技术领域
本发明涉及中底板鞋生产技术领域,具体为一种复合中底板鞋用无纺布制备方法。
背景技术
鞋是便于人走路、保护脚不受伤的一种工具,有着悠久的发展史,大约在5000多年前的仰韶文化时期,就出现了兽皮缝制的最原始的鞋,其种类有皮鞋、运动鞋、布鞋、拖鞋、胶鞋等,绝大多数鞋底上面的中底板是采用含胶纸浆板,虽然具有一定的耐用性,但是仍不能满足人们的要求。
经检索,中国专利公开号为CN101744401B的专利,公开了一种具有复合中底板的鞋及其复合中底板制造方法,该复合中底板是在鞋底上面,复合中底板是由含稀苯丙树脂、无纺布及其上表面粘接网状面苯丙树脂膜层和下表面粘接平面苯丙树脂膜层模制而成,上述专利虽然透气性好,但是中底板鞋子的无纺布耐用性不够好,而且强度不够,不能满足人们的要求,因此提出一种复合中底板鞋用无纺布制备方法。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种复合中底板鞋用无纺布制备方法,解决了中底板鞋子的无纺布耐用性不够好,而且强度不够,不能满足人们的要求的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种复合中底板鞋用无纺布制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:涂层原料混合,把乙二醇甲醚、正硅酸乙酯、高锰合金、碳化硅、六方氮化硼、水放入搅拌机中搅拌混合,得到混合原料A;
S2:制备纤维原料,将涤纶化纤、锦纶化纤、氨纶化纤、铜氨纤维、聚乳酸纤维和竹纤维按照质量百分比通过混棉机进行混合,形成混合化纤原料;
S3:开松,将上述混合化纤原料送入开松机进行开松,然后送入梳理装置;
S4:浸泡,将开松梳理后的原料放入混合原料A中进行浸泡处理,浸泡时进行加热,加热浸泡5-15小时后停止加热,静置;
S5:烘干,将浸泡后的无纺布在烘干室内干燥,干燥后的无纺布;
S6:压合,将干燥后的无纺布的上下两面粘接弹力尼龙网,然后进行热压固定;
S7:涂覆,把压合后的原料上下两侧均涂覆树脂层,制得无纺布成品;
S8:杀菌,将涂覆后的无纺布成品置于紫外下辐照,照射时间为3-9分钟,照射后进行烘干。
作为本发明再进一步的方案,所述S1中在原料混合时进行加热,加热的温度为50-80摄氏度,且原料质量比为乙二醇甲醚:正硅酸乙酯:高锰合金:碳化硅:六方氮化硼:水=1-3:3-8:1-5:2-6:1-7:20-60。
进一步的,所述S2中原料质量比为涤纶化纤:锦纶化纤:氨纶化纤:铜氨纤维:聚乳酸纤维:竹纤维=1-3:3-5:1-5:1-6:2-7。
在前述方案的基础上,所述S3中梳理时加入粘胶纤维和醋酯纤维,将其梳理成纵横交错的网格层。
进一步的,所述S4中进行浸泡时加热温度为50-80摄氏度,加热停止后静置2-6小时。
在前述方案的基础上,所述S5中烘干室的温度为70-95摄氏度,烘干时间为2-6小时。
本发明再进一步的方案,所述S6中压合时的温度为100-200摄氏度。
进一步的,所述S8中在照射后放入通风的烘干通道内进行烘干处理。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种复合中底板鞋用无纺布制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明配伍合理,方便安全,而且各个原料在混合后能够起到很好的化学反应,得到耐磨效果好的混合原料。
2、本发明中,通过涤纶化纤、锦纶化纤、氨纶化纤、铜氨纤维、聚乳酸纤维和竹纤维的设置,其形成的混合化纤原料韧性较强,耐磨性好,而且具有一定的抗菌性能。
3、本发明中,通过浸泡的方式能够使得无纺布原料能够充分的把涂层原料涂覆在表面,提高附着效果,提高了无纺布的强度和韧性。
4、本发明中,通过弹力尼龙网的设置能够提高弹性无纺布的韧性,而且抗压性好。

实施例1
参照图1,一种复合中底板鞋用无纺布制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:涂层原料混合,把乙二醇甲醚、正硅酸乙酯、高锰合金、碳化硅、六方氮化硼、水放入搅拌机中搅拌混合,得到混合原料A,配伍合理,方便安全,而且各个原料在混合后能够起到很好的化学反应,得到耐磨效果好的混合原料;
