1) adding the phase A components in parts by weight into a vacuum closed container, heating in a water bath to 83-86 ℃, and stirring in vacuum for 15-25 minutes until the phase A components are completely dissolved to obtain a mixture A;
2) stopping stirring the mixture A, slowly cooling for the first time, setting the temperature of a water bath at 60-70 ℃, and standing and storing for 25-35 minutes;
3) cooling the mixture A for the second time, and setting the temperature of the water bath at 40-60 ℃ until the temperature of the mixture A is reduced to 43-47 ℃;
4) adding the components of the phase B in parts by weight into the mixture A after the step 3), and carrying out vacuum stirring until the components of the phase B are fully and uniformly mixed with the mixture A;
5) adding the C phase components in parts by weight into the A phase and B phase mixture obtained in the step 4), and stirring in vacuum for 25-35 minutes until A, B and the C phase are fully and uniformly mixed to obtain a semi-finished product B;
6) and (5) inspecting the semi-finished product B, discharging, storing in an aseptic environment, and filling to obtain a finished product.
Further measures taken are: the heating temperature of the water bath in the step 1) is 85 ℃; the standing and storing time of the mixture A in the step 2) is 30 minutes.
Wherein the glycosphingolipids like skin lipids can repair skin barrier and prevent transdermal water loss; the sodium hyaluronate wrapped by the phospholipid can promote the transdermal absorption of the sodium hyaluronate, improve the content of hyaluronic acid in a epidermal layer, promote the skin hydration and strengthen the skin moisturizing effect; fibronectin is widely involved in cell migration, adhesion, proliferation, hemostasis, tissue repair, etc., and can mobilize mononuclear phagocyte system to remove harmful substances from damaged tissue, and has growth factor effect.
Through the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the invention fully considers the interaction among the substances, and simultaneously carries out compatibility according to the characteristics and the proportion of each component, so that the components supplement each other, the obvious synergistic interaction function is achieved, and the invention has the obvious functions of relieving, moisturizing and repairing skin barriers.
(2) According to the invention, sodium hyaluronate is wrapped by lecithin to form a structure similar to skin lipid components, so that the penetration and absorption of active components are effectively promoted; meanwhile, fibronectin is added to further repair the skin, remove damaged tissues and promote the regeneration of the skin; and glycosphingolipids are effective in repairing skin barrier and enhancing skin barrier function.
(3) The preparation method provided by the invention can effectively protect the activity of each component, so that the raw materials can fully play a synergistic function, and the maximization of the effects of moisturizing, relieving and repairing skin barriers is achieved.
Detailed Description
In order to clearly understand the technical solutions adopted by the present invention, the following description is made on the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it should be understood that the embodiments described herein are only used for illustrating and explaining the present invention, and are not used to limit the present invention.
Example 1: the moisturizing and repairing water comprises an A phase, a B phase and a C phase, wherein the A phase comprises the following components in parts by weight:
disodium EDTA: 0.01 part;
butanediol: 1.0 part;
glycerol: 2.0 parts of (B);
and (3) pentanediol: 1.0 part;
xanthan gum: 0.1 part;
gum arabic: 0.1 part;
the phase B comprises the following components in parts by weight:
glycosphingolipids: 1.0 part;
lecithin-coated sodium hyaluronate: 0.5 part;
fibronectin: 1.0 part;
the phase C comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1, 2-hexanediol: 1.0 part;
PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil: 0.1 part;
essence for daily use: 0.01 part;
the balance is made up to 100 parts by deionized water.
And was prepared by the following experimental procedure:
1) adding the phase A components in parts by weight into a vacuum closed container, heating the mixture to 85 ℃ in a water bath, and stirring the mixture for 15 to 25 minutes in vacuum until the phase A components are completely dissolved to obtain a mixture A;
2) stopping stirring the mixture A, slowly cooling for the first time, setting the temperature of a water bath at 60-70 ℃, and standing and storing for 30 minutes;
3) cooling the mixture A for the second time, and setting the temperature of the water bath at 40-60 ℃ until the temperature of the mixture A is reduced to 43-47 ℃;
4) adding the components of the phase B in parts by weight into the mixture A after the step 3), and carrying out vacuum stirring until the components of the phase B are fully and uniformly mixed with the mixture A;
5) adding the C phase components in parts by weight into the A phase and B phase mixture obtained in the step 4), and stirring in vacuum for 25-35 minutes until A, B and the C phase are fully and uniformly mixed to obtain a semi-finished product B;
6) and (5) inspecting the semi-finished product B, discharging, storing in an aseptic environment, and filling to obtain a finished product 1.
