Abstract
本发明提供一种抗涂鸦充皮纸,其结构包括:纸基;粘合剂层;聚烯烃层。聚烯烃层中包含聚烯烃100份、聚有机硅氧烷0.1~10份、助交联剂0.01~5份。所述聚烯烃层通过辐照交联后,其交联度为10%~90%聚烯烃与聚有机硅氧烷经过辐射交联形成致密的网状结构,表面能低的有机硅结构赋予涂层抗涂鸦的性能,且由于交联化学键的作用,聚有机硅氧烷不容易迁移,获得均相、坚韧的表面,得到性能更好的具有抗涂鸦充皮纸。

技术领域
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗涂鸦的充皮纸。
背景技术
充皮纸是在纸基表面附着树脂层形成。因其具有柔韧性和皮质感,成为广泛应用的包装材料。
充皮纸根据材质区分可包括聚氯乙烯(PVC)充皮纸、聚氨酯(PU)充皮纸、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)充皮纸等。纸基表面的树脂的作用是装饰和保护纸基,减少污物在充皮纸表面存留或使充皮纸表面更易清洁,就需要涂层表面具有较低的表面张力,提高物体表面的自洁性,从而产生抗涂鸦的效果。
目前,抗涂鸦技术基于有机硅或氟碳等低表面能树脂或无机矿物粒子的抗涂鸦性能,取得了一定的使用效果。有机硅、氟树脂或者无机矿物粒子通过与其它树脂(如丙烯酸树脂)或助剂的物理溶液混合,得到基于有机溶剂的油溶性涂料产品。这种方法虽然简单实用、耗费低,但其各组分间仅有物理结合,缺少必要的化学键连接,难以得到均相、坚韧的涂膜,起抗涂鸦作用的有效成分亦容易游离迁移出膜,导致抗涂鸦性能随着时间的延长而明显下降,甚至完全失去抗涂鸦的性能。尽管有些抗涂鸦涂料试图解决这一问题,采取了将涂膜进行化学交联的处理方法,这一定程度上克服了有效成分的迁移,但涂料配方中的大量有机溶剂,在生产和使用过程中极易对周边环境造成较大伤害。
因此,寻找一种具有涂鸦性能的充皮纸,成为研究的重点。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种抗涂鸦充皮纸,其结构包括:纸基;粘合剂层;聚烯烃层。聚烯烃层中包含聚烯烃100份、聚有机硅氧烷0.1~10份、助交联剂0.01~5份。所述聚烯烃层通过辐照交联后,其交联度为10%~90%
本发明所使用的聚烯烃,在辐射交联过程中可形成具有反应活性的自由基,作为活性交联点,与聚有机硅氧烷中的活性基团进行交联反应,助交联剂增加了反应活性,形成交联密度更高的三维网状结构,聚有机硅氧烷材料与聚烯烃材料通过交联形成化学键连接,起抗涂鸦作用的有机硅成分因与聚合物主链产生了化学键连接,不容易迁移,获得均相、坚韧的表面,得到性能更好的具有抗涂鸦充皮纸。

在本发明的充皮纸中,纸基可以采用本领域已知的用于充皮纸的底基。纸基通常具有合适的强度和韧性,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需求进行选择。
在一些实施方案中,聚烯烃选自聚乙烯、乙烯与α-烯烃共聚物、聚丙烯、丙烯与α-烯烃共聚物中的一种或多种。
在一些实施方案中,聚有机聚硅氧烷分子量大于500,其侧链可以是烷基、环氧基、烯基、羟基、氨基或丙烯酸酯基团中的一种或几种。
在一些实施方案中,助交联剂选自二烯丙基胺、二烯丙基硫醚、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、三烯丙基三聚氰酸脂、三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、四羟甲基甲烷四丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。
在一些实施方案中,粘接层材质为EVA与增粘树脂的共混物,所述增粘树脂包括松香、松香衍生物、萜烯树脂、萜烯酚醛树脂、C5~C9石油树脂、二环戊二烯树脂中的一种或多种。
本发明还提供一种充皮纸的制备方法。根据该制备方法能制得以上所述的充皮纸。本发明的一个实施例提供的充皮纸的制备方法包括改性聚烯烃层制备、贴合、辐照交联步骤。
在聚烯烃层制备步骤,可以将聚烯烃层的各原料混合均匀后与粘接剂层经双层共挤流延到纸基的表面,形成改性聚烯烃层。改性聚烯烃层制备步骤可采用本领域已知的设备来执行,例如挤出机。挤出机可以采用T型平板模具。
在一些实施例中,粘接剂层与纸基进行加压或加热贴合,以使聚烯烃层与纸基实现牢固贴合。加压贴合的压力可以为0.1MPa~2.5MPa。
在一些实施例中,可以在纸基侧使用热辊。热辊的温度可以为80℃~200℃。通过对纸基预热,能够提高纸基与聚烯烃层之间的粘合力。
在交联步骤包括对聚烯烃层的聚烯烃进行交联。在一些实施例中,可以对充皮纸预制体进行辐射交联。由此使得聚烯烃层具有所需的交联度,即聚烯烃层为辐射交联的聚烯烃层。可采用α射线、β射线、γ射线、X射线、或中子射线来进行辐射交联。
在一些实施方案中,所述充皮纸要经过通过辐照交联,辐照后的交联度为10%~90%。

按表1中的配比进行实施例1-4和对比例1-3的实施:并对得到的充皮纸进行抗涂鸦性能测试,结果如表2,测试按以下方法如下:
抗涂鸦性测试方法:在20℃,50%湿度条件下,使用普通油性记号笔在皮革涂层上书写记号“#”,等记号干燥后,使用干燥的纯棉布对记号进行擦拭,按照擦拭后结果进行记录。
交联度:DIN EN ISO-10147。
从实施例的数据可以看出,本发明的聚氨酯涂层可使皮革产品获得较好的抗涂鸦性。

Claims (3)
1.一种抗涂鸦充皮纸,从下到上依次包括纸基层、粘合剂层、聚烯烃层;所述聚烯烃层由聚烯烃100份、反应型聚有机硅氧烷0.1~10份、助交联剂0.01~5份组成;所述聚烯烃层通过辐照交联后,其交联度为81%~90%;所述聚有机硅氧烷的侧链包括烷基、环氧基、烯基、羟基、氨基或丙烯酸酯基团中的一种或几种;
所述助交联剂选自二烯丙基胺、二烯丙基硫醚、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、三烯丙基三聚氰酸脂、三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、四羟甲基甲烷四丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种;
将所述聚烯烃层的各原料混合均匀后与所述粘合剂层经双层共挤流延到所述纸基层的表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗涂鸦充皮纸,其特征在于,所述聚烯烃材质选自聚乙烯、乙烯与α-烯烃共聚物、聚丙烯、丙烯与α-烯烃共聚物中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗涂鸦充皮纸,其特征在于,所述聚有机聚硅氧烷分子量大于500。
