Abstract

本申请提供一种锰酸锂正极活性材料,其包括锰酸锂基体和作为“屏障层”和“功能层”的包覆层。包覆层不仅能够“屏障”锰酸锂基体已产生的过渡金属离子直接“跑”到电解液中,更能够“屏障”电解液中的氢氟酸与锰酸锂基材直接接触,进而防止锰酸锂基体溶出更多过渡金属锰离子;作为“功能层”,包覆层内部含有各种有效成分(铝、钙和/或镁的含氧酸盐、有机粘结质、草酸盐和/或硅酸盐),这些成分能够通过化学反应或吸附效应减少电池内部已经存在的过渡金属锰离子,从而减缓过渡金属锰的产生及其对SEI膜(固态电解质界面膜)的催化分解,从而改善电池的循环容量保持率。
