技术领域
本发明涉及保健品技术领域,尤其是涉及一种助眠压片糖果及其制备方法。
背景技术
拥有一个好质量的睡眠是健康的标志之一,然而当代人睡眠状况却不容乐观,睡眠不好是亚健康的重要致病因素之一,睡不好易诱发躯体、精神等方面的疾病。比如入睡困难和频繁觉醒,多梦易醒,醒后不易入睡以及梦中惊醒后出现恐惧感等。因此,睡眠不好是亚健康的重要致病因素之一,睡不好易诱发躯体、精神等方面的疾病,而充足的睡眠可以降低人体新陈代谢和器官组织细胞异化,降低细胞耗能,帮助肌体恢复体力。因此,相应的助眠产品的研究与开发具有现实意义和广阔的市场前景。
目前的助眠产品主要为医院医生开具的处方药,而长期服用会形成依赖性,产生耐药性,而现有的助眠保健类食品助眠效果不佳且种类较少,因此,急需通过多渠道研制助眠功能食品,提高使用者的选择性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种助眠压片糖果及其制备方法,助眠效果好。
为达到上述技术目的,本申请采用以下技术方案:
第一方面,本申请提供一种助眠压片糖果,其包括压片层及用以包覆压片层的被膜剂,压片层的原料包括质量份数如下的组分:0.03-0.130份山梨糖醇,0.100-0.2份γ-氨基丁酸,0.05-0.1份茶叶茶氨酸,0.38-0.068份香蕉原粉,0.060-0.11份全脂乳粉,0.060-0.09份水溶性膳食纤维,0.03份酸枣仁粉,0.025-0.035份茯苓粉,0.01-0.02份百合粉,0.006份疏水性润滑剂,0.001份维生素C,0.001份阿斯巴甜。
优选地,水溶性膳食纤维为菊粉。

第二方面,本申请提供一种助眠压片糖果的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.按质量份数称取山梨糖醇,γ-氨基丁酸,茶叶茶氨酸,香蕉原粉,全脂乳粉,水溶性膳食纤维,酸枣仁粉,茯苓粉,百合粉,维生素C,阿斯巴甜,粉碎后混合,得混合粉末,再喷入酒精,摇晃形成颗粒A;
S2.干燥颗粒A,得颗粒B,再喷入酒精,加入疏水性润滑剂,混合均匀,压片并干燥,得到压片层;
S3.在压片层上喷涂被膜剂溶液,经干燥后,即得助眠压片糖果。
优选地,混合粉末与酒精的质量体积比为100g:(14-16)ml。
优选地,颗粒B和酒精的质量体积比为100g:(4-6)mL。
优选地,步骤S2及步骤S3中,干燥的温度为40-60℃,干燥时间为1-2.5h。
本发明的有益效果是:本方案以酸枣仁、茯苓、百合、γ-氨基丁酸、全脂乳粉、香蕉原粉、茶叶茶氨酸及维生素C为主要原料,协同配伍协同增效,延长深睡眠时间,改善睡眠质量,放松身体,促进睡眠,稳定情绪;成片效果好,片型完整不掉粉,硬度适中;通过添加水溶性膳食纤维,可以增值肠道益生菌数量,调节肠道菌群的平衡;通过加入硬脂酸镁,提高颗粒的混合均匀度。

其中,被膜剂包括0.05-0.2份普鲁兰多糖及0.05-0.2份羟丙基甲基纤维素,被膜剂与压片层的原料的质量比为0.1-0.4:100。
本方案中,各组分的功效如下:
酸枣仁:有镇静催眠、抗抑郁、抗惊厥、改善记忆、抗心肌缺血等多种药理作用;
茯苓:茯苓药性甘、淡、平。归心、肺、脾、肾经,具有利水渗湿,健脾,宁心安神的功能,主要用于小便不利、水肿胀满,痰饮咳逆,呕吐,脾虚食少,泄泻,心悸不安,失眠健忘等。
百合:百合为百合科多年生宿根草本植物,是药食兼优的滋补佳品,具有宁心安神、美容润肤,润燥止渴等功效。
菊粉是天然存在于植物中的一种多糖,也是一种可溶性膳食纤维,几乎不能被胃酸分解和消化,只能在结肠才会被有益微生物利用,改善肠道环境。
γ-氨基丁酸是一种氨基酸,为神经系统中一个重要的抑制性神经递质。γ-氨基丁酸可以抑制神经递质并参与代谢活性,具有健脑益智、抗癫痫的作用,能够提高患者的睡眠质量,增加深睡眠的时间,也能够改善脑血流量,促进脑代谢功能,增加脑部氧气供给,防止老年痴呆。
茶叶茶氨酸:茶氨酸能参与γ-氨基丁酸的合成,从而改善睡眠质量。
