Abstract
本发明公开了一种风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂及其制备方法,该清洗剂包括基础油和添加剂,所述添加剂由防腐防锈剂、表面活性剂、分散剂和清净剂组成,所述防腐防锈剂的重量占基础油重量的2~15%,所述表面活性剂的重量占基础油重量的2~10%,所述分散剂的重量占基础油重量的1~15%,所述清净剂的重量占基础油重量的1~12%;所述基础油为聚α‑烯烃合成油、聚酯类合成油中的一种或者二者以任意比混合的混合物。该清洗剂能高效、快速除去风电齿轮箱中附着的油泥,与齿轮箱中使用的密封材料相容性好,并解决了常规使用的低粘度清洗油存在的清洗不彻底、效率低、成本高及环境污染等问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化学清洗剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
风电齿轮油主要用于风力发电机组主增速齿轮箱中,作为润滑、散热的介质。风机在运行过程中,由于受外界温度、氧气、水分、金属催化及剪切力等作用影响,油品发生老化、添加剂分解消耗不可避免。油液老化会生成醛、酮、醇、羧酸、酯类老化产物,进一步缩合后会形成大分子老化产物如胶质、油泥等,附着在齿轮箱中,严重影响齿轮箱的散热与润滑,如果不及时处理会大大缩短齿轮箱的使用寿命。目前,风电齿轮箱中的油泥清洗,主要采用低粘度的清洗油进行齿轮箱的清洗,存在清洗效率不高,清洗不彻底等问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂,其能高效、快速除去风电齿轮箱中附着的油泥,与齿轮箱中使用的密封材料相容性好,并解决了常规使用的低粘度清洗油存在的清洗不彻底、效率低、成本高及环境污染等问题。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述清洗剂的制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂,包括基础油和添加剂,所述添加剂由防腐防锈剂、表面活性剂、分散剂和清净剂组成,所述防腐防锈剂的重量占基础油重量的2~15%,所述表面活性剂的重量占基础油重量的2~10%,所述分散剂的重量占基础油重量的1~15%,所述清净剂的重量占基础油重量的1~12%;所述基础油为聚α-烯烃合成油、聚酯类合成油中的一种或者二者以任意比混合的混合物。
所述防腐防锈剂为噻二唑衍生物、2-甲基-2-噻唑啉、二甲基苯并三氮唑、多元醇胺和十二烯基丁二酸中的一种或者多种以任意比混合的混合物。
所述表面活性剂为十二烷基磺酸钠、多元醇聚氧丙烯醚、聚甲基丙烯酸衍生物、烷基苯磺酸中的一种或者多种以任意比混合的混合物。
所述分散剂为3-氨基丙烷磺酸盐、2-丙烯酸钠均聚物、双丁二酰亚胺中的一种或者两种以任意比混合的混合物。
所述清净剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺中的一种或者两种以任意比混合的混合物。
本发明提供的风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂制备方法如下:将表面活性剂、分散剂和清净剂按照比例加入装有搅拌装置的调和斧中,加热至30±5℃,搅拌不少于30min,然后按照本发明中的比例将待清洗齿轮箱中齿轮油运动粘度50%粘度的基础油加入的调和斧中,继续搅拌不少于30min后,加入本发明比例的防腐防锈剂,升温至50±5℃,继续搅拌1小时后,得到风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂。
和现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
本发明具有合成方法简便、易于操作、成本费用低,特别适合于规模化生产,适用于风电齿轮箱以及类似的工业闭式齿轮箱中油泥的清洗工作;该齿轮箱油泥清洗剂中表面活性剂、分散剂和清净剂通过协同作用,能将齿轮箱中的油泥分解成小颗粒,分散在清洗剂本体中,防腐防锈剂能保护齿轮箱金属表面免受活性有机物官能团的侵蚀。该齿轮箱油泥清洗剂能高效、快速去除附着在齿轮箱金属表面的油泥,避免更换新油后的油质污染,从而提高了风电机组运行的安全性和经济性。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例来对发明做进一步的描述。
实施例1
以制备100g风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂为例,将表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠1g、多元醇聚氧丙烯醚5g、分散剂3-氨基丙烷磺酸盐5g和清净剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠8g,加入装有搅拌装置的调和斧中,加热至35℃,搅拌30min,然后加入多元醇酯基础油75g加入的调和斧中,继续搅拌30min后,加入防腐防锈剂噻二唑衍生物2g、2-甲基-2-噻唑啉4g,升温至50℃,继续搅拌1小时后,得到风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂。
