Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及硅橡胶组合物以及使用该组合物涂覆有硅橡胶的编织材料。
背景技术
涂覆有硅橡胶的编织材料用于车辆等的安全气囊中,在这些编织材料中硅橡胶组合物涂覆在编织材料,例如用于安全气囊等的基底材料上。近年来,为了紧凑地存储安全气囊,考虑了减少硅橡胶组合物的涂层量,并且还考虑涂覆有硅橡胶的编织材料的阻燃性。
为了改善硅橡胶的阻燃性,例如,专利文献1提出了一种阻燃添加剂,所述阻燃添加剂含有选自由含有磷和氮的化合物组成的组的气体生成剂或作为含磷化合物和含氮化合物的混合物的气体生成剂,并且提出了一种硅树脂,所述硅树脂含有作为主要组分的由式R3SiO1/2表示的M单元,其中R表示选自具有1至30个碳原子的未经取代或经取代的烃基基团的同源或异源基团,并且由式SiO4/2表示的Q单元可以被添加到橡胶组合物(诸如用于构造、LIMS等的密封剂)中。专利文献2提出了一种用于涂覆在编织材料上的液体硅橡胶组合物,其中所述组合物含有增强型二氧化硅细粉和氢氧化铝,并且不含有溶剂和树脂有机聚硅氧烷。专利文献3提出了进一步将一种有机磷腈化合物添加到含有有机聚硅氧烷树脂和二氧化硅细粉的用于帘式安全气囊的液体硅橡胶组合物中。此外,专利文献4提出了一种硅橡胶组合物,所述组合物含有气相二氧化硅、三唑化合物和磷酸酯化合物。
然而,在这些硅橡胶组合物的情况下,存在硅橡胶组合物的涂层量难以减少、涂覆有硅橡胶的编织材料的阻燃性不足或两者均不能满足的问题。

发明内容
技术问题
本发明的目标是提供一种硅橡胶组合物,在将组合物涂覆在编织物上时,其可以提供具有足够阻燃性的编织材料,例如用于安全气囊等的基底材料,甚至在使用低涂层量的情况下也如此,并且它可以压制编织物的孔。此外,本发明的另一个目标是提供涂覆有硅橡胶的具有极佳阻燃性的编织材料,并且即使在施加大张力时,其孔也被压制。
问题的解决方案
本发明的硅橡胶组合物包含:
(A)100质量份的在分子中具有至少两个烯基基团的直链有机聚硅氧烷;
(B)5至100质量份的树脂有机聚硅氧烷,其含有SiO4/2单元、R1 2R2SiO1/2单元和R1 3SiO1/2单元,其中R1独立地表示具有1至12个碳原子的烷基基团并且R2表示具有2至12个碳原子的烯基基团,并且含有0.1至5.0质量%的烯基基团;

在各种实施方案中,组合物还包含:(G)有机钛化合物和/或有机锆化合物,其量为每100质量份的组分(A)0.01质量份至10质量份;(H)含有环氧基团的烷氧基硅烷和/或含有甲基丙烯酸基团或丙烯酸基团的烷氧基硅烷,其量为每100质量份组分(A)0.01质量份至10质量份;(I)含硅烷醇基团的有机硅氧烷低聚物,其量为每100质量份组分(A)0.01至10质量份;(J)有机铝化合物,其量为每100质量份组分(A)0.01至10质量份;或(K)氢氧化铝粉末,其量为每100质量份组分(A)5至50质量份。在各种实施方案中,本发明组合物是用于涂覆编织材料的硅橡胶组合物。
其次,涂覆有本发明的硅橡胶的编织材料通过将本发明的硅橡胶组合物涂覆到编织材料的表面上,并且然后固化组合物来获得。在各种实施方案中,编织材料是用于安全气囊的基底材料。
发明效果

具体实施方式
<硅橡胶组合物>
