Abstract
本发明的目的在于,提供:具有金属摄取能力、形成铁络合物时适合作为利用叶面散布的栽培和水培栽培时的铁供给材料的化合物、络合物、含有它们的肥料或植物生长调节剂。本发明为一种通式(1)或(2)所示的内酰胺化合物或其盐。(式中,R1和R2任选相同或不同,为氢原子、或羧基的保护基,X‑为卤离子、有机酸离子或无机酸离子。)
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及:具有金属摄取能力、形成铁络合物时适合作为利用叶面散布的栽培和水培栽培时的铁供给材料的化合物、络合物、含有它们的、植物的培育中使用的肥料或植物生长调节剂。
背景技术
以往,作为植物的栽培方法,广泛利用有不易受到季节、天气等的影响、能进行稳定的栽培的水培栽培。该水培栽培是在不使用土壤的情况下、利用来自培养液(肥料)的营养栽培植物的方法。水培栽培中,使用有各种肥料,使用有:包含煮熟松鱼干的制造工序中产生的煮汁而成者的有机质肥料、专利文献1中记载的、乙二胺四乙酸铁螯合物(以下,称为“Fe-EDTA”)、氯化铁、硫酸铁、焦磷酸铁等铁化合物等。
另外,作为植物的其他栽培方法,从得到生产率、品质等的改善效果的方面出发,还利用叶面散布药物的方法。作为药物,已知有:生理活性物质、专利文献2中记载的含微粉海藻液体肥料等。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
本发明的课题在于,提供:具有金属摄取能力、形成铁络合物时适合作为利用叶面散布的栽培和水培栽培时的铁供给材料的化合物、络合物、含有它们的肥料或植物生长调节剂。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明如以下所示。
1.一种通式(1)或(2)所示的内酰胺化合物或其盐。
(式中,R1和R2任选相同或不同,为氢原子、羧基的保护基或阳离子,X-为卤离子、有机酸离子或无机酸离子。)
2.根据上述项目1所述的内酰胺化合物或其盐,其中,前述通式(1)或(2)中的R1和R2为氢原子。
3.根据上述项目1所述的内酰胺化合物或其盐,其中,前述通式(1)或(2)中的R1和R2为羧基的保护基,该保护基为甲基或乙基。
4.根据上述项目1所述的内酰胺化合物或其盐,其用通式(1A)或(2A)表示。
式中,R1和R2任选相同或不同,为氢原子、羧基的保护基或阳离子,X-为卤离子、有机酸离子或无机酸离子。
5.一种络合物,其包含:上述项目1至4中任一项所述的内酰胺化合物或其盐、以及金属原子。
6.根据权利要求5所述的络合物,其中,上述金属原子为铁。
7.一种肥料,其含有:上述项目1至4中任一项所述的内酰胺化合物或其盐、或者上述项5或6所述的络合物。
8.一种植物生长调节剂,其含有:上述项目1至4中任一项所述的内酰胺化合物或其盐、或者上述项目5或6所述的络合物。
发明的效果
本发明中,上述通式(1)或(2)所示的内酰胺化合物或其盐在1~9的pH区域内稳定而内酰胺环不发生开环,另外,容易地形成金属络合物。例如,形成铁络合物的情况下,适合作为利用叶面散布的栽培和水培栽培时的植物用铁供给材料。另外,本发明的内酰胺化合物如果单独使用或与2价或3价的铁化合物并用,则也适合于碱性土壤中的植物的培育。因此,本发明的内酰胺化合物或其盐、和络合物适合作为肥料或植物生长调节剂的原料成分。

具体实施方式
本发明的内酰胺化合物或其盐用下述通式(1)或(2)表示。通式(2)的化合物为通式(1)的化合物的盐。
(式中,R1和R2任选相同或不同,为氢原子、羧基的保护基或阳离子,X-为卤离子、有机酸离子或无机酸离子。)
上述通式(1)和(2)中,R1和R2任选相同或不同,为氢原子、羧基的保护基或阳离子。
