技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布加工技术领域,具体为一种用于鞋服的防水型无纺布及制备方法。
背景技术
无纺布是一种非织造布,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料。具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品,优点是不产生纤维屑,强韧、耐用、丝般柔软,也是增强材料的一种。
防水无纺布有很多种,最常见的是PVC防水无纺布,采用两层复合法。现有的技术方案采用的防水无纺布不是环保材料,因为PVC是对人体有害的微毒材质,2017年卫生组织明确过PVC具有致癌的危害,另外,现有的技术生产出来的防水无纺布的防水性能比较差,而且功能过于单一,不能满足人们的要求。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种用于鞋服的防水型无纺布及制备方法,主要为解决了现有的防水无纺布的防水性能比较差,而且功能过于单一,不能满足人们的要求的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于鞋服的防水型无纺布,包括无纺布整体,所述无纺布整体包括无纺布层和涂覆层。
进一步的,所述涂覆层位于无纺布层的上下两面。
本发明还提出了一种用于鞋服的防水型无纺布制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:加热混合,将树脂60-100份、硅烷偶联剂0.5-10份、固化剂0.8-15份、精油2-20份、避蚊胺1-5份、香茅油4-6份、除虫菊酯1-5份、紫外线吸收剂1-12份、稳定剂1-12份、高分子聚合物乳液0.8-15份、丁晴乳胶0.5-5份、软化水120-800份放入混合机中混合,在混合时进行加热,加热时不断的搅拌混合;
S2:抽丝,将混合原料放入抽丝机中进行抽丝,得到无纺布纤维;
S3:纺织,将无纺布纤维纺织成初始无纺布;
S4:制备辅料,加入憎水剂0.01-10份,在70-90℃搅拌15-29分钟,同时加入纳米二氧化硅1-3份、细菌纤维素2-6份、氨水2-5份、钛白粉1-4份,搅拌得到涂料,制成无纺布辅料;
S5:涂覆,采用干法直接涂层的方法将S4制得的无纺布辅料刮涂于S3的无纺布上;
S6:加热干燥,将涂覆后的无纺布在60-90℃的烘道内干燥18-30min,得到防水无纺布;
S7:杀菌,将涂覆后的无纺布置于紫外下辐照,照射时间为5-8分钟,照射后进行烘干。
进一步的,所述S1中混合时加热的温度为70-130℃。
在前述方案的基础上,所述S4中在搅拌得到涂料后将反应后溶液降温至20-28℃。
作为本发明再进一步的方案,所述S5中在刮涂的过程中要有间隔,每次刮涂一遍停歇5-9min。
进一步的,所述S6中在烘干时进行间歇通风。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种用于鞋服的防水型无纺布及制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过避蚊胺、香茅油、除虫菊酯的加入能够使得无纺布本身具有很好的防蚊虫效果,提高无纺布的功能性。
2、本发明憎水剂在无纺布表面形成憎水膜,使无纺布具有防水功能、且防水性能优良,防水效果更加持久,而且在纳米二氧化硅、细菌纤维素、钛白粉的辅助下辅料能够很好的填充无纺布上的缝隙,防止水透过无纺布,再次提高其防水性能。
3、本发明中,通过对原料的加热,能够提高混合效果。
4、本发明中,在烘干时通过通风的步骤能够快速吹去烘干后的水蒸气,提高烘干效率。

