一种用于阀的控制方法和阀。所述控制方法包括:在所述阀打开时,致动器(2)接受第一电压;在所述阀打开到位时,所述致动器(2)接受第二电压;并且其中,所述第二电压低于第一电压。所述用于阀的控制方法和阀结构简单、易于制造、安装方便,能够在确保阀的操作可靠性的同时提高换向速度并降低阀的操作功耗。