R1和R2为羧基的保护基时的该保护基没有特别限定,例如可以举出甲基、乙基、n-丙基、iso-丙基、n-丁基、iso-丁基、tert-丁基、n-己基、环己基等碳原子数1~6的直链状、支链状或环状的烷基;苄基、p-硝基苄基、o-硝基苄基、m-硝基苄基、2,4-二硝基苄基、p-氯苄基、p-溴苄基、p-甲氧基苄基等任选具有取代基的芳烷基;乙酰氧基甲基、乙酰氧基乙基、丙酰氧基甲基、n-丁酰氧基甲基、iso-丁酰氧基甲基、新戊酰氧基甲基等碳原子数1~6的烷基羰基氧基-烷基等。这些之中,优选甲基和乙基。
需要说明的是,“n-”是指正、“iso-”是指异、“tert-”是指叔、“o-”是指邻、“m-”是指间、“p-”是指对。
R1和R2为阳离子时的该阳离子可以为无机阳离子和有机阳离子,均可。作为无机阳离子,可以举出NH4 +、Na+、K+、Ag+等。
上述通式(2)中的X-为卤离子、有机酸离子或无机酸离子,例如可以是氯离子、溴离子、碘离子等卤离子;乙酸根离子、三氟乙酸根离子、甲磺酸根离子、硝酸根离子、硫酸根离子等。这些之中,优选氯离子、硝酸根离子、硫酸根离子、三氟乙酸根离子。
上述通式(2)的盐没有特别限定,例如可以举出盐酸盐、硫酸盐、硝酸盐等无机酸盐;乙酸盐、甲磺酸盐等有机酸盐;钠盐、钾盐等碱金属盐;镁盐、钙盐等碱土金属盐;二甲基铵盐、三乙基铵盐等季铵盐等。这些盐适合于农业领域。
本发明中,作为肥料或植物生长调节剂的原料成分,特别优选的方案是上述通式(1)和(2)中的R1和R2这两者为氢原子的内酰胺化合物或其盐,用下述式(3)和(4)表示。
(式中,X-为卤离子、有机酸离子或无机酸离子。)
本发明的内酰胺化合物或其盐可以具有光学异构体、立体异构体、位置异构体等异构体。例如,存在光学异构体的情况下,从消旋体分割的光学异构体也包含于本发明的化合物。
作为本发明的内酰胺化合物或其盐,优选的光学异构体是下述通式(1A)或(2A)所示的化合物。需要说明的是,这些式中,R1、R2和X-如上述。
本发明的内酰胺化合物或其盐的制造方法没有特别限定。
例如,上述式(1)和(2)中,R1和R2为氢原子的化合物、即、上述式(4)所示的化合物可以如下制造:使根据WO2017/082111中记载的方法得到的、下述式(6)所示的化合物溶解于稀盐酸的水溶液,之后,浓缩,形成下述式(6)所示的化合物的盐酸盐,接着,加热至40℃~100℃的温度,从而可以制造。上述式(3)所示的化合物通过将得到的上述式(4)所示的化合物供于阳离子交换从而可以制造。
另外,上述式(2)中,R1和R2为羧基的保护基、例如为甲基的化合物可以如下制造:在无水盐酸-甲醇溶液中加入上述式(3)所示的化合物并将它们搅拌,将得到的反应液浓缩,从而可以制造。乙基的情况下,使用乙醇即可。
进而,上述式(1)中,R1和R2为阳离子(例如NH4 +)的化合物可以如下制造:在氨水中加入上述式(3)所示的化合物并将它们搅拌,将得到的反应液浓缩,从而可以制造。Na+的情况下,使用氢氧化钠水溶液即可。
本发明中,通过将内酰胺化合物或其盐的水溶液与包含金属离子的水溶液混合,从而可以制造络合物。上述各水溶液可以为使用水而得到者,也可以为使用缓冲液而得到者。如此得到的本发明的络合物是包含上述本发明的内酰胺化合物或其盐、且包含金属原子的化合物。
上述金属原子没有特别限定,可以举出镁(Mg)、钙(Ca)、铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、钼(Mo)、铜(Cu)等。这些之中,优选铁或铜,特别优选铁。铁络合物适合作为利用叶面散布的栽培和水培栽培时的植物用铁供给材料。
本发明的络合物中的金属原子的配位状态没有特别限定。通常,为金属离子(1价、2价、3价等的金属离子)的状态,但也有0价的金属的状态的情况。包含的金属原子的数量可以设为仅1种或2种以上。
本发明中,内酰胺化合物或其盐、和络合物适合作为肥料或植物生长调节剂的原料成分。
本发明的肥料和植物生长调节剂使用内酰胺化合物或其盐、和/或络合物而构成,可以应用适合于农业领域的其他组合物。以下示例其他组合物。
(1)仅内酰胺化合物或其盐和/或络合物
