驱动构件
技术领域
本公开涉及一种驱动构件,所述驱动构件包括具有纵向轴线并且在致动端具有齿轮机构的电机、承载位移杆的支撑构件,所述位移杆可移动地安装在支撑构件上。
本公开还涉及一种车辆,所述车辆包括具有靠背的座椅,所述靠背能够经由这样的驱动构件调整。
背景技术
具有能够通过驱动构件调整的可枢转的后部座椅部分的机动车辆是已知的。驱动构件具有电机,电机在其输出轴处包括减速齿轮机构。齿轮机构经由位于输出转换机构的壳体中的蜗轮驱动螺纹心轴。心轴在座椅框架的方向延伸,同时电机驱动装置在靠背的平面中以其轴线横向于心轴地取向。
已知的驱动机构具有比较重的结构,以便吸收作用在其上的力。此外,驱动构件与座椅和与车辆的刚性连接需要小的公差,并且在调整座椅期间当驱动构件与座椅之间的角度改变时受到应力。此外,在发生事故的情况下,从靠背传递到驱动机构的力的方向可能导致驱动机构变形。
本公开的一个目的是提供一种减轻重量的驱动构件。进一步的目的是提供一种驱动构件,该驱动构件允许连接部件中更大的公差并且在这些部件的调整过程中保持其功能。再一个目的是提供一种用于调整车辆中的靠背的驱动构件,其在向后碰撞期间提供改进的安全性。
发明内容
根据本公开的驱动构件包括通过其致动端连接到支撑构件的电机、包括铰接构件的齿轮机构,该铰接构件允许位移杆绕着横向于纵向轴线取向的枢转轴线枢转,齿轮机构与位移杆接合,支撑构件通过能绕着横向于纵向轴线的轴线铰接的铰接连接部铰接地附接到固定支架。
电机和位移杆的铰接支撑以及通过齿轮机构允许的位移杆的枢转运动,确保该杆在运动方向上适当地对准,并确保实现有效的推拉运动。这导致驱动构件的重量减轻,其可能小于已知驱动构件的重量的一半。此外,根据本公开的驱动构件的自对准允许在附接到驱动构件的结构例如靠背和车辆框架中具有更大的公差。在调整被连接部件的位置期间,或者在驱动构件安装在车辆中的情况下发生碰撞期间,根据本公开的驱动构件保持与运动方向对准并在位移方向施加有效的推拉力。
位移杆可以沿着电机在纵向轴线的方向上延伸以提供紧凑的驱动构件。
驱动构件可以具有固定支架,固定支架包括具有中心开口的板状本体,在每个相对的边缘处,中心开口具有横向于本体平面的凸缘,凸缘承载支撑构件。
通过驱动构件在固定支架的开口中枢转来获得位移杆的适当对准,齿轮机构容纳在该开口中。
电机可以位于板状本体的第一侧处,位移杆经由开口延伸到本体的第二侧并且在该侧设置有可动接头。
电机和位移杆在固定支架的相应侧上延伸,其可以被安装成调整车辆中座椅的靠背,而无需位于靠背的平面中的多个部分。
在一个实施例中,位移杆在电机一侧包括自由端,该自由端不设置用于使杆与推力和拉力的方向适当对准的附接装置。
一种包括具有能够绕着下部枢转轴线枢转的靠背的座椅的车辆可以包括根据本公开的驱动构件,固定支架连接到车辆的框架部分并且位移杆附接到靠背的上部部分。该座椅可以是后部座椅。
驱动构件的重量减轻导致燃料消耗减少。电机和位移杆横向于座椅平面的放置确保没有部件与后部支撑表面相互作用。此外,位移杆与调整后的座椅位置的对准导致平稳操作,并且在来自后部的冲击期间,力从靠背适当地传递到车辆框架。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本公开的驱动构件1,驱动构件1包括具有纵向轴线3的电机2。电机2在其致动端5处连接到支撑构件6。齿轮机构被容纳在齿轮箱9中并且驱动可滑动地安装在支撑构件6中的位移杆7。支撑构件6连接到固定支架8,使得其能够绕着横向于纵向轴线3取向的轴线10枢转。
位移杆7在其外表面上包括带齿面,该带齿面与齿轮箱9中的齿轮机构啮合,用于使杆在其长度方向上位移。在其附接端上,杆7包括可动接头13。在杆7的自由端14处,没有设置连接构件。

Claims (8)

2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动构件(1),其中所述位移杆(7)在所述纵向轴线(3)的方向上沿着所述电机(2)延伸。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的驱动构件(1),所述齿轮机构(9)包括壳体,所述位移杆(7)经由圆形铰接构件(23、25)延伸穿过所述壳体,所述铰接构件(23、25)在所述纵向轴线(3)的方向上间隔开,所述位移杆(7)经由比所述位移杆(7)大以提供枢转空间的开口(23、24)穿过所述支撑构件(6)。

5.根据权利要求4所述的驱动构件(1),所述电机(2)位于所述固定支架(8)的所述板状本体的第一侧上,所述致动杆(7)穿过所述开口(11)延伸到所述板状本体的第二侧,并且在所述第二侧设有可动接头(13)。
6.根据权利要求2、3、4或5所述的驱动构件(1),所述位移杆(7)在所述电机(2)一侧包括未设有附接装置的自由端(14)。
