Comparing the experimental results of the examples 1-3 and the comparative example 1, the yield of the Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim is improved to 6-8 kg/plant from 3-5 kg/plant of the comparative example 1 by using the method of the invention, and is increased by about 1 time; the germination rate and the survival rate of the seeds are respectively improved to 80-90 percent and more than 85 percent from 20-50 percent and 50-60 percent of the comparative example 1; compared with comparative example 1, the root system, the plant height and the root length of the nursery stock are increased by 20 to 30 percent. The method can fundamentally solve the problem of excellent character degradation of the seedlings and can fundamentally delay the growth decline of the Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.
Comparative example 2

Meanwhile, because a large amount of medicaments are not adopted to perform inductive stimulation on plant growth and seed formation (formation and accumulation of secondary metabolites), the seed character obtained by the method is more stable, the seedling leaves are more robust and healthy, and the problems of low germination rate of the seeds of the Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim and large-area growth decline of the plants are effectively solved.

The cultivation method according to claim 3, wherein the crown width is controlled to be (3-4) mx (3-4) m, the number of the branches is controlled to be 48-60, the distance between the adjacent branches is controlled to be 0.3-0.5 m, the length of the branches is controlled to be 0.5-0.8 m, and the young shoots are specifically picked off by spring shoots and summer shoots which germinate in 4-6 months.

The cultivation method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the fertilizer water management includes application of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers and trace elements and adjustment of soil moisture, wherein the nitrogen fertilizer is a high nitrogen and sulfur-based compound fertilizer, the phosphorus and potassium fertilizer is monopotassium phosphate, and the trace elements are calcium fertilizers.

The cultivation method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the nitrogen fertilizer is a high-tower nitro-sulfur-based compound fertilizer, the application time is 10 months to the end, and the application amount is 50-200 g/plant; the phosphorus-potassium fertilizer is an aqueous solution prepared by adding 50kg of water to 30-50 g of monopotassium phosphate, the application time is 7 ten days in the middle of the month, and the application amount is 0.8-1.2 kg per plant; the micro-fertilizer is a water-soluble fertilizer of secondary elements of the doctor pepper, and is applied once in the middle 3 th of month and in the last 4 th of month.