Example 2: the moisturizing and repairing water comprises an A phase, a B phase and a C phase, wherein the A phase comprises the following components in parts by weight:
disodium EDTA: 0.02 part;
butanediol: 1.5 parts;
glycerol: 3.0 parts of (B);
and (3) pentanediol: 2.0 parts of (B);
xanthan gum: 0.3 part;
gum arabic: 0.3 part;
the phase B comprises the following components in parts by weight:
glycosphingolipids: 2.0 parts of (B);
lecithin-coated sodium hyaluronate: 1.0 part;
fibronectin: 1.5 parts;
the phase C comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1, 2-hexanediol: 2.0 parts of (B);
PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil: 0.2 part;
essence for daily use: 0.02 part;
the balance is made up to 100 parts by deionized water.
And was prepared by the following experimental procedure:
1) adding the phase A components in parts by weight into a vacuum closed container, heating the mixture to 83 ℃ in a water bath, and stirring the mixture for 15 to 25 minutes in vacuum until the phase A components are completely dissolved to obtain a mixture A;
2) stopping stirring the mixture A, slowly cooling for the first time, setting the temperature of a water bath at 60-70 ℃, and standing and storing for 35 minutes;
3) cooling the mixture A for the second time, and setting the temperature of the water bath at 40-60 ℃ until the temperature of the mixture A is reduced to 43-47 ℃;
4) adding the components of the phase B in parts by weight into the mixture A after the step 3), and carrying out vacuum stirring until the components of the phase B are fully and uniformly mixed with the mixture A;
5) adding the C phase components in parts by weight into the A phase and B phase mixture obtained in the step 4), and stirring in vacuum for 25-35 minutes until A, B and the C phase are fully and uniformly mixed to obtain a semi-finished product B;
6) and (5) inspecting the semi-finished product B, discharging, storing in an aseptic environment, and filling to obtain a finished product 2.
Example 3: the moisturizing and repairing water comprises an A phase, a B phase and a C phase, wherein the A phase comprises the following components in parts by weight:
disodium EDTA: 0.03 part;
butanediol: 4.0 parts of (B);
glycerol: 4.0 parts of (B);
and (3) pentanediol: 6.0 parts of (B);
xanthan gum: 0.3 part;
gum arabic: 0.3 part;
the phase B comprises the following components in parts by weight:
glycosphingolipids: 3.0 parts of (B);
lecithin-coated sodium hyaluronate: 2.0 parts of (B);
fibronectin: 2.0 parts of (B);
the phase C comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1, 2-hexanediol: 2.0 parts of (B);
PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil: 0.3 part;
essence for daily use: 0.03 part;
the balance is made up to 100 parts by deionized water.
And was prepared by the following experimental procedure:
1) adding the phase A components in parts by weight into a vacuum closed container, heating the mixture to 86 ℃ in a water bath, and stirring the mixture for 15 to 25 minutes in vacuum until the phase A components are completely dissolved to obtain a mixture A;
2) stopping stirring the mixture A, slowly cooling for the first time, setting the temperature of a water bath at 60-70 ℃, and standing and storing for 25 minutes;
3) cooling the mixture A for the second time, and setting the temperature of the water bath at 40-60 ℃ until the temperature of the mixture A is reduced to 43-47 ℃;
4) adding the components of the phase B in parts by weight into the mixture A after the step 3), and carrying out vacuum stirring until the components of the phase B are fully and uniformly mixed with the mixture A;
5) adding the C phase components in parts by weight into the A phase and B phase mixture obtained in the step 4), and stirring in vacuum for 25-35 minutes until A, B and the C phase are fully and uniformly mixed to obtain a semi-finished product B;
6) and (5) inspecting the semi-finished product B, discharging, storing in an aseptic environment, and filling to obtain a finished product 3.
In addition, the following moisturizing effect and skin barrier repair tests were performed using the essence 1, the essence 2 and the essence 3 prepared in example 1, example 2 and example 3, and two similar conventional essences purchased in the market as control essence 1 and control essence 2, respectively:
firstly, testing a test article: moisturizing water 1, moisturizing water 2 and moisturizing water 3 prepared according to the technical schemes of the embodiments 1 to 3, and 2 types of conventional moisturizing water purchased from the market are respectively named as control 1 and control 2.
II, the tested people group: in 200 healthy female volunteers 18-38 years old in the same area, the face of the subject has slight inflammation or allergy, is sensitive to skin, and has dry and desquamated face symptoms.
And thirdly, randomly distributing the volunteers into 10 groups from 1 to 10 groups of 20 persons, wherein the groups 1 to 5 are subjected to a moisturizing effect test, and the groups 6 to 10 are subjected to a skin barrier repair test.
Fourthly, an experimental method:
the volunteer subjects in groups 1 to 5 were applied to the face uniformly every night and morning after the face was cleaned, and the facial moisture content was tested 1, 2, and 4 hours after application, and the effect feedback and recording was performed.
