In the invention, the raw materials for preparing the skin care product with whitening and spot-lightening functions comprise 1-2% of film-forming agent, preferably 1.2-1.8%, and more preferably 1.4-1.6% by weight. In the present invention, the film-forming agent is preferably polydimethylsiloxane.
In the invention, the raw materials for preparing the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product comprise 0.1-0.5% of vitamin antioxidant, preferably 0.2-0.4%, and more preferably 0.2-0.3% by weight. In the present invention, the vitamin antioxidant is preferably tocopherol (vitamin E). In the invention, the vitamin antioxidant is easy to absorb, has good antioxidant performance and is suitable for various skin types.
In the invention, the raw materials for preparing the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product comprise, by weight, 0.1-0.25% of bisabolol, preferably 0.12-0.22%, and more preferably 0.15-0.2%. The bisabolol in the invention has good stability and skin compatibility, is easy to absorb, can protect and care allergic skin as an active ingredient, also has antibacterial activity, and can increase the penetrability of other raw materials in the whitening and speckle-lightening skin care product to the skin, thereby improving the skin care performance of other raw materials.
In the invention, the raw materials for preparing the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product comprise 0.02-0.15 wt% of hydroxyphenyl ester, preferably 0.05-0.12 wt%, and more preferably 0.05-0.1 wt%. In the present invention, the hydroxyphenyl ester preferably includes methyl hydroxyphenyl ester and propyl hydroxyphenyl ester; the mass ratio of methyl hydroxybenzoate to propyl hydroxybenzoate is preferably (1-15): (1 to 10), more preferably (2 to 8): (2 to 4), most preferably (4 to 6): (2-3). In the invention, the hydroxyphenyl ester can play a good role in sterilization and preservation when being added into the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product.
In the invention, the raw materials for preparing the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product comprise 2-10% of humectant, preferably 3-8%, and more preferably 4-6% by weight. In the present invention, the humectant preferably comprises propylene glycol and glyceryl polyether-26; the mass ratio of the propylene glycol to the glyceryl polyether-26 is preferably (1-5): (1 to 5), more preferably (2 to 4): (2-4), most preferably (2-3): (2-3). In the invention, the propylene glycol and the glyceryl polyether-26 are used in a matching way, so that the moisturizing effect is excellent.
In the invention, the raw materials for preparing the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product comprise 0.5-1% of snow lotus herb extract, preferably 0.6-0.9%, and more preferably 0.7-0.8% by weight. The source of the snow lotus herb extract is not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available snow lotus herb extract products known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the invention, the snow lotus herb extract contains flavonoid reed, amino acid, vitamin, sterol compound, biological enzyme, sugar and the like, has the effects of sun screening, anti-inflammation, tissue repair and superoxide free radical resistance, and has good effects of accelerating skin metabolism, whitening skin, removing freckles and delaying skin aging.
In the invention, the raw materials for preparing the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product comprise 0.5-1% of centella asiatica extract, preferably 0.6-0.9%, and more preferably 0.7-0.8% by weight. The source of the snow lotus herb extract is not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available snow lotus herb extracts known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the invention, the centella asiatica extract contains triterpenoid saponins, and can be combined with water in an occlusion layer to improve the barrier capability of the epidermis.
In the invention, the raw materials for preparing the whitening and spot-fading skin care product comprise 0.5 to 1 percent of chlorella extract, preferably 0.6 to 0.9 percent, and more preferably 0.7 to 0.8 percent by weight. The source of the snow lotus herb extract is not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available snow lotus herb extracts known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the present invention, the extract of the chlorella can enhance the metabolism of skin cells, and has anti-aging, antioxidant and moisturizing effects.
In the invention, the raw materials for preparing the whitening and spot-fading skin care product comprise 0.5-1% of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, preferably 0.6-0.9%, and more preferably 0.7-0.8% by weight. The source of the snow lotus herb extract is not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available snow lotus herb extracts known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the invention, the glycyrrhiza glabra root extract contains the glycyrrhiza glabra essence and the glycyrrhizadine, is compatible with other raw materials in the whitening and spot-fading skin care product, has good compatibility, and cannot generate antagonistic reaction; has strong antioxidant activity and whitening and speckle fading effects.
