Claims (1)

1. A watermelon courtyard potting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Location and time
The flowerpot is placed on a land block with sufficient sunlight in the courtyard, and the sowing time is selected from 3 late-7 middle-late months;
(2) Variety selection
Selecting 1.5kg-2kg of high-quality small-fruit type watermelons with red pulp, yellow pulp and colorful pulp;
(3) Seedling raising
The seedling raising medium is a commodity seedling raising medium special for fruits and vegetables, watermelon seeds are soaked in warm water at 55 ℃ for 30min and then soaked in water at 25-30 ℃ for 4h, the seeds are fished out, dried in the air and placed at 28-30 ℃ for accelerating germination until white, then the seeds are sowed in a nutrition pot, 2 seeds are sowed in each pot, the distance between 2 seeds is more than 1cm, watering is conducted thoroughly, the daily daytime temperature is kept at 25-30 ℃, the nighttime temperature is kept at 18-25 ℃, the medium in the nutrition pot is kept moist, 1 healthy seedling is left after the cotyledon of the seedling is spread, the other seedling is cut off, and the seedling can be transplanted when 3 leaves and 1 heart grow;
(4) Culture medium and potting
Purchasing a special commodity cultivation substrate for fruits and vegetables produced by a regular manufacturer, watering and stirring the substrate until the substrate is held by hands to form a cluster and water is reserved between fingers but not dropped, filling the substrate into a flowerpot, and watering the substrate until the substrate is 2-3 cm away from the opening of the flowerpot and the substrate is thoroughly soaked;
(5) Transplanting
Transplanting watermelon seedlings into flowerpots in the evening or in the cloudy day, wherein the planting depth does not exceed the growing point, 1L of water soluble fertilizer is poured into 1 seedling in each pot in an amount which is 800 times that of the seedlings, a black mulching film is covered on the pot, the mulching film at the positions of the seedlings is broken by about 8cm, and the seedlings are exposed;
(6) Management of seedling stage
The substrate is kept moist after the seedling is revived, the moisture content is about 70 percent, the substrate is not watered, the substrate is thoroughly watered when the substrate is watered, the fertilizer is not applied during the seedling stage, the sun-shading net can be used for shading the strong illumination, the medium to heavy rain or continuous light rain weather can be used for covering the substrate by plastic cloth, and the substrate is prevented from being washed away by rainwater;
(7) Management of the season of staling
In the watermelon vine stretching period, when the watermelon vine is about 30cm, hanging the vine to grow, inserting a bamboo rod with the length of about 2m into the inner edge of a flowerpot, winding the vine on the bamboo rod, or winding the vine by adopting a vine-climbing frame, and then binding the vine once every 20cm along with the growth of the vine;
(8) Management of flowering and fruiting periods
The method comprises the steps of performing artificial supplementary pollination on female and male flowers flowering on the same day before 10 am, lightly applying pollen of the male flowers to stigmas of the female flowers, recording the pollination date, removing the first female flowers in time, generally selecting the second female flowers of a main vine to bear fruits, only leaving one fruit, removing the fruits at the redundant nodes, leaving 15 leaves above the bearing nodes for pinching, preferentially dressing the fruits on the main vine, selecting lateral vine to bear fruits when the main vine does not bear the fruits, dressing a high-potassium water-soluble fertilizer 800 times when the eggs of young fruits begin to lose hair, dressing a water-soluble fertilizer 1 time and a potassium dihydrogen phosphate foliar fertilizer every 5d-7d later to facilitate fruit expansion and prevent early leaf senescence, keeping the substrate humidity of 70-80 fruits, hanging melons by using a mesh bag about 0.3kg to prevent the melons from falling, and covering the melons by using plastic cloth in case of heavy rain or continuous light rain;
(9) Pest control
The watermelon in the garden has less plant diseases and insect pests, can cover an insect-proof net to prevent insects, can be sprayed with imidacloprid and acetamiprid to prevent and treat aphid and whitefly, and can be sprayed with 800-time liquid of 50 percent carbendazim or 75 percent chlorothalonil to prevent and treat gummy stem blight, anthracnose or powdery mildew;
(10) Harvesting
When the watermelon fruit is not enlarged any more, the surface pattern of the peel is clear and is rich in luster, most of villi on the fruit stem falls off and fades, and the watermelon is harvested in time when the fruit stem slightly shrinks to prevent the pulp from falling, the temperature in the growing period influences the whole growth period of the watermelon, and the harvesting time is about 20d-25d after pollination.
