在食品运输储存、皮革制品使用存在等过程中会滋生大量的霉菌细菌等微生物,对人们的生活和健康安全造成很大影响,因此在日常生活中需要对食品、皮革制品等进行防疫消毒防霉;开发抗菌性和防霉性优良的消毒剂具有重要的意义,如季铵盐抗菌剂、纳米银等。
二氧化氯是一种高效安全的防腐保鲜剂,对黑曲霉、大肠杆菌等霉菌细菌有很好的抑制和杀灭作用,如《缓释型二氧化氯抑菌薄膜研制》,报道了聚乙烯醇包覆亚氯酸钠组分,和用β-环糊精包合的酸组分,制成缓释功能的二氧化氯抑菌保鲜薄膜,食品抑菌领域有很好的应用;β-环糊精具有外缘亲水,空腔疏水的单体结构,对多种无机和有机分子有很好的包合作用,如《β-环糊精包覆改性Ag-TiO2/PANI纳米复合材料的制备与抗菌防腐性能研究》,利用β-环糊精包覆改性Ag-TiO2,能有效阻止纳米粒子团聚,得到的复合材料具有良好的抗菌防腐性能,本发明旨在合成新型的季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶,用于包覆马来酸,与亚氯酸钠复合得到缓释型二氧化氯消毒剂。
发明内容

(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶包合缓释二氧化氯消毒剂,制备方法为以下步骤:
(1)将三乙烯N-boc三胺基乙胺和溴乙酰氯在冰浴下溶解到反应溶剂中,滴加催化剂二异丙基乙胺,然后在15-40℃中搅拌反应6-18h,反应后将产物溶解到二氯甲烷中,在冰浴下滴加三氟乙酸,然后在15-35℃中搅拌反应2-6h,得到三乙烯三胺基乙酰胺基溴。
(2)将三乙烯三胺基乙酰胺基溴、羧甲基β-环糊精加入到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌均匀后滴加4-二甲氨基吡啶和二环己基碳二亚胺,在氮气氛围中加热至60-85℃,搅拌反应10-20h,得到溴代多氨基环糊精。
(3)将溴代多氨基环糊精和二叔胺加入到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加热至90-130℃回流反应24-72h,得到季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶。
(4)将季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶加入马来酸的水溶液中,在50-70℃中搅拌包合2-5h,然后过滤溶剂,得到季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶包合马来酸。
(5)将质量比为100:50-140的季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶包合马来酸和亚氯酸钠混合均匀后,平铺压制在两层无纺布的中间,得到季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶包合缓释二氧化氯消毒剂。

季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶中含有丰富的亲水性氨基和亚氨基,可以提高环糊精的亲水性和吸水率,从而增强吸附空气中的水分,吸附的水分与亚氯酸钠结合,再与环糊精凝胶包合缓释的马来酸进行接触并发生化学反应,生成二氧化氯,对黑曲霉菌、细菌等进行有效抑制和杀灭,并且环糊精凝胶中含有丰富的季铵盐抗菌官能团,对大肠杆菌等细菌微生物有很好的杀灭作用,进一步提高了消毒剂的防疫、抗菌和防霉性能。

具体实施方式
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下实施方式和实施例:一种季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶包合缓释二氧化氯消毒剂,制备方法为以下步骤:
(1)将三乙烯四胺依次与三氟乙酸乙酯,二碳酸二叔丁酯反应,得到三乙烯N-boc三胺基乙胺,最后加入浓氨水脱三氟乙酸保护,得到三乙烯N-boc三胺基乙胺;然后将三乙烯N-boc三胺基乙胺和溴乙酰氯在冰浴下溶解到丙酮、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯或乙腈任一种反应溶剂中,滴加催化剂二异丙基乙胺,其中三乙烯N-boc三胺基乙胺、溴乙酰氯、二异丙基乙胺的质量比为100:35-50:20-32,然后在15-40℃中搅拌反应6-18h,反应后减压浓缩,正己烷洗涤产物后再溶解到二氯甲烷中,在冰浴下滴加三氟乙酸,然后在15-35℃中搅拌反应2-6h,反应后加入二氯甲烷和蒸馏水萃取,减压浓缩,正己烷洗涤产物,得到三乙烯三胺基乙酰胺基溴。
(2)将三乙烯三胺基乙酰胺基溴、羧甲基β-环糊精加入到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌均匀后滴加4-二甲氨基吡啶和二环己基碳二亚胺,其中三乙烯三胺基乙酰胺基溴、羧甲基β-环糊精、4-二甲氨基吡啶和二环己基碳二亚胺的质量比为15-40:100:1.2-3:18-50,在氮气氛围中加热至60-85℃,搅拌反应10-20h,反应后减压浓缩,乙醇洗涤产物,得到溴代多氨基环糊精。
(3)将质量比为100:40-120的溴代多氨基环糊精和二叔胺(n=1-6)加入到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加热至90-130℃回流反应24-72h,反应后减压浓缩,乙醇洗涤产物,得到季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶。

