背景技术
作为环保汽车内饰零部件,汽车脚垫具有防尘、隔污、防滑、耐磨等功能,能够有效预防因鞋底污物造成与离合器、制动器和油门间的滑动,避免安全隐患,降低内饰的污染、损坏。现有的一些脚垫为电绝缘材料,具有较高的表面电阻,易造成人体的不适、元器件的损伤,且容易吸尘,造成脚垫的脏污。现有的技术工艺中会在材料中加入抗静电剂,但一些抗静电剂依赖于空气湿度,在干燥的空气环境中,抗静电效果不佳,且抗静电剂也容易随着所制脚垫的使用磨损,逐渐丧失抗静电功能,造成脚垫使用寿命的降低。因此,我们提出一种抗静电脚垫及其加工工艺。

一种抗静电脚垫的加工工艺,包括以下工艺:
(1)环氧改性剂的制备:
取聚醚胺、二酸混合,升温反应,加入月桂酸咪唑啉中间体,继续反应;得到聚酰胺A;
将聚酰胺A与氯乙酸钠混合,升温反应,得到聚酰胺B;
将聚酰胺B与环氧有机物混合,升温反应,得到环氧改性剂;
(2)表面涂层的制备:
取聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丁酸与溶剂混合,升温反应,加入1,4-丁二醇、环氧改性剂,继续反应,加入三乙醇胺、去离子水,得到涂料;
涂布在皮革的表面,干燥,得到表面涂层;
(3)脚垫的制备:
在皮革表面缝合导电线,形成纹路;在底布上依次叠加缓冲层和皮革,利用聚氨酯胶黏剂胶粘复合,得到脚垫。

1.1.取聚醚胺、二酸混合,搅拌,以50~80℃/h的升温速率,升温至207~215℃,抽真空至15~30Pa,反应2.8~3.5h;加入月桂酸咪唑啉中间体,继续反应60~90min;冷却,加入N-甲基吡咯烷酮混合,利用丙酮沉淀,过滤,利用丙酮洗涤,60~65℃干燥24h,得到聚酰胺A;
1.2.取N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,加入聚酰胺A,加热至70~95℃,加入氯乙酸钠溶液,调节反应体系pH至7.5~8.5,3~4h加完后保温反应3.7~4.5h,减压蒸馏,得到聚酰胺B;
1.3.取N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,加入聚酰胺B混合,升温至90~97℃,加入对苯二酚、三乙胺,缓慢加入环氧有机物,在氮气保护下,升温至100~130℃,反应4~12h,得到环氧改性剂。

在上述技术方案中,首先将聚醚胺中的端氨基与二酸中的羧基反应,生成聚醚酰胺——聚酰胺A,所制表面涂层具有较好的弹性、韧性,并能够提高其耐高低温性能、耐磨性能和防水性能;并在反应过程中引入月桂酸咪唑啉中间体,将其与氯乙酸钠反应,得到季铵化产物——聚酰胺B;利于降低所制表面涂层在低湿条件下的比电阻,实现所制脚垫的抗静电性能;还能够提高所制表面涂层与皮革间的粘附性能;
将聚酰胺B与环氧有机物反应,得到最终的产物环氧改性剂;在反应的开始,环氧有机物中的环氧基团与羧基发生酯化反应;环氧有机物用量的增加,在三乙胺的促进下,生成的羟基与环氧基团发生醚化,上一步骤中产生的季铵化产物同样能够促进反应进程,加速环氧基团生成聚醚的过程,提高表面涂层的柔软性,改善皮革的摩擦状态,降低其摩擦系数,利于所制脚垫耐磨性能的提高;环氧有机物用量的增加,在上述促进剂作用下生成噁唑烷酮结构,使得所制表面涂层产生一定的抗菌性能。
利用环氧改性剂对聚氨酯进行改性,能够降低所制表面涂层的摩擦系数,在提高所制脚垫的抗静电性能的同时,提高其耐磨、耐水性能。
进一步的,所述超支化聚醚胺由以下工艺制得:
对原料除水;在干燥环境中,取三乙醇胺的四氢呋喃溶液,搅拌,加入NaH,升温至170℃,回流15min;搅拌,2h内滴加完2-氯乙胺盐酸盐的四氢呋喃溶液,搅拌反应;降至室温,导入饱和氯化钠水溶液中,分液,利用甲苯萃取水相,将萃取物合并至有机层,重复3次,利用无水硫酸镁除水,减压旋蒸除去甲苯,得到产物;将产物、ZIF-8的去离子水溶液混合,升温至50℃,搅拌,2h内加完氮丙啶的去离子水溶液,升温至70℃,搅拌反应9h,冷却至室温,搅拌,加入氢氧化钾,分离有机相,利用无水硫酸镁干燥,过滤,重复3次,减压蒸馏,得到超值化聚醚胺;
