背景技术
中国古代用于着色的材料可分为矿物颜料和植物染料,其中以后者为古代主要的染料。矿物颜料着色是通过粘和剂使之粘附于织物的表面,但颜色遇水即容易脱落。植物染料则不然,染制时,其色素分子是通过与织物纤维亲合而改变纤维的色彩,所着之色虽经日晒水洗,均不易脱落或很少脱落。古代常用的矿物植物染料实在多不胜数,古人根据不同的染料特性而创造的染色工艺计有:直接染、媒染、还原染、防染、套色染等。染料品种和工艺方法的多样性使古代印染行业的色谱十分丰富,古籍中见于记载的就有几百种,特别是在一种色调中明确地分出几十种近似色,这需要熟练地掌握各种染料的组合、配方及改变工艺条件方能达到。
近年来,随着服装材料的快速发展和人们对服装、纺织品要求的提高,相应的对染料的要求就越来越高,即要求染料有高的各项坚牢度,特别是水洗牢度尤甚。同时,该行业对染料制作的环保要求也越来越高,一直以来,染料制造行业都面临着污水处理压力,环保问题时有发生,生态环境的保护受到越来越大的威胁。这就使得科技含量高、环保节能型染料制造方法的出现成为迫切需要。
目前的现有技术中的染料研究方向已经转向染料之间、染料与助剂之间的复合增效上,从已有的染料应用上看,现有的染料组合应用上,重现性和配伍性方面,已经不能满足市场要求。

综上所述,因此需要一种更好的服装染料,来改善现有技术的不足。

本发明的目的是提供一种服装用环保染料及其制备方法,本发明制备的染料具有高表观深度、色牢度和强力保留率,且制备工艺简单易行,大幅度减少了能耗和材料浪费,且染料中不含甲醛、重金属等危害人体健康的物质,使用染料时也可以放心使用。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种服装用环保染料,包括以下重量份的原料:改性聚乙烯18-23份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯9-13份、石蜡7-12份、乙基纤维素20-25份、活性溶液7-11份、乙醇溶液4-8份、分散剂3-6份、天然植物色浆15-20份、水9-13份、冰醋酸7-10份、脱乙酰壳聚糖多糖8-14份、焦磷酸钠5-8份、固色剂3-5份、润湿剂3-6份、渗透剂4-7份和抗氧剂3-5份。

一种服装用环保染料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
a、将改性聚乙烯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、石蜡和乙基纤维素混合均匀,再兑入活性溶液,在60-65℃下,以200-220r/min的转速下搅拌反应25-28min,再加入乙醇溶液和分散剂,置于70-73℃的水浴加热下搅拌反应30-34min,得到混合物一;
b、将天然植物色浆兑水稀释,再置于进行加压、蒸馏、浓缩,得到浓缩液;
c、将混合物一、浓缩液置于磁力搅拌机中,在50-55℃下,以150-180r/min的转速搅拌反应15-20min,再加入冰醋酸、脱乙酰壳聚糖多糖和焦磷酸钠,升温至78-81℃,继续搅拌反应0.6-0.8h,得到混合物二;
d、将混合物二、固色剂、润湿剂、渗透剂和抗氧剂混合,导入反应釜中,在64-68℃搅拌均匀,经加压浓缩,即可得到成品。
优选的,所述步骤a的改性聚乙烯的制备方法为:将聚乙烯研磨粉碎,兑入去离子水,搅拌均匀,再加入稳定剂,置于反应釜中,在95℃下加热并搅拌反应37min,冷却至常温后,再进行还原清洗、干燥,即可得到改性聚乙烯。

本发明中的改性聚乙烯具有优异的粘结性能,可有效提高成品的粘接性,并且使其具有优异的耐候性。
本发明中的活性溶液所采用的主要原料为阳离子醚化淀粉,可以有效的提高溶液体系的乳化作用,并利用阳离子醚化淀粉对聚乙烯醇进行阳离子化处理,阳离子化的聚乙烯醇具有高的粘接性和均染性,有一定的缓染、防护效果,改善服装面料的染色效果,并且其有利于提高结合力、吸附强度,从而有利于制备出的染料染色效果持久稳固,具体可表现在皂洗牢度、摩擦牢度、汗渍牢度。
本发明中的分散剂为亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、木质素和双十二烷基二甲基溴化铵的配比,在该比例下,有利于提高原料的分散性,加快原料的混合效率。
本发明中的固色剂为二乙烯三胺、环氧氯丙烷和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的配比,可以使得制备出的染料的染色效果更加牢固、稳定,使得制备的染料对服装材料的力学损伤低、染色均匀牢固、色泽鲜亮持久,并且易于打理清洁。

