Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用来标示仪器、尤其是穿刺针的导向路径的装置。
背景技术
众所周知,出于诊断或医疗目的,要对不同的身体部位或器官实施穿刺手术,通过这种方法,可以获取化验所需的组织试样。通常的问题是,为确保将穿刺针导至所希望的位置,特别是在相对较小的区域内,要将针头扎到表皮之下。
在已公开的方式中,为准备穿刺手术,首先要借助于计算机层析X射线照相设备,或借助于磁共振层析X射线照相设备,制取躯体待穿刺区域的切面图。医生利用这些切面图来确定穿刺的区域,选择有利的穿刺部位和穿刺方向。为实施穿刺,将患者拉出层析X射线照相设备,在躯体上标示出根据所选择的切面图确定的穿刺部位,之后,医生以一个估计的角度,利用穿刺针实施穿刺手术。
此外,已公开的还有,为精确地导引穿刺针,设有两个激光-光瞄准器,用来发射不同颜色的扇形激光束(DE 195 01 069 A1)。在此,激光束的十字交叉线标示着穿刺针的导向路径,在此,这种标示方法(所需)的费用相对较高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题在于,在现有的技术条件下,简化开头所述形式的装置。
上述技术问题通过一种对在医学检测设备中仪器的预设导向途径进行标示的装置来解决,按照本发明,该装置具有唯一一个用来发射一束直线形光束的发光系统,该系统可在轨道上移动和转动,以使光束能够对准到仪器的穿刺点上,并能够根据穿刺角度进行调整,其中设有一计算机用来产生所检测区域的图像,该计算机配置有一个图像再现装置,借助于该装置可在图像中标示出一些点和角度,计算机根据所选择的标记,通过调节装置自动调节发光系统以及患者台。
在符合本发明的装置中,穿刺针的路径在层析X射线照片中是通过确定穿刺点和目标点来确定的。接下来,路径用穿刺点、穿刺角度和穿刺深度的坐标来表示。穿刺点和穿刺角度通过光束、尤其是通过激光束示出,载有患者的患者台自动地为标示或穿刺而被定位,在光束方向上根据确定的穿刺深度进行穿刺。

具体实施方式
图中示出了一计算机层析X射线照相设备1,它配置有一载有患者的患者台2。计算机层析X射线照相设备1具有一用于发光系统4、尤其是激光源导向的轨道3,该发光系统发射出导向光束5。
在计划图中确定穿刺点和目标点,接下来还可计算出通过这两点的直线与垂线之间的角度。安装成可移动式的发光系统4借助于计划自动定位(转动和平动),直至光束5显示至所计划的事先划在皮肤上的,穿刺平面的切面标记上。进针时,针头置放在穿刺点上,在此期间,角度变化,直至光束5射至针头的上端。随后,针头被插入在计划图中所测量出的距离,在此需要注意的是,光束5要始终照射到针头上端。最后,针头的位置通过另一CT图来控制。在此,患者台载着患者自动移动。
在图中,用6表示计算机,它根据计算机层析X射线照相设备1的测量装置提供的输出信号,计算出所检测的患者躯体区域的图像,这个图像再显示到监视器7上。该图像用作确定穿刺针的穿刺点和目标点的计划图,所述通过这两点的直线与垂线之间的角度也同时根据计划图被计算出来。
计算机6通过调节装置8自动调节发光系统4以及患者台9。
Claims (1)
1.一种对医学检测设备(1)中仪器的预设导向途径进行标示的装置,其特征在于,该装置具有唯一一个用来发射一束直线形光束(5)的发光系统(4),该系统可在轨道(3)上移动和转动,以使光束(5)能够对准到仪器的穿刺点上,并能够根据穿刺角度进行调整,其中设有一计算机(6)用来产生所检测区域的图像,该计算机配置有一个图像再现装置(7),借助于该装置可在图像中标示出一些点和角度,计算机(6)根据所选择的标记,通过调节装置(8)自动调节发光系统(4)以及患者台(9)。