组分(A)是用作本发明组合物的主要药剂并在分子中具有至少两个烯基基团的直链有机聚硅氧烷。组分(A)中烯基基团的示例包括乙烯基基团、烯丙基基团、丁烯基基团、戊烯基基团、己烯基基团、庚烯基基团、辛烯基基团、壬烯基基团、癸烯基基团、以及具有2至12个碳原子的其他烯基基团。然而,乙烯基基团为优选的。此外,与组分(A)中除烯基基团以外的硅原子键合的基团的示例包括:甲基基团、乙基基团、丙基基团、丁基基团、戊基基团、己基基团、庚基基团和具有1至12个碳原子的其它烷基基团;苯基基团、甲苯基基团、二甲苯基基团和具有6至12个碳原子的其它芳基基团;苄基基团、苯乙基基团和具有7至12个碳原子的其它芳烷基基团;以及3-氯丙基基团、3,3,3-三氟丙基基团和具有1至12个碳原子的其它烷基卤化物基团。甲基基团和苯基基团为优选的。此外,少量羟基基团;或甲氧基基团、乙氧基基团或其它烷氧基基团可以在不损害本发明目标的范围内与组分(A)中的硅原子键合。
组分(A)的分子结构为基本上直链的,但分子链的一部分可轻微支化。此外,组分(A)的粘度不受限制,并且在25℃下的粘度优选为在100mPa·s至100,000mPa·s的范围内,可替代地在1,000mPa·s至50,000mPa·s的范围内。这是因为当组分(A)的粘度高于前述范围的下限时,增强硅橡胶的机械强度,但是当粘度低于所述范围的上限时,硅橡胶组合物的可涂覆性得到改善。应注意,组分(A)的粘度可按照JIS K7117-1通过旋转粘度计来测量。
用于组分(A)的有机聚硅氧烷的示例包括在分子链两个末端处被二甲基乙烯基硅氧基末端封闭的二甲基聚硅氧烷、在分子链两个末端处被二甲基乙烯基硅烷氧基封端的二甲基硅氧烷和甲基乙烯基硅氧烷的共聚物、在分子链两个末端处被二甲基乙烯基硅烷氧基封端的二甲基硅氧烷和甲基苯基硅氧烷的共聚物、以及在分子链两个末端处被二甲基乙烯基硅烷氧基封端的甲基(3,3,3-三氟丙基)硅氧烷和甲基乙烯基硅氧烷的共聚物。
组分(B)为用于改善硅橡胶的机械强度的树脂有机聚硅氧烷,并且含有由式SiO4/2单元表示的Q单元的硅氧烷和由R1 2R2SiO1/2单元和式R1 3SiO1/2单元表示的M单元的硅氧烷。在所述式中,R1独立地表示具有1至12个碳原子的烷基基团,并且具体的示例包括甲基基团、乙基基团、丙基基团、丁基基团、戊基基团、己基基团和庚基基团,但甲基基团为优选的。此外,在所述式中,R2表示具有2至12个碳的烯基基团,并且具体的示例包括乙烯基基团、烯丙基基团、丁烯基基团、戊烯基基团、己烯基基团、庚烯基基团、辛烯基基团、壬烯基基团和癸烯基基团,但乙烯基基团为优选的。组分(B)含有0.1至5.0质量%的烯基基团,优选地含有0.5至5.0质量%,可替代地0.5至2.5质量%的烯基基团。应注意,在不损害本发明目标的范围内,组分(B)可以含有另一个硅氧烷单元,例如由式R1 2SiO2/2表示的D单元的硅氧烷或由式R1SiO3/2表示的T单元的硅氧烷。应注意,式中的R1与上文所述相同。
用于组分(B)的树脂有机聚硅氧烷的示例包括含有SiO4/2单元、(CH3)3SiO1/2单元和(CH2=CH)(CH3)2SiO1/2单元的树脂,含有SiO4/2单元、(CH3)3SiO1/2单元、(CH2=CH)(CH3)2SiO1/2单元和(CH3)2SiO2/2单元的树脂,含有SiO4/2单元、C6H5(CH3)2SiO1/2单元和(CH2=CH)(CH3)2SiO1/2单元的树脂,以及含有SiO4/2单元、(CH3)3SiO1/2单元、(CH2=CH)(CH3)2SiO1/2单元和CH3SiO3/2单元的树脂。此外,在环境温度下为液体的那些或甚至以固体的形式与组分(A)具有相容性的那些为优选的。
组分(B)的含量为相对于100质量份组分(A)的5质量份至100质量份的范围内,并且优选地在10质量份至80质量份的范围内。这是因为当组分(B)的含量不小于上述范围的下限时,硅橡胶的机械强度得到改善,并且当含量不超过所述范围的上限时,硅橡胶组合物的粘度相对较低并且可以涂覆到不具有溶剂的基底材料上。
