第四纱线,所述第四纱线贯穿并连接所述表面层、所述中间层以及所述基底层; 所述第三纱线为未脱脂的棉纤维与玻璃纤维的混纺纱线。
进一步地,所述第一纤维的规格为20S-30S;所述第二纱线的规格为50S-70S; 所述第三纱线的规格为30S-40S;所述第四纱线的规格为40S-60S。
进一步地,所述第一纤维中聚乳酸纤维、未脱脂的棉纤维以及纳米铜的比例为4:5:1;所述第三纱线中尼龙纤维、脱脂棉纤维以及涤纶纤维的比例为2:2:1;第四纱线中未脱脂棉纤维与玻璃纤维的比例为3:1。

进一步地,所述高分子抗菌溶液包括以下重量份的组分:聚乙二醇8-10份、聚丙烯酸钠10-12份、聚乙酰氨基葡糖10-12份、纳米铜0.5-1份、去离子水100-120份。
本申请还提供一种抗菌防水的家纺面料的制备方法,用于制备如上任一项所述的抗菌防水无纺布;包括如下步骤:
S10、将聚乳酸纤维、未脱脂的棉纤维以及纳米铜混纺,形成第一纱线;通过抗菌拒水整理剂对脱脂棉纱线进行处理,形成第二纱线;将尼龙纤维、脱脂棉纤维以及涤纶纤维混纺,形成第三纱线;将未脱脂的棉纤维以及玻璃纤维混纺,形成第四纱线;
S20、通过第一纱线和第二纱线编织形成表面层;通过第三纱线编织形成基底层;将脱脂棉纤维、艾草纤维以及聚乳酸纤维混合制成无纺布;通过高分子抗菌溶液对制成的无纺布进行处理,形成中间层;
S30、将表面层、中间层以及基底层依次层叠,并通过第三纱线贯穿三者进行连接,形成抗菌防水的家纺面料。
进一步地,还包括步骤S40:将抗菌防水的家纺面料整体通过抗菌拒水整理剂处理,以在所述抗菌防水的家纺面料的表面形成抗菌防水层。
本申请提供的抗菌防水的家纺面料,通过设置具有优异抗菌防水性能的表面层和中间层,使得家纺面料整体具有良好的抗菌性和防水性;通过设置强度高且弹性好的基底层,并通过第四纱线将表面层、中间层以及基底层贯穿连接在一起,增强家纺面料整体强度。

如图1所示,本申请提供一种抗菌防水的家纺面料,包括:
表面层10,所述表层由第一纱线11和第二纱线12混合编织而成;所述第一纤维为聚乳酸纤维、未脱脂的棉纤维以及纳米铜混纺纱线;所述第二纱线12为经过抗菌拒水整理剂处理过的脱脂棉纱线;
中间层20,所述中间层20包括由脱脂棉纤维、艾草纤维以及聚乳酸纤维混合制成的无纺布,所述无纺布经过高分子抗菌溶液处理;
基底层30,所述基底层30由第三纱线31编织而成;所述第三纱线31为尼龙纤维、脱脂棉纤维以及涤纶纤维的混纺纱线;以及
第四纱线40,所述第四纱线40贯穿并连接所述表面层10、所述中间层20以及所述基底层30; 所述第三纱线31为未脱脂的棉纤维与玻璃纤维的混纺纱线。
具体地,本申请实施例提供的抗菌防水的家纺面料,包括自上而下依次设置的表面层10、中间层20和基底层30;当本申请提供的抗菌防水的家纺面料作为床单、被套、沙发套产品面料使用时,其表面层10为朝向外侧的一层,即各产品在使用时与人体相接触的一层。
本申请实施例中,所述表层由第一纱线11和第二纱线12混合编织而成;其中第一纱线11为聚乳酸纤维、未脱脂的棉纤维以及纳米铜混纺纱线,聚乳酸纤维和纳米铜均均匀良好的抗菌效果且吸水性弱,而未脱脂的棉纤维由于其表面的天然油脂,使其具有良好的防水性能;因而由聚乳酸纤维、未脱脂的棉纤维以及纳米铜混纺形成的第一纱线11,具有优异的抗菌防水性能;本申请实施例中,第一纤维中聚乳酸纤维、未脱脂的棉纤维以及纳米铜的比例为4:5:1;制成的第一纱线11的规格为50-70S,优选为60S;
第二纱线12为经过抗菌拒水整理剂处理过的脱脂棉纱线,本申请实施例中使用的抗菌拒水整理剂,包括以下重量份的组分:无氟拒水剂30-45份、抗菌除臭剂25-30份、抗氧化剂1-5份和去离子水200-220份;采用抗菌拒水整理剂对脱脂棉纱线进行处理的方法具体为:将上述分量的各组分混合后形成抗菌拒水整理剂,然后加热抗菌拒水整理剂并使其保持在80-85℃恒温;将由脱脂棉纤维制成的脱脂棉纱线完全浸没在抗菌拒水整理剂,持续1小时;之后将脱脂棉纱线自抗菌拒水整理剂中取出,在低于70℃的环境中将取出的脱脂棉纱线烘干,即完成第二纱线12的制备。通过特制的抗菌拒水整理剂对脱脂后的棉纤维进行处理,即能够保持其柔软亲肤特性,还能够兼具抗菌防水的性能;制成的第一纱线11的规格为20-30S,优选为25S;