第二方面,本申请提供一种助眠压片糖果的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.按质量份数称取各组分,分别将酸枣仁、茯苓、百合饮片用高速粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后依次用渐高目数不锈钢筛过筛,未过筛原料用高速粉碎机再粉碎一遍,再次过120目筛,将过筛后的酸枣仁粉、茯苓粉、百合粉与山梨糖醇、菊粉、香蕉缘分、全脂乳粉、γ-氨基丁酸、茶叶茶氨酸、阿斯巴甜、维生素C进行均匀混合,得到混合粉末,在不锈钢原托盘中将混合粉末,喷入90%食品级酒精,混合粉末与酒精的质量体积比为100g:(14-16)ml,喷入过程中持续不断摇晃混合粉末,至混合粉末全部形成颗粒A;
S2.40-60℃于恒温干燥箱干燥颗粒A1-2.5h,干燥后过20目筛后得颗粒B,再喷入酒精,颗粒B和酒精的质量体积比为100g:(4-6)mL,加入疏水性润滑剂,混合均匀,压片并干燥,得到压片层;
S3.在压片层上喷涂被膜剂溶液,经40-60℃干燥1-2.5h后,即得助眠压片糖果,其中,被膜剂溶液为30g/L羟丙基甲基纤维素乙醇水溶液和20g/L普鲁兰多糖乙醇水溶液的混合物。
本发明的主要助眠成分为酸枣仁、茯苓、百合、γ-氨基丁酸、全脂乳粉、香蕉原粉及维生素C,酸枣仁镇静安眠;茯苓利水渗湿、健脾和胃、养心安神;百合宁心安神;γ-氨基丁酸能促进垂体释放生长激素,同时γ-氨基丁酸还可以降低失眠发生概率,延长深睡眠时间,改善睡眠质量;全脂乳粉牛奶中α-乳白蛋白的氨基酸序列中含有5.3%的色氨酸,色氨酸在体内可用于合成5-HT,并进一步代谢成褪黑素,参与睡眠调节;香蕉富含镁元素,可以松弛肌肉,放松身体,促进睡眠,提高睡眠质量;维生素C有助于抑制性神经递质的合成,稳定情绪,各组物质协同配伍协同增效,改善睡眠质量,保证成片效果,片型完整不掉粉,硬度适中,压片糖果口感好。
参照下面的实施例对本发明进行更详细地说明。
实施例1
S1.称取0.13g山梨糖醇,0.1gγ-氨基丁酸,0.1g茶叶茶氨酸,0.068g香蕉原粉,0.06g全脂乳粉,0.06g菊粉,0.03g酸枣仁粉,0.025g茯苓粉,0.02g百合粉,0.006g硬脂酸镁,0.001g维生素C,0.001g阿斯巴甜,分别将酸枣仁、茯苓、百合饮片用高速粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后用20目不锈钢筛过筛,未过筛原料用高速粉碎机再粉碎一遍,再次过120目筛,将过筛后的酸枣仁粉、茯苓粉、百合粉与山梨糖醇、菊粉、香蕉缘分、全脂乳粉、γ-氨基丁酸、茶叶茶氨酸、阿斯巴甜、维生素C进行均匀混合,得到混合粉末,在不锈钢原托盘中将混合粉末,喷入90%食品级酒精,混合粉末与酒精的质量体积比为6.25g:1ml,喷入过程中持续不断摇晃混合粉末,至混合粉末全部形成颗粒A;
S2.40℃于恒温干燥箱干燥颗粒A 2h,干燥后过20目筛,未通过的原料借助外力挤过筛,得颗粒B,再喷入酒精,保持颗粒B与90%酒精的比例为100g:5ml,而后加入硬脂酸镁,混合后,压片并干燥,通过控制加料量方式压成约0.6g/粒的圆片,压片模具采用10mm直径圆弧面模具,得到压片层;
S3.以30g/L羟丙基甲基纤维素溶液和20g/L普鲁兰多糖溶液的混合液为被膜剂溶液,在干燥后的压片层上正反面均匀喷涂被膜剂溶液,通过喷出的体积控制添加量,羟丙基甲基纤维素与压片层的原料质量比为0.1:100,普鲁兰多糖和压片层的原料的质量比为0.07:100,再次放入50℃恒温干燥箱干燥1h,取出,即助眠压片糖果。
实施例2
其他步骤与实施例1相同,所不同的是,步骤S1中称取山梨糖醇0.030g,γ-氨基丁酸0.200g,香蕉原粉0.038g,菊粉0.090g;混合粉末与90%酒精的比例为100g:14ml;步骤S2中,将颗粒A在40℃干燥2.5h后,颗粒B与90%酒精的比例为100g:4ml;步骤S3中,羟丙基甲基纤维素与压片层的原料质量比为0.2:100,普鲁兰多糖和压片层的原料的质量比为0.1:100,50℃恒温干燥箱干燥1h。
实施例3