组分(C)是用作本发明组合物的交联剂并在分子中具有至少两个硅原子键合的氢原子的有机聚硅氧烷。组分(C)中除氢原子已外的硅原子键合的有机基团的示例包括:甲基基团、乙基基团、丙基基团和具有1至12个碳原子的其它烷基基团;苯基基团、甲苯基基团、二甲苯基基团和具有6至12个碳原子的其它芳基基团;3-氯丙基基团、3,3,3-三氟丙基基团和具有1至12个碳原子的其它烷基卤化物基团,但甲基和苯基为优选的。
组分(C)的分子结构不受限制,但示例包括直链结构、支链结构、部分支化的直链结构、环状结构和树脂结构。此外,组分(C)的粘度不受限制,但是其在25℃下的运动粘度优选地在1mm2/s至1,000mm2/s的范围内,可替代地在1mm2/s至100mm2/s的范围内。这是因为当组分(C)的粘度不小于上述范围的下限时,硅橡胶的机械强度得到改善,并且当含量不超过所述范围的上限时,硅橡胶组合物的可涂覆性得到改善。应注意,组分(C)的粘度可按照JISZ8803通过乌别洛德粘度计(Ubbelohde viscometer)来测量。
用于组分(C)的有机聚硅氧烷的示例包括在分子链两个末端处被三甲基硅烷氧基封端的甲基氢-聚硅氧烷、在分子链两个末端处被三甲基硅烷氧基封端的二甲基硅氧烷和甲基氢硅氧烷的共聚物、在分子链两个末端处被二甲基苯基硅氧烷封端的甲基苯基硅氧烷和甲基氢硅氧烷的共聚物、环状甲基氢聚硅氧烷、二甲基氢硅烷氧基单元的共聚物和SiO4/2单元的共聚物。
相对于1摩尔的组分(A)和(B)中的总烯基基团,组分(C)的含量为使得此有机聚硅氧烷中的硅原子键合的氢原子为在0.5mol至10mol的范围,优选地在0.8mol至10mol的范围内,可替代地在1mol至10mol的范围内,或者可替代地在1mol至5mol的范围内的量。这是因为当组分(C)的含量不小于上述范围的下限时,硅橡胶组合物充分固化,并且当含量不超过上述范围的上限时,硅橡胶的耐热性得到改善。
组分(D)为促进本发明组合物的固化的硅氢加成反应催化剂。用于组分(D)的催化剂的示例包括基于铂的催化剂、基于铑的催化剂、基于钌的催化剂、基于铱的催化剂、基于钯的催化剂和其它基于铂族金属的催化剂。铂基催化剂为优选的。基于铂的催化剂的示例包括:铂细粉、氯铂酸、氯铂酸的醇溶液、氯铂酸的烯烃络合物、氯铂酸的烯基硅氧烷络合物、铂二酮络合物、铂烯基硅氧烷络合物和铂烯烃络合物;承载于二氧化硅、氧化铝、碳等上的金属铂;以及包含基于铂的催化剂的热塑性树脂粉末。
组分(D)的含量为催化量,并且为使得组分(D)中的催化金属通常在相对于1,000,000质量份组分(A)0.1至500质量份的范围内,并且优选地在1至50质量份的范围内的量。这是因为当含量小于0.1质量份时,反应不会充分进行,并且当其质量大于500质量份时,经济性并不有利。
组分(E)为用于提供由固化本发明组合物获得的硅橡胶机械强度的增强型二氧化硅细粉。组分(E)的示例包括干法二氧化硅、沉淀法二氧化硅和疏水性二氧化硅,其中增强型二氧化硅细粉的表面用有机氯硅烷、有机硅氮烷、有机烷氧基硅烷、有机氢聚硅氧烷或其它有机硅化合物处理。组分(E)特别优选地具有50m2/g或更大的比表面积。
组分(E)的含量在相对于100质量份组分(A)0.1至50质量份的范围内,并且优选地在5至40质量份的范围内,可替代地在5至30质量份的范围内。这是因为当组分(E)的含量不小于上述范围的下限时,硅橡胶的机械强度极佳,并且当其不超过所述范围的上限时,硅橡胶组合物的可涂覆性为有利的。
