Abstract

本申请提供一种膜裁剪装置,以将刀与刀夹持器之间的空间最小化的方式加工刀夹持器的形状,由此防止在裁剪时,因刀与刀夹持器之间的空间产生的裂纹。

膜裁剪装置
技术领域
本申请涉及一种膜裁剪装置。
背景技术
近来,以保护为目的或以功能为目的而在各种产品上附着膜。这种膜的尺寸及形状根据要附着的产品而不同,且使用的膜的种类亦根据目的而不同。
图1是表示普通的用于膜的裁剪装置的图,图2是表示裁剪时的普通的用于膜的裁剪装置的图。图3是表示以往的用于膜的裁剪装置的剖面图。
参照附图,普通的用于膜的裁剪装置包括:支承辊100,朝一方向供给膜;圆形刀200;及一对圆形刀夹持器300,为了固定所述圆形刀200而安装在刀200的两侧。
参照图3,以往的膜裁剪装置存在于圆形刀200与圆形刀夹持器300之间的空间S,这种空间S在裁剪膜时阻碍刀200与膜密接,从而引发膜抖动的现象。因此,在膜抖动的状态下进行裁剪时,存在膜的裁剪面产生裂纹(Crack)的问题。
发明内容
[发明要解决的问题]
本申请的课题在于提供一种能够在以往的膜裁剪装置中防止刀与刀夹持器之间的空间周边产生裂纹的膜裁剪装置。
[解决问题的手段]
本申请涉及一种膜裁剪装置。所述膜裁剪装置的特征在于:在图1及图2所示的普通的膜裁剪装置中,为了在裁剪膜时防止产生裂纹,将刀夹持器加工成特定形状。
图4及图5是表示本申请的列示性的用于膜的裁剪装置的剖面图。
参照附图,本申请的膜裁剪装置包括支承辊100、圆形刀200、一对圆形刀夹持器300。
所述支承辊100朝一方向供给膜。所述膜可为偏光膜,但并不限制于此,可列示保护膜、PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯,Polyethylene Terephthalate)膜、丙烯酸(Acryl)类膜等。
所述圆形刀200的端部210的至少一部分区域沿与所述膜的供给方向正交的方向插入到膜,从而对膜进行裁剪。所述圆形刀200可具有中空部,下文叙述的一对刀夹持器300以所述中空部为介质而安装在圆形刀的两侧。并且,所述圆形刀200能够以可旋转的方式设置,且以如下方式设置:沿与膜的供给方向正交的方向上升或下降,由此从待机位置向动作位置移动。例如,圆形刀200的旋转应用100至1000W级的逆变器方式,从待机位置向动作位置的移动是通过利用空气加压来进行,此时,压力可为1至10kg/f范围内。所述圆形刀200在以旋转状态下降时,可由端部210一面对膜进行加压,一面进行裁剪。所述圆形刀的端部210可具有锋利的刀刃形状,以便对膜进行裁剪。例如,所述端部210的剖面可呈“V”字形状,具有20至25°范围内的倾斜度。
所述一对圆形刀夹持器300分别安装在所述圆形刀200的两侧,以包覆所述端部210的至少一部分区域的方式设置。所述一对圆形刀夹持器300可分别具有用于以圆形刀200的中空部为介质而结合的结合突起及结合槽。所述结合突起及结合槽可贯通中空部而结合。
所述一对圆形刀夹持器300可在圆形刀200的中心区域具有第一相隔距离L1,在圆形刀的边缘区域具有小于第一相隔距离L1的第二相隔距离L2。所述第二相隔距离L2基于端部的形状,例如端部越靠尾端,宽度越窄,第二相隔距离L2亦同样地越靠端部的尾端,则会越窄。
本申请的膜裁剪装置以第一相隔距离L1与第二相隔距离L2的关系满足以上条件的方式加工一对圆形刀夹持器300的形状,由此在裁剪时,刀与膜间的密接提高,从而能够防止裂纹的产生。
以下,详细地对与一对圆形刀夹持器300的形状相关的特征进行说明。
具体而言,所述一对圆形刀夹持器300可分别与圆形刀200的边缘区域保持固定间隔i而不接触。换句话说,一对圆形刀夹持器300能够以如下方式设置:以与端部210保持固定间隔i的状态包覆端部210的至少一部分区域。
所述间隔i例如可为0.1至0.3mm范围内。在所述间隔小于0.1mm的情况下,在裁剪过程中,因夹塞杂质等而旋转受到干涉,而这会成为装置产生缺陷的主要原因。并且,在所述间隔为0.3mm以上的情况下,刀与膜间的密接下降,从而会发生抖动而产生裂纹。
在一示例中,所述圆形刀的端部210可包括:第一端部211,以被一对圆形刀夹持器300包覆的方式设置;及第二端部212,以从所述第一端部211延伸而从圆形刀夹持器300露出的方式形成,插入到膜而对膜进行裁剪。换句话说,圆形刀的第一端部211不会露出,而仅圆形刀的第二端部212露出。在上述内容中,将可在膜裁剪装置的外观观察到判断为「露出」。即,不会在膜裁剪装置的外观观察到第一端部211,第二端部212可为能够在膜裁剪装置的外观观察到的部分。
所述第二端部212是对膜进行加压而直接裁剪的部分。所述第二端部212的露出长度L212与膜插入长度之比可小于1。这意味着所述第二端部212的全长中的仅一部分长度插入到膜。
例如,膜厚可为0.3mm以下,所述第二端部212的露出长度可为0.3至0.5mm范围内。
所述支承辊100可形成供第二端部212的至少一部分区域插入的插入槽110。插入槽110可呈与第二端部212的形状对应的形状。例如,所述插入槽110可呈“V”字形状。在裁剪时,插入槽可将膜的抖动最小化。
参照图6,本申请的膜裁剪装置能够以一对圆形刀夹持器300、膜及支承辊100密接的状态对膜进行裁剪。在这种密接状态下,第二端部212能够以超过膜厚的长度插入到插入部110。例如,在膜厚为0.3mm且第二端部212的露出长度L212为0.5mm的情况下,0.3mm为第二端部212的插入长度,露出长度减去插入长度得到的0.2mm插入到插入槽110。
[发明的效果]
本申请的一实施例的膜裁剪装置以将刀与刀夹持器之间的空间最小化的方式加工刀夹持器的形状,由此在裁剪时,刀与膜不会密接,从而能够防止裂纹的产生。