一种服装用环保染料,包括以下重量份的原料:改性聚乙烯18份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯9份、石蜡12份、乙基纤维素20份、活性溶液11份、乙醇溶液8份、分散剂6份、天然植物色浆20份、水13份、冰醋酸7份、脱乙酰壳聚糖多糖8份、焦磷酸钠5份、固色剂3份、润湿剂6份、渗透剂7份和抗氧剂5份。

a、将改性聚乙烯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、石蜡和乙基纤维素混合均匀,再兑入活性溶液,在65℃下,以220r/min的转速下搅拌反应25min,再加入乙醇溶液和分散剂,置于73℃的水浴加热下搅拌反应30min,得到混合物一;
b、将天然植物色浆兑水稀释,再置于进行加压、蒸馏、浓缩,得到浓缩液;
c、将混合物一、浓缩液置于磁力搅拌机中,在55℃下,以180r/min的转速搅拌反应20min,再加入冰醋酸、脱乙酰壳聚糖多糖和焦磷酸钠,升温至81℃,继续搅拌反应0.8h,得到混合物二;
d、将混合物二、固色剂、润湿剂、渗透剂和抗氧剂混合,导入反应釜中,在68℃搅拌均匀,经加压浓缩,即可得到成品。

一种服装用环保染料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
a、将改性聚乙烯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、石蜡和乙基纤维素混合均匀,再兑入活性溶液,在65℃下,以220r/min的转速下搅拌反应28min,再加入乙醇溶液和分散剂,置于70℃的水浴加热下搅拌反应34min,得到混合物一;
b、将天然植物色浆兑水稀释,再置于进行加压、蒸馏、浓缩,得到浓缩液;
c、将混合物一、浓缩液置于磁力搅拌机中,在50℃下,以150r/min的转速搅拌反应15min,再加入冰醋酸、脱乙酰壳聚糖多糖和焦磷酸钠,升温至78℃,继续搅拌反应0.6h,得到混合物二;
d、将混合物二、固色剂、润湿剂、渗透剂和抗氧剂混合,导入反应釜中,在64℃搅拌均匀,经加压浓缩,即可得到成品。
步骤a的改性聚乙烯的制备方法为:将聚乙烯研磨粉碎,兑入去离子水,搅拌均匀,再加入稳定剂,置于反应釜中,在95℃下加热并搅拌反应37min,冷却至常温后,再进行还原清洗、干燥,即可得到改性聚乙烯。
步骤a的活性溶液的制备方法为:将阳离子醚化淀粉、聚乙烯醇和去离子水按质量比8:1:3混合,导入反应釜中加热至62℃,保温反应18min,再滴加质量分数为12%的氢氧化钠溶液,调节pH值为8,即可得到活性溶液。
步骤a的分散剂为亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、木质素和双十二烷基二甲基溴化铵按质量比4:5:2混合而成。
步骤d的固色剂为二乙烯三胺、环氧氯丙烷和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚按质量比2:1:4混合而成。
步骤d的润湿剂磺酸盐、脂肪酸、磷酸酯和聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚按质量比1:1:2:2混合而成。
步骤d的渗透剂为硫酸化蓖麻油和烷基磺酸钠按质量比5:1混合而成。
实施例3
一种服装用环保染料,包括以下重量份的原料:改性聚乙烯21份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯11份、石蜡9份、乙基纤维素24份、活性溶液8份、乙醇溶液7份、分散剂5份、天然植物色浆17份、水11份、冰醋酸8份、脱乙酰壳聚糖多糖13份、焦磷酸钠7份、固色剂3份、润湿剂5份、渗透剂6份和抗氧剂3份。
一种服装用环保染料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
a、将改性聚乙烯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、石蜡和乙基纤维素混合均匀,再兑入活性溶液,在65℃下,以220r/min的转速下搅拌反应25min,再加入乙醇溶液和分散剂,置于70℃的水浴加热下搅拌反应30min,得到混合物一;
b、将天然植物色浆兑水稀释,再置于进行加压、蒸馏、浓缩,得到浓缩液;
c、将混合物一、浓缩液置于磁力搅拌机中,在50℃下,以180r/min的转速搅拌反应15min,再加入冰醋酸、脱乙酰壳聚糖多糖和焦磷酸钠,升温至78℃,继续搅拌反应0.8h,得到混合物二;
d、将混合物二、固色剂、润湿剂、渗透剂和抗氧剂混合,导入反应釜中,在68℃搅拌均匀,经加压浓缩,即可得到成品。
步骤a的改性聚乙烯的制备方法为:将聚乙烯研磨粉碎,兑入去离子水,搅拌均匀,再加入稳定剂,置于反应釜中,在95℃下加热并搅拌反应37min,冷却至常温后,再进行还原清洗、干燥,即可得到改性聚乙烯。