In the invention, the raw materials for preparing the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product comprise 0.5-1% of microbial fermentation product extract, preferably 0.6-0.9%, and more preferably 0.7-0.8% by weight. In the present invention, the microbial fermentation product extract includes a yeast fermentation product extract and/or a lactobacillus/soybean fermentation product extract. In the present invention, when the microbial fermentation product extract is a mixture of a yeast fermentation product extract and a lactobacillus/soybean fermentation product extract, the mass ratio of the two is not particularly limited in the present invention, and any ratio may be used. The microbial fermentation product extract adopted by the invention can inhibit the formation of melanin, and has good whitening and spot-lightening effects; can promote the activation of skin cells and delay the skin aging; the moisture retention is good; the cosmetic can harmonize alkaline skin, maintain the skin in the healthiest weak acid state, decompose grease, clean pores, and make the pores finer and the skin more compact, fine and smooth; can also alleviate the abnormal activity of skin, calm and soothe the red swelling and hot pain after being sunned, and is very suitable for people with sensitive skin.
In the invention, the raw materials for preparing the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product comprise 0.5-1% of amino acid, preferably 0.6-0.9%, and more preferably 0.7-0.8% by weight. In the present invention, the amino acid preferably includes acetylcysteine and/or alanine. In the present invention, when the amino acid is a mixture of acetylcysteine and alanine, the mass ratio of the acetylcysteine to the alanine in the amino acid is not particularly limited, and any ratio may be used. The acetylcysteine and/or the alanine adopted by the invention have the effects of moisturizing, conditioning the skin and resisting static electricity, and can strengthen the horny layer of the skin and improve the moisturizing and water locking capacity of the skin.
In the invention, the raw materials for preparing the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product comprise 0.5-1% of 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, preferably 0.6-0.9%, and more preferably 0.7-0.8% by weight. In the invention, the 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid can inhibit the generation of tyrosinase, thereby inhibiting the generation of melanin and having the effects of whitening and removing freckles; has good permeability and high stability, is easy to be absorbed by skin, and is suitable for various skin types.
In the invention, the raw materials for preparing the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product comprise 0.01 to 0.05 percent of sodium hyaluronate by weight, preferably 0.02 to 0.04 percent of sodium hyaluronate by weight, and more preferably 0.02 to 0.03 percent of sodium hyaluronate by weight. In the invention, the sodium hyaluronate is a natural biomolecule widely existing in skin and other tissues, can promote the proliferation and differentiation of epidermal cells, has the effect of scavenging oxygen free radicals, can promote the regeneration of skin at injured parts, has good skin injury repair and moisture retention effects, and has film forming property and stability.
In the invention, the raw materials for preparing the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product comprise 0.1-0.3% of preservative, preferably 0.15-0.25%, and more preferably 0.2-0.25% by weight. In the present invention, the preservative preferably comprises bis (hydroxymethyl) imidazolidinyl urea and/or iodopropynyl butylcarbamate. In the present invention, when the preservative is a mixture of bis (hydroxymethyl) imidazolidinyl urea and iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, the mass ratio of the bis (hydroxymethyl) imidazolidinyl urea to the iodopropynyl butylcarbamate is not particularly limited and may be any ratio; in the embodiment of the present invention, the mass ratio of the bis (hydroxymethyl) imidazolidinyl urea to the iodopropynyl alcohol butyl carbamate is preferably 40.
In the invention, the raw materials for preparing the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product comprise 0.001-0.01% of essence by weight, preferably 0.002-0.008% of essence by weight, more preferably 0.04-0.06% of essence by weight and most preferably 0.005% of essence by weight. The essence of the present invention is not particularly limited, and those known to those skilled in the art can be used.