(3)将5g的溴代多氨基环糊精和2g的四甲基甲烷二胺加入到150mL的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加热至130℃回流反应48h,反应后减压浓缩,乙醇洗涤产物,得到季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶。
(4)将2g的季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶加入100mL的6%的马来酸的水溶液中,在50℃中搅拌包合4h,然后过滤溶剂,得到季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶包合马来酸。

实施例2

(3)将5g的溴代多氨基环糊精和4g的四甲基-1,4-丁二胺加入到200mL的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加热至100℃回流反应24h,反应后减压浓缩,乙醇洗涤产物,得到季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶。
(4)将2g的季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶加入80mL的10%的马来酸的水溶液中,在70℃中搅拌包合2h,然后过滤溶剂,得到季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶包合马来酸。
(5)将2g的季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶包合马来酸和1g的亚氯酸钠混合均匀后,平铺压制在两层无纺布的中间,得到季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶包合缓释二氧化氯消毒剂。
实施例3

(2)将1.5g的三乙烯三胺基乙酰胺基溴、5g的羧甲基β-环糊精加入到150mL的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌均匀后滴加0.12g的4-二甲氨基吡啶和1.5g的二环己基碳二亚胺,在氮气氛围中加热至60℃,搅拌反应20h,反应后减压浓缩,乙醇洗涤产物,得到溴代多氨基环糊精。
(3)将5g的溴代多氨基环糊精和3.5g的四甲基-1,6-己二胺加入到100mL的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加热至90℃回流反应72h,反应后减压浓缩,乙醇洗涤产物,得到季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶。
(4)将2g的季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶加入50mL的20%的马来酸的水溶液中,在50℃中搅拌包合4h,然后过滤溶剂,得到季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶包合马来酸。

1.一种季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶包合缓释二氧化氯消毒剂,其特征在于:所述包合缓释二氧化氯消毒剂的制备方法为:
(1)将三乙烯N-boc三胺基乙胺和溴乙酰氯在冰浴下溶解到反应溶剂中,滴加催化剂二异丙基乙胺,其中三乙烯N-boc三胺基乙胺、溴乙酰氯、二异丙基乙胺的质量比为100:35-50:20-32,然后在15-40℃中搅拌反应6-18h,将产物溶解到二氯甲烷中,在冰浴下滴加三氟乙酸,然后在15-35℃中搅拌反应2-6h,得到三乙烯三胺基乙酰胺基溴;
(2)将三乙烯三胺基乙酰胺基溴、羧甲基β-环糊精加入到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌均匀后滴加4-二甲氨基吡啶和二环己基碳二亚胺,其中三乙烯三胺基乙酰胺基溴、羧甲基β-环糊精、4-二甲氨基吡啶和二环己基碳二亚胺的质量比为15-40:100:1.2-3:18-50,在氮气氛围中加热至60-85℃,搅拌反应10-20h,得到溴代多氨基环糊精;
(3)将质量比为100:40-120的溴代多氨基环糊精和二叔胺加入到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加热至90-130℃回流反应24-72h,得到季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶;
(4)将季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶加入质量分数为6-20%的马来酸的水溶液中,在50-70℃中搅拌包合2-5h,然后过滤溶剂,得到季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶包合马来酸;
(5)将质量比为100:50-140的季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶包合马来酸和亚氯酸钠混合均匀后,平铺压制在两层无纺布的中间,得到季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶包合缓释二氧化氯消毒剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶包合缓释二氧化氯消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述(1)中反应溶剂为丙酮、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯或乙腈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种季铵盐交联环糊精凝胶包合缓释二氧化氯消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述(3)中二叔胺为n=1-6。
