技术领域
本发明涉及增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料及包含该复合颜料的化妆品成分,尤其涉及通过在高折射率的白色颜料上再次涂布白色颜料的工艺,颜料的表面得到改性,从而增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料及包含该复合颜料的化妆品成分。
背景技术
用于化妆品的防紫外线剂大致分为有机防紫外线剂和无机防紫外线剂。
有机防紫外线剂因为具备共振结构或共轭结构等的有机物质的化学结构吸收紫外线等光的波长,但有可能引起皮肤过敏等皮肤刺激,从而使用方面受到限制,而且随着时间的流逝,被皮肤分泌的皮脂或油性成分冲刷,对持久力产生影响。与此相反,无机防紫外线剂通过利用无机矿物质形成阻断光本身的隔离膜以散射紫外线,但涂抹时因涂抹性差感觉僵硬,而且因动态散射现象,出现不自然的皮肤效果。
为克服上述防紫外线剂的缺点,近来开展新防紫外线剂的开发,而且,能够提高防紫外线剂的效果的防紫外线增强剂备受关注。上述材料起到帮助有机防紫外线剂的稳定,或均匀分散无机防紫外线剂的作用。
但是,目前在市面流通的大部分增强剂为具备有机结构的增强剂,无机增强剂几乎不存在。
因此,本发明人开发出作为在二氧化钛等高折射率的白色颜料上,再次涂布二氧化钛等白色颜料的复合颜料的利用无机材料的无机防紫外线增强剂。

