Abstract
一种莱菔子养胃中药组合物及其制备方法,涉及中药领域。本发明的莱菔子养胃中药组合物由以下重量份的组分组成:莱菔子20~40份、阿胶1~5份、山药5~10份、当归5~10份、大枣5~10份、黑豆5~10份、茯苓1~5份、五味子1~5份、甘草1~5份、白头翁1~5份、川朴1~5份、葛根1~5份、刺五加1~5份、丁香1~5份、陈皮5~10份、鸡内金1~5份、川贝母1~5份、砂仁1~5份、石斛1~5份、三七1~5份、炒麦芽5~10份。由各原料烘干、粉碎后加水煎煮制得。本发明的莱菔子养胃中药组合物制备工艺简单,疗效显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,生活节奏的加快、生活压力的增大,人们一日三餐的规律性液越来也差,进食时间不规律已经成为某些人群生活中的常态,这样不可避免的会患上胃病。胃病的总发病率约占人口的20%左右。年龄越大,发病率越高。其根本原因是人体保护性机制与损伤性机制失衡所致。其表现形式有多种,如恶心、泛酸、打嗝、饭后饱胀感、压迫感,胃酸、胃痛、胃胀、胃寒、胃痉挛等,给人们的生活带来极大不便。一般传统的药物会有或多或少的副作用,而且易复发,使得胃病难以根治。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种莱菔子养胃中药组合物及其制备方法。本发明的莱菔子养胃中药组合物由以下重量份的组分组成:莱菔子20~40份、阿胶1~5份、山药5~10份、当归5~10份、大枣5~10份、黑豆5~10份、茯苓1~5份、五味子1~5份、甘草1~5份、白头翁1~5份、川朴1~5份、葛根1~5份、刺五加1~5份、丁香1~5份、陈皮5~10份、鸡内金1~5份、川贝母1~5份、砂仁1~5份、石斛1~5份、三七1~5份、炒麦芽5~10份。
进一步地,本发明的莱菔子养胃中药组合物由以下重量份的组分组成:莱菔子25~35份、阿胶2~4份、山药6~8份、当归6~8份、大枣6~8份、黑豆6~8份、茯苓2~4份、五味子2~4份、甘草2~4份、白头翁2~4份、川朴2~4份、葛根2~4份、刺五加2~4份、丁香2~4份、陈皮2~4份、鸡内金2~4份、川贝母2~4份、砂仁2~4份、石斛2~4份、三七2~4份、炒麦芽6~8份。
具体地,本发明的莱菔子养胃中药组合物由以下重量份的组分组成:莱菔子30、阿胶3份、山药7份、当归7份、大枣7份、黑豆7份、茯苓3份、五味子3份、甘草3份、白头翁3份、川朴3份、葛根3份、刺五加3份、丁香3份、陈皮3份、鸡内金3份、川贝母3份、砂仁3份、石斛3份、三七3份、炒麦芽7份。
本发明的莱菔子养胃中药组合物的制备方法为:按上述配方量,将各原料洗净、烘干粉碎后加入3~8倍重量的水中,煎煮20min~1h,分离提取液与不溶物,将不溶物再次加入3~8倍重量的水中,煎煮1h~3h,弃去不溶物,合并提取液,即得。
具体地,本发明的莱菔子养胃中药组合物的制备方法为:按上述配方量,将各原料洗净、烘干粉碎后加入5倍重量的水中,煎煮30min,分离提取液与不溶物,将不溶物再次加入4倍重量的水中,煎煮2h,弃去不溶物,合并提取液,即得。
本发明的主要组分中:
莱菔子味辛、甘,平,归脾、胃、肺经。消食除胀,降气化痰。用于饮食停滞,脘腹胀痛,大便秘结,积滞泻痢,痰壅喘咳。
当归味甘、辛,性温。归肝、心、脾经。补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便。用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,月经不调,经闭痛经,虚寒腹痛,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤,痈疽疮疡,肠燥便秘。酒当归活血通经。用于经闭痛经,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤。