S2:制备纤维原料,将涤纶化纤、锦纶化纤、氨纶化纤、铜氨纤维、聚乳酸纤维和竹纤维按照质量百分比通过混棉机进行混合,形成混合化纤原料,通过涤纶化纤、锦纶化纤、氨纶化纤、铜氨纤维、聚乳酸纤维和竹纤维的设置,其形成的混合化纤原料韧性较强,耐磨性好,而且具有一定的抗菌性能;
S3:开松,将上述混合化纤原料送入开松机进行开松,然后送入梳理装置;
S4:浸泡,将开松梳理后的原料放入混合原料A中进行浸泡处理,浸泡时进行加热,加热浸泡8小时后停止加热,静置,通过浸泡的方式能够使得无纺布原料能够充分的把涂层原料涂覆在表面,提高附着效果,提高了无纺布的强度和韧性;
S5:烘干,将浸泡后的无纺布在烘干室内干燥,干燥后的无纺布;
S6:压合,将干燥后的无纺布的上下两面粘接弹力尼龙网,然后进行热压固定;
S7:涂覆,把压合后的原料上下两侧均涂覆树脂层,制得无纺布成品;
S8:杀菌,将涂覆后的无纺布成品置于紫外下辐照,照射时间为6分钟,照射后进行烘干。
本发明的S1中在原料混合时进行加热,加热的温度为75摄氏度,且原料质量比为乙二醇甲醚:正硅酸乙酯:高锰合金:碳化硅:六方氮化硼:水=1:3:1:3:5:29,S2中原料质量比为涤纶化纤:锦纶化纤:氨纶化纤:铜氨纤维:聚乳酸纤维:竹纤维=1:5:1:3:4,S3中梳理时加入粘胶纤维和醋酯纤维,将其梳理成纵横交错的网格层。
尤其的,S4中进行浸泡时加热温度为66摄氏度,加热停止后静置4小时,S5中烘干室的温度为85摄氏度,烘干时间为4小时,S6中压合时的温度为120摄氏度,通过弹力尼龙网的设置能够提高弹性无纺布的韧性,而且抗压性好,S8中在照射后放入通风的烘干通道内进行烘干处理。
实施例2
参照图1,一种复合中底板鞋用无纺布制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:涂层原料混合,把乙二醇甲醚、正硅酸乙酯、高锰合金、碳化硅、六方氮化硼、水放入搅拌机中搅拌混合,得到混合原料A,配伍合理,方便安全,而且各个原料在混合后能够起到很好的化学反应,得到耐磨效果好的混合原料;
S2:制备纤维原料,将涤纶化纤、锦纶化纤、氨纶化纤、铜氨纤维、聚乳酸纤维和竹纤维按照质量百分比通过混棉机进行混合,形成混合化纤原料,通过涤纶化纤、锦纶化纤、氨纶化纤、铜氨纤维、聚乳酸纤维和竹纤维的设置,其形成的混合化纤原料韧性较强,耐磨性好,而且具有一定的抗菌性能;
S3:开松,将上述混合化纤原料送入开松机进行开松,然后送入梳理装置;
S4:浸泡,将开松梳理后的原料放入混合原料A中进行浸泡处理,浸泡时进行加热,加热浸泡9小时后停止加热,静置,通过浸泡的方式能够使得无纺布原料能够充分的把涂层原料涂覆在表面,提高附着效果,提高了无纺布的强度和韧性;
S5:烘干,将浸泡后的无纺布在烘干室内干燥,干燥后的无纺布;
S6:压合,将干燥后的无纺布的上下两面粘接弹力尼龙网,然后进行热压固定;
S7:涂覆,把压合后的原料上下两侧均涂覆树脂层,制得无纺布成品;
S8:杀菌,将涂覆后的无纺布成品置于紫外下辐照,照射时间为4分钟,照射后进行烘干。
本发明的S1中在原料混合时进行加热,加热的温度为75摄氏度,且原料质量比为乙二醇甲醚:正硅酸乙酯:高锰合金:碳化硅:六方氮化硼:水=2:3:4:3:5:40,S2中原料质量比为涤纶化纤:锦纶化纤:氨纶化纤:铜氨纤维:聚乳酸纤维:竹纤维=1:5:2:3:4,S3中梳理时加入粘胶纤维和醋酯纤维,将其梳理成纵横交错的网格层。
尤其的,S4中进行浸泡时加热温度为70摄氏度,加热停止后静置4小时,S5中烘干室的温度为85摄氏度,烘干时间为4小时,S6中压合时的温度为120摄氏度,通过弹力尼龙网的设置能够提高弹性无纺布的韧性,而且抗压性好,S8中在照射后放入通风的烘干通道内进行烘干处理。
实施例3
参照图1,一种复合中底板鞋用无纺布制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:涂层原料混合,把乙二醇甲醚、正硅酸乙酯、高锰合金、碳化硅、六方氮化硼、水放入搅拌机中搅拌混合,得到混合原料A,配伍合理,方便安全,而且各个原料在混合后能够起到很好的化学反应,得到耐磨效果好的混合原料;