组分(F)是用于改善硅橡胶的阻燃性的膨胀型阻燃剂,并且为含有以下的混合物:至少一种类型的的三聚氰胺盐,其选自由三聚氰胺正磷酸盐、三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐和三聚氰胺多磷酸盐组成的组;以及至少一种哌嗪盐,其选自由哌嗪正磷酸盐、哌嗪焦磷酸盐和哌嗪多磷酸盐组成的组;并且任选地含有水滑石化合物或环糊精。三聚氰胺盐与哌嗪盐的比率不受限制,但其质量比优选地在20:80到50:50的范围内。此外,当包含水滑石化合物时,优选地包含相对于总计100质量份的三聚氰胺盐和哌嗪盐0.01至5质量份的水滑石化合物。可用膨胀型阻燃剂的示例包括非卤素膨胀型阻燃剂(由ADEKA公司制造的ADK STAB FP-2100JC)和非卤素膨胀型阻燃剂(由ADEKA公司制造的DK STAB FP-2500S)。在本发明中,在硅橡胶组合物中添加熟知的膨胀型阻燃剂作为有机树脂的阻燃剂,并且特别是发现含有用于组分(B)的树脂有机聚硅氧烷和用于组分(E)的增强型二氧化硅细粉的硅橡胶组合物也为涂覆有硅橡胶的编织材料提供显著阻燃性,甚至在使用低涂层量的硅橡胶组合物的情况下也如此。
组分(F)的含量在相对于100质量份组分(A)5至30质量份的范围内,并且优选地在10至30质量份的范围内,可替代地在15至30质量份的范围内。这是因为当组分(F)的含量不小于上述范围的下限时,涂覆有硅橡胶的编织材料的阻燃性得到改善,并且当其不超过所述范围的上限时,硅橡胶组合物的可涂覆性得到改善。
本发明组合物可以包含:(G)有机钛化合物和/或有机锆化合物,以便即使在将通过涂覆和固化组合物获得的涂覆有硅橡胶的编织材料在高温和高湿度条件下存储长时间段之后,仍将硅橡胶的粘合剂特性维持在编织材料上。
用于组分(G)的有机钛化合物的示例包括:钛酸四丙酯、钛酸四丁酯、钛酸四辛酯和其它有机钛酸酯;乙酸钛和其它有机酸钛盐;二异丙氧基双(乙酰丙酮酯)钛、二异丙氧基双(乙酸乙酯)钛和其它钛螯合化合物。
此外,用于组分(G)的有机锆化合物的示例包括四乙酰丙酮酸锆、六氟乙酰丙酮酸锆、三氟乙酰丙酮酸锆、四(乙基三氟乙酰丙酮酸)锆、四(2,2,6,6-四甲基庚二酸盐)、二丁氧基双(乙基乙酰乙酸)锆、二异丙氧基双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-庚二酸)锆和具有β-二酮(包括烷基基团取代产物和氟原子取代产物)作为配体的其它锆络合物。有机锆化合物特别优选地为锆的乙酰丙酮酸盐络合物(包括乙酰丙酮酸盐的烷基基团取代产物和氟原子取代产物)。
在本发明的组合物中,组分(G)的含量在相对于100质量份组分(A)0.01至10质量份的范围内,并且优选地在0.1至5质量份的范围内,可替代地在0.5至5质量份的范围内。这是因为当组分(G)的含量不小于上述范围的下限时,甚至可以将有利的粘合剂特性维持在粘合性差的粘附体(诸如编织材料),并且当其不超过所述范围的上限时,硅橡胶组合物的储存稳定性得到改善。
此外,本发明组合物可以包含:(H)含有环氧基团的烷氧基硅烷和/或含有甲基丙烯酸基团或丙烯酸基团的烷氧基硅烷,用于改善对粘合性差的粘附体(诸如编织材料)的有利粘合剂特性。
用于组分(H)的含有环氧基团的烷氧基硅烷的示例包括3-缩水甘油氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-缩水甘油氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、3-缩水甘油氧基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、4-缩水甘油氧基丁基三甲氧基硅烷、5,6-环氧基己基三乙氧基硅烷、2-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷和2-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基三乙氧基硅烷。
