本发明涉及功能食品技术领域,具体涉及一种防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂以及功能食品。
背景技术
湿、痰、瘀是中医药学领域的常见病原,尤其在青壮年人中和中老年人中多见。这是因为人离不开水,没有水就没有生物;人体的75~80%是水分,空气里有湿度,饮食中五谷精华借助水为溶媒,人体细胞的生命活动是在水液中和液—气之间进行。有水必湿,湿必含水,水即是湿,湿即是水。所以,水湿布满环境,覆盖人体,伴随终身。
水湿为人体必须之营养要素,但在某些情况下,水湿也会危害人体:①脾气虚弱,脾失运化,津液输布失常,导致水液停留、积聚于经络脏腑;②饮食不节,大吃大喝,暴饮暴食,晚餐或夜间饮食过量,水谷精华摄取过度,导致食伤脾胃,水液(津液)分部失常;③肺失通调:气弱不能推动水液运行;或卫表不固,环境中的湿邪入侵体内;④肾失排泄:体内水液潴留;⑤肝失疏泄,气郁气滞,影响脾脏运化水湿,导致水湿停滞。不正常的水湿分布和停留,成为湿邪。湿邪可以与诸邪并存,如风湿、寒湿、暑湿、湿热、痰湿,形成各种病证。
痰为浊邪,俱湿性,痰湿均为阴邪。无论是外来水湿停滞,还是内生津液潴留,均可在体温或热邪(内火,发烧)的作用下,蒸而干之,变为粘稠之物,此即是痰。所以,肥人多湿,因为水谷精华摄取过度而积于体内;有湿必有痰,因为输布不良的水湿、津液,可以蒸而为痰。痰俱湿性,湿可化痰,痰湿二邪常常夹杂并存体内。由于生活富裕,饮食过度,能量摄取过多,合成脂肪存储于体内各个部位,导致经络脏腑脂肪浸润,即成痰湿体质,占当今总人口的50%以上,成为各种慢性病的起因。所以,中医学有“痰为百病之源”、“百病痰作祟”之说,可见“痰湿”对人类危害之重。痰浊滞留肝脏,形成脂肪肝;痰浊侵入动脉血管壁,形成动脉粥样硬化、冠心病;痰堵瘀成,导致脑梗、心梗。
有痰常有淤,淤者堵也。在江河为淤,在人体为病,淤即瘀耶。痰性粘滞,堵于经脉,致气行不畅;堵于血脉,导致血瘀,因为血由气来推动,气滞则血瘀。不通则痛,为诸痛之证的一大源泉。
痰可与瘀同在,形成“痰瘀互结”,导致当今西医学所描述的结节、囊肿、息肉等疾病。痰瘀互结进一步发展,导致“癥瘕积聚”,痰瘀为因,癥瘕为果。癥瘕就是良恶性肿瘤和大的囊肿的总称。
湿痰瘀一旦形成,其气必虚。清化湿痰瘀时,补益与水湿代谢、分布相关的肺脾肾肝四脏,是扶正驱邪的基本方法。
综上所述,湿痰瘀是众多慢性病的根源,还是重大死因疾病如心脑血管病、各种癌症的成因。如果能够在平时注意清理湿痰瘀,就能保持正气不虚,可以极大程度减少慢性病的发病率,增强国人体质,解放生产力,促进我国经济加速发展。

本发明的主要目的是提出一种防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂以及功能食品,旨在提供提供有效防治湿痰淤虚的方式。

组分A,包括茯苓、薏苡仁、玉米须、赤小豆、赤豆、砂仁、莲子、荷叶、山奈、草果、藿香、白芷、香薷、木瓜、冬瓜叶、冬瓜皮、冬瓜子、冬瓜瓢、冬瓜、香椿、荞麦、扁豆、蚕豆、黑豆、黄豆、大头菜、五加皮、樱桃、鹌鹑、黄鳝、鸡血、益智仁、生姜、玉米花和玉米轴中的至少一种;
组分B,包括昆布、冬瓜子、芥子、橙皮、陈皮、柠檬、淡竹叶、百合、莱菔子、杏仁、桔红、橘皮、草果、紫苏、紫苏籽、桔梗、香橼、佛手、桂花、冬瓜藤、白萝卜、荸荠、紫菜、海蜇、海藻、海带、鹿角菜、洋葱、杏子、生姜、桂花、大枣、酸枣、黑枣、夏枯草、布渣叶、代代花、罗汉果、胡桃肉、沙棘、酸角、竹沥和生姜中的至少一种;
组分C,包括当归、桃仁、山楂、西红花、玫瑰花、沙棘、姜黄、杏仁、梨果仙人掌、桂花、油菜、慈姑、茄子、酒、醋、蚯蚓、蚶肉、冻干纳豆和郁李仁中的至少一种;以及,
组分D,包括人参、百合、淮山、白扁豆、麦芽、芡实、红参、大麦、谷芽、红枣、淡豆豉、仙草、槟榔、橄榄、马齿苋、蒲公英、鱼腥草、苦菊、莴苣、苦瓜、红苋菜、枳椇子、代代花、布渣叶、余甘子、荷叶、淡竹叶、夏枯草、竹叶、菊苣、葛根、玉竹、黄精、黑芝麻、阿胶、芦根和白茅根中的至少一种;
