S2:烧毛:将精梳胚布的正反面进行烧毛处理;
S3:退煮漂:将烧毛后的胚布采用双氧水-烧碱进行退煮漂一浴处理;
S4:丝光定型:将经过S3处理后的面料用氢氧化钠进行丝光处理,然后对面料进行热定型处理;
S5:染色:将经S4处理后的面料在活性染料中进行染色;同时,在染浴中加入抗紫外线助剂和吸湿排汗助剂;
所述抗紫外线助剂包括以下质量份数的组分:
抗紫外线吸收剂10-19份,失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯1-2份,分散助剂6-8份,水54-64份;

1.通过采用CTATEX特舒聚酯纤维、Coolmax纤维以及TEMPSENSE纤维作为面料的原料,并且,采用抗紫外线助剂和吸湿排汗助剂与活性染料同浴整理,面料经固色以及后整理后得到的运动面料,不仅具有调温的功效,还具有较佳的抗紫外线以及吸湿排汗的效果,同时,还使得面料具有较好的耐洗涤性能。
2.通过采用保险粉(Na2S2O4)和烧碱对染色后的面料进行清洗,去除染色后的浮色,使与活性染料一起加入的抗紫外线助剂和吸湿排汗助剂经还原清洗后的效果更加持久牢固。
3.通过采用特定比例的脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚和亚甲基二萘磺酸钠复配,使得抗紫外线助剂以及吸湿排汗助剂同时加入到染浴中,与活性染料之间不容易发生聚集,以此使得面料中各个部分的抗紫外线效果以及吸湿排汗效果更加均匀。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本申请作进一步详细说明。
制备例1
一种抗紫外线助剂的制备方法,步骤如下:将抗紫外线吸收剂、失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯、分散助剂以及水(具体用量见表1)依次加入至搅拌釜中,以180r/mim的转速混合均匀,得到抗紫外线助剂;
其中,抗紫外吸收剂为水杨酸-4-叔丁基苯酯,分散助剂为脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚。
制备例2-3
与制备例1的区别在于:各组分的用量不同,具体用量见表1。

制备例4
一种吸湿排汗助剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将烘干后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚醚、聚乙二醇以及乙酸锌(具体用量见表2)加入反应釜中,充入氮气至0.1MPa,加热至250℃,进行恒温反应4h;
S2:反应结束后进行冷却,将温度降至200℃,然后向反应釜内加入亲水硅油,保温搅拌1h,S3:搅拌完成后将温度降至150℃时出料,冷却凝固后,加工后得到吸湿排汗助剂颗粒。
制备例5
一种吸湿排汗助剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将烘干后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚醚、聚乙二醇以及乙酸锌(具体用量见表2)加入反应釜中,充入氮气至0.1MPa,加热至270℃,进行恒温反应5h;
S2:反应结束后进行冷却,将温度降至220℃,然后向反应釜内加入亲水硅油,保温搅拌2h,S3:搅拌完成后将温度降至165℃时出料,冷却凝固后,加工后得到吸湿排汗助剂颗粒。
制备例6
与制备例4的区别在于:各组分的用量不同。