In the invention, the raw materials for preparing the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product comprise the balance of water in parts by weight.

The invention provides a preparation method of a skin care product for whitening and lightening spots, which comprises the following steps:
firstly heating and mixing vegetable fat, an emulsifier, a film-forming agent, a vitamin antioxidant, bisabolol and hydroxyphenyl ester to obtain a component A;
heating and mixing humectant, herba Adonidis extract, herba Centellae extract, chlorella extract, glycyrrhrizae radix extract, microorganism fermentation product extract, amino acids, 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, sodium hyaluronate, hydroxyphenyl ester and water to obtain component B;
heating and mixing the component A and the component B for the third time, and emulsifying to obtain a component A-B;
and fourthly, heating and mixing the components A-B, the preservative and the essence to obtain the whitening and spot-fading skin care product.
The component A is obtained by first heating and mixing vegetable fat, an emulsifier, a film-forming agent, a vitamin antioxidant, bisabolol and hydroxyphenyl ester.
In the present invention, the first heating and mixing method is preferably stirring and mixing, and the speed of stirring and mixing is not particularly limited in the present invention, and the raw materials may be uniformly mixed. In the present invention, the temperature of the first heating and mixing is preferably 75 to 85 ℃, more preferably 80 to 85 ℃, and most preferably 82 to 83 ℃; the time for the first heating and mixing is preferably 10 to 20min, more preferably 12 to 18min, and most preferably 14 to 16min. The invention can fully dissolve and uniformly mix the raw materials by mixing under the conditions. In the present invention, the first heating and mixing is preferably performed in an oil pan, which is sterilized before use, preferably after hot water washing; the temperature of the hot water for washing is preferably 75-85 ℃, and more preferably 80-85 ℃; the sterilization mode is preferably 82-83 ℃.
The component B is obtained by heating and mixing humectant, snow lotus herb extract, centella extract, chlorella extract, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, microbial fermentation product extract, amino acid, 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, sodium hyaluronate, hydroxyphenyl ester and water for the second time.
In the present invention, the second heating and mixing method is preferably stirring and mixing, and the stirring and mixing speed is not particularly limited in the present invention, and the raw materials may be uniformly mixed. In the present invention, the temperature of the second heating and mixing is preferably 75 to 85 ℃, more preferably 80 to 85 ℃, and most preferably 82 to 83 ℃; the time for the second heating and mixing is preferably 10 to 20min, more preferably 12 to 18min, and most preferably 14 to 16min. The invention can make the raw materials fully dissolved in water by mixing under the conditions. In the present invention, the second heating and mixing is preferably performed in a water kettle, which is preferably sterilized after hot water washing before use; the temperature of the hot water for washing is preferably 75-80 ℃, and more preferably 80-85 ℃; the sterilization mode is preferably 82-83 ℃.
After the component A and the component B are obtained, the component A and the component B are heated, mixed and emulsified for the third time to obtain the component A-B.
In the present invention, the third heating and mixing method is preferably stirring and mixing, and the speed of stirring and mixing is not particularly limited in the present invention, and the raw materials may be uniformly mixed. In the present invention, the temperature of the third heating and mixing is preferably 75 to 85 ℃, more preferably 80 to 85 ℃, and most preferably 82 to 83 ℃; the time for the third heating and mixing is preferably 10 to 20min, more preferably 10 to 15min, and most preferably 15 to 18min. The invention can make the raw materials fully dissolved in water by mixing under the conditions. In the invention, the third heating and mixing is preferably carried out in the main pot, and specifically, the component A and the component B are pumped into the main pot for third mixing; the main pot is preferably disinfected after being washed by hot water before being used; the temperature of the hot water for washing is preferably 75-85 ℃, and more preferably 80-85 ℃; the sterilization mode is preferably 82-83 ℃.
