Abstract
The invention discloses deep skin-cleaning amino acid facial cleanser containing natural bamboo charcoal powder and a preparation method thereof. The facial cleanser comprises skin-cleaning active substances composed of mild natural surfactant of potassium oat protein hydrolyzed by cocoyl fatty acid, amino acid surfactant and acidic soap, and citric acid for keeping pH of the facial cleanser weakly acidic and improving skin affinity, and solves irritation problem caused by high pH of soap-based facial cleanser. The adopted carbon powder is nano active bamboo carbon powder, has large specific surface area, high chemical stability, developed pore structure and unique surface activity, is an excellent adsorbent, can adsorb and remove dirt in deep layers of skin, removes blackheads of the skin and balances grease secretion. The yeast/grape fermentation product extract and various plant extracts have effects of scavenging free radicals, resisting inflammation, killing bacteria, keeping moisture, and promoting blood circulation.

Background

dispersing the acrylic acid (ester) copolymer by using part of water, adding the dispersed acrylic acid (ester) copolymer into an emulsifying pot, fully and uniformly stirring until no particles exist, defoaming and cooling;
thirdly, cooling to 45 ℃, adding the rest components in sequence, and fully and uniformly stirring;
cooling to 35-38 ℃, sampling, inspecting, and discharging after the product is qualified.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects:
(1) the skin-cleaning active substance is composed of mild natural surfactant potassium oat protein hydrolyzed by cocoyl, amino acid surfactant and acid soap, and the pH value of the facial cleanser is kept to be weakly acidic by citric acid, so that the skin-friendly property is good, and the problem of irritation caused by high pH value of soap base facial cleanser is solved.
(2) The adopted carbon powder is nano active bamboo carbon powder, has large specific surface area, high chemical stability, developed pore structure and unique surface activity, is an excellent adsorbent, can adsorb and remove dirt in deep layers of skin, removes blackheads of the skin and balances grease secretion. The nano bamboo charcoal contains rich oxygen-containing functional groups such as-OH, -COOH and the like, and is the main active site of the nano bamboo charcoal, and the active sites enable the surface of the nano bamboo charcoal to have weak properties such as hydrophilicity, oxidability, acidity and the like. The plant extract usually contains functional groups with strong polarity such as-NH, -CO-, -OH and the like, and can be adsorbed by active sites in the nano bamboo charcoal. Experimental example 1 evaluation experiment of oil control efficiency
1. Principle of experiment
