Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐高温承重网格传送链,包括两组对称设置的链体,两组所述链体沿传送方向等间距设置,两组所述链体的内侧均设有外链板,所述外链板的内侧均设有内链板,外侧所述外链板与内链板之间设有滚子,所述链体、外链板和内链板上均对称开设有定位槽,所述定位槽内部贯穿安装有链条连接轴,所述链条连接轴的两侧末端且位于链体的外侧套接有套筒。本发明通过内链节支撑机构隔板的排布可以很好的起到承重作用,可任意调节链条根数,以增强链条的承重力,通过滚子套在隔套上灵活转动,同时通过隔套与内链板过盈配合,构成牢固的内链节,实现了增强网带链的承重能力,达到了提高货物的输送效率的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及传送链条技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温承重网格传送链。
背景技术
在传送链条中,最具有代表性的是网带链,他的特点是在两链条间通过销轴连接后配上钢丝网格,这种网带链条所承受的压力、宽度、耐温有限,为克服现有网带链的技术不足,开发一种承重、超宽、高温传送链势在必行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中上述的问题,而提出的一种耐高温承重网格传送链。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种耐高温承重网格传送链,包括两组对称设置的链体,两组所述链体沿传送方向等间距设置,两组所述链体的内侧均设有外链板,所述外链板的内侧均设有内链板,外侧所述外链板与内链板之间设有滚子,所述链体、外链板和内链板上均对称开设有定位槽,所述定位槽内部贯穿安装有链条连接轴,所述链条连接轴的两侧末端且位于链体的外侧套接有套筒,所述链条连接轴依次贯穿链体、外链板、滚子、内链板上的各个定位槽,相邻所述内链板的内部设有内链节支撑机构;
所述内链节支撑机构包括设置在相邻内链板内侧的隔板,所述隔板的两侧对称开设有可供链条连接轴贯穿的通孔,相邻所述隔板之间套接有隔套,所述隔套的内部设有轴杆,相邻所述隔板通过隔套与其内部的轴杆贯穿连接。
优选的,所述隔板的形状大小与内链板保持一致,所述隔板和内链板均设置为不对称形状,所述隔板与内链板的一侧均高出滚子直径的1/4-1/3,所述隔板与内链板的另一侧露出滚子。
优选的,所述轴杆的长度值为700-800mm,所述隔板的顶部开设有多个锯齿形凹槽。
优选的,相邻所述链体之间可通过链条连接轴相连,可通过-根链体组成网格传送链,所述链体的数量灵活可变,所述链条连接轴的外侧壁安装有用于固定链体的紧固螺丝。
优选的,所述滚子在套筒上灵活转动,所述套筒与内链板过盈配合,构成牢固的内链节。
优选的,相邻所述隔板之间通过隔套隔开,所述轴杆依次贯穿相邻隔板与隔套,连接一体。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种耐高温承重网格传送链,具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过内链节支撑机构隔板的排布可以很好的起到承重作用,可任意调节链条根数,以增强链条的承重力,通过滚子套在隔套上灵活转动,同时通过隔套与内链板过盈配合,构成牢固的内链节,实现了增强网带链的承重能力,达到了提高货物的输送效率的效果。
2、本发明通过链板和内连接设计成不对称形状,一侧要高出滚子,实现增强钢材的承托能力,保证了货物的平稳输送,较短的内链板在转动过程中更好地贴合,避免内链板转动区域的挤压,增强使用寿命,增强货物的承重能力。
4、本发明通过隔板与内外链板的外形设置,实现增强输送过程中的稳定性,同时通过隔板、隔套、轴杆之间的配合设置实现网格状,进一步增强货物的稳定性的效果,各个隔板形成的网格形状的稳定性好,保证货物的平稳输送。

实施例一
参照图1-6,一种耐高温承重网格传送链,包括两组对称设置的链体1,其特征在于,两组链体1沿传送方向等间距设置,两组链体1的内侧均设有外链板2,外链板2的内侧均设有内链板3,外侧外链板2与内链板3之间设有滚子7,链体1、外链板2和内链板3上均对称开设有定位槽8,定位槽8内部贯穿安装有链条连接轴9,链条连接轴9的两侧末端且位于链体1的外侧套接有套筒6,链条连接轴9依次贯穿链体1、外链板2、滚子7、内链板3上的各个定位槽8,通过内链节支撑机构隔板的排布可以很好的起到承重作用,可任意调节链条根数,以增强链条的承重力,通过滚子套在隔套上灵活转动,通过隔套4与内链板3过盈配合,构成牢固的内链节,实现了增强网带链的承重能力,达到了提高货物的输送效率的效果,相邻内链板3的内部设有内链节支撑机构;