如图1所示,在采用第一纱线11和第二纱线12进行表面层10的编织时,每两根所述第二纱线12作为一组,每一组第二纱线12与一根第一纱线11交替设置,从而形成第二纱线12、第二纱线12、第一纱线11、第二纱线12、第二纱线12、第一纱线11这样循环排列方式。本申请实施例中,通过第一纱线11和第二纱线12的交替排布,使得表面层10整体更加紧密结实,且具有优异的抗菌防水性能;同时由于表面层10的材料中具有较多的棉纤维和聚乳酸纤维,使得表面层10柔软亲肤。
本申请实施例中,中间层20包括由脱脂棉纤维、艾草纤维以及聚乳酸纤维混合制成的无纺布,所述无纺布中脱脂棉纤维、艾草纤维以及聚乳酸纤维的比例为2:1:2,无纺布的厚度为0.5mm-1mm,优选为0.8mm。所述无纺布经过高分子抗菌溶液处理;所述高分子抗菌溶液包括以下重量份的组分;聚乙二醇8-10份、聚丙烯酸钠10-12份、聚乙酰氨基葡糖10-12份、纳米铜0.5-1份、去离子水100-120份。采用高分子抗菌溶液对无纺布进行处理的方法具体为:将上述分量的各组分混合后形成高分子抗菌溶液,然后通过浸轧的处理方式完成高分子抗菌溶液对无纺布的处理,在浸轧的过程中,高分子抗菌溶液保持在80-85℃恒温,无纺布浸没在高分子抗菌溶液中的时间为45-60min。
无纺布作为中间层20的主体,其中加入了艾草纤维,不仅能够起到基体韧性加强的作用,同时艾草纤维还具有除臭的作用,能够将去除吸附的异味,而未脱脂的棉纤维和聚乳酸纤维,使得无纺布具有一定的抗菌性能和优异的防水性能;制成的无法布整体经过高分子抗菌溶液浸轧处理后,其抗菌性能进一步得到的加强。
进一步地,在经过高分子抗菌溶液处理后的无纺布的表面还喷涂有高分子抗菌膜层;所述高分子抗菌膜层包括以下重量份的组分;聚乙二醇8-10份、纳米铜0.5-1份、天然乳胶30-40份;按上述分量准备好各组分,在100℃~130℃环境温度下,将聚乙二醇和纳米铜先混合搅拌均匀后,加入到天然乳胶中,搅拌均匀后将其喷涂至无纺布表面,形成高分子抗菌膜层。高分子抗菌膜层进一步加强了中间层20的抗菌防水性能。
本申请实施例中,基底层30由第三纱线31编织而成;所述第三纱线31为尼龙纤维、脱脂棉纤维以及涤纶纤维的混纺纱线;第三纱线31中尼龙纤维、脱脂棉纤维以及涤纶纤维的比例为2:2:1;制成的第三纱线31的规格为30S-40S,优选为35S;本申请实施例中,基底层30由尼龙纤维、脱脂棉纤维以及涤纶纤维的混纺纱线,具有优异的耐磨性以及弹性,基底层30能够提高抗菌防水的家纺面料整体强度。
如图1所示,依次堆叠的表面层10、中间层20和基底层30通过第四纱线40连接;本申请实施例中,第四纱线40为未脱脂的棉纤维与玻璃纤维的混纺纱线,所述第四纱线40中未脱脂棉纤维与玻璃纤维的比例为3:1;制成的第四纱线40的规格为40S-60S,优选为50S。由棉纤维与玻璃纤维混纺而成的第四纱线40,具有优异的强度、弹性和耐磨性,且具有一定的防水性能,通过第四纱线40将表面层10、中间层20以及基底层30贯穿连接在一起,使得抗菌防水的家纺面料整体结合紧密结实,强度高。
本申请实施例提供的抗菌防水的家纺面料,通过设置具有优异抗菌防水性能的表面层10和中间层20,使得家纺面料整体具有良好的抗菌性和防水性;通过设置强度高且弹性好的基底层30,并通过第四纱线40将表面层10、中间层20以及基底层30贯穿连接在一起,增强家纺面料整体强度。
本申请实施例还提供一种抗菌防水的家纺面料的制备方法,用于制备如上任一项所述的抗菌防水无纺布;包括如下步骤:
S10、将聚乳酸纤维、未脱脂的棉纤维以及纳米铜混纺,形成第一纱线11;通过抗菌拒水整理剂对脱脂棉纱线进行处理,形成第二纱线12;将尼龙纤维、脱脂棉纤维以及涤纶纤维混纺,形成第三纱线31;将未脱脂的棉纤维以及玻璃纤维混纺,形成第四纱线40;
S20、通过第一纱线11和第二纱线12编织形成表面层10;通过第三纱线31编织形成基底层30;将脱脂棉纤维、艾草纤维以及聚乳酸纤维混合制成无纺布;通过高分子抗菌溶液对制成的无纺布进行处理,形成中间层20;
S30、将表面层10、中间层20以及基底层30依次层叠,并通过第三纱线31贯穿三者进行连接,形成抗菌防水的家纺面料。
进一步地,还包括步骤S40:将抗菌防水的家纺面料整体通过抗菌拒水整理剂处理,以在所述抗菌防水的家纺面料的表面形成抗菌防水层。
