背景技术
蚕丝和羊毛的混纺面料具有独特的优势,一般将蚕丝与羊毛进行混纺能弥补普通羊毛面料的不透气性的缺点,使蚕丝羊毛混纺衣服兼具蚕丝纤维和羊毛纤维的优点,能用于制作高档服装、家纺用品等。因为羊毛和蚕丝都是天然纤维,吸湿性好,透汽舒适,手感也会更柔软一点。将蚕丝与羊毛混纺还能够改善羊毛织物的光泽度,使得混纺面料能够具有更为优越的光泽感。
蚕丝和羊毛同属蛋白质纤维,但他们的化学组成和物理结构有着很大的差别。羊毛表面是鳞片层中间层是皮质层和髓质层,鳞片层是由类似鱼鳞状的薄片重叠覆盖包覆在毛干的外部,并且使羊毛纤维具有特殊的缩绒性和良好的染色性能。蚕丝是由蚕体内绢丝腺分泌出的丝液凝固而成,主要成分是丝素和丝胶,即含有酸性基团又含有碱性基团。由于蚕丝和羊毛的极性氨基酸含量、结晶度和取向度不同,同浴染色时吸收染料性能有很大的差别。因此,需要使用特殊的染色剂对蚕丝和羊毛的混纺面料进行染色才能够获得染色均匀的混纺面料。
中国专利CN201210530952.5公开了一种羊毛蚕丝织物的混纺染色方法,包括步骤为:以羊毛纤维纱线作为经纱,以蚕丝纤维纱线作为纬纱,经纱和纬纱交织成羊毛蚕丝混纺织物;往水浴锅中加入质量百分比为2-4%的醋酸、质量百分比为10-12%的硫酸和酸性间胺黄,将羊毛蚕丝混纺织物放入水浴锅中高温下染色,得到黄色羊毛蚕丝混纺织物。但是,该方法使用的染色剂容易造成混纺面料的染色不够均匀。

本发明的目的是提供一种丝羊毛印染用染料,该染料能够将丝羊毛织物均匀染色,并且采用天然植物染料为基础,安全无污染。

组分A:植物染料,润湿剂,脱乙酰基甲壳素,渗透剂,防泳移剂,pH调节剂,
其中植物染料包括玫瑰茄提取物、栀子提取物或蓼蓝提取物中的一种或多种混合物;
组分B:氨基改性聚硅氧烷,苯乙烯基苯酚,柔软剂。

组分A:植物染料5-10份,润湿剂25-35份,脱乙酰基甲壳素45-55份,渗透剂9-15份,防泳移剂5-9份,pH调节剂5-30份,
组分B:氨基改性聚硅氧烷25-35份,苯乙烯基苯酚10-15份,柔软剂4-9份。

本发明具有以下有益效果,
1、本发明所使用的植物染料,均为天然的植物提取物,安全无刺激,在染色过程中可以根据染色需要调整三种植物染料的比例以获得所需要的颜色。并且,本申请中的植物染料能够使得丝羊毛织物具有天然的色泽感,美观舒适。
2、本申请组分B中的氨基改性聚硅氧烷,苯乙烯基苯酚具有良好的固色效果,能够增加染料在织物上附着的牢固程度,从而改善植物染料色牢度不佳的缺点,提高染色效果,并且促进蚕丝和羊毛的匀染效果,达到染色均匀的目的。

组分A:植物染料5份,润湿剂35份,脱乙酰基甲壳素45份,渗透剂15份,防泳移剂5份,pH调节剂30份,
组分B:氨基改性聚硅氧烷25份,苯乙烯基苯酚15份,柔软剂4份。
润湿剂为月桂醇硫酸钠和二烷基丁二酸酯磺酸钠盐中的混合物;渗透剂为乙二醇单丁醚磷酸酯;防泳移剂为海藻酸钠和聚丙烯酸的混合物;pH调节剂为柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲液;柔软剂为脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺。
上述丝羊毛印染用染料的使用方法,包括:
(1)将所述组分A稀释后,加热至40℃,将丝羊毛织物浸入,浸泡染色150min;
(2)向组分A溶液中加入组分B,搅拌均匀,加热至60℃,保温60min,降至常温后将丝羊毛织物取出,清洗,烘干。
其中,步骤(1)中pH为4,染色浴比为1:60,染色过程中植物染料相对于丝羊毛使用量的质量百分数为10%;组分B的使用量浓度为40g/L。

