Abstract
本发明提供了米糠油粉石榴饮品,该米糠油粉石榴饮品由如下重量份的原料制成:水150‑200份、低聚果糖5‑10份、苹果浓缩汁10‑20份、红树莓浓缩汁10‑20份、蓝莓浓缩汁10‑20份、红葡萄浓缩汁10‑20份、酪蛋白水解肽3‑5份。本发明通过将米糠油粉、山竹粉、余甘子粉、针叶樱桃粉、苹果浓缩汁、红树莓浓缩汁、蓝莓浓缩汁等按照特定配比调配而成,一方面使得该米糠油粉石榴饮品在饮用后具有促进肠胃蠕动、润滑肠道的效果,有助于用户在减肥的同时补充营养,另一方面使得该饮品具有提高人体免疫力、抗衰老、抗癌防癌以及清热去火的功效,大大提高了该饮品的饮用价值。

技术领域
本发明属于保健饮料技术领域,尤其是涉及米糠油粉石榴饮品。
背景技术
保健饮料是指通过调整饮料中天然营养素的成分和含量比例,以适应某些特殊人群营养需要的饮品,包括营养素饮料、运动饮料和其它特殊用途饮料三类。所谓营养素饮料是指人体日常活动所需的营养成分,这种饮料以脉动、激活、尖叫为代表,而运动饮料含有的电解能很好地平衡人体的体液,以佳得乐、劲跑、维体等为代表;特殊用途饮料已知的市场主流的主要就是以红牛、力保健和V飙为代表的能量饮料,主要作用为抗疲劳和补充能量。
然而目前的保健饮料均只能单一为用户进行相应的营养补充,以恢复用户在日常生活中所耗费的能量,而当用户在减肥或不消化饮用保健饮料时,保健饮料不仅不能够帮助用户进行减肥以及助消化,而且还会加剧用户的不适,从而大大降低了保健饮料的饮用价值。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出米糠油粉石榴饮品,通过将米糠油粉、山竹粉、余甘子粉、针叶樱桃粉、苹果浓缩汁、红树莓浓缩汁、蓝莓浓缩汁等按照特定配比调配而成,一方面使得该米糠油粉石榴饮品在饮用后具有促进肠胃蠕动、润滑肠道的效果,有助于用户在减肥的同时补充营养,另一方面使得该饮品具有提高人体免疫力、抗衰老、抗癌防癌以及清热去火的功效,大大提高了该饮品的饮用价值。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
米糠油粉石榴饮品,该米糠油粉石榴饮品由如下重量份的原料制成:该米糠油粉石榴饮品由如下重量份的原料制成:水150-200份、低聚果糖5-10份、苹果浓缩汁10-20份、红树莓浓缩汁10-20份、蓝莓浓缩汁10-20份、红葡萄浓缩汁10-20份、酪蛋白水解肽3-5份、燕窝肽粉3-5份、γ-氨基丁酸1-3份、酵母抽提物1-3份、壳寡糖4-6份、米糠油粉5-15份、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽1.5-2份、水解鱼胶原蛋白1.5-2份、余甘子粉5-10份、山竹粉5-10份、针叶樱桃粉5-10份、石榴浓缩汁10-15份、胡萝卜浓缩汁10-15份、果胶10-15份、柠檬酸1-1.5份、食品用香精1.5-2份。
进一步的,余甘子粉中含有17种碳水化合物,另外也有各种类型的维他命、胡罗卜素、油酸及其钙、硒、锌、钾等身体需要的微量元素,余甘子粉的关键作用为:清热凉血、生津解渴,能够减轻消化不良、腹胀、咳嗽等多种多样病症,另外还能防衰老;苹果浓缩汁、红树莓浓缩汁、蓝莓浓缩汁能够显著提升该饮品店口感;山竹粉里面有大量的蛋白质和脂类以及多种微量元素,对人类的身体有明显的滋养作有,可以用于人类营养不良和病后身体虚弱的调养,同时山竹粉还具有延缓衰老以及清热去火的功效;针叶樱桃粉是目前世界上维生素c含量最高的食物,是柠檬的三十五倍之多,具有提高人体免疫力、保护细胞、合成胶原蛋白、抗癌防癌、降低尿酸以及抗坏血病的功效。
进一步的,所述米糠油粉由米糠油、α-环状糊精、γ-环状糊精按照2:1:1的比例配置而成,米糠油粉中含有部分膳食纤维和脂肪,膳食纤维可在一定程度上促进胃肠蠕动,而脂肪可起到部分润滑肠道的效果,故进食米糠油有利于促进排便,有一定的预防或缓解便秘的效果。
所述的米糠油粉石榴饮品的制备方法,包包括如下步骤:
步骤(1):预先在配液罐定容450Kg常温纯化水备用;
步骤(2):配置胶液配置并投料,首先将150Kg的105℃热水打入乳化罐(不保温),保证乳化罐水温在84±3℃备用,然后将称量好的胶体2Kg在打开剪切的条件下缓慢倒入乳化罐,倒入完胶体后打开搅拌,当目视剪切乳化到无明显胶体颗粒时(约2-5min)暂停剪切搅拌,用勺子取一点胶体溶液查看是否剪切完全,如未剪切完全则开启剪切继续剪切1-2min,停止剪切查看胶体溶液呈均匀的透明装粘稠液体,无结块,无白点,接着便可开启调配罐搅拌,将胶液经80目过滤器打入调配罐;
步骤(3):非酸类固体化料液配置及投料,将100Kg的40±5℃纯化温水打入乳化罐,开启剪切,将米糠油粉缓慢倒入化料罐,适当提升搅拌转速1-2min观察溶解情况,溶解完全后将转速降低,在确保每种物料溶解完全的情况下加入下一种物料,加入预混料,最后将溶解好的上述物料溶液经60目过滤器打入配液罐;
步骤(4):果汁类溶液配置及投料,在配液罐持续搅拌的情况下依次加入低聚果糖、红树莓浓缩汁、苹果浓缩汁、蓝莓浓缩汁、红葡萄浓缩汁、石榴浓缩汁、胡萝卜浓缩汁,最后将盛放果汁的器具进行润洗1-2次,将润洗液倒入调配罐;
步骤(5):酸类物质溶液配置及投料,用不锈钢桶称量30Kg常温纯化水,在搅拌的情况下依次加入γ-氨基丁酸、针叶樱桃粉,搅拌2-3min直至完全溶解,将酸液以匀速的方式加入到快速搅拌的配液罐中(1min以内),将器具用润洗液润洗1-2次,把润洗液倒入配液罐;
步骤(6):调香、定容(26Kg润洗用常温纯化水),香精类物质最后加入,同样需要匀速加入(通常1min内添加完毕为宜);最后将润洗器具用水将所用器具进行逐一润洗(一般物料润洗一遍,香精类物料润洗三遍),将润洗后的溶液倒入配液罐。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中的预混料包括燕窝肽粉、酵母抽提物、壳寡糖、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽、酪蛋白水解肽、余甘子粉固体饮料、山竹粉、水解与胶原蛋白,能够确保上述远离的充分混合。
进一步的,该米糠油粉石榴饮品的饮用方式为开盖后直接饮用,保质期为180天。
进一步的,该米糠油粉石榴饮品每天的最大用量不超过125ml,同时该米糠油粉石榴饮品不适宜婴幼儿饮用,通过把控该饮品每天的用量,能够在确保人体健康的前提下提高了米糠油粉石榴饮品保健功效。