发明内容
所要解决的课题
为克服上述问题,本发明的第一目的在于,将现有二氧化钛等高折射率的白色颜料作为核心,在核心上再次涂布二氧化钛等白色颜料,以通过无机矿物质表面的散射控制光的移动路径,从而增强防紫外线效果。
本发明的第二目的在于,提供一种在纠正普通白色颜料的过度的遮盖力以赋予适当的覆盖力的同时,可实现自燃的光彩和肤色的包含增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料的化妆品成分。
本发明的第三目的在于,提供一种在由白色颜料构成的核心的最外围再次涂布颜料,通过吸油量等增强效果吸收皮肤分泌的皮脂等,从而能够提供防紫外线效果的持久力的包含增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料的化妆品成分。
课题解决方案
为实现上述目的,根究本发明的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料,其特征在于,包括:核心部,包括白色颜料;及表面涂布材料,涂布于上述核心部的外围表面,并包括含上述白色颜料的无机溶液。
另外,上述白色颜料为选自由二氧化钛、氧化锌、氧化铈、二氧化硅、滑石粉、云母、硼硅酸盐构成的组的一种以上。
在此,白色颜料占无机复合颜料总重量的20重量%至90重量%;无机溶液占无机复合颜料总重量的10重量%至80重量%。
另外,在根据本发明的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料中,表面涂布材料均匀或不均匀地涂布于核心部。
另外,在根据本发明的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料中,通过利用核心部及表面涂布材料的表面的多重衍射和散射的减少的共振效果,及发射光和透射反射光的重叠及干涉,实现防紫外线的增强效果。
另外,在根据本发明的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料中,通过利用核心部及表面涂布材料的表面的多重衍射和折射及散射的减少的光的控制,实现能够使皮肤自身的颜色变得自燃的增白效果。
另外,在根据本发明的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料中,在表面涂布材料的外围涂布选自由硅及硅烷、氟类化合物、金属皂化合物、天然表面活性剂、高分子、烃类高分子、高级脂肪酸、高级醇构成的组的一种以上的疏水性物质;或涂布选自由多元醇(Polyol)、聚氧乙烯(Polyoxyethylene)、氨基酸类复合物构成的组的一种以上的亲水性物质。
在此,作为疏水性物质的硅及硅烷为选自由聚二甲基硅氧烷(Dimethicone)、环甲聚硅氧烷(Cyclomethicone)、二硅氧烷(Disiloxane)、环硅氧烷(Cyclosiloxane)、三乙氧基辛基硅烷(Triethoxycaprylylsilane)等构成的组的一种以上。氟类化合物为选自由多氟氨基磷酸醚(Polyfluoro Alkylphosphate Ether)、全氟聚甲基异丙醚(PerfluoroPolymethylisopropyl Ether)等构成的组的一种以上。金属皂类化合物为选自由硬脂酸钙(Calcium Stearate)、硬脂酸钠(Sodium Stearate)、硬脂酸镁(Magnesium Stearate)等构成的组的一种以上。天然表面活性剂为选自由卵磷脂、氢化卵磷脂等构成的组的一种以上。高分子为选自由胶原、纤维素、黄原胶等构成的组的一种以上。烃类高分子为选自由氨基酸月桂醇酯、聚酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯等构成的组的一种以上。高级脂酸为选自由硬脂酸(Stearic Acid)、肉豆蔻酸(Myristic Acid)、棕榈酸(Palmitic Acid)等构成的组的一种以上。高级醇为选自由鲸蜡醇(Cetyl Alcohol)、肉豆蔻醇(Myristyl Alcohol)、硬脂醇(Stearyl Alcohol)等构成的组的一种以上。
另外,作为亲水性物质的多元醇为选自由甘油(Glycerin)、丁二醇(ButyleneGlycol)、二丙二醇(Dipropylene Glycol)、丙二醇(Propanediol)等构成的组的一种以上。聚氧乙烯为选自由PEG-10、PEG-40等构成的组的一种以上。氨基酸类复合物为选自由赖氨酸、精氨酸、甘氨酸构成的组的一种以上。
另外,根据本发明的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料,不仅通过反射光和透射反射光的重叠及干涉实现遮盖力及自燃的肤色,而且通过增加吸油量,使化妆能够持续较长时间。
另外,根据本发明的化妆品成分,作为有效成分包括增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料。
另外,根据本发明的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料的制造方法,包括:
(a)分散二氧化钛以制造白色颜料的步骤;(b)向分散的白色颜料添加四氯化钛水溶液和碱性水溶液并进行搅拌,水解反应得氢氧化钛复合颜料的步骤;及(c)冷却及洗涤结束上述(b)步骤反应的溶液之后,在600~850℃下烧结形成氧化物的步骤。
在此,在上述(a)步骤,向蒸馏水添加二氧化钛,在60至90℃温度下进行搅拌,以制造白色颜料。
另外,在上述(b)步骤,将四氯化钛溶解于纯净水,以制造10~40重量%浓度的四氯化钛水溶液,将制得的四氯化钛水溶液和10~30重量%浓度的氢氧化钠水溶液添加至分散的白色颜料并进行搅拌,水解反应得氢氧化钛复合颜料。
另外,根据本发明的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料的制造方法,包括:
(a)向纯净水添加二氧化钛,在60~90℃温度下进行搅拌,分散二氧化钛,以制造白色颜料的步骤;(b)向分散的白色颜料添加四氯化钛水溶液和碱性水溶液并进行搅拌,水解反应得氢氧化钛复合颜料的步骤;(c)将结束上述(b)步骤的溶液搅拌30分钟之后,静置30分钟,用蒸馏水洗涤静置产生的白色沉淀物,过滤之后,在60~100℃下进行干燥,获得氢氧化钛复合粉末,在600~850℃下烧结上述氢氧化钛复合粉末,以在白色粉末的表面形成无机颜料的氧化物的步骤;及(d)在上述氧化物涂布选自由硅及硅烷、氟类化合物、金属皂化合物、天然表面活性剂、高分子、烃类高分子、高级脂肪酸、高级醇构成的组的一种以上的疏水性物质,或涂布选自由多元醇、聚氧乙烯、氨基酸类复合物构成的组的一种以上的亲水性物质,以使上述复合颜料具备疏水性或亲水性或皮肤亲和性,而且提高上述氧化物在水相部和油相部的分散性的步骤。

另外,根据本发明的化妆品成分,作为有效成分包括通过上述方法制造的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料。
另外,在根据本发明的化妆品成分中,无机复合颜料占化妆品成分总重量的0.1重量%至20重量%。
发明效果
根据本发明的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料,因使用在二氧化钛等高折射率的白色颜料上,再次涂布二氧化钛等白色颜料的无机材料,通过在无机矿物质表面的多重衍射效果及共振效果减少散射,从而控制到达皮肤表面的光的移动路径和反射率,增强防紫外线效果。
另外,根据本发明的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料,通过散射的减少实现自燃的光彩和肤色,从而能够实现自燃的外观效果。
另外,包括根据本发明的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料的化妆品成分,大幅改善作为现有无机防紫外线剂的缺点的涂抹性和动态散射度,因最外围涂布较之普通的二氧化钛具备优秀的吸油能力,吸收皮肤分泌的皮脂等,能够使化妆品在皮肤上持续更长时间,从而维持更长时间的防紫外线效果。

下面,结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。本发明的实施例可变形为各种其他形式,且在本发明的范围之内,上述变形都应包括在本发明的范围之中。本实施例的目的在于帮助本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明。因此,为了便于说明,示于附图中的各要素有可能被夸张表示。

