Abstract
本发明公开了一种化油器清洗剂及其制备方法,其特征在于主要成分包括主溶剂、助溶剂、硬化防锈剂、润滑剂、雾化促进剂、积碳去除剂、抗爆剂、抛射剂。本发明的优点是:1.使用环保溶剂,对环境友好;2.良好的防锈性能,使化油器光洁如新;3.优异的润滑性能,使化油器减少磨损,延长使用寿命;4.提高雾化效果,节能减排。

技术领域
本发明属于清洗剂领域,具体涉及一种化油器清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车护理用品行业兴起于二十世纪八十年代,那时的中国汽车工业刚刚起步,汽车养护存在市场消费盲点,以福建、广东为代表的"海派"智慧型人才纷纷投资兴业,汽车护理用品开始慢慢形成区域性消费市场并迅速渗透至全国,至今已形成一种产业规模,我们称之为"汽车售后服务业的边缘产业"。其涵盖范围很广,包括汽车车身与配件清洁、汽车零部件清洗养护、汽车外表修复等普通汽车养护用品。
化油器清洗剂产品,是汽车养护用品中销售量和市场份额最大的一类产品,该产品主要用于各种工件、化油器、发动机内的无定形类积炭、石墨类积炭的清洗,也可用于各种催化剂上无定形类积炭、石墨类积炭的清洗。
专利201610436203.4公开一种化油器清洗剂,使用甲苯、二氯甲烷、乙醇、乙二醇乙醚、丙二醇甲醚、聚异丁烯基苯酚、聚异丁烯丁二亚酰胺、异丙苯、缓蚀剂、抛射剂等制得,该发明提供了一种化油器清洗剂,其清洗效果好、清洗效果稳定、去污能力强、压力大且价格便宜;专利201811343579.6公开一种化油器清洗剂,使用甲苯、二氯甲烷、二甲苯、甲醇、苯甲酸钠、乙二醇乙醚、聚醚胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、助洗剂、油酸、柠檬香精、水等制得,该发明提供了一种化油器清洗剂,其成本低廉、清洁效果好、使用方便,各组分配比合理,能够对车辆化油器中积碳进行有效清理,保证汽车发化油器的正常工作,不含强酸或者强酸溶剂,避免了对机动车发动机各零件的损伤,而加入的助洗剂、乙二醇乙醚和聚醚胺,可辅助溶解,提高去污性能,增强清洗能力。
但以上专利均未提及防锈、润滑、提高化油器雾化效果等,因此,开发一种防锈、润滑、提高化油器雾化效果的化油器清洗剂剂具有很强的现实性和必要性;可解决市场的迫切需求。
发明内容
为实现本发明的目的,采用的技术方案如下:
主溶剂 40~51份
助溶剂 10~14份
硬化防锈剂 2~4份
润滑剂 2~4份
雾化促进剂 3~5份
积碳去除剂 2~3份
抗爆剂 1~3份
抛射剂 30~36份。
所述的主溶剂为γ-丁内酯、碳酸二甲酯的混合物,按重量份配比,γ-丁内酯:碳酸二甲酯=16~20:24~31;γ-丁内酯、碳酸二甲酯的沸点为204℃、90℃,两者相互配合,制得环保、清洗力强、挥发速度适中的清洗剂。
所述的助溶剂为异己二醇、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的混合物,按重量份配比,异己二醇:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺=8~10:2~4;异己二醇、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的沸点分别为:197℃、153℃,两者结合,可提高溶解、清洗积碳与油污的能力。
所述的硬化防锈剂为咪唑啉、环烷酸锌中的至少一种与防锈蜡的混合物,按重量份配比为咪唑啉:环烷酸锌:防锈蜡=0.5~1.5:0.5~1.5:1;咪唑啉具有防腐、无毒、杀菌、消毒的性能;环烷酸锌是一种琥珀色粘稠碱性液体,用做防腐剂;咪唑啉、环烷酸锌与防锈蜡的混合物,组成硬化防锈剂,可附着于金属表面形成一层防护膜,起到优异的防锈性能。
所述的润滑剂为纳米二硫化钼、纳米锡粉中的至少一种与硅蜡的混合物,按重量份配比为纳米二硫化钼:纳米锡粉:硅蜡=0.5~1.5:0.5~1.5:1;纳米二硫化钼、纳米二硫化钼由于粒子尺寸小,比表面大,填平能力强,用于作润滑剂、润滑脂的减摩剂、抗磨剂和极压剂;纳米锡粉对设备有优异的润滑性,提高润滑和降低摩擦;硅蜡具有优异的润滑性;纳米二硫化钼、纳米二硫化钼、硅蜡协同作用,润滑性能优异。
所述的雾化促进剂为毕克化学BYK-310、BYK-313、BYK-330中的至少一种;BYK-310、BYK-313、BYK-330用于油性体系,降低表面张力,优化雾化效果。
