The process for producing a cosmetic according to claim 5, comprising the steps of: heating the hot spring water to 100 ℃, then cooling to 80 ℃, sequentially adding other components of the H-phase material, stirring and dissolving completely, cooling to below 40 ℃, sequentially adding the I-phase material and the J-phase material, dissolving completely, and discharging at below 40 ℃ to obtain the product toner, wherein the components of the H-phase material, the I-phase material and the J-phase material in the steps account for 99.23%, 0.45% and 0.32% respectively.
7. The cosmetic according to claim 2, wherein the cosmetic is a beauty milk; the formula of the beautifying milk comprises a W-phase material, an X-phase material, a Y-phase material and a Z-phase material;
w-phase material: cetearyl glucoside, cetearyl alcohol, mixed alcohols, monoglycerides, dimethicone, ethylhexyl palmitate, caprylic capric triglyceride, and vitamin E; the ratio of each component is 2.0 percent of cetearyl glucoside and cetearyl alcohol, 0.5 percent of mixed alcohol, 0.5 percent of monoglyceride, 2.0 percent of polydimethylsiloxane, 3.0 percent of ethylhexyl palmitate, 4.0 percent of caprylic capric triglyceride and 0.5 percent of vitamin E;
x-phase material: hot spring water, xanthan gum, lecithin, sclerotium rolfsii gum, pullulanase polysaccharide, glycerol, propylene glycol, allantoin, 1, 3-butanediol, sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, nicotinamide, tranexamic acid and sodium cetostearyl sulfate; the ingredients comprise 78.55% of hot spring water, 0.5% of xanthan gum/lecithin/sclerotium rolfsii gum/pullulan, 3.0% of glycerol, 3.0% of propylene glycol, 0.2% of allantoin, 3.0% of 1, 3-butanediol, 0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.05% of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.5% of nicotinamide, 0.5% of tranexamic acid and 0.2% of sodium cetearyl sulfate;
y-phase material: 0.15% of bisabolol;
z-phase material: the preservative and the essence comprise 0.45 percent of the preservative and 0.15 percent of the essence.
8. The process for producing a cosmetic according to claim 7, comprising the steps of:
s1, adding glycerol into deionized water, then adding other materials in the X-phase material, uniformly dispersing, and heating to 75-80 ℃;
s2, adding sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate and EDTA-2NA, adding other materials in the X-phase material in sequence after dispersing and dissolving uniformly, ensuring complete dissolution, and keeping the temperature for 30 min;
s3, heating the W-phase material to 75-80% except vitamin E to completely dissolve, adding the vitamin E before emulsification, and stirring uniformly;
s4, preheating a milk pot, pumping the water phase and the oil phase into the milk pot according to the sequence of half water, oil and half water, quickly homogenizing at 75-78 ℃ for 5 minutes, and taking care of defoaming;
and S5, cooling to 45 ℃ while stirring, sequentially adding the Y-phase material and the Z-phase material, uniformly stirring, and discharging at the temperature of below 40 ℃ to obtain the beautifying milk product.