实施例1
参照图1-2,一种用于鞋服的防水型无纺布,包括无纺布整体1,无纺布整体1包括无纺布层2和涂覆层3,涂覆层3位于无纺布层2的上下两面。
本发明还提出了一种用于鞋服的防水型无纺布制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:加热混合,将树脂65份、硅烷偶联剂4份、固化剂8份、精油5份、避蚊胺2份、香茅油4份、除虫菊酯2份、紫外线吸收剂3份、稳定剂4份、高分子聚合物乳液6份、丁晴乳胶3份、软化水210份放入混合机中混合,在混合时进行加热,加热时不断的搅拌混合,通过避蚊胺、香茅油、除虫菊酯的加入能够使得无纺布本身具有很好的防蚊虫效果,提高无纺布的功能性;
S2:抽丝,将混合原料放入抽丝机中进行抽丝,得到无纺布纤维;
S3:纺织,将无纺布纤维纺织成初始无纺布;
S4:制备辅料,加入憎水剂2份,在75℃搅拌20分钟,同时加入纳米二氧化硅1份、细菌纤维素3份、氨水3份、钛白粉2份,搅拌得到涂料,制成无纺布辅料,憎水剂在无纺布表面形成憎水膜,使无纺布具有防水功能、且防水性能优良,防水效果更加持久,而且在纳米二氧化硅、细菌纤维素、钛白粉的辅助下辅料能够很好的填充无纺布上的缝隙,防止水透过无纺布,再次提高其防水性能;
S5:涂覆,采用干法直接涂层的方法将S4制得的无纺布辅料刮涂于S3的无纺布上;
S6:加热干燥,将涂覆后的无纺布在60-90℃的烘道内干燥20min,得到防水无纺布;
S7:杀菌,将涂覆后的无纺布置于紫外下辐照,照射时间为6分钟,照射后进行烘干。
本发明S1中混合时加热的温度为100℃,通过对原料的加热,能够提高混合效果,S4中在搅拌得到涂料后将反应后溶液降温至26,S5中在刮涂的过程中要有间隔,每次刮涂一遍停歇6min,S6中在烘干时进行间歇通风,通过通风的步骤能够快速吹去烘干后的水蒸气,提高烘干效率。

本发明S1中混合时加热的温度为100℃,通过对原料的加热,能够提高混合效果,S4中在搅拌得到涂料后将反应后溶液降温至26,S5中在刮涂的过程中要有间隔,每次刮涂一遍停歇8min,S6中在烘干时进行间歇通风,通过通风的步骤能够快速吹去烘干后的水蒸气,提高烘干效率。

Claims (7)
1.一种用于鞋服的防水型无纺布,包括无纺布整体(1),其特征在于,所述无纺布整体(1)包括无纺布层(2)和涂覆层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于鞋服的防水型无纺布,其特征在于,所述涂覆层(3)位于无纺布层(2)的上下两面。
3.一种用于鞋服的防水型无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:加热混合,将树脂60-100份、硅烷偶联剂0.5-10份、固化剂0.8-15份、精油2-20份、避蚊胺1-5份、香茅油4-6份、除虫菊酯1-5份、紫外线吸收剂1-12份、稳定剂1-12份、高分子聚合物乳液0.8-15份、丁晴乳胶0.5-5份、软化水120-800份放入混合机中混合,在混合时进行加热,加热时不断的搅拌混合;
S2:抽丝,将混合原料放入抽丝机中进行抽丝,得到无纺布纤维;
S3:纺织,将无纺布纤维纺织成初始无纺布;
S4:制备辅料,加入憎水剂0.01-10份,在70-90℃搅拌15-29分钟,同时加入纳米二氧化硅1-3份、细菌纤维素2-6份、氨水2-5份、钛白粉1-4份,搅拌得到涂料,制成无纺布辅料;
S5:涂覆,采用干法直接涂层的方法将S4制得的无纺布辅料刮涂于S3的无纺布上;
S6:加热干燥,将涂覆后的无纺布在60-90℃的烘道内干燥18-30min,得到防水无纺布;
S7:杀菌,将涂覆后的无纺布置于紫外下辐照,照射时间为5-8分钟,照射后进行烘干。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于鞋服的防水型无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中混合时加热的温度为70-130℃。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于鞋服的防水型无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,所述S4中在搅拌得到涂料后将反应后溶液降温至20-28℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于鞋服的防水型无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,所述S5中在刮涂的过程中要有间隔,每次刮涂一遍停歇5-9min。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于鞋服的防水型无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,所述S6中在烘干时进行间歇通风。