实施例1
一种多功能户外运动面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:织造胚布:将质量百分比为20%的CTATEX特舒聚酯纤维和62%的Coolmax纤维以及18%的TEMPSENSE纤维经混纺、织造呈精梳胚布;
S2:烧毛:将精梳胚布的正反面进行烧毛处理;
S3:退煮漂:将烧毛后的胚布采用双氧水-烧碱进行退煮漂一浴处理;
S4:丝光定型:将经过S3处理后的面料用氢氧化钠进行丝光处理,然后对面料进行热定型处理,热定型温度为150℃,时间为40s;
S5:染色:将经S4处理后的面料在活性染料中进行染色;同时,在染浴中加入抗紫外线助剂和吸湿排汗助剂,其中,抗紫外线助剂采用制备例1所制得的抗紫外线助剂,抗紫外线助剂与活性染料的质量比为1:10;吸湿排汗助剂采用制备例4所制得的吸湿排汗助剂,吸湿排汗助剂与活性染料的质量比为1:15;
S6:固色:加入无醛固色剂DYETEX(多因特)D-HP对经过S5处理后的面料进行固色,固色剂的用量为0.3g/L,固色后将面料进行皂洗;
S7:后整理:先将经过S6处理后的面料经喷蒸汽或喷雾给湿,再施以经向机械挤压,然后经松式干燥,制得成品多功能户外运动面料。
实施例2
与实施例1的区别在于:
S1:织造胚布:将质量百分比为30%的CTATEX特舒聚酯纤维和51%的Coolmax纤维以及19%的TEMPSENSE纤维经混纺、织造呈精梳胚布;
S4:丝光定型:将经过S3处理后的面料用氢氧化钠进行丝光处理,然后对面料进行热定型处理,热定型温度为160℃,时间为60s;
S5:染色:将经S4处理后的面料在活性染料中进行染色;同时,在染浴中加入抗紫外线助剂和吸湿排汗助剂,其中,抗紫外线助剂采用制备例2所制得的抗紫外线助剂,抗紫外线助剂与活性染料的质量比为1:10;吸湿排汗助剂采用制备例5所制得的吸湿排汗助剂,吸湿排汗助剂与活性染料的质量比为1:15。
实施例3
与实施例1的区别在于:
S1:织造胚布:将质量百分比为25%的CTATEX特舒聚酯纤维和55%的Coolmax纤维以及20%的TEMPSENSE纤维经混纺、织造呈精梳胚布;
S4:丝光定型:将经过S3处理后的面料用氢氧化钠进行丝光处理,然后对面料进行热定型处理,热定型温度为155℃,时间为50s;
S5:染色:将经S4处理后的面料在活性染料中进行染色;同时,在染浴中加入抗紫外线助剂和吸湿排汗助剂,其中,抗紫外线助剂采用制备例1所制得的抗紫外线助剂,抗紫外线助剂与活性染料的质量比为1:10;吸湿排汗助剂采用制备例5所制得的吸湿排汗助剂,吸湿排汗助剂与活性染料的质量比为1:15。
实施例4
与实施例3的区别在于:S5中,将染色整理后的面料采用质量浓度为10g/L的保险粉和质量浓度为5g/L的烧碱进行还原清洗,再对清洗后的面料进行固色。
实施例5
与实施例3的区别在于:分散助剂由质量比为1:1的脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚和亚甲基二萘磺酸钠混合而成。
实施例6
与实施例3的区别在于:分散助剂由质量比为2:1的脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚和亚甲基二萘磺酸钠混合而成。
实施例7
与实施例3的区别在于:S4中热定型温度为180℃,时间为30s。
实施例8
与实施例3的区别在于:抗紫外线吸收剂由水杨酸-4-叔丁基苯酯和2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮以质量比为1:1.2混合而成;分散助剂由质量比为2:1的脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚和亚甲基二萘磺酸钠混合而成;S5中,将染色整理后的面料采用质量浓度为15g/L的保险粉和质量浓度为10g/L的烧碱进行还原清洗,再对清洗后的面料进行固色。
对比例1
与实施例3的区别在于:S1中不加入CTATEX特舒聚酯纤维。
对比例2
与实施例3的区别在于:S1中不加入Coolmax纤维。
对比例3
与实施例3的区别在于:S1中不加入TEMPSENSE纤维。
对比例4
与实施例3的区别在于:S5中没有加入抗紫外线助剂以及吸湿排汗助剂与染料同浴,而是在面料固色之后采用抗紫外线助剂和吸湿排汗助剂分别对面料进行浸轧整理。
对比例5
与实施例3的区别在于:S5中抗紫外线助剂采用制备例3所制得的抗紫外线助剂,吸湿排汗助剂采用制备例6所制得的吸湿排汗助剂。
实验1
本实验根据GB18401-2010《国家纺织产品基本安全技术规范》,分别抽取实施例3以及对比例4所制备得到的运动面料的各项性能进行检测,检测结果见表3。

根据表3可知,本申请中实施例3所制备得到的面料的各项性能是符合生产要求的,而对比例4没有采用本申请的生产工艺,所制备得到的面料的性能不如实施例3所制备得到的面料的性能。
实验2
本实验参考GB18830-2009《纺织品防紫外线性能的评定》,分别检测上述实施例以及对比例所制备得到的面料的紫外线透过率(%),紫外线透过率越小,说明面料的抗紫外线性能越好。
同时,本实验还检测上述实施例以及对比例所制备得到的面料的耐洗涤性能,分别检测洗涤0次与洗涤20次后面料的紫外线透过率,然后计算洗涤0次与洗涤20次后面料的紫外线透过率的差值1,差值1=洗涤20次后面料的紫外线透过率-洗涤0次面料的紫外线透过率,差值1越小,说明面料的耐洗涤性能越好。
实验3
本实验参考GB/T21655.1-2008《纺织品吸湿速干的评定第1部分:单项组合试验法》,分别检测上述实施例以及对比例所制备得到的面料的蒸发速率(g/h),蒸发速率越大,说明面料的吸湿排汗性能越好。
同时,本实验还检测上述实施例以及对比例所制备得到的面料的耐洗涤性能,分别检测洗涤0次与洗涤20次后面料的蒸发速率,然后计算洗涤0次与洗涤20次后面料的蒸发速率的差值2,差值2=洗涤20次后面料的蒸发速率-洗涤0次面料的蒸发速率,差值2越小,说明面料的耐洗涤性能越好。
以上实验数据均见表4。