In the present invention, the temperature of the emulsification is preferably 75 to 85 ℃, more preferably 80 to 85 ℃, and most preferably 82 to 83 ℃; the time for the emulsification is preferably 10 to 20min, more preferably 10 to 15min, and most preferably 15 to 18min. In the present invention, the temperature during the emulsification is preferably 75 to 85 ℃, more preferably 80 to 85 ℃, and most preferably 82 to 83 ℃.
After the emulsification, the present invention preferably further comprises cooling the emulsification system to obtain components a-B. The cooling method of the present invention is not particularly limited, and a cooling method known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the present invention, the temperature after cooling is preferably 40 to 45 ℃, more preferably 41 to 44 ℃, and most preferably 42 to 43 ℃.
After the component A-B is obtained, the component A-B, the preservative and the essence are heated and mixed at the fourth time to obtain the whitening and spot-fading skin care product.
In the present invention, the fourth heating and mixing mode is preferably stirring and mixing, and the stirring and mixing speed in the present invention is not particularly limited, and the raw materials may be uniformly mixed. In the present invention, the temperature of the fourth heating and mixing is preferably 40 to 45 ℃, more preferably 41 to 44 ℃, and most preferably 42 to 43 ℃; the fourth heating and mixing time is preferably 5 to 10min, more preferably 6 to 9min, and most preferably 7 to 8min. In the present invention, the fourth heating and mixing is preferably performed in the main pot for the third mixing.
After the fourth heating and mixing, the invention preferably further comprises the step of sequentially cooling, quality inspection and packaging the fourth heating and mixing system to obtain the whitening and spot-fading skin care product. The cooling method of the present invention is not particularly limited, and a cooling method known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the present invention, the temperature after cooling is preferably 35 to 40 ℃, more preferably 36 to 39 ℃, and most preferably 37 to 38 ℃. In the invention, the items of quality inspection are preferably heavy metal content and formaldehyde content, and the detection method of the heavy metal content and the formaldehyde content is not particularly limited, and the detection method of the heavy metal content and the formaldehyde content in the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product is well known by the technical personnel in the field. The packaging method of the present invention is not particularly limited, and a packaging method known to those skilled in the art may be used.
The invention also provides an application of the skin-whitening and spot-lightening skin care product in the technical scheme or the skin-whitening and spot-lightening skin care product prepared by the preparation method in the technical scheme in preparation of cosmetics, wherein the application forms of the cosmetics comprise emulsion, cream or paste.
The technical solution of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any creative effort based on the embodiments in the present invention, belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The raw materials shown in Table 1 were used in the amounts shown in Table 2.
Washing oil pan with hot water, sterilizing, adding oleum Olivarum unsaponifiable matter, squalane, shea butter, hydrogenated coconut oil glycerides, caprylic/capric triglyceride, cetearyl alcohol, cetearyl glucoside, polydimethylsiloxane, vitamin E, bisabolol, methylparaben and propylparaben, and heating at 85 deg.C for 15min to obtain component A.
Washing a water kettle with hot water, sterilizing, adding propylene glycol, glyceryl polyether-26, herba Saussureae Involueratae extract, herba Centellae extract, chlorella extract, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, yeast fermentation product extract, lactobacillus/semen glycines fermentation product extract, acetylcysteine, alanine, 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, sodium hyaluronate and water, and heating and mixing at 85 deg.C for 15min to obtain component B;
washing the main pot with hot water, sterilizing, pumping the component A and the component B into the sterilized main pot, heating and mixing at 85 deg.C for 15min, stirring and emulsifying at 85 deg.C for 15min, and cooling to 45 deg.C to obtain component A-B;
adding bis (hydroxymethyl) imidazolidinyl urea, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate and essence into the component A-B, heating and mixing for 7min at 43 ℃, cooling to 38 ℃, and packaging after quality inspection is qualified to obtain the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product.
Examples 2 to 3
Skin care products for whitening and lightening spots were prepared according to the method of example 1, with the amounts of the raw materials shown in table 2 and the preparation conditions shown in table 3.