组分B:氨基改性聚硅氧烷35份,苯乙烯基苯酚10份,柔软剂9份。
润湿剂为月桂醇硫酸钠和二烷基丁二酸酯磺酸钠盐的混合物;渗透剂为叔丁醇磷酸酯;防泳移剂为海藻酸钠;pH调节剂为柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲液;柔软剂为失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯。
上述丝羊毛印染用染料的使用方法,包括:
(1)将所述组分A稀释后,加热至50℃,将丝羊毛织物浸入,浸泡染色120min;
(2)向组分A溶液中加入组分B,搅拌均匀,加热至80℃,保温40min,降至常温后将丝羊毛织物取出,清洗,烘干。
其中,步骤(1)中pH为5,染色浴比为1:50,染色过程中植物染料相对于丝羊毛使用量的质量百分数为20%;组分B的使用量浓度为30g/L。
本实施例制备的丝羊毛织物,染色均匀并且色牢度较好,不易掉色。
实施例5
一种丝羊毛印染用染料,以重量份数计,包括:
组分A:植物染料7份,润湿剂30份,脱乙酰基甲壳素50份,渗透剂12份,防泳移剂7份,pH调节剂15份,
组分B:氨基改性聚硅氧烷30份,苯乙烯基苯酚12份,柔软剂7份。
润湿剂为α-烯烃磺酸盐;渗透剂为乙二醇单丁醚磷酸酯;防泳移剂为聚丙烯酸;pH调节剂为柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲液;柔软剂为脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺。
上述丝羊毛印染用染料的使用方法,包括:
(1)将所述组分A稀释后,加热至45℃,将丝羊毛织物浸入,浸泡染色130min;
(2)向组分A溶液中加入组分B,搅拌均匀,加热至70℃,保温50min,降至常温后将丝羊毛织物取出,清洗,烘干。
其中,步骤(1)中pH为5,染色浴比为1:55,染色过程中植物染料相对于丝羊毛使用量的质量百分数为15%;组分B的使用量浓度为35g/L。
本实施例制备的丝羊毛织物,染色均匀并且色牢度较好,不易掉色。

Claims (10)

1.一种丝羊毛印染用染料,其特征在于,包括:
组分A:植物染料,润湿剂,脱乙酰基甲壳素,渗透剂,防泳移剂,pH调节剂,
其中植物染料包括玫瑰茄提取物、栀子提取物或蓼蓝提取物中的一种或多种混合物;
组分B:氨基改性聚硅氧烷,苯乙烯基苯酚,柔软剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的丝羊毛印染用染料,其特征在于,以重量份数计,包括:
组分A:植物染料5-10份,润湿剂25-35份,脱乙酰基甲壳素45-55份,渗透剂9-15份,防泳移剂5-9份,pH调节剂5-30份,
组分B:氨基改性聚硅氧烷25-35份,苯乙烯基苯酚10-15份,柔软剂4-9份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的丝羊毛印染用染料,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为月桂醇硫酸钠、α-烯烃磺酸盐或二烷基丁二酸酯磺酸钠盐中的一种或多种混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的丝羊毛印染用染料,其特征在于:所述渗透剂为叔丁醇磷酸酯,乙二醇单丁醚磷酸酯或十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠中的一种或多种混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的丝羊毛印染用染料,其特征在于:所述防泳移剂为海藻酸钠、果胶或聚丙烯酸中的一种或多种混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的丝羊毛印染用染料,其特征在于:所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲液。
7.根据权利要求1所述的丝羊毛印染用染料,其特征在于:所述柔软剂为失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺或季铵盐类柔软剂中的一种或多种混合物。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的丝羊毛印染用染料的使用方法,其特征在于,包括:
(1)将所述组分A稀释后,加热至40-50℃,将丝羊毛织物浸入,浸泡染色120-150min;
(2)向组分A溶液中加入组分B,搅拌均匀,加热至60-80℃,保温40-60min,降至常温后将丝羊毛织物取出,清洗,烘干。
9.根据权利要求8所述的丝羊毛印染用染料的使用方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中pH为4-5,染色浴比为1:50-60,染色过程中植物染料相对于丝羊毛使用量的质量百分数为10-20%。
10.根据权利要求8所述的丝羊毛印染用染料的使用方法,其特征在于,所述组分B的使用量浓度为30-40g/L。