其他步骤与实施例1相同,所不同的是压片的原料组分中茶叶茶氨酸0.05g,香蕉原粉0.038g,全脂乳粉0.11g,菊粉0.09g,茯苓粉0.035g,百合粉0.01g,混合粉末与酒精的质量体积比为100:16(g:ml);步骤S2中,将颗粒A在40℃干燥1.5h,颗粒B与90%酒精的比例为100g:6ml,压片后在60℃恒温干燥箱干燥2h;步骤S3中,羟丙基甲基纤维素和压片层的原料质量比为0.1:100,普鲁兰多糖和压片层的原料质量比为0.2:100,40℃恒温干燥箱干燥2h。
测试例
助眠压片糖果测试方案:将上述实施例1制得的助眠压片糖果进行睡眠效果测试:
睡眠效果测试方案:将上述实施制得的助眠压片糖果进行睡眠效果测试,受试者睡眠效果将会从试用前后睡眠总时长,及试用前后入睡所需时长两方面进行对比测试。
本次共计40位受试者自愿参加试验,试验前40位受试者如实填写试用前问卷调查,40位受试者有均有不同程度的睡眠障碍问题,其中,40位受试者中重度失眠的占比22.5%,经常失眠的占比52.5%,偶尔失眠的占比25%,非常健康的占比0%,40位受试者中能有8小时以上睡眠人群则占比7%,睡7-8小时的人群占比21%,睡6-7小时的人群占比36%,睡5-6小时的人群占比22%,睡眠时间少于5小时的人群占比14%,40位受试者中入睡时间需3小时以上的人群占比12.5%,入睡时间需2-3小时的占比17.5%,入睡时间需1-2小时的占比55%,入睡时间小于1小时的占比15%。
依据上调查结果,对使用本方案的助眠压片糖果进行效果测试,具体测试步骤如下:
40位受试者每人分发试用产品量为1瓶(18粒),于每晚睡前0.5-1h前服用3粒,此为咀嚼片,连续服用6天。
6天后40位受试者如实填写试用后调查问卷。
根据问卷调查结果显示,受试者连续服用助眠压片糖果6天后,受试者中睡眠时长8h以上人数占比12%,睡眠时长7-8h人数占比36%,睡眠时长6-7小时人数占比39%,睡眠时长5-6h人数占比7%,睡眠时长低于5小时人数占比6%(图1)。40位受试者中入睡时间需3小时以上的人群人数占比12.5%,入睡时间需2-3小时的人数占比17.5%,入睡时间需1-2小时的人数占比55%,入睡时间小于1小时的人数占比15%(图2)。
将助眠压片糖果效果从睡眠时长及入睡所需时间两方面进行比较:根据图3数据对比,可以明显看到,服用助眠压片糖果后:a睡眠时长大于8小时的受试者人数占比增加,有原来的7%增加至12%,增长量位5%;b睡眠时长7-8h的受试者人数占比增加,由原来的21%增加至36%,增长量为15%;c眠时长6-7h的受试者人数占比增加,由原来的36%增加至39%,增长量为3%;d睡眠时长5-6小时及小于5小时的受试者人数占比总计减少23%,这个减少量刚好和abc的增长量是一致的,说明本发明的复合益生菌助眠固体饮料可以明显延长睡眠时间。
根据图4数据对比,可以明显看到,服用助眠压片糖果后:e入睡所需时间大于等于3小时的受试者人数占比减少,由原来的12.5%减少到5%,减少量为7.5%;f入睡所需时间需2-3小时的受试者增加,由原来的17.5%增加到30%,增长量为12.5%;g入睡所需时间1-2小时的受试者减少,由原来的55%减少到37.5%,减少量为17.5%;h入睡所需时间小于1小时的的受试者增加,由原来的15%增加到27.5%,增长量为12.5%。综上efgh可以看出,服用本助眠压片糖果后入睡所需时间大于等于3小时的受试者人数占比减少一半以上,入睡所需时间1-2小时的受试者人数占比也减少,入睡所需时间小于1小时的受试者人数占比增加。说明本发明的助眠压片糖果对助眠是有一定效果的,可以减少入睡所需时间。
考察不同组分所得压片糖果的口味以及解酒效果。
分别去掉百合、茯苓、酸枣仁、菊粉、硬脂酸镁、普鲁兰多糖以及羟丙基甲基纤维素等,分别编号为试验组2-1至2-6;同时设置试验组2-7,仅保留酸枣仁、百合、茯苓,其他条件同实施例1。
具体条件及测试结果如下表9所示。

由表1可以看出,试验组2-1至试验组2-3及试验组2-7和实施例1结果都对睡眠质量是有改变的,说明酸枣仁、百合、茯苓都是可以安神助眠的,对睡眠质量都是有影响的。同时各组分物质协调配合,有效去除异味,保证成片效果,片型完整不掉粉,因此,本发明中通过各组分配合,能够有效改善睡眠质量。
考察不同工艺条件对所得压片糖果的影响。