步骤(4):果汁类溶液配置及投料,在配液罐持续搅拌的情况下依次加入低聚果糖、红树莓浓缩汁、苹果浓缩汁、蓝莓浓缩汁、红葡萄浓缩汁、石榴浓缩汁、胡萝卜浓缩汁,最后将盛放果汁的器具进行润洗1-2次,将润洗液倒入调配罐;
步骤(5):酸类物质溶液配置及投料,用不锈钢桶称量30Kg常温纯化水,在搅拌的情况下依次加入γ-氨基丁酸、针叶樱桃粉,搅拌2-3min直至完全溶解,将酸液以匀速的方式加入到快速搅拌的配液罐中(1min以内),将器具用润洗液润洗1-2次,把润洗液倒入配液罐;
步骤(6):调香、定容(26Kg润洗用常温纯化水),香精类物质最后加入,同样需要匀速加入(通常1min内添加完毕为宜);最后将润洗器具用水将所用器具进行逐一润洗(一般物料润洗一遍,香精类物料润洗三遍),将润洗后的溶液倒入配液罐。
本实施例中,所述步骤(3)中的预混料包括燕窝肽粉、酵母抽提物、壳寡糖、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽、酪蛋白水解肽、余甘子粉固体饮料、山竹粉、水解与胶原蛋白,能够确保上述远离的充分混合。
本实施例中,该米糠油粉石榴饮品的饮用方式为开盖后直接饮用,保质期为180天。

1.米糠油粉石榴饮品,其特征在于:该米糠油粉石榴饮品由如下重量份的原料制成:水150-200份、低聚果糖5-10份、苹果浓缩汁10-20份、红树莓浓缩汁10-20份、蓝莓浓缩汁10-20份、红葡萄浓缩汁10-20份、酪蛋白水解肽3-5份、燕窝肽粉3-5份、γ-氨基丁酸1-3份、酵母抽提物1-3份、壳寡糖4-6份、米糠油粉5-15份、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽1.5-2份、水解鱼胶原蛋白1.5-2份、余甘子粉5-10份、山竹粉5-10份、针叶樱桃粉5-10份、石榴浓缩汁10-15份、胡萝卜浓缩汁10-15份、果胶10-15份、柠檬酸1-1.5份、食品用香精1.5-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的米糠油粉石榴饮品,其特征在于:所述米糠油粉由米糠油、α-环状糊精、γ-环状糊精按照2:1:1的比例配置而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的米糠油粉石榴饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
