A soothing and rejuvenating composition comprising a plurality of plant extracts, characterized by: the soothing and repairing composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1-10% of humectant, 3-10% of soothing and repairing agent, 0.1-5% of preservative and the balance of deionized water; the soothing and repairing agent is a composition of hydrolyzed lupin protein, carob fruit extract and vegetarian flower extract; the weight ratio of the hydrolyzed lupin protein to the carob seed extract to the vegetarian square flower extract is 1.0:2.0: 1.0.
2. A soothing repair composition according to claim 1, characterized in that: the preservative is one or more of phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol, 1, 2-pentanediol and 1, 2-hexanediol.
3. A soothing repair composition according to claim 1, characterized in that: the humectant is one or more of 1, 3-propylene glycol, butanediol and glycerol.
4. A process for the preparation of a soothing and repairing composition according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized by the following steps: heating the mixture of water and humectant to 90 deg.C, sterilizing for 30min, cooling to 45 deg.C, adding soothing and repairing agent and antiseptic in proportion, and stirring to obtain soothing and repairing composition containing multiple plant extracts.
5. Use of a soothing servicing composition according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the soothing repair composition is used to prepare dosage forms including, but not limited to: soothing repair essence cream and soothing repair cream.
6. Use of a soothing servicing composition according to claim 5, characterized in that: the addition amount of the soothing and repairing composition is 2% -8%.
7. Use of a soothing servicing composition according to claim 5, characterized in that: the addition amount of the soothing and repairing composition is 4% -8%.