(2)内酰胺化合物或其盐和/或络合物的水溶液
(3)内酰胺化合物或其盐和/或络合物与其他化合物所形成的混合物
(4)包含内酰胺化合物或其盐和/或络合物与其他化合物与水的水溶液或者水分散液
上述构成(2)和(4)的情况下,液体的pH没有特别限定,优选1~7、更优选2~5。
另外,这些情况下,从作业性和得到的效果的观点出发,内酰胺化合物或其盐、和/或络合物的(总计)浓度相对于液体整体,优选10~50质量%、更优选10~30质量%。
上述构成(3)和(4)的情况下,其他化合物可以为无机化合物和有机化合物,均可。
作为无机化合物,可以举出氢氧化镁、氯化镁等镁化合物;氢氧化钙、碳酸钙、氯化钙等钙化合物;硫酸铁、硝酸铁、酸化铁(Fe2O3)、氯化铁(FeCl3)或它们的水合物等铁化合物;二酸化锰、硫酸锰五水合物、氯化锰四水合物等锰化合物;四硼酸钠十水合物、硼酸等硼化合物;硫酸锌、锌华等锌化合物;钼酸钠、钼酸铵等钼化合物;硫酸铜、硝酸铜等铜化合物等。这些之中,优选铁化合物。该铁化合物可以为2价和3价,均可。
作为有机化合物,可以举出EDTA的金属盐、金属-EDTA络合物、金属-EDDHA络合物、金属-DTPA络合物、蛋白质、农药活性成分、糖、表面活性剂(乳化剂、消泡剂、分散剂等)等。作为表面活性剂,可以使用阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、非离子性表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂中的任意者。
为上述构成(4)、且含有表面活性剂的情况下,将内酰胺化合物和/或络合物的总计量设为100质量份的情况下,表面活性剂的含有比例优选0.00001~1质量份、更优选0.01~0.1质量份。
本发明的肥料和植物生长调节剂适合于利用了叶面散布的栽培和水培栽培。另外,也适合于碱性土壤中的植物的培育。
植物具有不仅从根吸收养分、还从叶、茎、果实的表面吸收养分的能力,因此,将肥料和植物生长调节剂作为液体并叶面散布,从而可以得到养分补给效果。
另外,水培栽培中,可以应用以往公知的流动法(NFT、DFT)、静置法等。
实施例
以下,根据实施例对本发明具体进行说明,但本发明不限定于实施例。
实施例1
使根据WO2017/082111中记载的方法得到的、下述式(11)所示的化合物(以下,称为“PDMA”)1g溶解于1M的盐酸水溶液中,并浓缩而形成盐酸盐,接着,使该盐酸盐溶解于190mL的水中,加热至70℃,搅拌2小时,从而得到下述盐酸盐型的内酰胺化合物(L1)1g。
得到的盐酸盐型的内酰胺化合物(L1)的1H-NMR光谱的数据如以下所述。
1H NMR(400MHz,D2O):δ4.45(dd,J=9.4,5.5Hz,1H),4.35(t,J=8.4Hz,1H),4.08(dd,J=9.4,7.0Hz,1H),3.68(ddd,J=11.3,7.2,4.0Hz,1H),3.36-3.22(m,3H),3.14-2.97(m,2H),2.45-2.24(m,3H),2.23-2.09(m,1H),2.09-1.07(m,2H),1.95-1.68(m,2H).
之后,将上述盐酸盐型的内酰胺化合物(L1)用阳离子交换树脂“DOWEXTM 50WX8”(商品名)、在显影液(H2O→5%氨水)中进行纯化,从而得到下述内酰胺化合物(L2)。
该内酰胺化合物(L2)的1H-NMR光谱的数据如以下所述。
1H NMR(500MHz,D2O):δ4.35(t,J=8.7Hz,1H),4.24(dd,J=9.1,6.0Hz,1H),3.84(dd,J=9.3,6.5Hz,1H),3.67(ddd,J=10.6,6.5,3.8Hz,1H),3.34-3.18(m,3H),3.06-2.91(m,2H),2.45-2.29(m,2H),2.29-2.18(m,1H),2.06-1.92(m,3H),1.90-1.77(m,2H).
