deionized water: 77.0-93.0 parts;
disodium EDTA: 0.01-0.03 part;
butanediol: 1.0-4.0 parts;
glycerol: 1.0-4.0 parts;
and (3) pentanediol: 1.0-6.0 parts;
xanthan gum: 0.01-0.3 part;
gum arabic: 0.01-0.3 part;
the phase B comprises the following components in parts by weight:
glycosphingolipids: 1.0-3.0 parts;
lecithin-coated sodium hyaluronate: 0.5-2.0 parts;
fibronectin: 0.1-2.0 parts;
the phase C comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1, 2-hexanediol: 0.5-2.0 parts;
PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil: 0.1-0.3 part;
essence for daily use: 0.01 to 0.03 portion.
2. The moisturizing conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the phase A comprises the following components in parts by weight:
deionized water: 86.0 to 93.0 portions;
disodium EDTA: 0.01-0.02 portion;
butanediol: 1.0-2.0 parts;
glycerol: 2.0-3.0 parts;
and (3) pentanediol: 1.0-3.0 parts;
xanthan gum: 0.1-0.3 part;
gum arabic: 0.1-0.3 part;
the phase B comprises the following components in parts by weight:
glycosphingolipids: 1.0-2.0 parts;
lecithin-coated sodium hyaluronate: 0.5-1.0 part;
fibronectin: 0.5-1.0 part;
the phase C comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1, 2-hexanediol: 1.0-2.0 parts;
PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil: 0.1-0.2 parts;
essence for daily use: 0.01 to 0.02 portion.
3. The moisturizing conditioner as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the phase A comprises the following components in parts by weight:
disodium EDTA: 0.01 part;
butanediol: 1.0 part;
glycerol: 2.0 parts of (B);
and (3) pentanediol: 1.0 part;
xanthan gum: 0.1 part;
gum arabic: 0.1 part;
the phase B comprises the following components in parts by weight:
glycosphingolipids: 1.0 part;
lecithin-coated sodium hyaluronate: 0.5 part;
fibronectin: 1.0 part;
the phase C comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1, 2-hexanediol: 1.0 part;
PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil: 0.1 part;
essence for daily use: 0.01 part;
the balance is made up to 100 parts by deionized water.
4. The moisturizing conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the lecithin-coated sodium hyaluronate also comprises water and glycerol.
5. The moisturizing conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the ratio of the xanthan gum to the Arabic gum is 1: 1.
6. The method for producing moisturizing conditioning water according to any of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
1) adding the phase A components in parts by weight into a vacuum closed container, heating in a water bath to 83-86 ℃, and stirring in vacuum for 15-25 minutes until the phase A components are completely dissolved to obtain a mixture A;
2) stopping stirring the mixture A, slowly cooling for the first time, setting the temperature of a water bath at 60-70 ℃, and standing and storing for 25-35 minutes;
3) cooling the mixture A for the second time, and setting the temperature of the water bath at 40-60 ℃ until the temperature of the mixture A is reduced to 43-47 ℃;
4) adding the components of the phase B in parts by weight into the mixture A after the step 3), and carrying out vacuum stirring until the components of the phase B are fully and uniformly mixed with the mixture A;
5) adding the C phase components in parts by weight into the A phase and B phase mixture obtained in the step 4), and stirring in vacuum for 25-35 minutes until A, B and the C phase are fully and uniformly mixed to obtain a semi-finished product B;
6) and (5) inspecting the semi-finished product B, discharging, storing in an aseptic environment, and filling to obtain a finished product.
7. The moisturizing conditioner as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the heating temperature of the water bath in the step 1) is 85 ℃; the standing and storing time of the mixture A in the step 2) is 30 minutes.