所述的积碳去除剂为聚醚胺、聚异丁烯胺的混合物,按重量份配比为聚醚胺:聚异丁烯胺=1~2:1;聚异丁烯胺是清除积炭的作用,聚醚胺是携带剂,能把聚异丁烯胺带到更远,从而起到很好的清除积碳的作用。
所述的抗爆剂为甲基叔丁基醚、乙基叔丁基醚、甲基叔戊基醚中的至少一种,添加抗爆剂,提高辛烷值,降低油耗,提高系统安全性。
所述的抛射剂为HFC-245fa、HFC-365mfc、CO2中的至少一种。
所述的一种化油器清洗剂的制备方法,按重量份配比,包括以下步骤:
S1.将主溶剂、助溶剂、硬化防锈剂、润滑剂、雾化促进剂、积碳去除剂、抗爆剂依次加入分散釜,搅匀,制得料液;
S2.将料液加入气雾罐,封口,充装抛射剂,即得成品。
本发明一种化油器清洗剂具有如下优点:
1.使用环保溶剂,对环境友好;
2.良好的防锈性能,使化油器光洁如新;
3.优异的润滑性能,使化油器减少磨损,延长使用寿命;
4.提高雾化效果,节能减排。
具体实施方式
以下实施例对本发明进行说明,但本发明并不受这些实施例所限制。对本发明的具体实施方式进行修改或者对部分技术特征进行等同替换,而不脱离本发明方案的精神,其均应涵盖在本发明请求保护的技术方案范围当中。
实施例1
按重量份配比,将0.5份咪唑啉、0.5份环烷酸锌、1份防锈蜡,混合搅匀,即可制得硬化防锈剂;将0.5份纳米二硫化钼、0.5份纳米锡粉、1份硅蜡,混合搅匀,即可制得润滑剂;然后依次将16份γ-丁内酯、24份碳酸二甲酯、8份异己二醇、2份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、2份硬化防锈剂、2份润滑剂、1.5份BYK-310、1.5份BYK-313、1份聚醚胺、1份聚异丁烯胺、0.5份甲基叔丁基醚、0.5份乙基叔丁基醚加入分散釜后,搅匀,即可制得料液;按一定比例将料液加入气雾罐,封口,再依次充入13份HFC-245fa、13份HFC-365mfc、4份CO2,即得成品。
实施例2
按重量份配比,将1份咪唑啉、1份环烷酸锌、1份防锈蜡,混合搅匀,即可制得硬化防锈剂;将1份纳米二硫化钼、1份纳米锡粉、1份硅蜡,混合搅匀,即可制得润滑剂;然后依次将18份γ-丁内酯、27.5份碳酸二甲酯、9份异己二醇、3份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、3份硬化防锈剂、3份润滑剂、2份BYK-310、2份BYK-330、1.5份聚醚胺、1份聚异丁烯胺、1份甲基叔丁基醚、1份甲基叔戊基醚加入分散釜后,搅匀,即可制得料液;按一定比例将料液加入气雾罐,封口,再依次充入14份HFC-245fa、14份HFC-365mfc、5份CO2,即得成品。
实施例3
按重量份配比,将1.5份咪唑啉、1.5份环烷酸锌、1份防锈蜡,混合搅匀,即可制得硬化防锈剂;将1.5份纳米二硫化钼、1.5份纳米锡粉、1份硅蜡,混合搅匀,即可制得润滑剂;然后依次将20份γ-丁内酯、31份碳酸二甲酯、10份异己二醇、4份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、4份硬化防锈剂、4份润滑剂、2.5份BYK-313、2.5份BYK-330、2份聚醚胺、1份聚异丁烯胺、1.5份乙基叔丁基醚、1.5份甲基叔戊基醚加入分散釜后,搅匀,即可制得料液;按一定比例将料液加入气雾罐,封口,再依次充入15份HFC-245fa、15份HFC-365mfc、6份CO2,即得成品。
比较例4
按重量份配比,将20份二氯甲烷、29份甲苯、14份甲醇、7份丙酮加入分散釜,搅匀,即可制得料液;按一定比例将料液加入气雾罐,封口,再充入30份LPG,即得成品。
实施例1~3、比较例4的化油器清洗剂的相关性能采用以下方法测试:
1.压力:按照标准GB/T 14449进行。
2.喷出率:按照标准GB/T 14449进行。
3.清洗力:
a.取规格160×100mm的金属薄片,处理干净后,干燥,称重质量m0;
b.将已制备好的油污,预热至30~35℃,搅匀后,均匀的涂在已处理的金属薄片上,(刮涂面积100×100mm2,涂油量0.3~0.6g)干燥、冷却后称重为m1,制得油污试片;
c.将油污试片垂直固定好,在距试片表面5cm处,用气雾清洗剂进行清洗25s,再将油污试片,干燥后称重m2;
