2. Anti-inflammatory evaluation of ectoin soothing restorative compositions

The experimental method comprises the following steps:

Therefore, the soothing and repairing composition containing the ectoin can be compounded with the ectoin, the sodium hyaluronate and the panthenol to effectively improve the immune protection capability of skin cells, increase the cell repairing capability, enable the skin to effectively resist the invasion of microorganisms and allergens, have good repairing effect on the states of skin desquamation, redness, fever and the like, and accelerate the recovery of skin health. The composition can also relieve skin damage caused by ultraviolet, skin aging caused by dry environment, and skin deterioration caused by surfactant.
The soothing and repairing composition containing the ectoin is mild and non-irritant, can be used as a soothing and repairing active component, and is applied to various cosmetics.

2. A soothing and repairing composition containing ectoin is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.0001-20% of ectoin, 0.0001-30% of panthenol, 0.0001-10% of sodium hyaluronate and the balance of polyhydric alcohol.
3. A soothing and repairing composition containing ectoin is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.0001-20% of ectoin, 0.0001-30% of panthenol, 0.0001-10% of sodium hyaluronate and the balance of polyhydric alcohol.
4. A soothing repairing composition containing ectoin according to claim 2, which comprises the following components by weight percent: 2-18% of ectoin, 2-25% of panthenol, 0.5-6% of sodium hyaluronate and the balance of polyhydric alcohol.
5. A soothing repairing composition containing ectoin according to claim 2, which comprises the following components by weight percent: 8-12% of ectoin, 15-20% of panthenol, 2-4% of sodium hyaluronate and the balance of polyhydric alcohol.
6. A soothing servicing composition containing ectoin according to claim 1 wherein the purity of ectoin is 80-99%.
7. A soothing rejuvenating composition as claimed in claim 1 wherein said polyhydric alcohol comprises one or more of 1.3-propanediol, butanediol, glycerol.
8. A soothing and repairing cosmetic containing ectoin, which comprises the soothing and repairing composition containing ectoin according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. A soothing repairing cosmetic containing ectoin according to claim 8, wherein the soothing repairing cosmetic comprises 1-15% of the soothing repairing composition containing ectoin.
10. Use of a soothing repairing composition containing ectoin according to any of claims 1 to 7 for the preparation of a soothing repairing cosmetic.
