Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ganoderma lucidum processing, and particularly relates to ganoderma lucidum mouthwash and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The conventional tooth brushing can only remove 40 to 50 percent of dental plaque and 30 percent of adjacent dental plaque, and has no effect on removing the dental plaque at the gingival margin, between the teeth and on the surface of the soft tissue of the oral cavity. The gargle can be deep in various parts of the oral cavity of a person, including the gingival edge and the slits between teeth which are difficult to contact with the toothbrush, and is a good measure for assisting in controlling dental plaque. The mouthwash becomes an indispensable oral cleaning product in modern life, has the advantage of convenient use compared with toothpaste, and is the best choice for guaranteeing oral hygiene for old people with teeth falling off and patients with odontopathy who cannot tolerate tooth brushing. In recent years, with the increasing health consciousness of people, the requirement for mouthwash is increasing, and the auxiliary prevention of oral diseases besides tooth cleaning is also needed.
The main medicinal components and effects of the currently marketed mouthwash products are fluoride gargle, triclosan, thangianpan, hexadecahui chlorine, and mouthwash containing chemical drugs such as chlorhexidine gluconate, nitric acid steel, and Chisi oxide. Although these mouthwashes have strong antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects, and can effectively remove dental plaque and prevent dental caries, these chemicals often cause strong irritation and damage to the components of the dental mucosa, causing bacteria to attack teeth more easily. Chemical agent residue and excessive use can cause technical defects of human body damage and the like. How to overcome present su saliva irritability strong, can damage tooth mucosa composition, cause the bacterium to change and invade the tooth, and avoid chemical agent to remain too much to cause the harm to the human body for the difficult problem that the achievement is waited to solve urgently.

s14, decompressing the crushed subcritical extraction kettle until the pressure in the kettle is reduced to-0.05 MPa, desolventizing the mixture extracted in the step S13 by using a compressor, and collecting vegetable oil;
s15, carrying out suction filtration on the vegetable oil prepared in the S14 to obtain a plant extract.
The step S2 specifically comprises the following steps:
s21, placing the lucid ganoderma in a drying box for drying at the drying temperature of 40 ℃ until the moisture content is less than 5%;
s22, crushing the dried lucid ganoderma, and then sieving the smashed lucid ganoderma through a 200-mesh sieve to obtain lucid ganoderma fine powder;
s23, placing the ganoderma lucidum fine powder into an extraction device, adding 95% ethanol with the mass 8 times that of the ganoderma lucidum fine powder, dissolving, adding 10% dipotassium phosphate aqueous solution with the mass 20 times that of the ganoderma lucidum fine powder, shaking for extraction for 10min, and standing for 2h to obtain the ganoderma lucidum extract.
In the step S4, the ultrasonic stirring frequency is 30KHz, and the stirring time is 40min.
In the step S4, the ultrasonic stirring is specifically carried out in a closed environment, and the stirring pressure is 7MPa.