其中,所述组分A、组分B、组分C和组分D不同时包括同一物质。

目前,现代生物医药对于中医药学这门系统科学分支,缺乏解析的系统科学方法;对于中医药学关于湿痰瘀虚的论述,缺乏整体论(Wholism)科学认识。西医药学没有“湿邪”、“痰邪”、“瘀毒”和经络与脏腑关系的记载,因而,无从理解湿痰瘀致虚的中医病机。而中医药学自近代以来,受到还原论(Reductionism)科学哲学的影响,网络上和科技文献上充斥单味药保健和系统组份拆分研究结果,导致了对很多中药(系统药)功效和药量的误解,如麻黄素能升高血压,而麻黄植物整体能降低血压等等;也导致了市场上的功能食品配方严重去中医整体论现象,比如祛湿不思化痰,祛湿不加健脾肺肾等等。
为解决市场上现有的化湿功能食品产品在湿痰瘀虚预防和治疗上的缺陷,本发明提出一种防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂,以多种药食两用的中药材为原料制备而成,具体包括以下原料:
组分A,具有利水渗湿的功效,包括茯苓、薏苡仁、玉米须、赤小豆、赤豆、砂仁、莲子、荷叶、山奈、草果、藿香、白芷、香薷、木瓜、冬瓜叶、冬瓜皮、冬瓜子、冬瓜瓢、冬瓜、香椿、荞麦、扁豆、蚕豆、黑豆、黄豆、大头菜、五加皮、樱桃、鹌鹑、黄鳝、鸡血、益智仁、生姜、玉米花和玉米轴中的至少一种,也即,所述组分A既可以选用上述中药材中的任意一种,也可以是其中任意两种或两种以上的组合物;
组分B,具有逐寒热痰与隔膜之痰、兼理气调味的功效,包括昆布、冬瓜子、芥子、橙皮、陈皮、柠檬、淡竹叶、百合、莱菔子、杏仁、桔红、橘皮、草果、紫苏、紫苏籽、桔梗、香橼、佛手、桂花、冬瓜藤、白萝卜、荸荠、紫菜、海蜇、海藻、海带、鹿角菜、洋葱、杏子、生姜、桂花、大枣、酸枣、黑枣、夏枯草、布渣叶、代代花、罗汉果、胡桃肉、沙棘、酸角、竹沥和生姜中的至少一种,也即,所述组分B既可以选用上述中药材中的任意一种,也可以是其中任意两种或两种以上的组合物;
组分C,具有活血养血、化瘀散积的功效,包括当归、桃仁、山楂、西红花、玫瑰花、沙棘、姜黄、杏仁、梨果仙人掌、桂花、油菜、慈姑、茄子、酒、醋、蚯蚓、蚶肉、冻干纳豆和郁李仁中的至少一种,也即,所述组分C既可以选用上述中药材中的任意一种,也可以是其中任意两种或两种以上的组合物;以及,

所述防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂的呈现形式有多种,采用中药材领域常见的制剂形式均可,包括但不限于为袋泡茶剂、水煎剂、散剂、胶囊剂、片剂、冲剂或酒浸剂等,各种制剂对应的制备方法则可参考现有技术,在此不做赘述。
另外,本发明还提出一种功能食品,包括防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂,所述功能食品包括但不限于为功能饮料、口服液等等,所述防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂的配方组成参照上述实施例。可以理解的是,由于本发明功能食品采用了上述防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例所带来的全部有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。

实施例1
(1)防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂包括以下质量份数的原料:茯苓10份、薏苡仁20份、玉米须12份、赤小豆20份、昆布10份、冬瓜子10份、芥子10份、橙皮12份、陈皮10份、柠檬12份、当归12份、桃仁12份、山楂15份、人参(人工种植)8份、百合15份、淮山12份、白扁豆15份、麦芽15份以及芡实12份。
