背景技术
未来15年大健康产业的体量将达到国民经济GDP的50%,而大健康产业最大的刚需就是慢病健康促进,慢病健康促进目前没有很好的解决办法,主要是控制,虽然延长了带病存活的时间,造成人们生活质量降低及大量医疗资源浪费。
慢病人群是一个庞大的人群,60岁以上的慢病已经占到75%,其中仅三高病人就高达4.0亿,而且增量迅猛,仅糖尿病的后备军就高达5亿人群,并且趋于年轻化态势。
由于环境污染、空气、雾霾、水资源、食品等问题造成了癌症病人发病人群逐年增加,而且没有理想治疗办法。由于生活工作环境,如高原、天上、地下、海里、电磁辐射、核辐射、化工厂等工作带来的“职业病”造成的显著减寿和慢性疾病。各种的保健品、营养品有数百种,虽然有一定的保健作用,但都有一定的局限性。

灭活可以在清洗后采用臭氧灭活消毒,也可以在烘干后或烘干中采用紫外线灭活、辐射灭活等。
干燥时,灰树花、费菜、黑豆、黑芝麻、黑玉米、芜青、魔芋、高番茄红素蕃茄、红枣采用加热烘干;降糖椒采用低温冻干,目的是保住营养AG1和VC。
干燥后,原料的含水量≤13.5wt%。含水率过高会保质期时间短,含水率过低会增加能耗,及部分营养物质损失。
