Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a composite micro-ecological oil control hair care composition and a hair care product.
Background
The scalp is a part of the skin and is also a source of life for a hair show. Structurally, scalp skin and skin of other parts such as the face are not obviously different, but hair follicles of the scalp are high in density, sebum secretion is vigorous, and meanwhile, a large number of sweat glands, exfoliated keratinocytes, sebum secreted lipids and mineral ions secreted by the sweat glands provide sufficient nutrient sources and proper growing environments for microorganisms, so that a unique scalp microecology is formed.
The microbiota of the normal scalp is mainly composed of bacteria and fungi, etc., mainly including staphylococcus, propionibacterium and malassezia, and these microorganisms do not generally cause scalp problems, and only when the scalp microecological balance is broken, such as hypersecretion of sebum, excessive proliferation of microorganisms, etc., scalp problems may occur. The balance of scalp microecology is mainly composed of three parts: sebum, flora and metabolic balance.
The healthy scalp does not have the phenomena of itch, greasiness, dryness and the like, and the sebum secretion of the scalp is moderate, so that the hair follicle mouth can not be blocked. However, at present, due to various internal and external factors, such as environmental pollution, emotional stress, unreasonable diet, genetic factors and the like, the following problems are often caused:
1) The water-oil balance of the scalp is disordered. Excessive sebum secretion from the scalp, resulting in greasy hair; scalp moisture is lost too quickly, resulting in a dry scalp desquamation.
2) The micro-ecological environment of the scalp is destroyed. Sebum is one of important nutrient sources of scalp microorganisms (mainly malassezia), harmful bacteria can be greatly proliferated when the scalp sebum is excessively secreted, beneficial bacteria are continuously reduced, and the scalp microecology is unbalanced.
3) After the scalp harmful bacteria are excessively proliferated, metabolites generated by sebum consumption can stimulate the scalp, and then an inflammatory reaction is generated, so that the problems of scalp cutin barrier damage (the increase of the percutaneous water loss rate), pore blockage, seborrheic dermatitis, hair follicle damage and alopecia caused by the hair follicle damage are caused. In addition, it may cause various discomforts such as greasy scalp, itching, desquamation, pimples on scalp, greasy hair feeling, not refreshing, collapse of hair appearance, and lack of fluffy feeling.
There are many skin care products on the market, but there are fewer oil control care products directed to the scalp, and these products are currently mainly focused on a single oil control efficacy, such as: adding alcohol, hamamelis or aluminum salt to astringe pores to control oil, adding kaolin or starch product to adsorb sebum to control oil, or adding surfactant to dissolve oil and fat to control oil. The scalp grease secretion is regulated by adding B vitamins, but the balance capability of the products on scalp microecology and the cutin barrier repair effect are limited, and uncomfortable symptoms such as greasy scalp, pruritus, inflammation and the like can still exist after the products are used.
Therefore, the invention develops a preferable composition by researching the sebum metabolic mechanism and the scalp barrier function of the scalp, and comprehensively solves the existing oily hair quality problems from the aspects of scalp oil control, microecological balance, cutin barrier repair, discomfort relieving and the like.

TABLE 1 Source of raw materials and parameters
Examples 1 to 4
Referring to table 2, inositol, vitamin B3, vitamin B6, fructo-oligosaccharide, and tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid were mixed to obtain a complex micro-ecological oil control hair care composition.
Then mixing with water respectively to prepare essence, treating sebaceous gland cells (SZ 95) respectively, and evaluating the oil control effect by detecting the content of lipid droplets.
Meanwhile, a blank control group is set up and used as a comparison, and the blank control group comprises a maintenance culture solution. The maintenance medium was a DMEM high-glucose medium containing 1% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Maintenance media are available from commercial sources.
And (3) detecting the content of lipid droplets: the lipid droplet content of the treated sebaceous gland cells (SZ 95) was examined by the oil red O staining method. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS. Oil red O staining reference 1 (shige, wangting, influence of shortwave ultraviolet irradiation on sebum secretion from sebaceous gland cells [ J ]. Proceedings of the guangdong college of medicine, 2016,34 (4): 370-377).
TABLE 2 (wt%)
Table 3 shows the comparison of the lipid droplet content of the serum prepared by mixing the compositions obtained in examples 1 to 4 with water and the blank control group, which was analyzed statistically by the t-test.
TABLE 3 oil drop synthetic oil Red O staining results
Note: * P <0.05, P <0.01.
Sebaceous gland cells can be combined into a large amount of grease and secreted outside the cells in the form of grease droplets, so that the cell function is influenced, various skin problems are caused, and the amount of the grease droplets is a main index for measuring the oil control degree.
As can be seen from table 3, lipid droplet synthesis was significantly reduced after the cells were treated with the compositions of examples 1-4 compared to the blank control group (P < 0.05); in particular example 4, lipid droplet content was very significantly lower than that of the blank control (P < 0.01). The compositions of the present invention all have oil control effects.
Application example
The composition obtained in example 4 is used as a matrix and is compounded with other active substances to prepare the no-wash scalp essence. Meanwhile, comparative examples 1 to 8 are set up to investigate the oil control and micro-ecological effects of the composition. Comprises the following steps:
the formulations of the leave-on hair rinses of comparative examples 1 to 8 are given in Table 4.
TABLE 4 ingredient formulation Table (wt%)
Experimental groups and subjects: the experiment recruited 9 groups of 30 subjects each, aged 22 to 57 years, meeting the subject volunteer enrollment criteria. A total of 309 subjects (79 men and 230 women) completed the experiment, the number of people in each group was not less than 30, the statistical analysis requirements were met, and the experimental groups are shown in Table 5.
TABLE 5
Experimental treatment: the subject keeps the conventional washing and caring process, and uses the washing-free scalp essence 1 time per day, and when in use, the washing-free scalp essence is uniformly applied to the scalp, and is fully massaged for 1-5 minutes until being absorbed, without washing. Subjects underwent instrumental testing and self-assessment before the start of the experiment and at the end of the experiment (after 4 weeks), respectively.
And (3) analyzing an experimental result: the experimental data were statistically analyzed using SPSS. And comparing the same washing-free scalp essence before and after use, and adopting a paired t test or a two-correlation sample rank sum test according to whether the net change value is in accordance with normal distribution.
