本发明公开了一种防水无纺布及其制备方法,包括无纺布纤维,所述无纺布纤维外表面涂覆有憎水剂;该防水无纺布采用表面附着所述憎水剂的所述无纺布纤维制成或该防水无纺布采用所述无纺布纤维制成无纺布后在制成的无纺布表面喷涂所述憎水剂制成。憎水剂在无纺布纤维表面或无纺布表面形成憎水膜,使无纺布具有防水功能、且防水性能优良,防水效果更加持久;而防水无纺布的制备工艺简单实用,便于操作,效率高,制备的防水无纺布防水效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水产品,尤其涉及一种防水无纺布及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前各种无纺布类遮挡物大多不具有防水功能,如蔬菜大棚保暖用毡布基本不具有防水功能,因此保暖用毡布在使用中被雨水冲淋或水润湿后会吸收大量水分,使其不仅保暖效果大大降低,重量也会大大增加,这样保暖用毡布在卷绕收起或放绕展开时变得非常沉重,保暖用毡布收放不便,同时变重的保暖用毡布也增大了蔬菜大棚的支撑负担,影响蔬菜大棚的正常使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有防水功能、且防水性能优良、防水效果持久的防水无纺布。
本发明还提供了该防水无纺布的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:防水无纺布,包括无纺布纤维,所述无纺布纤维外表面涂覆有憎水剂。无纺布纤维可以采用涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维、丙纶纤维、棉纤维、玻璃丝纤维和聚酯纤维中的至少一种,采用多种上述纤维时可采用任何比例混合。采用上述无纺布纤维制成的无纺布大大拓宽了防水无纺布的使用范围。无纺布的生产可以采用热合法、热轧法、缝编法或针刺法等工艺。
作为优选的技术方案,该防水无纺布采用表面附着所述憎水剂的所述无纺布纤维制成。
作为优选的技术方案,该防水无纺布采用所述无纺布纤维制成无纺布后在制成的无纺布表面喷涂所述憎水剂制成。
作为优选的技术方案,所述憎水剂为瓦克硅油或甲基硅油。
一种防水无纺布的制备方法,首先用所述憎水剂喷涂所述无纺布纤维的外表面,然后对喷涂憎水剂的无纺布纤维进行烘干,之后采用烘干后的无纺布纤维制成防水无纺布。

步骤二、将步骤一中制备的溶液喷涂无纺布纤维的外表面;
步骤三、在温度为100-180℃下,对无纺布纤维烘干2-20min;

所述憎水剂为瓦克硅油或甲基硅油;所述紫外线吸收剂为水杨酸苯酯、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮中的至少一种;所述稳定剂为月桂酸锌、月桂酸钙和硬脂酸钡中的至少一种;所述高分子聚合物乳液为苯丙乳液或醋丙乳液;所述树脂为聚氰胺甲醛树脂、三聚氰胺脲醛树脂或环氧-酚醛树脂;所述固化剂为六亚甲基四胺或磷酸二铵。
硅烷偶联剂可提高憎水剂在无纺布表面形成憎水膜的成膜性,提高防水效果。矿物油的加入利于整个反应体系的顺利进行,同时也提高了憎水剂在无纺布表面成膜。硅烷偶联剂可以采用硅烷偶联剂KH550或其他硅烷偶联剂。紫外线吸收剂提高了防水无纺布的防晒性能,降低了防水无纺布的老化。稳定剂的使用提高了黏结剂的性能。高分子聚合物乳液有利于树脂反应的稳定进行。丁晴乳胶或聚乙烯醇缩醛可提高树脂的性能,从而提高黏结剂的性能。

步骤一、按重量份计,将聚氰胺甲醛树脂60份、硅烷偶联剂0.5份、磷酸二铵0.8份、矿物油2份、氨水8份、尿素6份、水杨酸苯酯1份、月桂酸钙1份、苯丙乳液0.8份、丁晴乳胶0.5份、软化水120份混合,然后加入瓦克硅油0.02份,在40℃搅拌120分钟,之后将反应后溶液降温至30℃;
步骤二、将步骤一中制备的溶液喷涂无纺布纤维涤纶纤维的外表面;
步骤三、在温度为100℃下,对涤纶纤维烘干20min;
步骤四、将烘干后的涤纶纤维通过针刺法工艺制成的无纺布。
实施例四
一种防水无纺布的制备方法,包括
步骤一、按重量份计,将环氧-酚醛树脂100份、硅烷偶联剂10份、六亚甲基四胺15份、矿物油20份、氨水30份、尿素18份、单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯12份、硬脂酸钡12份、醋丙乳液15份、聚乙烯醇缩醛5份、软化水800份混合,然后加入甲基硅油10份,在100℃搅拌30分钟,之后将反应后溶液降温至40℃;
步骤二、将无纺布纤维丙纶纤维制成无纺布;
步骤三、将步骤一中制备的溶液喷涂在步骤二制成的无纺布的外表面;
步骤四、在温度为150℃下,对无纺布烘干5min。