阿胶补血滋阴,润燥,止血。用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,心烦不眠,肺燥咳嗽。
山药性平,味甘,无毒。归脾、肺、肾经。《本草纲目》认为山药能“益肾气、健脾胃、止泻痢、化瘫涎、润毛皮”。大枣味甘性温、归脾胃经,有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功能;含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C、多种微量钙以及氨基酸等丰富的营养成份。
黑豆味甘,性微寒,性平、入脾、肾经。补肾益阴,健脾利湿,除热解毒。
陈皮:味苦、辛,性温。归肺、脾经。理气健脾,燥湿化痰。用于脘腹胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
炒麦芽:主治食积不消,脘腹胀痛,脾虚食少,乳汗郁积,乳房胀痛,妇女断乳。
本发明的莱菔子养胃中药组合物以莱菔子为君药,山药、当归、陈皮、大枣、黑豆和炒麦芽为臣药,阿胶、茯苓、五味子、白头翁、川朴、葛根、刺五加、丁香、鸡内金、川贝母、砂仁、石斛、三七为佐药,甘草为使药。通过科学配伍,各药味协同作用,全方补而不滞,温而不燥,具有消食健胃、理气健脾、化浊降脂、消食导滞、清热燥湿、泻火解毒、化瘀止痛之功,可用于治疗各种类型的胃炎及相关的胃肠疾病。并且制备工艺简单,疗效显著。

本发明的莱菔子养胃中药组合物制备方法为:
将莱菔子25克、阿胶3克、山药5克、当归5克、大枣5克、黑豆5克、茯苓1克、五味子1克、甘草1克、白头翁1克、川朴1克、葛根1克、刺五加1克、丁香1克、陈皮5克、鸡内金1克、川贝母1克、砂仁1克、石斛1克、三七1克、炒麦芽5克洗净、烘干粉碎后加入3倍重量的水中,煎煮20min,分离提取液与不溶物,将不溶物再次加入3倍重量的水中,煎煮1h,弃去不溶物,合并提取液,即得。

本发明的莱菔子养胃中药组合物制备方法为:
将莱菔子30克、阿胶5克、山药10克、当归10克、大枣10克、黑豆10克、茯苓5克、五味子5克、甘草5克、白头翁5克、川朴5克、葛根5克、刺五加5克、丁香5克、陈皮10克、鸡内金5克、川贝母5克、砂仁5克、石斛5克、三七5克、炒麦芽10克洗净、烘干粉碎后加入8倍重量的水中,煎煮1h,分离提取液与不溶物,将不溶物再次加入8倍重量的水中,煎煮3h,弃去不溶物,合并提取液,即得。

本发明的莱菔子养胃中药组合物制备方法为:
将莱菔子35克、阿胶2克、山药6克、当归6克、大枣6克、黑豆6克、茯苓2克、五味子2克、甘草2克、白头翁2克、川朴2克、葛根2克、刺五加2克、丁香2克、陈皮2克、鸡内金2克、川贝母2克、砂仁2克、石斛2克、三七2克、炒麦芽6克洗净、烘干粉碎后加入4倍重量的水中,煎煮40min,分离提取液与不溶物,将不溶物再次加入4倍重量的水中,煎煮1.5h,弃去不溶物,合并提取液,即得。
制备实施例4
本发明的莱菔子养胃中药组合物制备方法为:
将莱菔子25克、阿胶4克、山药8克、当归8克、大枣8克、黑豆8克、茯苓4克、五味子4克、甘草4克、白头翁4克、川朴4克、葛根4克、刺五加4克、丁香4克、陈皮4克、鸡内金4克、川贝母4克、砂仁4克、石斛4克、三七4克、炒麦芽8克洗净、烘干粉碎后加入7倍重量的水中,煎煮50min,分离提取液与不溶物,将不溶物再次加入7倍重量的水中,煎煮2.5h,弃去不溶物,合并提取液,即得。
制备实施例5
本发明的莱菔子养胃中药组合物制备方法为:
将莱菔子30克、阿胶3克、山药7克、当归7克、大枣7克、黑豆7克、茯苓3克、五味子3克、甘草3克、白头翁3克、川朴3克、葛根3克、刺五加3克、丁香3克、陈皮3克、鸡内金3克、川贝母3克、砂仁3克、石斛3克、三七3克、炒麦芽7克洗净、烘干粉碎后加入5倍重量的水中,煎煮30min,分离提取液与不溶物,将不溶物再次加入4倍重量的水中,煎煮2h,弃去不溶物,合并提取液,即得。
病例实施例
1.刘某,女,52岁,诊断为慢性胃炎,临床表现为吞酸、厌食、打嗝等,病程至少7年,2014年6月开始服用本发明实施例1制得的莱菔子养胃中药组合物,每日2次,每次200ml,3个月后症状消失,继续服用3个月后停药,至今无复发。
2.朱某,女,23岁,诊断为急性胃炎,临床表现为上腹部胀满不适、疼痛、恶心、等症状等,发病第二天开始服用本发明实施例2制得的莱菔子养胃中药组合物,每日3次,每次200ml,3天后症状消失,全部服药过程无任何副作用。
3.沈某,男,60岁,诊断为慢性糜烂性胃炎,临床表现为饭后饱胀、泛酸、嗳气、无规律性腹痛及消化不良等症状。病程至少10年,2014年11月开始服用本发明实施例3制得的莱菔子养胃中药组合物,每日2次,每次300ml,3个月后症状消失,继续服用3个月后停药,至今无复发。
本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,如果对本发明的各种改动或变形不脱离本发明的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变形属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变形。
Claims (5)
1.一种莱菔子养胃中药组合物,其特征在于由以下重量份的组分组成:莱菔子20~40份、阿胶1~5份、山药5~10份、当归5~10份、大枣5~10份、黑豆5~10份、茯苓1~5份、五味子1~5份、甘草1~5份、白头翁1~5份、川朴1~5份、葛根1~5份、刺五加1~5份、丁香1~5份、陈皮5~10份、鸡内金1~5份、川贝母1~5份、砂仁1~5份、石斛1~5份、三七1~5份、炒麦芽5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的莱菔子养胃中药组合物,其特征在于由以下重量份的组分组成:莱菔子25~35份、阿胶2~4份、山药6~8份、当归6~8份、大枣6~8份、黑豆6~8份、茯苓2~4份、五味子2~4份、甘草2~4份、白头翁2~4份、川朴2~4份、葛根2~4份、刺五加2~4份、丁香2~4份、陈皮2~4份、鸡内金2~4份、川贝母2~4份、砂仁2~4份、石斛2~4份、三七2~4份、炒麦芽6~8份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的莱菔子养胃中药组合物,其特征在于由以下重量份的组分组成:莱菔子30份、阿胶3份、山药7份、当归7份、大枣7份、黑豆7份、茯苓3份、五味子3份、甘草3份、白头翁3份、川朴3份、葛根3份、刺五加3份、丁香3份、陈皮3份、鸡内金3份、川贝母3份、砂仁3份、石斛3份、三七3份、炒麦芽7份。
4.制备权利要求1~3任意一项所述的莱菔子养胃中药组合物的方法,其特征在于:按上述配方量,将各原料洗净、烘干粉碎后加入3~8倍重量的水中,煎煮20min~1h,分离提取液与不溶物,将不溶物再次加入3~8倍重量的水中,煎煮1h~3h,弃去不溶物,合并提取液,即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的莱菔子养胃中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:按上述配方量,将各原料洗净、烘干粉碎后加入5倍重量的水中,煎煮30min,分离提取液与不溶物,将不溶物再次加入4倍重量的水中,煎煮2h,弃去不溶物,合并提取液,即得。