Test example 1
The effects before and after use of the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product prepared in example 1 are shown in fig. 1-2, the effects before and after use of the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product prepared in example 2 are shown in fig. 3-4, and the effects before and after use of the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product prepared in example 3 are shown in fig. 5-6. As can be seen from fig. 1 to 6, the skin care product for whitening and lightening spots prepared by the present invention has excellent whitening and lightening effects.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The skin care product for whitening and lightening spots is characterized by comprising the following preparation raw materials in percentage by mass:
4.5 to 11 percent of vegetable oil, 1 to 4 percent of emulsifier, 1 to 2 percent of film-forming agent, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of vitamin antioxidant, 0.1 to 0.25 percent of bisabolol, 0.02 to 0.15 percent of hydroxyphenyl ester, 2 to 10 percent of humectant, 0.5 to 1 percent of snow lotus extract, 0.5 to 1 percent of centella extract, 0.5 to 1 percent of chlorella extract, 0.5 to 1 percent of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 0.5 to 1 percent of microbial fermentation product extract, 0.5 to 1 percent of amino acid, 0.5 to 1 percent of 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, 0.01 to 0.05 percent of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of preservative, 0.001 to 0.01 percent of essence and the balance of water;
the vegetable oil comprises olive oil unsaponifiable matter, squalane, shea butter, hydrogenated coconut oil glyceride and caprylic/capric triglyceride;
the microbial fermentation product extract comprises a yeast fermentation product extract and/or a lactobacillus/soybean fermentation product extract;
the emulsifier comprises cetearyl alcohol and/or cetearyl glucoside.
2. The whitening and spot-lightening skin care product according to claim 1, wherein the vegetable oil and fat comprises olive oil unsaponifiable matter, squalane, shea butter, hydrogenated cocoglyceride and caprylic/capric triglyceride in a mass ratio of (0.5-1): (1-2): (1-2): (1-2): (1-4).
3. The whitening spot-lightening skin care product of claim 1, wherein the preservative comprises bis (hydroxymethyl) imidazolidinyl urea and/or iodopropynyl butylcarbamate.
4. The skin care product for whitening and lightening spots according to claim 1, wherein the film forming agent comprises polydimethylsiloxane.
5. The skin care product for whitening and lightening spots according to claim 1, wherein the amino acid comprises acetylcysteine and/or alanine.
6. The whitening spot-lightening skin care product of claim 1, wherein the hydroxyphenyl esters comprise methylparaben and propylparaben; the mass ratio of methyl hydroxybenzoate to propyl hydroxybenzoate is (1-15): (1-10).
7. The whitening spot-lightening skin care product of claim 1, wherein the moisturizer comprises propylene glycol and glyceryl polyether-26.
8. The preparation method of the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product of any one of claims 1 to 7 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly heating and mixing vegetable oil, an emulsifier, a film-forming agent, a vitamin antioxidant, bisabolol and hydroxyphenyl ester to obtain a component A;
heating and mixing humectant, herba Adonidis extract, herba Centellae extract, chlorella extract, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, microorganism fermentation product extract, amino acid, 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, sodium hyaluronate, hydroxyphenyl ester and water for the second time to obtain component B;
thirdly, heating, mixing and emulsifying the component A and the component B to obtain a component A-B;
and fourthly, heating and mixing the components A-B, the preservative and the essence to obtain the whitening and spot-fading skin care product.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the first, second, and third heating mixes are independently at a temperature of 75 to 85 ℃ for independently 10 to 20min;
the emulsifying temperature is 75-85 ℃, and the time is 10-20 min.
The fourth heating and mixing temperature is 40-45 ℃ and the time is 5-10 min.
10. The whitening and spot-lightening skin care product of any one of claims 1 to 7 or the whitening and spot-lightening skin care product obtained by the preparation method of any one of claims 8 to 9 is applied to the preparation of cosmetics, and the application forms of the cosmetics comprise emulsion, cream or paste.
