本发明属于纺织领域,具体涉及一种高比例汉麻混纺纱及其生产方法及用途,该高比例汉麻混纺纱,将汉麻与精梳棉纤维作为原料,按56‑65:35‑44的重量比例依次经清花、梳棉、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等工序,混纺得到支数为40‑50支的紧密赛络纺纱,所得高比例汉麻混纺纱有吸湿透气、防霉抑菌、吸附异味、抗辐射抗紫外线等优点,可用于制作衬衣面料、特种军用服装面料、床单等床上用品。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,特别涉及一种高比例汉麻混纺纱及其生产方法和用途。
背景技术
汉麻纤维吸湿性符合人体皮肤的生理需求,具有卓越的吸湿透气性能,在气候干燥的春秋及冬季,汉麻纤维有良好的保暖性能,而在夏季又凉爽宜人。但汉麻纤维长度差异大,木质素含量高(8%-10%),目前现有的各种脱胶处理工艺未从根本上解决汉麻纤维粗、硬及难于纺纱的问题,且汉麻纤维含量越高,其生产难度就越大;生产汉麻混纺纤维时,需对汉麻进行养生处理,且棉麻混纺时汉麻含量达到55%以上时,现有技术中难以实现高支纱的生产,成纱品质不能保证。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术不足,提出一种未经养生处理的高比例汉麻混纺纱及其生产方法和用途,其中汉麻的含量达到56%-65%,棉纤维占比35%-44%,混纺得到支数为40-50支的紧密赛络纺纱。
为达到上述技术目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种高比例汉麻混纺纱,将汉麻与棉纤维作为原料,汉麻未经养生处理,依次经清花、梳棉、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等工序,混纺得到支数为40-50支的紧密赛络纺纱,混纺纤维中汉麻纤维占比56%-65%,棉纤维占比35%-44%;其中,所述梳棉工序中,锡林速度280~320r/min、刺辊速度550~590r/min、盖板速度140~240mm/min,锡林与刺辊隔距7英丝,给棉板与刺辊隔距18英丝,锡林与盖板5点隔距为10英丝×9英丝×8英丝×8英丝×9英丝。
进一步,所述汉麻纤维达到以下性能标准:支数3100-3500公支、平均长度30mm、回潮率6.8-7.5%。
进一步,所述清花工序中,跳过A035C混开棉机,从A036B豪猪开棉机喂入。
进一步,精梳工序中精梳落棉刻度7,顶梳高低-1刻度,毛刷插入锡林针齿深度2mm。