(2)防治湿痰淤虚的袋泡茶剂的制备:将称取的中药原料洗净、干燥,用粗粉机制备成粗粉,然后将得到的粗粉用低聚果糖或其他甜味剂调味,用袋泡茶分装机分装呈5g/袋,挂线、密封包装,最后装盒,每盒30~50袋,塑封,制得袋泡茶剂。
实施例2
(1)防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂包括以下质量份数的原料:茯苓15份、薏苡仁30份、玉米须12份、赤小豆30份、昆布12份、冬瓜子12份、芥子15份、橙皮15份、陈皮10份、柠檬15份、当归15份、桃仁12份、山楂20份、人参(人工种植)10份、百合15份、淮山15份、白扁豆16份、麦芽16份以及芡实15份。
(2)防治湿痰淤虚的浓缩剂的制备:将称取的中药材原料流水清洁,然后放进大型超声波中药提取机提取,滤去药渣,定容并浓缩至相当于生药500~1000克/升,得到浓缩剂。
(3)防治湿痰淤虚的功能饮料的制备:采用活性炭去除饮用水中的有机质,二级反渗透除去大部分离子,达到饮料用水标准;然后以每500mL饮料中相当于含6g生药的比例添加制得的浓缩剂、适量甜味剂,过滤除菌,然后进入饮料分装,制得功能饮料。
实施例3
(1)防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂包括以下质量份数的原料:茯苓12份、薏苡仁25份、玉米须12份、赤小豆25份、昆布10份、冬瓜子10份、芥子12份、橙皮15份、陈皮10份、柠檬15份、当归12份、桃仁12份、山楂15份、人参(人工种植)10份、百合15份、淮山12份、白扁豆15份、麦芽20份以及芡实12份。
(2)防治湿痰淤虚的颗粒冲剂的制备:将称取的中药材原料洗净,然后超声波提取和浓缩,添加适量调味剂,过滤除菌,再将浓缩的药材提前约喷雾干燥,获得粉末状产物,即制得颗粒冲剂。
实施例4
(1)防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂包括以下质量份数的原料:茯苓20份、薏苡仁20份、玉米须15份、赤小豆22份、昆布11份、冬瓜子12份、芥子15份、橙皮15份、陈皮10份、柠檬12份、当归13份、桃仁12份、山楂30份、人参(人工种植)10份、百合20份、淮山15份、白扁豆18份、麦芽20份以及芡实20份。
(2)防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品压片剂的制备:将称取的中药材原料洗净,然后超声波提取,去渣,过滤除菌,浓缩成相当于生药1g/mL,再加适量赋形剂、防腐剂,通过压片制成片状,制得压片剂。
实施例5
(1)防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂包括以下质量份数的原料:茯苓5份、薏苡仁10份、玉米须5份、赤小豆5份、昆布5份、冬瓜子5份、芥子5份、橙皮5份、陈皮5份、柠檬5份、当归5份、桃仁5份、山楂5份、人参(人工种植)5份、百合5份、淮山10份、白扁豆5份、麦芽10份以及芡实5份。
(2)防治湿痰淤虚的袋泡茶剂的制备:将称取的中药原料洗净、干燥,用粗粉机制备成粗粉,然后将得到的粗粉用低聚果糖或其他甜味剂调味,用袋泡茶分装机分装呈5g/袋,挂线、密封包装,最后装盒,每盒30~50袋,塑封,制得袋泡茶剂。

实施例7
(1)防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂包括以下质量份数的原料:茯苓80份、薏苡仁50份、玉米须55份、赤小豆50份、昆布30份、冬瓜子30份、芥子20份、橙皮30份、陈皮30份、柠檬20份、当归30份、桃仁30份、山楂30份、人参(人工种植)20份、百合50份、淮山80份、白扁豆40份、麦芽50份以及芡实30份。
(2)防治湿痰淤虚的袋泡茶剂的制备:将称取的中药原料洗净、干燥,用粗粉机制备成粗粉,然后将得到的粗粉用低聚果糖或其他甜味剂调味,用袋泡茶分装机分装呈5g/袋,挂线、密封包装,最后装盒,每盒30~50袋,塑封,制得袋泡茶剂。