d.计算清洗力X=(m1-m2)/(m1-m0)×100%。
4.防锈性能:盐雾试验法—将化油器清洗剂均匀的喷涂在准备好的规格相同的铁片上,置于调制好的盐雾试验箱内,观察并记录生锈时间。
5.润滑性能:按标准GB/T 3142进行。
6.雾化效果—表面张力测试:表面张力仪测试法。
检测结果如表1:
从上表的使用效果表明,本发明一种化油器清洗剂与比较例4相比,具备环保、清洗力好、防锈性能优异、润滑性能佳、雾化效果明显等优点。
Claims (10)
1.化油器清洗剂,其特征在于,配方按重量配比包括:
主溶剂 40~51份
助溶剂 10~14份
硬化防锈剂 2~4份
润滑剂 2~4份
雾化促进剂 3~5份
积碳去除剂 2~3份
抗爆剂 1~3份
抛射剂 30~36份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种化油器清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的主溶剂为γ-丁内酯、碳酸二甲酯的混合物,按重量份配比,γ-丁内酯:碳酸二甲酯=16~20:24~31。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种化油器清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的助溶剂为异己二醇、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的混合物,按重量份配比,异己二醇:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺=8~10:2~4。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种化油器清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的硬化防锈剂为咪唑啉、环烷酸锌中的至少一种与防锈蜡的混合物,按重量份配比为咪唑啉:环烷酸锌:防锈蜡=0.5~1.5:0.5~1.5:1。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种化油器清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的润滑剂为纳米二硫化钼、纳米锡粉中的至少一种与硅蜡的混合物,按重量份配比为纳米二硫化钼:纳米锡粉:硅蜡=0.5~1.5:0.5~1.5:1。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种化油器清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的雾化促进剂为毕克化学BYK-310、BYK-313、BYK-330中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种化油器清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的积碳去除剂为聚醚胺、聚异丁烯胺的混合物,按重量份配比为聚醚胺:聚异丁烯胺=1~2:1。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种化油器清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的抗爆剂为甲基叔丁基醚、乙基叔丁基醚、甲基叔戊基醚中的至少一种。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种化油器清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的抛射剂为HFC-245fa、HFC-365mfc、CO2中的至少一种。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种化油器清洗剂的制备方法,按重量份配比,包括以下步骤:
S1.将主溶剂、助溶剂、硬化防锈剂、润滑剂、雾化促进剂、积碳去除剂、抗爆剂依次加入分散釜,搅匀,制得料液;
S2.将料液加入气雾罐,封口,充装抛射剂,即得成品。
