本发明公开了一种弹性体改性沥青防水卷材,包括含有增强纤维的胎基层和包覆在胎基层表面的涂盖层,所述胎基层采用经过憎水剂处理的增强纤维,所述涂盖层采用憎水剂改性的弹性体沥青;一种弹性体改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,能够避免胎基层浸渍在改性沥青涂盖层出现吸水毛细管。本发明具有的有益效果为:所述弹性体改性防水卷材吸水率低、防水效果好、价格便宜、综合性能佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及防水建筑材料,具体涉及一种弹性体改性沥青防水卷材及其制备方法。
背景技术
建筑防水是为防止雨水对建筑物某些部位的渗透而从建筑材料或构造上所采取的措施,其多使用于屋面、地下建筑、建筑物的地下部分和需防水的内室和储水的建筑物等。按照采取的措施和手段,分为材料防水和构造防水两大类,材料防水是靠建筑材料阻断水的通路,以达到防水的目的或增加抗渗漏的能力,如卷材防水、涂膜防水、混凝土及水泥砂浆刚性防水等;构造防水则是采取合适的构造形式,阻断水的通路,以达到防水的目的,如止水带和空腔构造等。
目前,弹性体改性沥青防水卷材由于高温不流淌、低温不脆裂、韧性强、弹性好、抗腐蚀、耐老化以及施工简单等优点,占据着广大的建筑市场。通常,热塑性弹性体改性沥青防水卷材,包括聚酯胎、玻纤胎以及玻纤聚酯胎构成的增强层,增强层上下表面涂盖有改性沥青层,并在涂盖层外覆以聚乙烯膜(PE)、细砂、矿物粒料或者铝箔等金属隔离材料所制成的改性沥青防水卷材。但是,对于有增强层的防水卷材,由于增强层胎体过浸渍槽后经过辊轮对压挤出表面多余的沥青改性料,在浸渍工艺过程中,会存在未被浸透的毛细孔,增强层好涂盖层中毛细孔对水的吸收直接导致水滴以及水蒸气穿透卷材,形成防水漏洞,使得这类卷材的防水效果差。
发明内容
为克服现有技术缺陷,本发明提供了一种弹性体改性沥青防水卷材,所述弹性体改性沥青卷材具有超低吸水率,防水效果好。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种弹性体改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,利用该制备方法,能够制备具有超低吸水率,防水效果好的弹性体改性沥青卷材。
一种弹性体改性沥青防水卷材,包括含有增强纤维的胎基层和包覆在胎基层表面的涂盖层,所述胎基层采用经过憎水剂处理的增强纤维。本发明中,先将增强纤维经过憎水剂处理,使其表面具有亲油疏水性能,避免防水卷材在增强纤维处形成毛细管吸水通道,有效降低吸水率,提高防水效果。
进一步的,所述憎水剂为聚有机硅氧烷憎水剂。本发明中采用聚有机硅硅氧烷,有利于提高胎基层的热氧化稳定性、耐候性、防水、防霉菌等性能。
进一步的,增强纤维为重量不少于200g/㎡的聚酯长纤维。本发明中,采用重量不低于200g/㎡的聚酯长纤维,具有热稳定性好,含水率以及吸水率低,制备的胎基层轻、薄、浸渍性好。
进一步的,所述涂盖层包括如下质量百分比的各原料组分:
200#沥青 20~38%;
90#沥青 15~30%;
增粘剂 1~5%;
SBCs 5~10%;
胶粉 10~20%;
填充剂 25~35%;
憎水剂 0.1~2%。
具体的,所述涂盖层配方中的憎水剂可以是聚有机硅氧烷憎水剂,本发明在胎基层包覆的涂盖层采用憎水剂改性,使得涂盖层也具备较好的亲油疏水性能,将其包覆在胎基层表面防止在防水卷材在涂盖层处形成吸水毛细孔,进而与胎基层内部形成吸水通道,进一步降低了防水卷材的吸水性,提高其防水效果。
进一步的,所述增粘剂为石油树脂、萜烯树脂或松香树脂中的一种或多种混合物。所述增粘剂不仅可以使改性沥青与被粘物料之间粘接强度提高,而且价格便宜。
进一步的,所述SBCs为SBS、SIS、SEBS、SEPS的一种或多种混合物。本发明采用SBCs改性涂盖层能有效提高防水卷材的高低温性能。
进一步的,所述胶粉为废胶粉、轮胎胶粉、丁基胶粉中的一种或多种混合物。具体的所述胶粉为40~80目,本发明采用上述胶粉可以在有效改善防水卷材耐高温性能的同时,还具有价格便宜、成本低的优势。
进一步的,所述填充剂为重钙、轻钙、滑石粉、硅藻土、高岭土的一种或多种混合物。本发明中,采用所述填充剂能有效改善加工性能,提高物理性能的同时,降低改性沥青成本。
一种弹性体改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,具有以下步骤:
步骤1:憎水剂处理增强纤维;
步骤2:采用憎水剂处理的增强纤维制备胎基层;
步骤3:按配方比例制备涂盖层;
步骤4:胎基层经过浸渍槽处理;
步骤5:胎基层表面涂覆涂盖层。
具体的,步骤1直接采用物理共混法,将聚有机硅氧烷与聚酯长纤维混合,为了增强共混体系的稳定性,可以添加硅烷偶联剂来改善憎水剂与增强纤维间的两相相容性。另外, 本发明中,所述弹性体改性沥青防水卷材还需要在涂盖层表面包覆有保护层,所述保护层可以是聚乙烯膜、细砂、矿物粒料以及金属箔,在步骤5后,立即进行覆膜或覆砂处理。
进一步的,步骤5中胎基层先浸没经过涂盖层液体槽,后由辊轮对压挤出多余涂盖层。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种弹性体改性沥青防水卷材采用憎水剂处理的纤维来增强胎基层,避免由于增强纤维形成的吸水毛细管,该防水卷材吸水率低,防水效果好;所述涂盖层采用憎水剂改性,进一步提高了改性沥青的防水性能,其中,SIS、胶粉和填充剂不仅价格便宜,而且还具有较好的耐高低温性能,有效降低防水卷材的成本,以及提高其综合性能;提供的一种弹性体改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,能够避免在浸渍改性沥青涂盖层时出现吸水毛细管,有效降低防水卷材的吸水率,具有较好的防水效果。