以下,根据实施例及比较例来更具体地对上述内容进行说明。然而,本申请的范围并不限制于下述实施例。
实施例
使用图1及图2所示之膜裁剪装置来对膜进行裁剪。其中,如图4,以与圆形刀的端部形成0.1至0.2mm的间隔的方式制作圆形刀夹持器。其结果,未在膜的裁剪面的任一位置发现裂纹。
比较例
以与圆形刀的端部形成0.35mm的间隔的方式制作圆形刀夹持器,除此之外,通过与实施例相同的方法对膜进行裁剪。并且,利用电子显微镜来确认膜的裁剪面,结果发现裂纹。

Claims (7)

1.一种膜裁剪装置,其包括:
支承辊,朝一方向供给膜;
圆形刀,端部的至少一部分区域沿与所述膜的供给方向正交的方向插入到膜,从而对膜进行裁剪;及
一对圆形刀夹持器,分别安装在所述圆形刀的两侧,以包覆端部的至少一部分区域的方式设置;
所述一对刀夹持器的相对的一面在圆形刀的中心区域具有第一相隔距离,在圆形刀的边缘区域具有小于所述第一相隔距离的第二相隔距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膜裁剪装置,其中,所述一对圆形刀夹持器分别与圆形刀的边缘区域保持固定间隔而不接触。
3.根据权利要求2所述的膜裁剪装置,其中,所述间隔为0.1至0.3mm范围内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的膜裁剪装置,其中,所述圆形刀的端部包括:
第一端部,以被一对刀夹持器包覆的方式设置;及
第二端部,以从所述第一端部延伸而从圆形刀夹持器露出的方式形成,插入到膜而对膜进行裁剪。
5.根据权利要求4所述的膜裁剪装置,其中,所述第二端部的露出长度与膜插入长度之比小于1。
6.根据权利要求4所述的膜裁剪装置,其中,第二端部的露出长度为0.3至0.5mm范围内。
7.根据权利要求4所述的膜裁剪装置,其中,所述支承辊形成有供第二端部的至少一部分区域插入的插入槽。