实施例2
以制备100g风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂为例,将表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠3g、聚甲基丙烯酸衍生物1g,分散剂3-氨基丙烷磺酸盐9g、2-丙烯酸钠均聚物1g,以及清净剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠3g、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺2g,加入装有搅拌装置的调和斧中,加热至33℃,搅拌40min,然后加入150#聚α-烯烃合成油21g、多元醇酯基础油50g加入的调和斧中,继续搅拌40min后,加入防腐防锈剂噻二唑衍生物3g、十二烯基丁二酸7g,升温至55℃,继续搅拌1小时后,得到风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂。
实施例3
以制备100g风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂为例,将表面活性剂烷基苯磺酸1g、多元醇聚氧丙烯醚5g,分散剂3-氨基丙烷磺酸盐2g、双丁二酰亚胺6g,以及清净剂聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺6g,加入装有搅拌装置的调和斧中,加热至32℃,搅拌45min,然后加入150#聚α-烯烃合成油29g、多元醇酯基础油43g加入的调和斧中,继续搅拌35min后,加入防腐防锈剂噻二唑衍生物2g、十二烯基丁二酸6g,升温至52℃,继续搅拌1小时后,得到风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂。
实施例4
以制备100g风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂为例,将表面活性剂聚甲基丙烯酸衍生物2g、十二烷基磺酸钠4g,分散剂2-丙烯酸钠均聚物3g、双丁二酰亚胺6g,以及清净剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠3g、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺4g,加入装有搅拌装置的调和斧中,加热至35℃,搅拌27min,然后加入150#聚α-烯烃合成油31g、多元醇酯基础油40g加入的调和斧中,继续搅拌30min后,加入防腐防锈剂多元醇胺1g、二甲基苯并三氮唑6g,升温至52℃,继续搅拌1小时后,得到风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂。

1.一种风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂,其特征在于:包括基础油和添加剂,所述添加剂由防腐防锈剂、表面活性剂、分散剂和清净剂组成,所述防腐防锈剂的重量占基础油重量的2~15%,所述表面活性剂的重量占基础油重量的2~10%,所述分散剂的重量占基础油重量的1~15%,所述清净剂的重量占基础油重量的1~12%;所述基础油为聚α-烯烃合成油、聚酯类合成油中的一种或者二者以任意比混合的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂,其特征在于:所述防腐防锈剂为噻二唑衍生物、2-甲基-2-噻唑啉、二甲基苯并三氮唑、多元醇胺和十二烯基丁二酸中的一种或者多种以任意比混合的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为十二烷基磺酸钠、多元醇聚氧丙烯醚、聚甲基丙烯酸衍生物、烷基苯磺酸中的一种或者多种以任意比混合的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为3-氨基丙烷磺酸盐、2-丙烯酸钠均聚物、双丁二酰亚胺中的一种或者两种以任意比混合的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂,其特征在于:所述清净剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺中的一种或者两种以任意比混合的混合物。
6.权利要求1至5任一项所述的风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将表面活性剂、分散剂和清净剂按照权利要求1所述比例加入装有搅拌装置的调和斧中,加热至30±5℃,搅拌不少于30min,然后按照权利要求1所述比例将待清洗齿轮箱中齿轮油运动粘度50%粘度的基础油加入的调和斧中,继续搅拌不少于30min后,按照权利要求1所述比例加入防腐防锈剂,升温至50±5℃,继续搅拌1小时后,得到风电齿轮箱油泥清洗剂。