三乙醇胺、2-氯乙胺盐酸盐的摩尔比为1:5;产物、ZIF-8的质量比为12:1;产物、氮丙啶的摩尔比为1:10。
进一步的,所述月桂酸咪唑啉中间体由以下工艺制得:
取月桂酸、二乙烯三胺,月桂酸、二乙烯三胺的摩尔比为1:1.2;在氮气保护下,加热至72℃搅拌混合,以5℃/min的升温速率升温至160℃,反应2h;升温至205℃左右,反应4h;蒸馏出过量二乙烯三胺,冷却。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1.本发明的抗静电脚垫及其加工工艺,通过皮革、缓冲层、底布及皮革表面的导电线、表面涂层,形成脚垫,利用混纺有导电纤维的导电线,具有电晕放电和泄露作用,稳定性高,能够耗散摩擦产生的静电,再配合导电线形成的纹路将静电转移,防止静电的产生保护乘客健康安全;导电线用于消除静电的电晕放电和泄露作用。
2.本发明的抗静电脚垫及其加工工艺,通过聚醚胺中的端氨基与二酸中的羧基反应,生成聚醚酰胺,引入月桂酸咪唑啉中间体,与氯乙酸钠反应,得到季铵化产物,再与环氧有机物反应,得到最终的产物环氧改性剂,加入水性聚氨酯的制备体系中,得到涂料,涂布在皮革表面,形成表面涂层,能够在提高所制脚垫抗静电性能的同时,提高其耐磨性能。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
(1)环氧改性剂的制备:
1.1.取聚醚胺、二酸混合,搅拌,以50℃/h的升温速率,升温至207℃,抽真空至30Pa,反应2.8h;加入月桂酸咪唑啉中间体,继续反应6min;冷却,加入N-甲基吡咯烷酮混合,利用丙酮沉淀,过滤,利用丙酮洗涤,60℃干燥24h,得到聚酰胺A;
聚醚胺选择T-403;聚醚胺中伯氨基、二酸、月桂酸咪唑啉中间体的摩尔比为1:1.01:0.4;二酸选择戊二酸;
1.2.取N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,加入聚酰胺A,加热至70℃,加入氯乙酸钠溶液,调节反应体系pH至7.5,3h加完后保温反应3.7h,减压蒸馏,得到聚酰胺B;
月桂酸咪唑啉中间体、氯乙酸钠的摩尔比为1:2.0;氯乙酸钠溶液的质量浓度为16%;
1.3.取N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,加入聚酰胺B混合,升温至90℃,加入对苯二酚、三乙胺,缓慢加入环氧有机物,在氮气保护下,升温至100℃,反应4h,得到环氧改性剂;
二酸、环氧有机物的摩尔比为1:1.1;环氧有机物为2,2'-(1,5-戊烷二基)二环氧乙烷;
(2)表面涂层的制备:
取丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,加入聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丁酸混合,搅拌,升温至82℃,反应100min;加入1,4-丁二醇,反应55min,加入环氧改性剂,反应60min;加入三乙醇胺,搅拌分散均匀,保持800rpm转速搅拌,加入去离子水,得到涂料;
丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯、聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丁酸、1,4-丁二醇、环氧改性剂、三乙醇胺、去离子水的质量比为150:100:72:7.7:8:17:7:270;
涂布在皮革的表面,干燥,得到表面涂层;
(3)脚垫的制备:
在皮革表面缝合导电线,形成纹路;在底布上依次叠加缓冲层和皮革,胶粘复合,得到脚垫;
导电线是棉纤维与铜纤维混纺而成,棉纤维与铜纤维的质量比为0.5:1;导电线规格为0.5mm;缓冲层为软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,底布为针刺无纺布;皮革的厚度为2.0mm,缓冲层的厚度为5.0mm,底布的厚度为3.0mm,表面涂层的厚度为10μm。
