the tray conveying device comprises a first storage component, a second storage component and a tray conveying component, wherein the tray conveying component is arranged between the first storage component and the second storage component;
the first storage assembly comprises a first storage unit and two telescopic supporting structures, the first storage unit comprises two first brackets and four first limiting angle plates respectively fixed on the two first brackets, and the two telescopic supporting structures are respectively fixed on the two first brackets and are respectively arranged between the two first limiting angle plates fixed on the same first bracket;
the telescopic supporting structure comprises a first longitudinal moving cylinder, a first horizontal moving cylinder and a supporting clamp plate, wherein the first longitudinal moving cylinder is fixed on the first bracket and is connected with the first horizontal moving cylinder, the supporting clamp plate comprises a first connecting plate and a supporting plugboard which are vertically connected into a whole, the first connecting plate is connected with the first horizontal moving cylinder, and the supporting plugboard is horizontally arranged above the first bracket;
the second storage assembly comprises a second storage unit, two supporting parts and a vertical pushing part, wherein the second storage unit comprises two second brackets and four second limiting angle plates respectively fixed on the two second brackets, the two supporting parts are respectively fixed on the two second brackets and are respectively arranged between the two second limiting angle plates fixed on the same second bracket, and the vertical pushing part is fixed at the bottom of the inside of the second storage unit;
the support component comprises a connection base, a connection rotating shaft, a limiting shaft and a rotation support block, wherein the connection base comprises a first block body which is horizontally arranged and a second block body which is vertically arranged, the first block body is fixed on the second support, a square opening is formed in the middle of the second block body, the connection rotating shaft and the limiting shaft are horizontally arranged in the square opening and are fixedly connected with the second block body, the limiting shaft is arranged above the connection rotating shaft, the rotation support block is rotationally connected with the connection rotating shaft, and when the rotation support block is in a horizontal state, the lower plane of the rotation support block is in butt joint with the first block body;
the vertical pushing component comprises four supporting rods, a supporting plate, a pushing cylinder, four limiting rods and a pushing flat plate, wherein the supporting plate is fixed at the top of the four supporting rods, four movable through holes are formed in the supporting plate, the upper ends of the four limiting rods are fixedly connected with the pushing flat plate, the lower ends of the four limiting rods respectively penetrate through the movable through holes movably and are exposed out of the movable through holes, and the pushing cylinder is fixed on the upper plane of the supporting plate;
the tray conveying assembly comprises two limiting pieces and an automatic conveying unit, wherein the limiting pieces are connected between the first supports and the second supports, which are located on the same side, the automatic conveying unit is arranged between the two first supports and between the two limiting pieces, the automatic conveying unit comprises a horizontal moving electric cylinder, a bottom connecting plate, a supporting table, a first vertical conveying cylinder, a second vertical moving cylinder, a conveying clamping plate and a pushing plate, the horizontal moving electric cylinder is arranged between the two first supports and between the two limiting pieces, the bottom connecting plate is connected with the horizontal moving electric cylinder, the supporting table is fixed on the bottom connecting plate at intervals, the second vertical moving cylinder is fixed on the supporting table, the conveying clamping plate is connected with the second vertical moving cylinder, and the pushing plate is connected with the first vertical conveying cylinder, and the first vertical conveying cylinder is arranged at one end close to the second storage assembly.
2. The automatic feeding mechanism of claim 1, wherein:
the first limit angle plate and the second limit angle plate are composed of two plate bodies which are vertically connected;
two first limit angle plates close to the second storage assembly are provided with first openings towards the bottom of the plate body of the second storage assembly;
two second limiting angle plates close to the first storage assembly face the bottom of the plate body of the first storage assembly, and second openings are formed in the second limiting angle plates.
3. The automatic feeding mechanism of claim 1, wherein:
the pushing plate comprises a pushing plate body and two limit baffles connected to two opposite sides of the pushing plate body, and the distance between the two limit baffles is adjustable.
4. The automatic feeding mechanism of claim 1, wherein:
the transportation clamping plate comprises a transportation bottom plate and two transportation baffles connected to two opposite sides of the transportation bottom plate, and the distance between the two transportation baffles is adjustable.
5. The automatic feeding mechanism of claim 4, wherein:
the transportation baffle comprises two plane plate bodies which are vertically connected, the plane plate bodies horizontally arranged on the transportation baffle are provided with two long strip-shaped connecting through grooves, and the transportation baffle is connected with the bottom surface of the transportation bottom plate through fastening screws penetrating through the connecting through grooves.
6. The automatic feeding mechanism of claim 1, wherein:
the supporting table consists of a supporting flat plate and four supporting columns connected and fixed at the bottom of the supporting flat plate;
the second vertical moving cylinder is fixed on the support plate.