(1)防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂包括以下质量份数的原料:茯苓150份、薏苡仁200份、玉米须60份、赤小豆80份、昆布80份、冬瓜子80份、芥子80份、橙皮80份、陈皮80份、柠檬80份、当归80份、桃仁80份、山楂80份、人参(人工种植)60份、百合80份、淮山150份、白扁豆100份、麦芽100份以及芡实80份。
(2)防治湿痰淤虚的袋泡茶剂的制备:将称取的中药原料洗净、干燥,用粗粉机制备成粗粉,然后将得到的粗粉用低聚果糖或其他甜味剂调味,用袋泡茶分装机分装呈5g/袋,挂线、密封包装,最后装盒,每盒30~50袋,塑封,制得袋泡茶剂。
经过试验验证,本发明上述实施例1至实施例8提供的防止湿痰淤虚徐的功能食品制剂均具有缓解湿痰淤虚的功效,为便于描述,以下以述实施例1制备的袋泡茶型的功能食品制剂为例,对本发明提供的防治湿痰瘀虚功能食品制剂缓解湿痰瘀虚的功效进行验证,包括湿重脾虚类、湿痰瘀类和湿痰瘀虚类三类群体,试验方法和结果如下:
临床试验案例1
(1)湿重脾虚试验案例选择:选择湿重脾虚自愿者120例进行观察,病人随机分成两组,口服清湿痰瘀虚袋泡茶组(简称试验组)60例,其中男性35例,女性25例,平均年龄45周岁;对照组60例,其中男性34例,女性26例,平均年龄46周岁。两组资历基本一致,无显著差异,具有可比性。
(2)诊断标准:腿重乏力,或有腹胀、便溏,舌苔白厚、湿腻,脉象弦滑或弦涩。
(3)试验方法:试验组(即袋泡茶组)服用本发明实施例1制备的袋泡茶制剂,每日3袋,早中晚各1袋。每袋温开水浸泡15分钟,饮完加水1次,每袋合计泡水约600ml;对照组饮用网上流行的“三味祛湿茶”(含芡实、赤小豆、玉米须,各等份加工成每袋5克袋泡茶),服用方法同试验组,停用其他药物,3个月后统计祛湿健脾疗效。
(4)疗效判定:a、显效:不再乏力,腹胀、便溏消失,舌苔薄白,脉象平和;b、有效:上述症状好转,但未完全消失;c、无效:上述症状未见改善。疗效统计结果如下表1所示。

由表1中的统计结果可知,相比于现有网上流行的“三味祛湿茶”,本发明实施例1制备的清湿痰瘀虚的袋泡茶对湿重脾虚的治疗效果更为显著,且无毒副作用,显效人群随访半年无湿重脾虚复现现象,嘱其饮食节制、适当加强运动、忌食生冷。
临床试验案例2
(1)湿痰瘀试验案例选择:选择患有湿痰瘀自愿者80例进行观察,病人随机分成两组,口服清湿痰瘀虚袋泡茶组(简称试验组)40例,其中男性22例,女性18例,平均年龄51周岁;对照组40例,其中男性21例,女性19例,平均年龄49周岁。两组资历基本一致,无显著差异,具有可比性。
(2)诊断标准:①或有关节酸痛不适;或有身体某部位刺痛不适;或自感喉咙有痰;以上任一症状或多症状合并存在者。②舌侧有齿纹,舌质暗,舌面或舌侧有瘀点,舌苔薄白或白厚,或湿腻。③脉象弦,或滑或涩。
(3)试验方法:试验组(即袋泡茶组)服用本发明实施例1制备的袋泡茶制剂,每日3袋,早中晚各1袋。每袋温开水浸泡15分钟,饮完加水1次,每袋合计泡水约600ml;对照组饮用网上流行的“三味祛湿茶”(含芡实、赤小豆、玉米须,各等份加工成每袋5克袋泡茶),服用方法同试验组,停用其他药物,饮用3个月后统计清湿痰瘀疗效。
(4)疗效判定:a、显效:诸痛消失,舌侧齿印明显变淡,舌质恢复红润,瘀点消失或明显淡化,舌苔薄白,脉象平和;b、有效:上述症状有所好转,但未完全消失;c、无效:上述症状未见改善。疗效统计结果如下表2所示。

由表2中的统计结果可知,相比于现有网上流行的“三味祛湿茶”,本发明实施例1制备的清湿痰瘀虚的袋泡茶对清湿痰瘀的疗效十分显著,推其原因,是因为本发明防治湿痰瘀虚袋泡茶的配方中,含有化痰、化瘀中药,加之祛湿力度大于“三味祛湿茶”,更有健脾、肺、肾(如人参、百合、山药、白扁豆)和疏肝中药组份(如麦芽),且无毒副作用。显效人群随访半年无症状复现现象。