实施例2
(1)环氧改性剂的制备:
1.1.取聚醚胺、二酸混合,搅拌,以60℃/h的升温速率,升温至210℃,抽真空至22Pa,反应3h;加入月桂酸咪唑啉中间体,继续反应75min;冷却,加入N-甲基吡咯烷酮混合,利用丙酮沉淀,过滤,利用丙酮洗涤,62℃干燥24h,得到聚酰胺A;
聚醚胺选择超支化聚醚胺;聚醚胺中伯氨基、二酸、月桂酸咪唑啉中间体的摩尔比为1:1.05:0.5;二酸选择月桂二酸;
1.2.取N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,加入聚酰胺A,加热至80℃,加入氯乙酸钠溶液,调节反应体系pH至8,3.5h加完后保温反应4h,减压蒸馏,得到聚酰胺B;
月桂酸咪唑啉中间体、氯乙酸钠的摩尔比为1:2.10;
氯乙酸钠溶液的质量浓度为17%;
1.3.取N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,加入聚酰胺B混合,升温至95℃,加入对苯二酚、三乙胺,缓慢加入环氧有机物,在氮气保护下,升温至115℃,反应8h,得到环氧改性剂;
二酸、环氧有机物的摩尔比为1:1.8;环氧有机物为2,2'-[亚甲基二(邻亚苯基氧基亚甲基)]二环氧乙烷;
(2)表面涂层的制备:
取丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,加入聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丁酸混合,搅拌,升温至85℃,反应140min;加入1,4-丁二醇,反应60min,加入环氧改性剂,反应68min;加入三乙醇胺,搅拌分散均匀,保持1000rpm转速搅拌,加入去离子水,得到涂料;
丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯、聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丁酸、1,4-丁二醇、环氧改性剂、三乙醇胺、去离子水的质量比为180:100:75:8.0:15:21:8:300;
涂布在皮革的表面,干燥,得到表面涂层;
(3)脚垫的制备:
在皮革表面缝合导电线,形成纹路;在底布上依次叠加缓冲层和皮革,胶粘复合,得到脚垫;
导电线由聚酰胺纤维与铜纤维混纺而成,聚酰胺纤维与铜纤维的质量比为1:1;导电线规格为0.8mm;缓冲层为软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,底布为针刺无纺布;
皮革的厚度为1.5mm,缓冲层的厚度为6.0mm,底布的厚度为2.0mm,表面涂层的厚度为15μm。
实施例3
(1)环氧改性剂的制备:
1.1.取聚醚胺、二酸混合,搅拌,以80℃/h的升温速率,升温至215℃,抽真空至30Pa,反应3.5h;加入月桂酸咪唑啉中间体,继续反应90min;冷却,加入N-甲基吡咯烷酮混合,利用丙酮沉淀,过滤,利用丙酮洗涤,65℃干燥24h,得到聚酰胺A;
聚醚胺选择D400;聚醚胺中伯氨基、二酸、月桂酸咪唑啉中间体的摩尔比为1:1.10:0.6;二酸选择对苯二甲酸;
1.2.取N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,加入聚酰胺A,加热至95℃,加入氯乙酸钠溶液,调节反应体系pH至8.5,4h加完后保温反应4.5h,减压蒸馏,得到聚酰胺B;
月桂酸咪唑啉中间体、氯乙酸钠的摩尔比为1:2.2;氯乙酸钠溶液的质量浓度为18%;
1.3.取N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,加入聚酰胺B混合,升温至97℃,加入对苯二酚、三乙胺,缓慢加入环氧有机物,在氮气保护下,升温至130℃,反应12h,得到环氧改性剂;
