设置的整体上沿第一方向(D1)延伸的第一信号线(210)和整体上沿与第一方向(D1)相交的第二方向(D2)延伸的第二信号线(Data)和子像素;第一信号线(210)传输第一扫描信号(Ga1),第二信号线(Data)传输数据信号(Vd);子像素包括像素电路(101),像素电路(101)包括:发光器件(121)、驱动晶体管(T1)和数据写入晶体管(T2);数据写入晶体管(T2)配置为在第一扫描信号(Ga1)的控制下将数据信号(Vd)传输至驱动晶体管(T1);驱动晶体管(T1)配置为根据数据信号(Vd)控制流经发光器件(121)的驱动电流的大小,驱动晶体管(T1)包括有源图案(T1a)和栅极(T1g),有源图案(T1a)包括沟道区(C1),沟道区(C1)在衬底基板上的正投影与栅极(T1g)在衬底基板上的正投影的至少部分重叠;驱动晶体管(T1)的沟道区(C1)的平面形状为整体上沿第二方向(D2)延伸的条形;发光器件(121)配置为接收驱动电流且被驱动电流驱动以发光。