本发明的S1中在原料混合时进行加热,加热的温度为75摄氏度,且原料质量比为乙二醇甲醚:正硅酸乙酯:高锰合金:碳化硅:六方氮化硼:水=2:5:4:3:5:50,S2中原料质量比为涤纶化纤:锦纶化纤:氨纶化纤:铜氨纤维:聚乳酸纤维:竹纤维=1:5:3:3:7,S3中梳理时加入粘胶纤维和醋酯纤维,将其梳理成纵横交错的网格层。
尤其的,S4中进行浸泡时加热温度为66摄氏度,加热停止后静置4小时,S5中烘干室的温度为90摄氏度,烘干时间为5小时,S6中压合时的温度为150摄氏度,通过弹力尼龙网的设置能够提高弹性无纺布的韧性,而且抗压性好,S8中在照射后放入通风的烘干通道内进行烘干处理。

Claims (8)

1.一种复合中底板鞋用无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:涂层原料混合,把乙二醇甲醚、正硅酸乙酯、高锰合金、碳化硅、六方氮化硼、水放入搅拌机中搅拌混合,得到混合原料A;
S2:制备纤维原料,将涤纶化纤、锦纶化纤、氨纶化纤、铜氨纤维、聚乳酸纤维和竹纤维按照质量百分比通过混棉机进行混合,形成混合化纤原料;
S3:开松,将上述混合化纤原料送入开松机进行开松,然后送入梳理装置;
S4:浸泡,将开松梳理后的原料放入混合原料A中进行浸泡处理,浸泡时进行加热,加热浸泡5-15小时后停止加热,静置;
S5:烘干,将浸泡后的无纺布在烘干室内干燥,干燥后的无纺布;
S6:压合,将干燥后的无纺布的上下两面粘接弹力尼龙网,然后进行热压固定;
S7:涂覆,把压合后的原料上下两侧均涂覆树脂层,制得无纺布成品;
S8:杀菌,将涂覆后的无纺布成品置于紫外下辐照,照射时间为3-9分钟,照射后进行烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合中底板鞋用无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中在原料混合时进行加热,加热的温度为50-80摄氏度,且原料质量比为乙二醇甲醚:正硅酸乙酯:高锰合金:碳化硅:六方氮化硼:水=1-3:3-8:1-5:2-6:1-7:20-60。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合中底板鞋用无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,所述S2中原料质量比为涤纶化纤:锦纶化纤:氨纶化纤:铜氨纤维:聚乳酸纤维:竹纤维=1-3:3-5:1-5:1-6:2-7。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合中底板鞋用无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,所述S3中梳理时加入粘胶纤维和醋酯纤维,将其梳理成纵横交错的网格层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种复合中底板鞋用无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,所述S4中进行浸泡时加热温度为50-80摄氏度,加热停止后静置2-6小时。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合中底板鞋用无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,所述S5中烘干室的温度为70-95摄氏度,烘干时间为2-6小时。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合中底板鞋用无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,所述S6中压合时的温度为100-200摄氏度。