<制造例>
向纯净水添加二氧化钛,在60~90℃温度下进行搅拌,分散二氧化钛,以制造白色颜料,向分散的白色颜料添加四氯化钛水溶液和碱性水溶液,水解反应得氢氧化钛复合颜料。制得的溶液搅拌30分钟之后,静置30分钟,用蒸馏水洗涤静置产生的白色沉淀物,过滤之后,在60~100℃下进行干燥,获得氢氧化钛复合粉末。在600~850℃下烧结提炼的氢氧化钛复合粉末,以在白色粉末的表面形成无机颜料的氧化物。
之后,在表面涂布材料的外围涂布选自由硅及硅烷、氟类化合物、金属皂化合物、天然表面活性剂、高分子、烃类高分子、高级脂肪酸、高级醇构成的组的一种以上的疏水性物质;或涂布选自由多元醇(Polyol)、聚氧乙烯(Polyoxyethylene)、氨基酸类复合物构成的组的一种以上的亲水性物质,以使上述复合颜料具备疏水性或亲水性或皮肤亲和性,而且提高上述氧化物在水相部和油相部的分散性。

通过上述制造工艺制造的无机复合颜料的制造例如【表1】所示。

对通过上述制造方法制得的无机复合颜料,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及透射电子显微镜(TEM)确认在复合颜料的表面形成涂层表面。其中,形成于制造例5的表面的涂层表面的结果如图4所示。
如图4所示,较之普通的二氧化钛颜料,涂布的复合颜料形成更宽,更不均匀的表面。
通过上述涂布的复合颜料的核心部及表面涂布材料的宽而不均匀的表面,利用多重衍射和散射的减少的共振效果,及发射光和透射反射光的重叠及干涉,实现防紫外线的增强效果。
另外,通过利用涂布的复合颜料的核心部及表面涂布材料的表面的多重衍射和折射及散射的减少的光的控制,实现能够使皮肤颜色变得自燃的增白效果。
在此,白色颜料占无机复合颜料总重量的20重量%至90重量%,较佳为30重量%至90重量%。若上述白色颜料的含量低于20重量%,则存在无法形成遮盖力的缺陷,而若高于90重量%,则存在无法改善使用感及产生严重的动态散射现象的缺陷。
另外,无机溶液占无机复合颜料总重量的10重量%至80重量%,较佳为10重量%至70重量%。若上述无机溶液的含量低于10重量%,则存在使用感粗糙,无法改烧透明度的缺陷,而若高于80重量%,则存在因过度的透明度无法形成遮盖力的缺陷。
<剂型实施例>
通过通常的制造工艺制造包括根据本发明的无机复合颜料的防紫外线剂的结果如【表2】所示。

在在包含通过上述剂型实施例制造的无机复合颜料的防紫外线剂中,为确认复合颜料的防紫外线增强效果,实施防紫外线测试。为确认防紫外线效果,在太阳屏幕实验室(HelioScreen Labs)的HELIOPLATE HD6(大小:4.7cm×4.7cm)上涂布防紫外线剂28.6mg并经过30分钟之后,利用作为Labsphere Inc.的防晒分析仪(Sunscreen Analyzer)的UV-2000S装置进行确认。试验结果如图5所示。防紫外线指数以SPF表示。
如图5所示,若防紫外线剂包括制得的无机复合颜料,则可增强防紫外线指数。
在此,无机复合颜料占防紫外线剂总重量的0.1重量%至20重量%,较佳为0.5重量%至10重量%。若上述无机复合颜料的含量低于0.1重量%,则防紫外线效果明显降低,在改善使用感和提高遮盖力方面也收效甚微,而且也难以期待防紫外线增强效果。另外,若超过20重量%,则因油性成分感不足,从而生涩,厚重。
虽然在上面说明了本发明的较佳实施例相关的内容,但可在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,对本发明进行各种修改和变形。因此,所公开的实施例应从说明的观点进行考虑,而非从限制的观点进行考虑。本发明的范围示于上述说明或权利要求书中,而属于与其相同范围内的所有差异应当被理解为属于本发明的范围之内。

Claims (17)