本发明将汉麻和棉纤维作为原料依次经清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序,汉麻纤维未经养生,清花工序跳过A035C混开棉机,从A036B豪猪开棉机喂入,以减少对汉麻纤维的损伤,梳棉工序薄喂轻打,轻定量,降低梳棉短绒率,加装导棉装置,因汉麻梳理强度较低,易损伤纤维,且麻纤维易堵塞针布、漏底、固定盖板等适当降低刺辊速度,提高锡刺比,提高纤维转移率,减小锡林与刺辊的隔距,利于纤维向锡林转移,精梳工序调整落棉及顶梳插入纤维深度,提高梳理度,细纱工序网格圈选用90目斜纹网格圈,增强网格圈运行稳定性,以减少短汉麻纤维积花,混纺得到支数为40-50支的紧密赛络纺纱,且混纺纤维中汉麻纤维占比56%-65%,所得高比例汉麻混纺纱具有良好的柔软舒适、透气、抗静电、防紫外线、耐热耐晒、杀菌抑菌,弥补了汉麻纤维弹性回复性差,弹力低,长度差异大等缺点,可用于制作高档衬衣面料、特种军用服装面料、床单等。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种高比例汉麻混纺纱,其通过以下工序步骤进行生产:
使用56%汉麻纤维和44%长绒棉纤维混纺,所述汉麻纤维至少达到以下性能标准:支数3100-3500公支、平均长度30mm、回潮率6.8-7.5%;
所述长绒棉混纺,白棉三级,长度36mm以上,强力40CN/tex以上,马克隆值3.4-3.8。
(1)清花工序
将汉麻纤维与长绒棉纤维按重量比例混合均匀,因汉麻纤维刚度较大,清花工序跳过A035C混开棉机,从A036B豪猪开棉机喂入,以减少对汉麻纤维的损伤。A036C打手转速500r/min,棉卷罗拉直径230mm,棉卷长36米,棉卷干重387/m,棉卷湿重426g/m;
(2)梳棉工序
梳棉在A186梳棉机上生产,梳棉工序薄喂轻打,轻定量,降低梳棉短绒率,加装导棉装置。汉麻混纺梳棉干重定量为20.45g/5m;因汉麻梳理强度较低,易损伤纤维,且麻纤维易堵塞针布、漏底、固定盖板等,适当降低刺辊速度,提高锡刺比,提高纤维转移率,加大盖板速度,增加落棉率,锡林速度320r/min、刺辊速度581r/min、盖板速度240mm/min,减小锡林与刺辊的隔距,利于纤维向锡林转移,锡林与刺辊隔距7英丝,给棉板与刺辊隔距18英丝,锡林与盖板5点隔距为10英丝×9英丝×8英丝×8英丝×9英丝,减少小漏底弦长,下落短纤维,小漏底弦长175.6mm。梳棉工序加大棉网张力,减少馁网。
(3)精梳工序
汉麻混纺纤维经过条并卷工序,并合根数为20根,定量54g/m,重量牵伸7.44,其罗拉隔距为10*15mm,棉卷罗拉线速63m/min;并卷并合6个,定量49.5g/m,重量牵伸6.53,其罗拉隔距为10*12mm,成卷罗拉60.9m/min。
精梳经FA266精梳机生产,干重定量14.5g/5m,加大精梳落棉和顶梳高低隔距,选用锡林针齿密度较小的针布,以加强梳理作用,提高汉麻纤维可纺性,精梳落棉刻度7,顶梳高低-1刻度,毛刷插入锡林针齿深度2mm,出条线速449m/min。
(4)并条工序
并条经FA305、TM13并条机上生产,因汉麻纤维长度差异大,末并经自调匀整,改善纱条中纤维伸直平行度和条干均匀度。头并8根并合,干重定量16.8g/5米,隔距14mm×12mm;末并6根并合,干重定量12.3g/5米,罗拉隔距14mm×22mm。
(5)粗纱工序
粗纱在FA411粗纱机上生产,粗纱捻度5.7捻/10cm,罗拉隔距采用13mm×30mm×38mm,后区牵伸1.2倍,钳口隔距7mm,卷绕密度4.2,粗纱定量为4克/10米。
(6)细纱工序
细纱在FA502型细纱机上采用紧密赛络纺生产,罗拉隔距为19mm×36mm,后区牵伸倍数为1.1倍,钳口隔距3mm,前罗拉转速110r/min,捻度117捻/10cm,细纱选用70°皮辊,网格圈选用90目斜纹网格圈,增强网格圈运行稳定性,以减少短汉麻纤维积花。选用配套钢领钢丝圈,减少断头,钢丝圈型号为W321 30#,钢领型号PG1/2-4254,生产出汉麻/J长14.7tex紧赛的单纱。
(7)络筒工序
单纱络筒在日本村田的自动络筒机上生产,加强电清工艺、异纤工艺和打结设置,确保实物质量和结头质量。络筒车速不超过800米/分,电清参数:棉结N:450%、短粗S:230%×2.3cm、长粗L:45%×40cm、细节T:-35%×30cm;生产出汉麻/J长14.7tex紧赛的单纱,该单纱即为40支汉麻混纺纱。
实施例2
细纱后区牵伸倍数为1.1倍,钳口隔距2.5mm,前罗拉转速95r/min,捻度127捻/10cm,钢领型号为PG1/2-3854,钢丝圈型号为OSS 9/0,其他参数同实施例1,生产出汉麻/J长11.7tex紧赛的单纱,该单纱即为50支汉麻混纺纱。
倍捻工序将2根经过合并的单纱制成股线,捻度70捻/10cm,捻系数为338,速度6000;制得汉麻/J长11.7tex紧赛*2的股线,
对比例1
梳棉工序锡林速度250r/min、刺辊速度453r/min、盖板速度125mm/min,给棉板与刺辊隔距14英丝,小漏底弦长200mm。精梳工序落棉刻度9,粗纱工序捻度6.4捻/10cm,其他参数同实施例1,生产出汉麻/J长19.7tex紧赛的单纱,该单纱即为30支汉麻混纺纱。
性能测试
根据纺织领域的常规方法或国家标准对实施例1-2及对比例1生产出的汉麻混纺纱进行相关性能的测试,测试结果见表1。

由上表实施例1与对比例1指标可知,经实施例1的工艺参数后,实施例1条干指标及强力均好于对比例1。
本发明生产的高比例汉麻混纺纱,将汉麻与棉纤维作为原料,按56-65:35-44的重量比例依次经清花、梳棉、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等工序,混纺得到支数为40-50支的紧密赛络纺纱,所得高比例汉麻混纺纱有吸湿透气、防霉抑菌、吸附异味、抗辐射抗紫外线等优点,可用于制作衬衣面料、特种军用服装面料、床单等床上用品。

1.一种高比例汉麻混纺纱的生产方法,其特征在于,将汉麻与细绒棉纤维作为原料,依次经清花、梳棉、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等工序,混纺得到支数为40-50支的紧密赛络纺纱,原料中汉麻纤维占比56%-65%,细绒棉纤维占比35%-44%;其中,所述梳棉工序中,锡林速度280~320r/min、刺辊速度550~590r/min、盖板速度140~240mm/min,锡林与刺辊隔距7英丝,给棉板与刺辊隔距18英丝,锡林与盖板5点隔距为10英丝×9英丝×8英丝×8英丝×9英丝。