临床试验案例3
(1)湿痰瘀虚试验案例选择:选择患有湿痰瘀虚自愿者68例进行观察,病人随机分成两组,口服清湿痰瘀虚袋泡茶组(简称试验组)34例,其中男性18例,女性16例,平均年龄55周岁;对照组34例,其中男性17例,女性17例,平均年龄53周岁。两组资历基本一致,无显著差异,具有可比性。
(2)诊断标准:①神疲乏力腿软;或有关节疼痛;或有肌肉酸痛;或有身体某部位刺痛;或感喉咙有痰;或有睡眠不佳;或有心悸怔忡;或有腹胀便溏;或动则气短;以上任一症状或多个症状者。②舌侧有齿纹,舌质淡,或舌质暗,舌面或舌侧有瘀点,舌苔薄白或白厚,或湿腻;③脉象沉弦,或滑或涩,或左寸(心经)、或右寸(肺经)、或左右寸脉皆弱,或右关弱(脾经),或左右尺弱(肾经);以上任一脉象异常者。
(3)试验方法:试验组(即袋泡茶组)服用本发明实施例1制备的袋泡茶制剂,每日3袋,早中晚各1袋。每袋温开水浸泡15分钟,饮完加水1次,每袋合计泡水约600ml;对照组饮用网上流行的“三味祛湿茶”(含芡实、赤小豆、玉米须,各等份加工成每袋5克袋泡茶),服用方法同试验组,停用其他药物,饮用3个月后统计清湿痰瘀虚疗效。
(4)疗效判定:a、显效:①类症状中,60%以上的症状消失至症状完全消失;舌侧齿印明显变淡,舌质恢复红润,舌质瘀点消失或明显淡化,舌苔薄白,脉象平和或力度提高;b、有效:试验者所拥有的症状有所好转,但未完全消失;c、无效:上述所拥有的症状未见改善。疗效统计结果如下表3所示。

由表3中的统计结果可知,相比于现有网上流行的“三味祛湿茶”,本发明实施例1制备的清湿痰瘀虚的袋泡茶对清湿痰瘀的疗效十分显著,推其原因,是因为本发明防治湿痰瘀虚袋泡茶的配方中,含有化痰、化瘀中药,加之祛湿力度大于“三味祛湿茶”,更有健脾、肺、肾和疏肝组份,且无毒副作用。显效人群随访半年有约5%的人轻度症状复现现象,考虑到:①本袋泡茶乃功能食品,所用中草药限于药食两用,安全可长期服用,但药效发挥和发挥速度会受到一定限制;②通过以上试验,说明3个月的清湿痰瘀虚试验周期可能不够,而作为药食两用的功能食品,是可以长期服用的,这也是本发明的“寓治于食,以防为上”,治未病和治欲病的宗旨。
综上所述,本发明提供的防治湿痰瘀虚的功能食品制剂,以茯苓、薏苡仁、玉米须、赤小豆、昆布、冬瓜子、芥子、橙皮、陈皮、柠檬、当归、桃仁、山楂、人参(人工种植)、百合、淮山、白扁豆、麦芽、芡实这19种中药原料复配制成,对湿痰瘀虚的防治效果显著、疗程短,服用3个月有效率等于或大于85%,且为药食两用植物制剂,未发现毒副作用和不良反应,而且制备方法简便、成本低廉,方便饮用。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂,其特征在于,所述防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂包括以下原料:
组分A,包括茯苓、薏苡仁、玉米须、赤小豆、赤豆、砂仁、莲子、荷叶、山奈、草果、藿香、白芷、香薷、木瓜、冬瓜叶、冬瓜皮、冬瓜子、冬瓜瓢、冬瓜、香椿、荞麦、扁豆、蚕豆、黑豆、黄豆、大头菜、五加皮、樱桃、鹌鹑、黄鳝、鸡血、益智仁、生姜、玉米花和玉米轴中的至少一种;
组分B,包括昆布、冬瓜子、芥子、橙皮、陈皮、柠檬、淡竹叶、百合、莱菔子、杏仁、桔红、橘皮、草果、紫苏、紫苏籽、桔梗、香橼、佛手、桂花、冬瓜藤、白萝卜、荸荠、紫菜、海蜇、海藻、海带、鹿角菜、洋葱、杏子、生姜、桂花、大枣、酸枣、黑枣、夏枯草、布渣叶、代代花、罗汉果、胡桃肉、沙棘、酸角、竹沥和生姜中的至少一种;
组分C,包括当归、桃仁、山楂、西红花、玫瑰花、沙棘、姜黄、杏仁、梨果仙人掌、桂花、油菜、慈姑、茄子、酒、醋、蚯蚓、蚶肉、冻干纳豆和郁李仁中的至少一种;以及,
组分D,包括人参、百合、淮山、白扁豆、麦芽、芡实、红参、大麦、谷芽、红枣、淡豆豉、仙草、槟榔、橄榄、马齿苋、蒲公英、鱼腥草、苦菊、莴苣、苦瓜、红苋菜、枳椇子、代代花、布渣叶、余甘子、荷叶、淡竹叶、夏枯草、竹叶、菊苣、葛根、玉竹、黄精、黑芝麻、阿胶、芦根和白茅根中的至少一种;
