Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetic compositions, and particularly relates to a plant repairing composition containing aloe, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Skin is the first barrier of our human body facing the external environment, and whether the skin barrier is well developed or not is vital. With age, the stratum corneum of the skin becomes thinner, and the function of the protective layer is weakened; smoke, UVA and UVB in ultraviolet light, infrared light, etc. all generate free ions (free radicals) to damage the skin lipid protection layer and damage the skin; disorders of stress, diet and work and rest, etc., also weaken the natural resistance of the skin, leading to a decrease in skin self-repair function, and chronic inflammation and hormone-dependent dermatitis, in which the skin barrier is damaged due to improper use of cosmetics. Once the skin is subjected to such injuries or irritation, and the skin protection function is reduced, the allergic phenomena such as redness, swelling, pain, itching or pimple desquamation are caused.
Therefore, developing a safe, effective, non-toxic and side-effect repair cosmetic with the functions of repairing skin barrier, deep moisturizing and improving skin tolerance has been one of research hotspots in the cosmetic field. The repairing cosmetics have become the preferred care products for people with sensitive skin due to the advantages of mild effect, small side effect, no skin dependence and the like. However, the existing repairing products still have the problem that the repairing effect cannot be expected.

3. The evaluation criteria are shown in Table 1 below.
4. The test results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 1 skin adverse reaction grading criteria
Table 2 test results
As can be seen from the skin patch test results in Table 2, the plant repairing compositions containing aloe in examples 1 to 6 are high in skin safety, free from irritation to human body and capable of being used with ease; by analyzing comparative examples 7 to 12, it was found that when the fraction of a certain plant extract was too high, suspicious reactions were caused in a small number of people.
Chilli oil stimulation repair experiment
To evaluate the repair effect of the different examples and comparative examples, 220 normal skin groups were selected and randomly divided into 22 groups, and the capsicum oil stimulation repair experiments were performed on examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 15 and the blank control group, respectively.
The specific test method for the capsicum oil stimulation repair experiment comprises the following steps: the left and right forearms of volunteers are cleaned under the environment that the temperature is 20-26 ℃ and the relative humidity is 50% -60%, square areas (50 mm multiplied by 50 mm) are randomly defined on the left and right forearms, equal amount of capsicum oil is smeared in the areas, after the left and right forearms are stimulated for 20min, the capsicum oil is washed out by hot water at 45 ℃, the areas coated with the capsicum oil are respectively smeared with the above-mentioned examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-15, the blank control group is not smeared with any product, the red and swollen condition of the forearms is observed at intervals, and the time of complete pain relief and the time of complete reddening of the forearms are recorded. The test results are shown in table 3 below:
table 3 experiment for stimulating and repairing capsicum oil
From the above experimental results, the compounding effect of examples 1 to 6 is significantly better than that of the single plant extract/two plant extracts of comparative examples 1 to 6, indicating that there is a synergistic effect between the compositions of the present invention. Meanwhile, the repairing effect of examples 1-6 is also better than that of comparative examples 7-15, which shows that the plant repairing composition of the invention has excellent repairing effect based on the specific proportioning content of each component in the composition.
Wherein, the capsicum oil in examples 1,2, 4 and 6 has a stimulating and repairing effect which can completely relieve pain and remove redness within half an hour.
The masks of application examples 1 to 4 were prepared from examples 1,2, 4 and 6, and the masks of application examples 1 to 6 were prepared from comparative examples 1 to 6, and the formulation of the masks is shown in Table 4.
Table 4 mask formulation table (mass percent/%)
/>
The aloe-containing plant repairing composition of comparative examples 7 to 15 was also prepared into a mask of application comparative examples 7 to 15, wherein the components and contents of the moisturizer, the antioxidant, and the chelating agent were the same as those of application comparative example 1, and water was 100%.
The skin moisture loss test was performed on volunteers using the mask, while allowing the volunteers to self-evaluate skin conditions (redness, itching) by questionnaire.
Percutaneous moisture loss Test (TEWL)
The testing method comprises the following steps: selecting 190 volunteers with age between 25 and 50 years, sensitive face and obvious symptoms of redness, itching and dryness, dividing the volunteers into 19 groups of 10 people, keeping average skin conditions of each group as close as possible, testing initial TEWL of facial skin, and performing facial mask trial once every three days; the masks of application examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 15 were applied, and TEWL was tested on days 0, 4, 7, 12, respectively. The volunteers were also allowed to self-evaluate skin conditions (redness, itching) and count the results.
TEWL is a very important parameter for assessing the function of the skin moisture barrier, and has been widely accepted internationally to reflect the integrity of the skin barrier function. Standard TEWL is measured in the dry, antiperspirant state of the skin at ambient temperature 24 ℃ and ambient humidity 50%, and the test data are obtained under these conditions.
The TEWL value decrease rate is calculated as follows: TEWL value decrease rate (%) = (T) 0 -T n )/T 0 X 100% in T 0 For an initial TEWL value, T n TEWL values for different test time points.
TABLE 5 percutaneous moisture loss test results
From the experimental results of the percutaneous moisture loss test, compared with application comparative examples 1-6, the average decrease rate of the TEWL value of application examples 1-4 is more than 55% at 12 days, namely the skin barrier function is repaired, which indicates that the aloe-containing plant repair composition of the invention can effectively repair the skin barrier; the skin repair effect of application example 1 was superior to that of application comparative examples 7 to 15, indicating that the mask made of the aloe vera-containing plant repair composition of the present invention has an excellent effect of repairing skin barrier based on the components in the specific ratio range.
Table 6 volunteer self-assessment test results
Experimental results show that the skin redness and itching symptoms of volunteers on which the mask of application examples 1-4 is used are greatly improved, the ratio of the obvious improvement to the great improvement is more than 80%, and the aloe-containing plant repairing composition has obvious effect of improving the skin redness and itching and good skin repairing effect; compared with application example 1, in the facial mask prepared in application comparative examples 1-6, the components of the plant repairing composition lack one or two of aloe vera extract, cotton rose extract and kangaroo paw extract, and the synergistic effect is reduced, so that the repairing effect is affected; in the facial mask prepared in the comparative examples 7-12, the components of the plant repairing composition, namely aloe vera extract, cotton rose extract and kangaroo claw extract, are in imbalance proportion, so that the synergistic effect of the three components is affected, and the repairing effect is reduced; in the mask prepared by using comparative examples 13 to 15, the aloe vera extract of the plant repairing composition lacks any one of aloe vera leaf extract, aloe vera leaf extract and aloe vera leaf juice, and the synergistic effect of the three is reduced, so that the repairing effect of the mask is poor.
