Abstract
The invention discloses a broad-spectrum mildew removing agent for simultaneously adsorbing mycotoxin, endotoxin and enterotoxin, which comprises the following raw materials: 20-50 parts of mica powder, 50-100 parts of activated illite powder, 10-30 parts of montmorillonite, 50-100 parts of zeolite powder, 2-4 parts of preservative, 10-20 parts of enzyme preparation, 5-10 parts of traditional Chinese medicine, 4-8 parts of allicin and 1-3 parts of mineral substance. Has the advantages that: the only one broad-spectrum mildew removing agent can simultaneously adsorb mycotoxin, endotoxin and enterotoxin, the unique processing technology is adopted, the components are controllable, and the safety of the quality and function guarantee of the product is high: the broad-spectrum mildew removing agent is completely natural, impurities and heavy metals are lower than the minimum value limited by European Union, the content of dioxin is very low, the broad-spectrum mildew removing agent greatly improves the adsorbability of mycotoxin, endotoxin and enterotoxin, stimulates the appetite and promotes the digestion, can enhance the palatability of feed, and has wider application range.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of broad-spectrum mildew removers, in particular to a broad-spectrum mildew remover capable of adsorbing mycotoxin, endotoxin and enterotoxin simultaneously.
Background
At present, common moulds for feed pollution in China comprise aspergillus flavus heterochromous, aspergillus varians and zearalenone, and investigation reports show that the detection rate of mycotoxin in complete feed is as high as more than 90%. The feed mainly contains aspergillus, and is divided into aspergillus flora such as yellow, white and black, wherein the aspergillus flavus has the highest toxicity. Suitable growth conditions for the mold are high temperature and high humidity. The mould spores harmful to the grains can germinate and grow when the condition reaches 7 ℃, and when the water content in the feed exceeds 13%, the growth speed of the mould is accelerated, and the generation of toxins is correspondingly increased. The metabolism and growth of the mold are maintained by consuming nutrients, and thus the utilization rate of the feed may be reduced.
After animals eat mildewed feed with damaged nutritional ingredients, acute or chronic poisoning can be caused, and damage to the liver and kidney and malnutrition are mainly caused. The most serious harm is immunosuppression caused by the damage of mycotoxin to the immune system of an animal body, and clinical tests prove that a plurality of mycotoxins can directly damage or reduce the structure and the function of the immune system, thereby reducing the immune response capability. The phenomena that frequent diseases are difficult to prevent and treat, or antibodies still cannot reach due titer and immune failure after a large amount of vaccines are used for immunization widely exist in livestock and poultry breeding, and are closely related to mycotoxin. After animals ingest mycotoxin contaminated feed, mycotoxins and their metabolites remain in their liver, kidneys, muscles, blood, milk and eggs, causing contamination of animal food, which is a significant health hazard to humans through this food chain.
An effective solution to the problems in the related art has not been proposed yet.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems in the related art, the present invention provides a broad-spectrum mold remover for simultaneously adsorbing mycotoxin, endotoxin and enterotoxin, so as to overcome the above technical problems in the prior related art.
Therefore, the invention adopts the following specific technical scheme:
a broad-spectrum mildew removing agent for simultaneously adsorbing mycotoxin, endotoxin and enterotoxin comprises the following component raw materials:
20-50 parts of mica powder, 50-100 parts of activated illite powder, 10-30 parts of montmorillonite, 50-100 parts of zeolite powder, 2-4 parts of preservative, 10-20 parts of enzymic preparation, 5-10 parts of traditional Chinese medicine, 4-8 parts of allicin and 1-3 parts of mineral substance.

Further, the preparation method of the broad-spectrum mildew removing agent for simultaneously adsorbing mycotoxin, endotoxin and enterotoxin comprises the following steps:
step 1: weighing the raw materials according to the components;
step 2: selecting Glycyrrhrizae radix, radix Codonopsis, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, and ramulus Cinnamomi, removing impurities, mixing, pulverizing, and sieving;
and step 3: mixing mica powder, activated illite powder, zeolite powder, mineral substances and enzyme preparation in a fermentation tank for later use;
and 4, step 4: and (3) continuously mixing the product obtained in the step (2) and the step (3) with montmorillonite, preservative and allicin in a reactor provided with a stirring device, and packaging and collecting the obtained finished product.
Further, the temperature of the fermentation tank is 30-35 ℃.
Further, the mixing time in the reactor of the stirring device is 30-40 minutes.

The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, a broad spectrum mildew removing agent for simultaneously adsorbing mycotoxin, endotoxin and enterotoxin according to an embodiment of the invention comprises the following raw materials:
20-50 parts of mica powder, 50-100 parts of activated illite powder, 10-30 parts of montmorillonite, 50-100 parts of zeolite powder, 2-4 parts of preservative, 10-20 parts of enzyme preparation, 5-10 parts of traditional Chinese medicine, 4-8 parts of allicin and 1-3 parts of mineral substance.

zeolite powder: sodium calcium aluminosilicate hydroxide: the zeolite powder is prepared by grinding natural zeolite rock, is light green and white, can remove 95 percent of ammonia nitrogen in water, purify water and relieve the phenomenon of water transfer, thereby reducing the content of ammonia nitrogen in animal bodies;

allicin: it is used as pesticide and bactericide in agriculture, and also used in feed, food and medicine. The feed additive has the following functions: the flavor of broiler chicken and turtle is increased. Allicin is added into chicken or turtle feed to make chicken and turtle have stronger fragrance. The survival rate of animals is improved. Garlic has the functions of relieving, sterilizing, preventing and treating diseases, and the addition of 0.1 percent of garlicin into the feed of animals such as chickens, pigeons and the like can improve the survival rate by 5 to 15 percent. Can stimulate appetite. Allicin has effects of increasing gastric secretion and gastrointestinal peristalsis, stimulating appetite and promoting digestion, and 0.1% allicin preparation can be added into feed to enhance palatability of feed.

The broad-spectrum mildew removing agent for simultaneously adsorbing mycotoxin, endotoxin and enterotoxin comprises the following raw materials:
comprises 35g of mica powder, 75g of activated illite powder, 20g of montmorillonite, 75g of zeolite powder, 3g of preservative, 15g of zymosin, 7.5g of traditional Chinese medicine, 6g of allicin and 2g of mineral substances.

s3, mixing 50g of mica powder, 100g of activated illite powder, 100g of zeolite powder, 3g of mineral substance and 20g of enzyme preparation in a fermentation tank for later use;
and S4, continuously mixing the product obtained in the step 2 and the step 3 with 20g of montmorillonite, 4g of preservative and 8g of allicin in a reactor provided with a stirring device, and packaging and collecting the obtained finished product.
In one embodiment, the temperature of the fermentor is 30-35 ℃.
In one embodiment, the mixing time in the reactor of the stirring device is 30 to 40 minutes.