其中,所述组分A、组分B、组分C和组分D不同时包括同一物质。
2.如权利要求1所述的防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂,其特征在于,所述组分A包括茯苓、薏苡仁、玉米须和赤小豆。
3.如权利要求1所述的防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂,其特征在于,所述组分B包括昆布、冬瓜子、芥子、橙皮、陈皮和柠檬。
4.如权利要求1所述的防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂,其特征在于,所述组分C包括当归、桃仁和山楂。
5.如权利要求1所述的防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂,其特征在于,所述组分D包括人参、百合、淮山、白扁豆、麦芽和芡实。
6.如权利要求1所述的防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂,其特征在于,所述防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂包括以下质量份数的原料:3~200份的茯苓、5~300份的薏苡仁、3~80份的玉米须、3~100份的赤小豆、3~100份的昆布、3~100份的冬瓜子、3~100份的芥子、3~100份的橙皮、3~100份的陈皮、3~100份的柠檬、3~100份的当归、3~100份的桃仁、3~100份的山楂、3~80份的人参、3~100份的百合、5~300份的淮山、3~150份的白扁豆、5~200份的麦芽以及3~100份的芡实。
7.如权利要求1所述的防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂,其特征在于,所述防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂包括以下质量份数的原料:5~150份的茯苓、10~200份的薏苡仁、5~60份的玉米须、5~80份的赤小豆、5~80份的昆布、5~80份的冬瓜子、5~80份的芥子、5~80份的橙皮、5~80份的陈皮、5~80份的柠檬、5~80份的当归、5~80份的桃仁、5~80份的山楂、5~60份的人参、5~80份的百合、10~150份的淮山、5~100份的白扁豆、10~100份的麦芽以及5~80份的芡实。
8.如权利要求1所述的防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂,其特征在于,所述防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂包括以下质量份数的原料:10~80份的茯苓、12~50份的薏苡仁、10~55份的玉米须、10~50份的赤小豆、10~30份的昆布、10~30份的冬瓜子、10~20份的芥子、10~30份的橙皮、10~30份的陈皮、10~20份的柠檬、10~30份的当归、10~30份的桃仁、10~30份的山楂、6~20份的人参、10~50份的百合、15~80份的淮山、10~40份的白扁豆、15~50份的麦芽以及10~30份的芡实。
9.如权利要求1所述的防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂,其特征在于,所述防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂为袋泡茶剂、水煎剂、散剂、胶囊剂、片剂、冲剂或酒浸剂。
10.一种功能食品,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的防治湿痰淤虚的功能食品制剂。