分别改变原料过筛的目数、制粒喷入的酒精量、压片前喷入的酒精量、烘箱温度,被膜工序等分别编号为试验组3-1至3-7,其他条件同实施例1。测试结果如下表2所示。

由表2可知,在原料过筛步骤、制粒过程中以及压片过程中,选取的原料过粗、喷入过多酒精或者不喷酒精,烘干温度过高,无被膜等,对于最终片剂均产生不利影响,要么过于松散易碎,不利于运输,要么过于坚硬,难以咬碎,不利于迅速消化吸收。
改变配方比例进行测试,以实施例1为基准,改变配方比例,做单因素实验,项目和结果如下:

经测试,由表3、表4可知,虽然配比改变在本方案限定的范围内,但所得压片糖果相对实施例1的效果略微降低,但相对没有服用压片糖果的对照组,本发明仍能够使增加受试者的睡眠总时长及减少入睡所需时间,所得压片糖果口感好。
需要说明的是,以上各实施例均属于同一发明构思,各实施例的描述各有侧重,在个别实施例中描述未详尽之处,可参考其他实施例中的描述。
以上实施例仅表达了本发明的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

1.一种助眠压片糖果,其特征在于,其包括压片层及用以包覆所述压片层的被膜剂,所述压片层的原料包括质量份数如下的组分:0.03-0.130份山梨糖醇,0.100-0.2份γ-氨基丁酸,0.05-0.1份茶叶茶氨酸,0.38-0.068份香蕉原粉,0.060-0.11份全脂乳粉,0.060-0.09份水溶性膳食纤维,0.03份酸枣仁粉,0.025-0.035份茯苓粉,0.01-0.02份百合粉,0.006份疏水性润滑剂,0.001份维生素C,0.001份阿斯巴甜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的助眠压片糖果,其特征在于,所述水溶性膳食纤维为菊粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的助眠压片糖果,其特征在于,疏水性润滑剂为硬脂酸镁和/或硬脂酸钙。
4.根据权利要求1所述的助眠压片糖果,其特征在于,所述压片层的原料包括质量份数如下的组分:0.13份山梨糖醇,0.1份γ-氨基丁酸,0.1份茶叶茶氨酸,0.068份香蕉原粉,0.06份全脂乳粉,0.06份菊粉,0.03份酸枣仁粉,0.025份茯苓粉,0.02份百合粉,0.006份硬脂酸镁,0.001份维生素C,0.001份阿斯巴甜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的助眠压片糖果,其特征在于,所述被膜剂包括所述被膜剂包括0.05~0.2份普鲁兰多糖及0.05~0.2份羟丙基甲基纤维素。
6.根据权利要求1所述的助眠压片糖果,其特征在于,所述被膜剂与所述压片层的原料的质量比为0.1-0.4:100。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一项所述的助眠压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.按质量份数称取山梨糖醇,γ-氨基丁酸,茶叶茶氨酸,香蕉原粉,全脂乳粉,水溶性膳食纤维,酸枣仁粉,茯苓粉,百合粉,维生素C,阿斯巴甜,粉碎后混合,得混合粉末,再喷入酒精,摇晃形成颗粒A;
S2.干燥所述颗粒A,过筛后,得颗粒B,再喷入酒精,加入所述疏水性润滑剂,混合均匀,压片并干燥,得到压片层;
S3.在所述压片层上喷涂被膜剂溶液,经干燥后,即得所述助眠压片糖果。
8.根据权利要求7所述的助眠压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混合粉末与酒精的质量体积比为100g:(14-16)ml。
9.根据权利要求7所述的助眠压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,所述颗粒B和酒精的质量体积比为100g:(4-6)mL。
10.根据权利要求7所述的助眠压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2及步骤S3中,干燥的温度为40-60℃,干燥时间为1-2.5h。