根据表4中对比例1-3分别与实施例3的数据对比可得,对比例1中没有加入CTATEX特舒聚酯纤维,对比例2中没有加入Coolmax纤维,对比例3中没有加入TEMPSENSE纤维,面料的紫外线透过率基本接近,蒸发速率也基本接近;然而,相比于对比例1-3,实施例3中同时加入了CTATEX特舒聚酯纤维、Coolmax纤维以及TEMPSENSE纤维,面料洗涤0次时的蒸发速率从0.2g/L左右升高至0.34g/L,说明采用CTATEX特舒聚酯纤维、Coolmax纤维以及TEMPSENSE纤维复配,有利于提高面料的吸湿排汗性能,使得人们在运动过程中产生的汗液能够快速地导出,使得人们在运动过程中感觉干爽。
根据表4中对比例4与实施例3对比可得,对比例4中对面料的处理方法是,在面料固色之后加入抗紫外线助剂和吸湿排汗助剂分别对面料进行浸轧处理,对比例4中洗涤0次时的紫外线透过率为4.8%,洗涤0次时的蒸发速率为0.18g/L;然而,实施例3中采用抗紫外线助剂和吸湿排汗助剂与染料同浴,洗涤0次时的紫外线透过率为2.3%,洗涤0次的蒸发速率为0.34g/L,说明采用染料与助剂同浴的方法制备得到的面料具有较好的抗紫外线性能以及吸湿排汗性能。并且,对比例4中差值1为26.8%,差值2为0.09g/L,而实施例3中,差值1为3.4%,差值2为0.05g/L,实施例3中的差值1与对比例4中的差值1相差较大,说明采用染料与助剂同浴的方法制备得到的面料具有非常好的耐洗涤性能,使得面料的吸湿排汗性能不容易减弱。
根据表4中实施例4与实施例3对比可得,实施例4中在固色之前对面料进行了还原清洗,差值1为1.2%,差值2为0.02g/L,实施例4的差值1小于实施例3的差值1,实施例4的差值2小于实施例3的差值2,说明对面料进行还原清洗,有利于提高面料的耐洗涤性能,使面料的抗紫外线性能以及吸湿排汗性能不容易下降。
根据实施例5-6的数据分别与实施例3对比可得,实施例5与实施例3的区别在于:实施例5中采用分散剂为脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚和亚甲基二萘磺酸钠混合而成,洗涤0次时面料的紫外线透过率为1.7%,洗涤0次时面料的蒸发速率为0.42g/L,相比于实施例3,洗涤0次时面料的紫外线透过率降低了0.6%,洗涤0次时面料的蒸发速率升高了0.08g/L,说明分散剂采用脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚和亚甲基二萘磺酸钠复配,不仅有利于提高面料的抗紫外线性能,还有利于提高面料的吸湿排汗的性能。
以上均为本申请的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本申请的保护范围,故:凡依本申请的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种多功能户外运动面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:织造胚布:将质量百分比为20%-30%的CTATEX特舒聚酯纤维和51%-62%的Coolmax纤维以及18%-20%的TEMPSENSE纤维经混纺、织造呈精梳胚布;
S2:烧毛:将精梳胚布的正反面进行烧毛处理;
S3:退煮漂:将烧毛后的胚布采用双氧水-烧碱进行退煮漂一浴处理;
S4:丝光定型:将经过S3处理后的面料用氢氧化钠进行丝光处理,然后对面料进行热定型处理;
S5:染色:将经S4处理后的面料在活性染料中进行染色;同时,在染浴中加入抗紫外线助剂和吸湿排汗助剂;
所述抗紫外线助剂包括以下质量份数的组分:
抗紫外线吸收剂10-19份,失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯1-2份,分散助剂6-8份,水54-64份;
所述吸湿排汗助剂包括以下质量份数的组分:
聚乙二醇10-20份,聚醚4-15份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯11-16份;亲水硅油12-15份,乙酸锌0.5-1份;
S6:固色:加入固色剂对经过S5处理后的面料进行固色,固色后将面料进行皂洗;
S7:后整理:先将经过S6处理后的面料经喷蒸汽或喷雾给湿,再施以经向机械挤压,然后经松式干燥,制得成品多功能户外运动面料;
其中,所述抗紫外线吸收剂包括水杨酸-4-叔丁基苯酯和2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮;
所述分散助剂由质量比为(1-2):1的脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚和亚甲基二萘磺酸钠混合而成;
所述吸湿排汗助剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将烘干后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚醚、聚乙二醇以及乙酸锌加入反应釜中,充入氮气至0.1MPa,加热至250-270℃,进行恒温反应4-5h;
步骤2:反应结束后进行冷却,将温度降至200-220℃,然后向反应釜内加入亲水硅油,保温搅拌1-2h;
步骤3:搅拌完成后将温度降至150-165℃时出料,冷却凝固后,加工后得到吸湿排汗助剂颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能户外运动面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S5中,将染色整理后的面料采用质量浓度为10-15g/L的保险粉和质量浓度为5-10g/L的烧碱进行还原清洗,再对清洗后的面料进行固色。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能户外运动面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述水杨酸-4-叔丁基苯酯和2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮的质量比为1:1.2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能户外运动面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S6中固色剂为无醛固色剂DYETEX(多因特)D-HP。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能户外运动面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S4中热定型温度为150~160℃,时间为40-60s。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能户外运动面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S5中抗紫外线助剂与活性染料的质量比为1:10,所述吸湿排汗助剂与活性染料的质量比为1:15。