此外,用于组分(H)的含有甲基丙烯酸基团或丙烯酸基团的烷氧基硅烷的示例包括3-丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、3-丙烯酰氧基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷和3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷。

组分(I)的示例包括在分子链两个末端处被二甲基羟基硅烷氧基封端的甲基乙烯基聚硅氧烷,以及在分子链两个末端处被二甲基羟基硅烷氧基封端的二甲基硅氧烷和甲基乙烯基硅氧烷的共聚物。
在本发明的组合物中,组分(I)的含量不受限制,但在相对于100质量份组分(A)0.01至10质量份的范围内,并且优选地在0.1至5质量份的范围内,可替代地在0.5至5质量份的范围内。这是因为当组分(I)的含量不小于上述范围的下限时,甚至可以将有利的粘合剂特性维持在粘合性差的粘附体(诸如编织材料),并且当其不超过所述范围的上限时,硅橡胶组合物的储存稳定性得到改善。
此外,本发明组合物优选地包含:(J)有机铝化合物,因为即使组分(F)的含量减少,也可以改善阻燃性。组分(J)的示例包括三(乙酰丙酮酸)铝、三(乙基乙酸)铝、乙基乙酰乙酸二异丙酸铝、三(乙基乙酰乙酸)铝、烷基乙酰乙酸异丙酸铝、单乙酰基乙酸双(乙基乙酰乙酸)铝、单异丙氧基单油酰氧基乙基乙酰乙酸铝、单乙基乙酰乙酸二正丁醇铝、单乙基乙酰乙酸二异丙醇铝、异丙酸铝、二异丙酸单仲丁氧基铝、仲丁酸铝和三乙醇铝。
在本发明的组合物中,组分(J)的含量不受限制,但在相对于100质量份组分(A)0.01至10质量份的范围内,并且优选地在0.1至5质量份的范围内,可替代地在0.5至5质量份的范围内。这是因为当组分(J)的含量不小于上述范围的下限时,组分(F)的阻燃功能可得到改善,并且当含量不超过所述范围的上限时,硅橡胶组合物的储存稳定性得到改善。
此外,本发明组合物优选地包含:(K)氢氧化铝粉末,因为即使组分(F)的含量减少,也可以改善阻燃性。组分(K)的粒度不受特别限制。例如,平均粒度优选地在0.1μm到50μm的范围内,可替代地在0.1μm到10μm的范围内。其形状也不受限制,并且示例包括球形形状、基本上球形形状和压碎形状。组分(K)的示例包括平均粒度为1.0μm的可用氢氧化铝粉末(产品名称为由昭和电工株式会社(Showa Denko K.K.)制造的Hidilite H42M)和平均粒度为1.0μm的用硅烷偶联剂表面处理的氢氧化铝(由昭和电工株式会社制造的HidiliteH42STV)。
在本发明的组合物中,组分(K)的含量不受限制,但在相对于100质量份组分(A)5至50质量份的范围内,并且优选地在10至50质量份的范围内,可替代地在10至30质量份的范围内。这是因为当组分(J)的含量不小于上述范围的下限时,组分(F)的阻燃功能可得到改善,并且孔可进一步被压制。此外,当其不超过所述范围的上限时,硅橡胶组合物的可涂覆性得到改进。
此外,本发明组合物优选地包含:固化抑制剂,以便改善储存稳定性和处理可加工性。固化抑制剂的示例包括1-乙炔基环己-1-醇、2-甲基-3-丁炔-2-醇、3,5-二甲基-1-己炔-3-醇、2-苯基-3-丁炔-2-醇和其它乙炔化合物;3-甲基-3-戊烯-1-炔、3,5-二甲基-3-己烯-1-炔或其它烯炔化合物;苯并三唑和其它三唑;以及膦类、硫醇类和肼类。固化抑制剂的含量不受限制,但优选地为相对于100质量份组分(A)0.001至10质量份的范围内,或者在0.01至10质量份的范围内。
