Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, and particularly relates to an eye mask essence with whitening and repairing effects, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The skin around the eyes is the weakest part of the human skin, and the thickness of the epidermis and the dermis is far less than that of the facial skin, so the skin is easily damaged by the outside. The most common problems of the eye skin are black eye circles and the damage of the eye skin, wherein the black eye circles are mostly caused by insufficient sleep or excessive fatigue, ultraviolet injury, skin aging and the like cause the eye skin to lose elasticity gradually, and the eye pits are deeply sunk to cause the black eye circles, or because the cosmetics are not properly used, inflammation of the skin around the eyes can be caused, and pigmentation after the inflammation is caused. In addition, with the increase of age and living pressure, the aging of the skin around the eyes can be accelerated due to the exposure to sunlight, artificial light irradiation, air pollution, dust, particles and other factors in computers and environments for a long time, so that skin damage can be caused, the skin barrier around the eyes can be damaged, the moisture loss of the skin around the eyes can be caused, the skin around the eyes can be easily deeply injured due to external stimulation, and skin sensitive symptoms such as pruritus, stabbing pain, burning, tightness and the like can be easily caused.
In order to solve the above problems, eye whitening products or eye repairing products are generally used for improvement, but most whitening and repairing products in the market at present have the same components and single function. For example, patent application publication No. CN 111000765A discloses a whitening composition containing ginseng ferment and application thereof, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 5-15% of alpha-arbutin, 50-90% of nicotinamide and 5-15% of ginseng ferment, the inhibition effect on melanin is obvious by reasonably matching the alpha-arbutin, the nicotinamide and the ginseng ferment, and the whitening composition is added with moisturizing water, essence and moisturizing cream to have the effects of whitening and brightening the skin. However, no mention is made in the patent application as to the efficacy of the composition in terms of skin repair.
Aiming at the problem of single function of the product, the problem can be generally solved by adding other functional components, but the addition of other functional components easily causes the problems of rough properties and poor stability of the prepared product, and is not beneficial to transdermal absorption, thereby influencing the original efficacy of the product and causing poor overall use experience of patients.
Therefore, it is an urgent problem to develop an eye product having good whitening and repairing effects and good stability.

The melanin content of the model after the L value detection is finished is detected, and the comparison among the groups is performed by adopting t-test statistical analysis, and the result is shown in table 6. Compared with a blank control group, the melanin content of the positive control group is extremely remarkably reduced (P < 0.01), which shows that the test condition is effective, and the melanin content of the comparative example 1 sample group and the example 1 sample group is also extremely remarkably reduced (P < 0.01). Compared with the positive control group, the melanin content of the sample group in example 1 is significantly reduced (P < 0.05), and thus it can be seen that the product prepared by the embodiment of the invention has significant whitening efficacy.

Test example 3: test for efficacy of repair
The repair efficacy of the eye patches prepared in example 1 and comparative example 1 was evaluated by a test of skin moisture loss (TEWL), and the following instruments, test methods and test results were used:
an instrument device: skin surface Water shunt loss meter Tewameter TM 300 (Courage & Khazaka, germany).
The detection method comprises the following steps: randomly selecting 20 subjects with age of 18-60 years, dry eye skin and fragile rough skin barrier, dividing into 2 groups of 10 subjects, respectively applying the samples to be tested of example 1 and comparative example 1 to the eye skin of each group of subjects for 10-15min, and respectively using the samples for 1 time in the morning and evening. The whole test period can not be used for long-time sun exposure, outdoor exercises, traveling and the like, cosmetics or medicines with similar product efficacy can not be used in the whole test period, and the subjects can not change the daily care habits in the test period.
The statistical method comprises the following steps: the results were averaged 3 times per subject and expressed as Mean ± SD, where lower TEWL values were obtained indicating less transepidermal water loss.
And (3) testing results: see table 7.
TABLE 7 transdermal water loss results before and after product application to the skin of subjects (Mean + -SD, n = 10)
(compare with before using product, P <0.05, P < 0.01)
As can be seen from Table 7, after the product of the example is used for 14 days, the transdermal water loss around the eyes is remarkably reduced (p is less than 0.01), and after the product is used for 28 days, the transdermal water loss is further reduced, so that the product has good repairing effect and quick response; after the comparative product is used for 14 days, the amount of the skin water loss around the eyes has no significant difference, so that the repairing effect of the product of the embodiment on dry, rough and fragile skin of the eyes is far better than that of the comparative product.
The applicant states that the present invention is described in the eye mask essence having whitening and repairing effects and the preparation method thereof by the above examples, but the present invention is not limited to the above examples, that is, it is not meant to be necessarily dependent on the above examples to practice the present invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitution of individual materials for the product of the present invention and addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.