尽管本文中较多的使用了诸如表面层、中间层、基底层、纱线、聚乳酸纤维、脱脂棉纤维、纳米铜、混纺纱线等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本申请的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本申请精神相违背的。

Claims (9)

1.一种抗菌防水的家纺面料,其特征在于:包括:
表面层,所述表层由第一纱线和第二纱线混合编织而成;所述第一纤维为聚乳酸纤维、未脱脂的棉纤维以及纳米铜混纺纱线;所述第二纱线为经过抗菌拒水整理剂处理过的脱脂棉纱线;
中间层,所述中间层包括由脱脂棉纤维、艾草纤维以及聚乳酸纤维混合制成的无纺布,所述无纺布经过高分子抗菌溶液处理;
基底层,所述基底层由第三纱线编织而成;所述第三纱线为尼龙纤维、脱脂棉纤维以及涤纶纤维的混纺纱线;以及
第四纱线,所述第四纱线贯穿并连接所述表面层、所述中间层以及所述基底层; 所述第三纱线为未脱脂的棉纤维与玻璃纤维的混纺纱线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防水的家纺面料,其特征在于:所述第一纤维的规格为20S-30S;所述第二纱线的规格为50S-70S; 所述第三纱线的规格为30S-40S;所述第四纱线的规格为40S-60S。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌防水的家纺面料,其特征在于:所述第一纤维中聚乳酸纤维、未脱脂的棉纤维以及纳米铜的比例为4:5:1;所述第三纱线中尼龙纤维、脱脂棉纤维以及涤纶纤维的比例为2:2:1;第四纱线中未脱脂棉纤维与玻璃纤维的比例为3:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防水的家纺面料,其特征在于:所述中间层的无纺布中,脱脂棉纤维、艾草纤维以及聚乳酸纤维的比例为2:1:2;所述无纺布的厚度为0.5mm-1mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防水的家纺面料,其特征在于:所述表面层中,每两根所述第二纱线作为一组,与所述第一纱线交替设置;所述第四纱线由相邻两所述第二纱线之间贯穿通过所述表面层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防水的家纺面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌拒水处理剂包括以下重量份的组分:无氟拒水剂30-45份、抗菌除臭剂25-30份、抗氧化剂1-5份和去离子水200-220份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防水的家纺面料,其特征在于:所述高分子抗菌溶液包括以下重量份的组分;聚乙二醇8-10份、聚丙烯酸钠10-12份、聚乙酰氨基葡糖10-12份、纳米铜0.5-1份、去离子水100-120份。
8.一种抗菌防水的家纺面料的制备方法,用于制备如权利要求1-7任一项所述的抗菌防水无纺布;其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S10、将聚乳酸纤维、未脱脂的棉纤维以及纳米铜混纺,形成第一纱线;通过抗菌拒水整理剂对脱脂棉纱线进行处理,形成第二纱线;将尼龙纤维、脱脂棉纤维以及涤纶纤维混纺,形成第三纱线;将未脱脂的棉纤维以及玻璃纤维混纺,形成第四纱线;
S20、通过第一纱线和第二纱线编织形成表面层;通过第三纱线编织形成基底层;将脱脂棉纤维、艾草纤维以及聚乳酸纤维混合制成无纺布;通过高分子抗菌溶液对制成的无纺布进行处理,形成中间层;
S30、将表面层、中间层以及基底层依次层叠,并通过第三纱线贯穿三者进行连接,形成抗菌防水的家纺面料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种抗菌防水的家纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:还包括步骤S40:将抗菌防水的家纺面料整体通过抗菌拒水整理剂处理,以在所述抗菌防水的家纺面料的表面形成抗菌防水层。