此外,本发明组合物可以包含:不损害本发明目标的范围内除了组分(E)和(K)之外的无机填料。无机填料的示例包括:石英粉末、硅藻土、碳酸钙、碳酸镁和其它增量填充剂;氧化铈、氢氧化铈、氧化铁和其它耐热剂;红色氧化铁、氧化钛、炭黑和其它颜料;和阻燃剂。
制备本发明组合物的方法不受限制,并且组合物可通过将组分(A)至(F),并且根据需要与另一种任选的组分混合来制备。然而,通过提前加热和混合组分(E)和一部分组分(A)制备的二氧化硅母料优选与剩余组分(A)、组分(B)、组分(C)、组分(D)和组分(F)混合。应注意,如果必须添加另一种任选的组分,则可以在制备二氧化硅母料时添加本发明组分。此外,如果本发明组分由于加热和混合而变化,则优选地在添加剩余组分(A)、组分(B)、组分(C)、组分(D)和组分(F)时添加本发明组分。此外,当制备二氧化硅母料时,可以添加有机硅化合物以原位处理化合物(E)的表面。当制备本发明组合物时,可以使用熟知的捏合装置,例如两个辊、捏合机混合器、Ross混合器等。
<涂覆有硅橡胶的编织材料>
通过将上文所述的硅橡胶组合物涂覆到编织材料的表面上,并且然后固化组合物来获得涂覆有本发明的硅橡胶的编织材料。用作本发明编织材料的编织材料的示例包括:尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙46和其它聚酰胺纤维编织材料;聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯和其它聚酯纤维编织材料;以及聚丙烯酸纤维编织材料、聚丙烯腈纤维编织材料、芳族聚酰胺纤维编织材料、聚醚酰亚胺纤维编织材料、聚砜纤维编织材料、碳纤维编织材料、人造丝纤维编织材料、聚丙烯纤维编织材料、聚乙烯纤维编织材料和含有这些纤维的非编织材料。从极佳耐热性和机械性质角度来看,聚酰胺纤维编织材料和聚酯纤维编织材料作为气囊基底材料是特别优选的。
本发明的编织材料的纤维编织材料不受限制,并且示例包括斜纹编织材料和普通编织材料。从生产率和厚度角度来看,普通编织材料通常用作气囊基本材料。
制造本发明的编织材料的方法不受限制。例如,上文所描述的硅橡胶组合物可以通过喷涂、凹版涂布、棒式涂布、刮刀涂布、贴纸、丝网印刷、浸渍或其它熟知的方法来涂覆在编织材料上。此时,硅橡胶组合物的涂布量通常在10g/m2至100g/m2的范围内。此外,可以涂覆硅橡胶组合物,并且然后在150至200℃下加热1至2分钟以固化组合物。
本发明的编织材料可以具有一层或多层硅橡胶涂层。此外,如有必要,本发明的编织材料可以具有任意附加涂层。附加涂层通常是用于改善编织材料表面的感觉的层,进一步改善表面的磨损或改善编织材料的强度。具体示例包括由塑料膜、编织材料、非织造材料和其它弹性涂层制成的涂层。
实施例
将基于实施例详细描述硅橡胶组合物和涂覆有本发明的硅橡胶的编织材料。应注意,实施例中的粘度(mPa·s)是按照JIS K7117-1使用旋转粘度计在25℃下测量的值,而运动粘度(mm2/s)是按照JIS Z8803通过乌别洛德粘度计在25℃下测量的值。此外,涂覆有硅橡胶的编织材料的制备和其评估如下。
<涂覆有硅橡胶的编织材料的制备>
将硅橡胶组合物涂覆到含有长丝纱线的尼龙66编织材料的一个表面上,所述长丝纱线的总纤维度为470分特并且经纱密度为46螺纹/英寸且纬纱密度46螺纹/英寸,使得涂层量在约13g/m2到16g/m2的范围内。接下来,通过在190℃烘箱中加热70秒来固化硅橡胶组合物,以制备涂覆有硅橡胶的编织材料。
<涂覆有硅橡胶的编织材料的易燃性>
从涂覆有如上所述制备的硅橡胶的编织材料中切出长度为10cm和宽度为25cm的矩形,将其用作测试件,并且基于燃烧速率评估其易燃性。根据用于汽车内部材料的易燃性测试FMVSS编号302(联邦运动车辆安全标准编号302)中指定的方法来测量燃烧速率(mm/min.)。