1.一种增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料,其特征在于,包括:
核心部,包括白色颜料;及
表面涂布材料,涂布于上述核心部的外围表面,并包括含上述白色颜料的无机溶液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料,其特征在于:上述白色颜料为选自由二氧化钛、氧化锌、氧化铈、二氧化硅、滑石粉、云母、硼硅酸盐构成的组的一种以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料,其特征在于:上述白色颜料占无机复合颜料总重量的20重量%至90重量%;上述无机溶液占无机复合颜料总重量的10重量%至80重量%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料,其特征在于:上述表面涂布材料均匀或不均匀地涂布于上述核心部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料,其特征在于:通过利用上述核心部及上述表面涂布材料的表面的多重衍射和散射的减少的共振效果,及发射光和透射反射光的重叠及干涉,实现防紫外线的增强效果。
6.根据权利要求1所述的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料,其特征在于:通过利用上述核心部及上述表面涂布材料的表面的多重衍射和折射及散射的减少的光的控制,实现能够使皮肤自身的颜色变得自燃的增白效果。
7.根据权利要求1所述的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料,其特征在于:在上述表面涂布材料的外围涂布选自由硅及硅烷、氟类化合物、金属皂化合物、天然表面活性剂、高分子、烃类高分子、高级脂肪酸、高级醇构成的组的一种以上的疏水性物质;或
还涂布选自由多元醇、聚氧乙烯、氨基酸类复合物构成的组的一种以上的亲水性物质。
8.根据权利要求7所述的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料,其特征在于:
上述硅及硅烷为选自由聚二甲基硅氧烷、环甲聚硅氧烷、二硅氧烷、环硅氧烷、三乙氧基辛基硅烷构成的组的一种以上;
上述氟类化合物为选自由多氟氨基磷酸醚、全氟聚甲基异丙醚构成的组的一种以上;
上述金属皂类化合物为选自由硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸镁构成的组的一种以上;
上述天然表面活性剂为选自由卵磷脂、氢化卵磷脂构成的组的一种以上;
上述高分子为选自由胶原、纤维素、黄原胶构成的组的一种以上;
上述烃类高分子为选自由氨基酸月桂醇酯、聚酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯构成的组的一种以上;
上述高级脂酸为选自由硬脂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸构成的组的一种以上;上述高级醇为选自由鲸蜡醇、肉豆蔻醇、硬脂醇构成的组的一种以上。
9.根据权利要求7所述的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料,其特征在于:
上述多元醇为选自由甘油、丁二醇、二丙二醇、丙二醇构成的组的一种以上;
上述聚氧乙烯为选自由PEG-10、PEG-40构成的组的一种以上;
上述氨基酸类复合物为选自由赖氨酸、精氨酸、甘氨酸构成的组的一种以上。
10.一种作为有效成分包括根据权利要求1至9的任一项所述的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料的化妆品成分。
11.根据权利要求10所述的作为有效成分包括增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料的化妆品成分,其特征在于:上述无机复合颜料占化妆品成分总重量的0.1重量%至20重量%。
12.一种增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
(a)分散二氧化钛以制造白色颜料的步骤;
(b)向分散的白色颜料添加四氯化钛水溶液和碱性水溶液并进行搅拌,水解反应得氢氧化钛复合颜料的步骤;及
(c)冷却及洗涤结束上述(b)步骤反应的溶液之后,烧结形成氧化物的步骤。
13.根据权利要求12所述的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料的制造方法,其特征在于:在上述(a)步骤,向蒸馏水添加二氧化钛,在60至90℃温度下进行搅拌,以制造白色颜料。
14.根据权利要求12所述的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料的制造方法,其特征在于:在上述(b)步骤,将四氯化钛溶解于纯净水,以制造10~40重量%浓度的四氯化钛水溶液,将制得的四氯化钛水溶液和10~30重量%浓度的氢氧化钠水溶液添加至分散的白色颜料并进行搅拌,水解反应得氢氧化钛复合颜料。
15.一种增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
(a)向纯净水添加二氧化钛,在60~90℃温度下进行搅拌,分散二氧化钛,以制造白色颜料的步骤;
(b)向分散的白色颜料添加四氯化钛水溶液和碱性水溶液并进行搅拌,水解反应得氢氧化钛复合颜料的步骤;

(d)在上述氧化物涂布选自由硅及硅烷、氟类化合物、金属皂化合物、天然表面活性剂、高分子、烃类高分子、高级脂肪酸、高级醇构成的组的一种以上的疏水性物质,或涂布选自由多元醇、聚氧乙烯、氨基酸类复合物构成的组的一种以上的亲水性物质的步骤。
16.一种作为有效成分含有通过权利要求12至15的任一项的制造方法制造的增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料的化妆品成分。
17.根据权利要求16所述的作为有效成分包括增强防紫外线能力的无机复合颜料的化妆品成分,其特征在于:上述无机复合颜料占化妆品成分总重量的0.1重量%至20重量%。