以下,使用上述内酰胺化合物(L2),进行各种评价。
(A)水溶液的稳定性
为了考察上述内酰胺化合物(L2)在pH不同的水中的稳定性,对于使用盐酸形成pH1的水溶液、水中溶解有上述内酰胺化合物(L2)的pH7的水溶液、和使用碳酸氢钠形成pH9的水溶液进行1H-NMR测定。将其结果示于图1。根据图1可知:虽然可见1H-NMR光谱中的峰位移,但是内酰胺环未被破坏。
(B)叶面散布试验
将小松菜的种子播种至Hanagokoro公司制培养土“花ちゃん培养土”(商品名),在自然太阳光并用型的温室中开始栽培,在第8天以培育集中的方式进行疏苗。疏苗后,在第10天、第12天、第14天、第17天、第19天和第21天,仅使包含柠檬酸铁、PDMA与硫酸铁(III)所形成的络合物(以下,称为“Fe-PDMA”)、或内酰胺化合物(L2)与硫酸铁(III)所形成的络合物(以下,称为“Fe-内酰胺化合物(L2)”)各20μmol的水溶液(其中,为由Sumitomo ChemicalGarden Products Inc.制表面活性剂“Dyne”(商品名)稀释1000倍而成者,pH均为4~5)以及水各10毫升进行叶面散布并栽培,24天后(散布结束后第3天)测定SPAD值。将其结果示于图2。根据图2可知:如果使用Fe-内酰胺化合物(L2),则不但仅将水进行叶面散布的情况而且与将柠檬酸铁、Fe-PDMA叶面散布的情况相比,得到优异的培育效果。
(C)水培栽培试验
在自来水中播种水稻的品种“日本晴”,使根和芽产生,结果使苗浸渍于水培液(花园测试配方)。播种后第8天将苗移植至花园测试配方(无铁)的水培液中,对该水培液,进而仅给予1次包含硫酸铁(III)、Fe-PDMA、Fe-内酰胺化合物(L2)、Fe-EDTA、柠檬酸铁、Fe-DTPA或Fe-EDDHA各90μM的水溶液,给予后第7天测定株高。将其结果示于图3。根据图3可知:如果使用Fe-内酰胺化合物(L2),则不仅在仅将水进行叶面散布的情况下,而且与给予柠檬酸铁、Fe-PDMA、其他水溶液的情况相比,明显促进水稻的株高的生长,得到优异的培育效果。
(D)碱性土壤栽培试验
在自来水中播种水稻的品种“日本晴”,待根和芽出现时,将苗浸渍于水培液(花园测试配方)中。株高成为约7cm时,将苗移植至pH9的贝壳化石土壤。然后,在该土壤中,给予仅1次仅Fe-PDMA、PDMA、内酰胺化合物(L2)与硫酸铁(III)所形成的络合物(以下,称为“Fe(III)-内酰胺化合物(L2)”)、内酰胺化合物(L2)与硫酸铁(II)所形成的络合物(以下,称为“Fe(II)-内酰胺化合物(L2)”)、包含内酰胺化合物(L2)、乙二胺四乙酸2钠、Fe-EDTA、Fe-EDDHA、硫酸铁(III)或硫酸铁(II)各30μmol的水溶液,给予后第7天测定SPAD值。将其结果示于图4。根据图4可知:使用2价和3价的铁的任意者的Fe-内酰胺化合物(L2)的情况下,SPAD值分别为33.8和30.9。如此可知:通过给予本发明的内酰胺化合物,从而即使为碱性土壤也得到培育效果。而且可知,即使为内酰胺化合物(L2)直接也得到效果,而且,如果为与Fe的络合物-内酰胺化合物,则可以期待进一步的效果。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的内酰胺化合物或其盐以及络合物在植物的培育中使用的肥料、植物生长调节剂等中是有用的。

1.一种通式(1)或(2)所示的内酰胺化合物或其盐,
式中,R1和R2为氢原子,X-为卤离子。
2.一种络合物,其包含:权利要求1所述的内酰胺化合物或其盐、以及铁原子。
3.一种肥料,其含有:权利要求1所述的内酰胺化合物或其盐、或者权利要求2所述的络合物。
4.一种植物生长调节剂,其含有:权利要求1所述的内酰胺化合物或其盐、或者权利要求2所述的络合物。
