The processing methods of the embodiment 1, the embodiment 2 and the embodiment 3 are the same, and mainly comprise the following steps:
step S10: weighing and rechecking various required raw and auxiliary materials and water according to a formula;
step S20, adding water into an emulsifying pot;
step S30: fully and uniformly stirring a thickening agent, xanthan gum, polyglutamic acid, sodium hyaluronate, tridecyl alcohol trimellitate, polydimethylsiloxane and sorbitan caprylate, and then adding into an emulsifying pot;
step S40, sequentially adding 1, 2-pentanediol, glycerol, panthenol, glycerol polyacrylate and Sasa veitchii Rehd extract into an emulsifying pot, starting steam, heating to 75-80 ℃;
step S50: adding cetearyl alcohol, an oil-in-water emulsifier and laurocapram into the emulsifying pan;
step S60, after the ingredients are completely dissolved, homogenizing and emulsifying the ingredients for 10min, wherein the homogenizing speed is adjusted to 3500r/min, and the scraper speed is 40 r/min; then adding a thickening emulsion stabilizer and aminomethyl propanol, continuing homogenizing and emulsifying for 5min, after homogenizing, closing the homogenizer, adjusting the speed of a scraper to 30r/min, starting cooling water, and cooling;
step S70: when the temperature is reduced to 45 ℃, adding the dianthus chinensis water, the purslane extract, the aloe gel freeze-dried powder and the bisabolol, starting a homogenizer, regulating the speed to 3500r/min, regulating the scraper speed to 40r/min, and stirring for 15 minutes;
step S80, filtering and discharging materials by using a 200-mesh filter screen to obtain conditioning cream;
step S90: and (3) taking a plurality of hollow silica gel balls, injecting salicylic acid into the silica gel balls through an injector, and then uniformly mixing the silica gel balls into the conditioning cream to form a discharge gap. It should be noted here that the silicone ball and the syringe are both miniature, which is more effective. In addition, the size of the discharge gap needs to be controlled, so that the salicylic acid can not be pressed out by normal force of a consumer pressing the face normally, and the salicylic acid can be pressed out by slight gravity.
The silica gel ball can be arranged into a plurality of layers, salicylic acid is injected into different layers, and the discharging gaps of each layer can be staggered, so that the amount of the salicylic acid can be better controlled. If necessary, different natural pigments can be added to different layers, so that the user can better know the amount of the coming out salicylic acid.
Step S100: putting the filtered product into a sterilized clean container, weighing, covering, sticking a material identification card, and delivering to a clean area intermediate station for storage and inspection.
Selecting 100 testers to be divided into six groups, and then drying the same area for 2 hours, firstly measuring the skin state of the testers, and then respectively smearing the products produced in the example 1, the example 2 and the example 3 on three groups of the testers (when smearing, the testers are told to match the using method of the products according to the skins of the testers in advance); the other group of people applied sodium hyaluronate with a molecular weight of 140 ten thousand as comparative example 1, the other group of people applied nothing as comparative example 2, and the last group applied the product made according to the background art as comparative example 3. Counting the skin state change data of the test persons 2 hours later, wherein the data have statistical differences (P is less than 0.05) (statistical analysis adopts t test for statistical treatment, and P is less than 0.05 to indicate that the differences have significance), averaging all indexes, and obtaining the following data:
as is apparent from the above table, comparative example 2 has the worst effect because nothing is applied, each index is in the lowest state, and the skin is reddened and has red blood streak. Comparative example 1 and comparative example 3 both showed excellent skin moisture content and moisture loss rate, but the skin repair effect was poor and the skin was reddened to some extent. The effect of the person in example 1, example 2 and example 3 was obvious, and the skin moisture content was almost the same as that of 140 ten thousand sodium hyaluronate, but the skin had a significantly better repairing effect and a better skin condition.
It is noted that the content of salicylic acid does not exceed 0.5%.
The application method of the product is as follows:
the product has different application methods aiming at dry skin and oily skin.
When a user with dry skin is used after being dried in the sun, the conditioning cream is uniformly smeared on the face according to the normal use method of the conditioning cream, and the silica gel ball can assist in playing a good massage role.
When the conditioning cream is used after being dried in the sun, the conditioning cream is pressed by the slight gravity in the hand to squeeze the salicylic acid out of the discharge gap, and then the conditioning cream is uniformly applied to the face. Meanwhile, the user can control the amount of the salicylic acid according to the pressing force and time so as to achieve better use effect. Salicylic acid is a plant willow bark extract, is a natural anti-inflammatory drug, and has a good oil control effect on oily skin.
Compared with the traditional after-sun repair conditioning cream containing the bamboo leaf extract and the bamboo water, the formula has stronger inhibition effect on microbial pollution of bacteria, fungi and mildew, and has good protection effect on oil phase and water phase components in an oil-in-water system of the formula, so that the pollution caused by the microorganisms is avoided. Meanwhile, the unique formula raw materials can effectively permeate into the dermis layer of the skin and play good moisturizing and anti-inflammatory effects; the skin sensitivity can be relieved, the generation of inflammation is avoided, and the panthenol, the polyglutamic acid and the sodium hyaluronate deeply moisturize and moisten the skin and have good sun-proof repair effects.
In addition, the product has a wide application range, and can simultaneously meet the requirements of oily skin and dry skin. Moreover, for some consumers, the skin on the face is usually converted from oily to dry or from dry to oily, the product can also well meet the requirements of the people, only the force of applying the conditioning cream is required to be controlled, the operation is simple, and the effect is obvious.
