Abstract
本发明提供一种悬浮浓缩水剂，它包含a)50-80%w/v的嘧霉胺；b)0.2-5%w/v的聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物表面活性剂；和c)0.2-5%w/v的萘甲醛缩合物表面活性剂。
Description
本发明涉及嘧霉胺(pyrimethanil)的液体制剂(liquid formulations)及其制备方法。本发明尤其涉及含高配比的固体嘧霉胺的悬浮高浓度(SC)制剂。
含杀菌剂嘧霉胺的商品SC制剂品名包括Mythos和Scala。一般来说，这些制剂含不大于40％w/v的嘧霉胺。在这些制剂中增加嘧霉胺的量高于40％是有利的，因为这会降低运输给定量活性组分所需的费用。当将嘧霉胺运输到发送困难的偏远地区如运输到热带地区时，这些节省就特别显著。然而，在这些制剂中提高嘧霉胺的浓度在制造过程中会产生研磨的问题，而在储藏过程中会导致结晶。
因此，本发明的一个目的是设计一种含显著大于40％嘧霉胺的SC制剂体系，它不会产生上述问题。
首先，本发明提供一种SC水剂，它含a)50-80％，较好是60-80％w/v的嘧霉胺；b)0.2-5％，较好是0.3-1.5％w/v的聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物表面活性剂；和c)0.2-5％，较好是0.3-1.5％w/v的萘甲醛缩合物表面活性剂。
令人惊奇的是，我们发现本发明的制剂在制造过程中研磨时不会固化，并且在长期储藏时结晶倾向低。
除非上下文另有要求外，本说明书通篇所用的术语“包含”，或其变体如“包括”或“含有”应理解成含所述整数或整数组，但并不排除包括方法步骤的任何其它整数或整数组。
组分b)的分子量较好为6000-14000，特别好为9000-13000。而且，组分b)包含20-80％，特别是40-80％w/w的聚氧乙烯。尤其是，组分b)的分子量标称为12000，聚氧乙烯的量标称为70％w/w。
组分c)较好是一种盐，尤其是钠盐。
制剂较好也包含分散剂，如聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-聚乙二醇接枝共聚物，其分子量较好为20000-30000，其量为1-10％，较好为3-8％w/v。
特别好的SC制剂含a)约60％w/v的嘧霉胺，b)约0.5％w/v的氧乙烯-氧丙烯嵌段共聚物表面活性剂，c)约1％w/v的萘甲醛钠缩合物表面活性剂，d)约5％w/v的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-聚乙二醇接枝共聚物，e)约6％w/v的丙二醇和f)约37.5％w/v的水。
下面仅用实施例来说明本发明。
实施例
制备许多具有不同组成的制剂。表1列出了各组分及其浓度(w/v)。在大部分情况下，给出各组分的商品名。它们的化学组成和主要功能如下。
Atlox 4894是聚氧乙烯烷基醚(无NPE)；用作分散剂和湿润剂。
Atlox 4913是聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-聚乙二醇接枝共聚物；用作分散剂。
Atlox 5406B是一种阴离子型表面活性剂和非离子型表面活性剂的混合物；用作分散剂和湿润剂。
Norwet D425是萘甲醛钠缩合物；用作分散剂和粘度改性剂。
Synperonic PE F127是聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物；用作分散剂和湿润剂。
Lauropal X1003是乙氧基化的醇；用作湿润剂。
Polyfon H是木素磺酸钠；用作分散剂。
Tegopren 5840是由聚甲基硅氧烷和聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯链段组成的共聚物；用作湿润剂。
Reax 85A是木素磺酸钠；用作分散剂。
Surfynol 104-E是四甲基癸炔二醇和乙二醇；主要用作湿润剂。
Surfynol 420是聚氧乙烯(1.3摩尔)四甲基癸炔二醇；用作湿润剂。
Arylan SBC25是十二烷基苯磺酸钠；用作湿润剂。
Witconol NS 500 LQ是非离子型表面活性剂混合物；用作分散剂。
Synperonic 91/6是聚氧乙烯(6摩尔)合成C9/C11伯醇；用作湿润剂。
Emcol CC9E是聚丙二醇(9摩尔)二乙基氯化铵(diethylmoniumchloride)；用作分散剂和粘度改性剂。
Aerosol OT/S是琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠；用作湿润剂。
按下述方法制备各制剂。
方法
使用高速混合机分散所有的组分(除了Kelzan预凝胶水剂)。在能获得所需的粒度分布和粘度的条件下，让分散体通过球磨机(bead mill)。将Kelzan预凝胶水剂加到研磨的悬浮体中。
制剂1和2是本发明的制剂。其余的制剂用作比较。分析各制剂的研磨性能和在54℃时储藏2星期后的结晶程度。结果如下。
研磨性能
制剂3-6、13-18、20和24在研磨过程中固化。
制剂1、2、7-12、19、21、22和23没有研磨上的问题。
在54℃时储藏后的结晶程度
在54℃时储藏2星期后制剂7-12、19、21、22和23有晶体生长，尤其是制剂11、19、21和23。
制剂2显示出非常轻微的结晶。
制剂1没有晶体生长。

Claims (10)