6-10 volunteer subjects clean the face every night and morning, the face is uniformly smeared with essence samples corresponding to each group, the face skin roughness test is respectively carried out 1, 2 and 4 hours after the face is used, the effect feedback and the recording are carried out, and the skin activity state image data collected by a Vis iosScan VC98 image analyzer is adopted to obtain the skin average roughness R3, the skin average roughness R3 can be used for representing the overall roughness of a test area, and the larger the numerical value is, the rougher the skin is, and the worse the skin barrier is; conversely, a smaller value indicates a smoother skin and a better skin barrier, and the change in the value before and after use indicates the degree of repair of the skin barrier.
Fifthly, experimental results: one month usage records were collected and analyzed for summary data, with the experimental results as shown in tables 1 and 2 below:

Through the two tests, feedback is collected and data result analysis is carried out, and it can be obviously seen that the moisturizing lotion prepared by the invention has obvious moisturizing and relieving effects, reduces the skin roughness, further repairs the skin barrier, synchronously solves various problems of the face, can meet the high-efficiency and quick life rhythm of modern women, and is suitable for popularization and application.

deionized water: 77.0-93.0 parts;
disodium EDTA: 0.01-0.03 part;
butanediol: 1.0-4.0 parts;
glycerol: 1.0-4.0 parts;
and (3) pentanediol: 1.0-6.0 parts;
xanthan gum: 0.01-0.3 part;
gum arabic: 0.01-0.3 part;
the phase B comprises the following components in parts by weight:
glycosphingolipids: 1.0-3.0 parts;
lecithin-coated sodium hyaluronate: 0.5-2.0 parts;
fibronectin: 0.1-2.0 parts;
the phase C comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1, 2-hexanediol: 0.5-2.0 parts;
PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil: 0.1-0.3 part;
essence for daily use: 0.01 to 0.03 portion.
2. The moisturizing conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the phase A comprises the following components in parts by weight:
deionized water: 86.0 to 93.0 portions;
disodium EDTA: 0.01-0.02 portion;
butanediol: 1.0-2.0 parts;
glycerol: 2.0-3.0 parts;
and (3) pentanediol: 1.0-3.0 parts;
xanthan gum: 0.1-0.3 part;
gum arabic: 0.1-0.3 part;
the phase B comprises the following components in parts by weight:
glycosphingolipids: 1.0-2.0 parts;
lecithin-coated sodium hyaluronate: 0.5-1.0 part;
fibronectin: 0.5-1.0 part;
the phase C comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1, 2-hexanediol: 1.0-2.0 parts;
PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil: 0.1-0.2 parts;
essence for daily use: 0.01 to 0.02 portion.
3. The moisturizing conditioner as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the phase A comprises the following components in parts by weight:
disodium EDTA: 0.01 part;
butanediol: 1.0 part;
glycerol: 2.0 parts of (B);
and (3) pentanediol: 1.0 part;
xanthan gum: 0.1 part;
gum arabic: 0.1 part;
the phase B comprises the following components in parts by weight:
glycosphingolipids: 1.0 part;
lecithin-coated sodium hyaluronate: 0.5 part;

the phase C comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1, 2-hexanediol: 1.0 part;
PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil: 0.1 part;

4. The moisturizing conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the lecithin-coated sodium hyaluronate also comprises water and glycerol.
5. The moisturizing conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the ratio of the xanthan gum to the Arabic gum is 1: 1.
6. The method for producing moisturizing conditioning water according to any of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
1) adding the phase A components in parts by weight into a vacuum closed container, heating in a water bath to 83-86 ℃, and stirring in vacuum for 15-25 minutes until the phase A components are completely dissolved to obtain a mixture A;
2) stopping stirring the mixture A, slowly cooling for the first time, setting the temperature of a water bath at 60-70 ℃, and standing and storing for 25-35 minutes;
3) cooling the mixture A for the second time, and setting the temperature of the water bath at 40-60 ℃ until the temperature of the mixture A is reduced to 43-47 ℃;
4) adding the components of the phase B in parts by weight into the mixture A after the step 3), and carrying out vacuum stirring until the components of the phase B are fully and uniformly mixed with the mixture A;
5) adding the C phase components in parts by weight into the A phase and B phase mixture obtained in the step 4), and stirring in vacuum for 25-35 minutes until A, B and the C phase are fully and uniformly mixed to obtain a semi-finished product B;
6) and (5) inspecting the semi-finished product B, discharging, storing in an aseptic environment, and filling to obtain a finished product.
7. The moisturizing conditioner as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the heating temperature of the water bath in the step 1) is 85 ℃; the standing and storing time of the mixture A in the step 2) is 30 minutes.