<涂覆有硅橡胶的编织材料的孔性质>
从涂覆有如上所述制备的硅橡胶的编织材料切出宽度为50mm且长度为100mm的矩形测试件。用夹具穿透测试件,所述夹具在距50mm宽度测试件的端部5mm处具有以4mm间隔布置的梳齿针。将夹具和测试件的其它端部设置在拉伸试验机中,并以200mm/min的拉伸速率拉动。测量测试件从以相等间隔布置的梳齿针拉出的最大拉伸强度(N)。孔性质是基于拉伸强度,换句话说,梳边阻力(N)来测量的。
<制备例1>
将100质量份的在分子链两个末端处被二甲基乙烯基硅烷氧基封端且粘度为40,000mPa·s的二甲基聚硅氧烷(乙烯基基团的含量=大约0.09质量%)、40质量份的BET比表面积为225m2/g的热解法二氧化硅、7质量份的六亚甲基二硅氮烷、2质量份的水和0.2质量份的在分子链两个末端处被二甲基羟基硅烷氧基基团封端且粘度为20mPa·s的二甲基硅氧烷和甲基乙烯基硅氧烷的共聚物(乙烯基基团的含量=大约10.9质量%)引入Ross混合器中,然后在室温下混合直至均匀。此后,在减压下在200℃下进行热处理2小时,以制备流体二氧化硅母料。
<实施例1至6和比较例1至4>
通过将以下组分均匀混合以实现表1中所示的组成来制备硅橡胶组合物。表1中示出了所获得的涂覆有硅橡胶的编织材料的特性。应注意,在所述式中,Me和Vi分别表示甲基基团和乙烯基基团,并且组分(C)中硅原子键合的氢原子相对于组合物中组分(A)和组分(B)的烯基基团的总量的摩尔比为2.7。
将以下组分用作组分(A)。
(a-1):在分子链两个末端处被二甲基乙烯基硅烷氧基基团封端且粘度为10,000mPa·s的二甲基聚硅氧烷(乙烯基基团的含量:大约0.13质量%)
以下组分被用作组分(B)。
(b-1):由以下平均单元式表示的有机聚硅氧烷树脂:
(Me3SiO1/2)0.40(ViMe2SiO1/2)0.04(SiO4/2)0.56
(乙烯基基团的含量=大约1.6质量%)
以下组分被用作组分(C)。
(c-1):运动粘度为15mm2/s且由以下平均单元式表示的有机聚硅氧烷:
(Me3SiO1/2)0.09(Me2SiO2/2)0.32(HMeSiO2/2)0.54(MeSiO3/2)0.05
(与硅原子键合的氢原子的含量=大约0.83质量%)
将以下组分用作组分(D)。
(d-1):铂的1,3-二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷络合物的1,3-二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷溶液(铂金属的含量=大约4,000ppm)
将以下组分用作组分(E)。
(e-1):在制备例1中制备的二氧化硅母料
将以下组分用作组分(F)。
(f-1):非卤素膨胀型阻燃剂(由ADEKA公司制造的ADK STAB FP-2100JC)
(f-2):非卤素膨胀型阻燃剂(由ADEKA公司制造的ADK STAB FP-2500S)
以下组分被用作组分(F)的比较。
(f-3):非卤素缩合磷酸酯阻燃剂(由ADEKA公司制造的ADK STAB FP-600)

(i-1):含硅烷醇基团的有机硅氧烷低聚物:在分子链两个末端处被二甲基羟基硅烷氧基封端且粘度为20mPa·s的二甲基硅氧烷和甲基乙烯基硅氧烷的共聚物(乙烯基基团的含量=大约10.9质量%)
将以下组分用作组分(J)。
(j-1):乙酰丙酮酸铝
(j-2):烷基乙酰乙酸二异丙酸铝(产品名称为由味之素精细科技有限公司(Ajinomoto Fine-Techno Co.,Ltd.)制造的PLENACT AL-M)
将以下组分用作组分(K)。