检测以上实施例和对比例制备的成品,得到以下检测数据:

由表一所得的实验数据,可以得出,本发明的制备方法制备的成品的各项性能显著优异于现有技术中的普通产品,并且在本发明的实施例3中优选的制备方案,其得到的成品性能最为优异。

Claims (10)

1.一种服装用环保染料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:改性聚乙烯18-23份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯9-13份、石蜡7-12份、乙基纤维素20-25份、活性溶液7-11份、乙醇溶液4-8份、分散剂3-6份、天然植物色浆15-20份、水9-13份、冰醋酸7-10份、脱乙酰壳聚糖多糖8-14份、焦磷酸钠5-8份、固色剂3-5份、润湿剂3-6份、渗透剂4-7份和抗氧剂3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装用环保染料,其特征在于,所述环保染料包括以下重量份的原料:改性聚乙烯19-23份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯9-12份、石蜡7-11份、乙基纤维素23-25份、活性溶液7-10份、乙醇溶液6-8份、分散剂4-6份、天然植物色浆15-18份、水9-12份、冰醋酸7-9份、脱乙酰壳聚糖多糖9-14份、焦磷酸钠6-8份、固色剂3-4份、润湿剂4-6份、渗透剂5-7份和抗氧剂3-4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装用环保染料,其特征在于,所述环保染料包括以下重量份的原料:改性聚乙烯21份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯11份、石蜡9份、乙基纤维素24份、活性溶液8份、乙醇溶液7份、分散剂5份、天然植物色浆17份、水11份、冰醋酸8份、脱乙酰壳聚糖多糖13份、焦磷酸钠7份、固色剂3份、润湿剂5份、渗透剂6份和抗氧剂3份。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种服装用环保染料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
a、将改性聚乙烯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、石蜡和乙基纤维素混合均匀,再兑入活性溶液,在60-65℃下,以200-220r/min的转速下搅拌反应25-28min,再加入乙醇溶液和分散剂,置于70-73℃的水浴加热下搅拌反应30-34min,得到混合物一;
b、将天然植物色浆兑水稀释,再置于进行加压、蒸馏、浓缩,得到浓缩液;
c、将混合物一、浓缩液置于磁力搅拌机中,在50-55℃下,以150-180r/min的转速搅拌反应15-20min,再加入冰醋酸、脱乙酰壳聚糖多糖和焦磷酸钠,升温至78-81℃,继续搅拌反应0.6-0.8h,得到混合物二;
d、将混合物二、固色剂、润湿剂、渗透剂和抗氧剂混合,导入反应釜中,在64-68℃搅拌均匀,经加压浓缩,即可得到成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种服装用环保染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a的改性聚乙烯的制备方法为:将聚乙烯研磨粉碎,兑入去离子水,搅拌均匀,再加入稳定剂,置于反应釜中,在95℃下加热并搅拌反应37min,冷却至常温后,再进行还原清洗、干燥,即可得到改性聚乙烯。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种服装用环保染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a的活性溶液的制备方法为:将阳离子醚化淀粉、聚乙烯醇和去离子水按质量比8:1:3混合,导入反应釜中加热至62℃,保温反应18min,再滴加质量分数为12%的氢氧化钠溶液,调节pH值为8,即可得到活性溶液。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种服装用环保染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a的分散剂为亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、木质素和双十二烷基二甲基溴化铵按质量比4:5:2混合而成。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种服装用环保染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤d的固色剂为二乙烯三胺、环氧氯丙烷和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚按质量比2:1:4混合而成。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种服装用环保染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤d的润湿剂磺酸盐、脂肪酸、磷酸酯和聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚按质量比1:1:2:2混合而成。
10.根据权利要求4所述的一种服装用环保染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤d的渗透剂为硫酸化蓖麻油和烷基磺酸钠按质量比5:1混合而成。