内链节支撑机构包括设置在相邻内链板3内侧的隔板5,隔板5的两侧对称开设有可供链条连接轴9贯穿的通孔,相邻隔板5之间套接有隔套4,隔套4的内部设有轴杆11,相邻隔板5通过隔套4与其内部的轴杆11贯穿连接。
实施例二
如图1-6所示,本实施例与实施例1基本相同,优选地,隔板5的形状大小与内链板3保持一致,隔板5和内链板3均设置为不对称形状,当内链板3输送发生转动至如图6所示的状态时,较短的内链板在转动过程中更好地贴合,隔板5与内链板3的一侧均高出滚子3直径的1/4-1/3,隔板5与内链板3的另一侧露出滚子3,通过链板5和内链板3设计成不对称形状,一侧要高出滚子7,实现增强钢材的承托能力,保证了货物的平稳输送,避免内链板3和链板5转动弯折区域的挤压,增强使用寿命,增强货物的承重能力。
实施例三
如图1-6所示,本实施例与实施例1基本相同,优选地,轴杆11的长度值为700-800mm,可根据隔板5与隔套4的数量灵活调节轴杆11的长度,确保轴杆11将各个隔板5与隔套4相连,所述隔板5的顶部开设有多个锯齿形凹槽,增加货物与隔板5之间的摩擦力,防止货物输送过程中发生滑动;
相邻链体1之间可通过链条连接轴9相连,可通过3-5根链体组成网格传送链,链体1的数量灵活可变,可更具不同的宽度需求时,将链体1通过链条连接轴9相互连接,从而达到增加或减少输送链宽度,链条连接轴9的外侧壁安装有用于固定链体1的紧固螺丝10,利用紧固螺栓10将链条连接轴9固定,从而保证了链条的稳定运行;
相邻隔板5之间通过隔套4隔开,轴杆11依次贯穿相邻隔板5与隔套4,连接一体,使用多个隔套4与隔板5的设置以增强输送链的宽度,进一步增强了货物的输送效率。

1.一种耐高温承重网格传送链,包括两组对称设置的链体(1),其特征在于,两组所述链体(1)沿传送方向等间距设置,两组所述链体(1)的内侧均设有外链板(2),所述外链板(2)的内侧均设有内链板(3),外侧所述外链板(2)与内链板(3)之间设有滚子(7),所述链体(1)、外链板(2)和内链板(3)上均对称开设有定位槽(8),所述定位槽(8)内部贯穿安装有链条连接轴(9),所述链条连接轴(9)的两侧末端且位于链体(1)的外侧套接有套筒(6),所述链条连接轴(9)依次贯穿链体(1)、外链板(2)、滚子(7)、内链板(3)上的各个定位槽(8),相邻所述内链板(3)的内部设有内链节支撑机构;
所述内链节支撑机构包括设置在相邻内链板(3)内侧的隔板(5),所述隔板(5)的两侧对称开设有可供链条连接轴(9)贯穿的通孔,相邻所述隔板(5)之间套接有隔套(4),所述隔套(4)的内部设有轴杆(11),相邻所述隔板(5)通过隔套(4)与其内部的轴杆(11)贯穿连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温承重网格传送链,其特征在于,所述隔板(5)的形状大小与内链板(3)保持一致,所述隔板(5)和内链板(3)均设置为不对称形状,所述隔板(5)与内链板(3)的一侧均高出滚子(3)直径的1/4-1/3,所述隔板(5)与内链板(3)的另一侧露出滚子(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温承重网格传送链,其特征在于,所述轴杆(11)的长度值为700-800mm,所述隔板(5)的顶部开设有多个锯齿形凹槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温承重网格传送链,其特征在于,相邻所述链体(1)之间可通过链条连接轴(9)相连,可通过3-5根链体组成网格传送链,所述链体(1)的数量灵活可变,所述链条连接轴(9)的外侧壁安装有用于固定链体(1)的紧固螺丝(10)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温承重网格传送链,其特征在于,所述滚子(7)在套筒(6)上灵活转动,所述套筒(6)与内链板(3)过盈配合,构成牢固的内链节。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温承重网格传送链,其特征在于,相邻所述隔板(5)之间通过隔套(4)隔开,所述轴杆(11)依次贯穿相邻隔板(5)与隔套(4),连接一体。
