Abstract
本发明提供一种芳纶织物的后整理工艺,通过退浆前处理、预处理、二浸二轧整理、高温定型烘焙、蒸呢处理的工艺,增加了芳纶织物的服用性功能,提高了芳纶织物的使用持久性和服用性,同时拓展了防污整理剂和易去污整理剂的应用领域,扩大了功能性助剂的应用范围。同时该方法也可适用于同芳纶类似的其他高性能纤维组成的纯纺或者混纺织物。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织材料技术领域,具体地说是一种芳纶织物防污易去污整理工艺。
背景技术
芳纶纤维是一种新型高性能合成纤维,具有高拉伸强度、高拉伸模量、良好的耐疲劳性、耐化学腐蚀性和尺寸稳定性及高耐高温、低膨胀、低导热、阻燃、不熔等优异的性能,被广泛的用于阻燃、耐高温、耐磨及高强度的特种防护服装领域,是目前在安全防护领域应用最多的原材料之一。随着芳纶纤维在防护领域被广泛应用,人们对采用芳纶纤维制成的防护服装面料,提出了更高的要求,不仅局限于防护产品的功能性,对其产品的洗涤服用性能也提出了要求。芳纶织物在日常使用中,很难避免水渍、油渍等污渍的沾污,而且沾污后很难清洗,从而会影响芳纶织物的阻燃防护性能,同时也会影响织物穿着的服用性能及织物的外观形象。
防污易去污功能整理可以赋予织物防污性能和沾污后易清洗的功能。目前防污易去污整理工艺主要是针对棉织物、涤棉混纺织物或者涤纶织物。如专利 CN 108589288 A涉及一种酶引发棉织物表面接枝聚合的防污易去污整理方法,主要针对棉织物进行防污易去污整理的方法。专利CN102953264 A提供了一种面料后整理工序的工艺,经后整理的纺织面料的表面张力可以降低到油类的表面张力以下,无论是水性污垢、油性污垢还是固体污垢都不容易沾污。但是该工艺只对涤纶成分的织物整理有效果,不适用于其它纤维成分的织物。又如专利CN112267299 A提供了一种三防易去污面料的生产工艺,该面料不仅具有三防效果,又具有易去污效果,同样,该面工艺也是对由涤纶或者含涤纶的织物有效果。这些专利均未涉及芳纶织物,而且采用上述专利的整理工艺,使芳纶织物无法达到防污易去污的要求。这主要由于芳纶纤维本身的性能决定。芳纶是一种结晶度高、分子链排列高度规整、易发生结晶取向、表面光滑、活性点少、分子间氢键结合较弱的聚酰胺类纤维材料,导致其表面浸润性较差,表面缺少活性化学基团,从而使得纤维表面能低,所以采用常规用于棉、涤纶等织物的整理工艺对芳纶织物进行整理,无法达到预期的防污易去污整理要求。为了使芳纶纤维制成的防护服装具有防污易去污的性能,有必要探寻一种对芳纶类织物的整理工艺,使芳纶类织物具有防污易去污的效果。
发明内容
本发明提供一种针对芳纶织物的防污易去污整理工艺,整理后的芳纶织物在满足防护性能的同时具有防污性能,同时具有沾污后易清洗的性能。从而提升芳纶织物在安全防护领域中的服用性能和安全性能,进而扩大了芳纶纤维在安全防护领域中的应用。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种芳纶织物防污易去污整理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)对芳纶织物进行退浆前处理;由于芳纶织物在纤维成丝、纺纱、织造过程中,为了方便加工会添加一些油剂、浆料等物质,这些物质会影响织物后续的加工质量,所以在织物进行整理之前必须将这些物质去除干净。
所述步骤(1)中前处理,其处理液包含PVA酶5-10g/L、精炼剂3-5g/L、除油剂3-5g/L,处理温度为80-100℃,处理时间为20-30min。
(2)对退浆处理后的芳纶织物再进行预处理,由于芳纶纤维结晶度高,很难与防污助剂和易去污助剂结合,为了提高芳纶织物的表面活性,需要提前对芳纶织物进行处理。
所述步骤(2)中的预处理,采用15-30%的硫酸和20-40g/L苯乙酮混合液处理60-90min,处理温度80-100℃,然后清洗烘干。其中混合液中苯乙酮的加入,在一定温度下可以有效降低芳纶织物的结晶度和玻璃化温度,同时混合溶液中的硫酸,在一定温度下对结晶度和玻璃化温度降低的芳纶纤维表面进行水解,从而在不影响芳纶纤维强度的情况下增加芳纶纤维表面的活性基团,促进后续加工中防污易去污整理与芳纶的有效结合。
(3)将处理后的芳纶织物浸轧混合整理液,进行二浸二轧整理,然后烘干;
所述步骤(3)中整理液包含全氟丙烯酸酯类三防整理剂80-110/L、架桥剂10-20/L、全氟丙烯酸酯类易去污整理剂60-90/L,其中全氟丙烯酸酯类三防整理剂具有防污性能,全氟丙烯酸酯类易去污整理剂具有易去污性能,架桥剂为封端异氰酸酯类聚氨酯,可以同时对多种助剂通过架桥的连接形式形成结合,而且还可以同时与芳纶织物表面的活性基团进行化学交联,从而使芳纶织物同时具有防污、易去污的性能。
所述步骤(3)中整理液PH为5-6之间,采用冰醋酸或者柠檬酸调节,
所述步骤(3)中的架桥剂为封端异氰酸酯类化合物,
所述步骤(3)二浸二轧整理后,芳纶织物带液率为70%-80%;
(4)将步骤(3)浸轧整理液烘干的芳纶织物,进行高温定型焙烘;一定的高温烘焙和烘焙时间,为防污易去污整理剂与芳纶的有效交联结合提供反应条件和反应时间。
所述步骤(4)中焙烘温度为180-195℃,时间为50s-90s。
(5)将定型之后的芳纶织物再进行蒸呢处理。
所述步骤(5)中蒸呢的压力为2.0~3.5kPa,蒸呢时间为5~8min。
本发明的芳纶织物的防污易去污整理工艺,通过退浆前处理、预处理、二浸二轧整理、高温定型烘焙、蒸呢处理的工艺,通过选择特定的处理液、整理液等,增加了芳纶纤维表面的活性基团,提高了芳纶织物表面与整理剂的反应能力,解决了常规整理工艺很难整理芳纶织物的问题,从而使芳纶织物也可以具有防污易去污功能,解决了目前芳纶织物结晶度高、表面活性低,难以与防污助剂和易去污整理剂结合的问题,同时平衡防污助剂和易去污整理剂性能相反的技术问题。经过该工艺整理后的芳纶织物具有良好的防污性能和沾污后易清洗的性能,同时不影响芳纶织物的阻燃等其他防护性能。本发明中的步骤缺一不可,相互关联作用,其中采用的试剂也是精心筛选,具体的种类和用量都对产物的防污易去污的效果都是十分关键的,具体而言,前处理中的PVA酶、精炼剂、除油剂将芳纶织物中的油剂、浆料等去除,保证了后续加工的质量;预处理采用硫酸和苯乙酮,苯乙酮在一定温度下可以有效降低芳纶织物的结晶度和玻璃化温度,同时混合溶液中的硫酸,在一定温度下对结晶度和玻璃化温度降低的芳纶纤维表面进行水解,从而增加芳纶纤维表面的活性基团,促进后续加工中防污易去污整理剂与芳纶纤维的有效结合;在整理步骤中,采用全氟丙烯酸酯类三防整理剂、架桥剂、全氟丙烯酸酯类易去污整理剂共同使用,大大提升了芳纶织物的防污、易去污的性能。
具体实施方式
以下结合本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1:
本发明涉及一种芳纶织物防污易去污整理工艺,是通过以下步骤实现的:芳纶织物规格:180gsm,
步骤1,对芳纶织物进行前处理,处理液包含PVA酶5g/L、精炼剂3g/L、除油剂3g/L,处理温度80℃,处理时间30min,然后清洗烘干。
步骤2,对经过步骤1处理后的芳纶织物在15%的硫酸和20g/L苯乙酮, 100℃的温度浸泡90min,然后清水洗干净,烘干。
步骤3,对经过步骤2处理后的芳纶织物浸轧防污易去污整理液,整理液含有全氟丙烯酸酯类三防整理剂80g/L、架桥剂10g/L、全氟丙烯酸酯类易去污整理剂60g/L,整理液PH为6(冰醋酸调节),二浸二轧,带液率70%,然后再烘干。
步骤4,对经过步骤3处理后的芳纶织物进行焙烘拉幅,焙烘温度180℃,焙烘时间90s。
步骤5,对经过步骤4处理后的芳纶织物进行蒸呢处理,蒸呢压力为2.0kPa,蒸呢时间8min。