(k-1):平均粒度为1.0μm的氢氧化铝粉末(产品名称为由昭和电工株式会社制造的Hidilite H42M)
将以下组分用作组分(K)的比较。
(k-2):氢氧化镁粉末(由神岛化学股份有限公司(Konoshima Chemical Co.,Ltd.)制造的MAGSEEDS S)
将以下组分用作固化抑制剂。

工业适用性
在将组合物涂覆在编织物上时,本发明的硅橡胶组合物可以提供具有足够阻燃性的编织材料,例如用于安全气囊等的基础材料,甚至在使用低涂层量的情况下也如此,并且它可以压制编织物的孔。因此,硅橡胶组合物适用作用于帘式防护安全气囊、驱动器安全气囊、前方乘客安全气囊、侧面安全气囊、膝盖安全气囊、ITS头部安全气囊和其它安全气囊的编织材料的涂层剂,用于飞行器、可充气水泥的紧急喷射座椅,以及其它应用。此外,涂覆有本发明的硅橡胶的编织材料适用作用于飞行器的帘式屏蔽安全气囊、紧急喷射阀座等的基底材料。
Claims (9)
1.一种硅橡胶组合物,所述硅橡胶组合物包含:
(A)100质量份的在分子中具有至少两个烯基基团的直链有机聚硅氧烷;
(B)5至100质量份的树脂有机聚硅氧烷,其含有SiO4/2单元、R1 2R2SiO1/2单元和R1 3SiO1/2单元,其中R1独立地表示具有1至12个碳原子的烷基基团并且R2表示具有2至12个碳原子的烯基基团,并且含有0.1至5.0质量%的烯基基团;
(C)在分子中具有至少两个硅原子键合的氢原子的有机聚硅氧烷,其量使得该组分中所述硅原子键合的氢原子为每1摩尔组分(A)和(B)中的烯基基团0.5摩尔至10摩尔;
(D)一定量的硅氢加成反应催化剂,其量促进本发明组合物的固化;
(E)0.1质量份至50质量份的增强型二氧化硅细粉;以及
(F)5至30质量份的膨胀型阻燃剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅橡胶组合物,所述硅橡胶组合物还包含:
(G)有机钛化合物和/或有机锆化合物,其量为每100质量份组分(A)0.01至10质量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硅橡胶组合物,所述硅橡胶组合物还包含:
(H)含有环氧基团的烷氧基硅烷和/或含有甲基丙烯酸基团或丙烯酸基团的烷氧基硅烷,其量为每100质量份组分(A)0.01至10质量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的硅橡胶组合物,所述硅橡胶组合物还包含:
(I)含硅烷醇的有机硅氧烷低聚物,其量为每100质量份的组分(A)0.01至10质量份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的硅橡胶组合物,所述硅橡胶组合物还包含:
(G)有机铝化合物,其量为每100质量份的组分(A)0.01至10质量份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的的硅橡胶组合物,所述硅橡胶组合物还包含:(G)氢氧化铝粉末,其量为每100质量份的组分(A)5至50质量份。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的硅橡胶组合物,所述硅橡胶组合物用于涂覆编织材料。
8.一种涂覆有硅橡胶的编织材料,其中所述编织材料通过将根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的硅橡胶组合物涂覆在编织材料的表面上,并且然后固化所述组合物来产生。
9.根据权利要求8所述的涂覆有硅橡胶的编织材料,其中所述编织材料是用于安全气囊的基底材料。