步骤3,对经过步骤2处理后的芳纶织物浸轧防污易去污整理液,整理液含有全氟丙烯酸酯类三防整理剂90g/L、架桥剂15g/L、全氟丙烯酸酯类易去污整理剂70g/L,整理液PH为6(柠檬酸调节),二浸二轧,带液率75%,然后再烘干。
步骤4,对经过步骤3处理后的芳纶织物进行焙烘拉幅,焙烘温度190℃,焙烘时间75s。

步骤2,对经过步骤1处理后的芳纶织物在30%的硫酸和40g/L苯乙酮, 80℃的温度浸泡60min,然后清水洗干净,烘干。
步骤3,对经过步骤2处理后的芳纶织物浸轧防污易去污整理液,整理液含有全氟丙烯酸酯类三防整理剂100g/L、架桥剂20g/L、全氟丙烯酸酯类易去污整理剂80g/L,整理液PH为5(冰醋酸调节),二浸二轧,带液率80%,然后再烘干。
步骤4,对经过步骤3处理后的芳纶织物进行焙烘拉幅,焙烘温度195℃,焙烘时间50s。

1.一种芳纶织物防污易去污整理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)对芳纶织物进行退浆前处理,其中处理液包括PVA酶、精炼剂和除油剂;
(2)采用硫酸和苯乙酮对退浆处理后的芳纶织物再进行预处理,然后清洗烘干;
(3)将处理后的芳纶织物浸轧混合整理液,进行二浸二轧整理,然后烘干,其中整理液包括全氟丙烯酸酯类三防整理剂、架桥剂和全氟丙烯酸酯类易去污整理剂;
(4)将步骤(3)浸轧整理液烘干的芳纶织物,进行高温定型焙烘;
(5)将定型之后的芳纶织物再进行蒸呢处理;
所述步骤(2)中的预处理采用15-30%的硫酸和20-40g/L苯乙酮混合液处理60-90min,处理温度80-100℃;
所述步骤(3)中整理液包含全氟丙烯酸酯类三防整理剂80-110/L、架桥剂10-20/L、全氟丙烯酸酯类易去污整理剂60-90/L;