二酸、环氧有机物的摩尔比为1:2.5;
环氧有机物为1,2,6,7-二环氧庚烷、1,3-二[(环氧乙烷-2-基)甲基]苯中的两种混合,摩尔比为1:1;
(2)表面涂层的制备:
取丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,加入聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丁酸混合,搅拌,升温至90℃,反应180min;加入1,4-丁二醇,反应70min,加入环氧改性剂,反应72min;加入三乙醇胺,搅拌分散均匀,保持1200rpm转速搅拌,加入去离子水,得到涂料;
丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯、聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丁酸、1,4-丁二醇、环氧改性剂、三乙醇胺、去离子水的质量比为200:100:76:8.5:21:25:10:320;
涂布在皮革的表面,干燥,得到表面涂层;
(3)脚垫的制备:
在皮革表面缝合导电线,形成纹路;在底布上依次叠加缓冲层和皮革,胶粘复合,得到脚垫;
导电线由聚酯纤维与铜纤维混纺而成,聚酯纤维与铜纤维质量比为2:1;导电线规格为1.0mm;缓冲层为软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,底布为针刺无纺布;
皮革的厚度为1.0mm,缓冲层的厚度为8.0mm,底布的厚度为1.0mm,表面涂层的厚度为20μm。
对比例1
皮革表面未设置导电线。
其他工艺与实施例1相同,得到脚垫。
对比例2
(1)环氧改性剂的制备:

根据上表中的数据,可以清楚得到以下结论:
实施例1-3中得到的脚垫、对比例1-7中得到的脚垫形成对比,检测结果可知:
与对比例7相比,实施例1-3中得到的脚垫在干湿环境中均具有更低的表面电阻,这充分说明了本申请实现了对所制脚垫抗静电性能的提高;实施例2-3具有更低的滑动摩擦系数,可知本申请在提高抗静电性能的同时,提高了其耐磨性能;
与实施例1相比,对比例1-6中得到的脚垫均未添加导电线,且对比例2-6中得到的脚垫,其表面涂层的制备不同;但与对比例7相比,对比例1仍具有较低的滑动摩擦系数和干湿环境下更低的表面电阻;可知本申请通过对表面涂层组分及其工艺的设置,促进了所制脚垫耐磨性能、抗静电性能的同步改善。

1.一种抗静电脚垫,其特征在于:由上至下依次包括:皮革、缓冲层和底布,所述皮革表面设置有表面涂层;表面涂层涂布后的皮革表面缝合有导电线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电脚垫,其特征在于:所述表面涂层由以下组分制得:聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丁酸、1,4-丁二醇、环氧改性剂;所述环氧改性剂由以下组分制得:聚醚胺、二酸、月桂酸咪唑啉中间体、氯乙酸钠、环氧有机物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电脚垫,其特征在于:所述缓冲层为软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,所述底布为针刺无纺布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电脚垫,其特征在于:所述皮革的厚度为1.0~2.0mm,所述缓冲层的厚度为5.0~8.0mm,所述底布的厚度为1.0~3.0mm,所述表面涂层的厚度为10~20μm。
5.一种抗静电脚垫的加工工艺,其特征在于:包括以下工艺:
(1)环氧改性剂的制备:
取聚醚胺、二酸混合,升温反应,加入月桂酸咪唑啉中间体,继续反应;得到聚酰胺A;
将聚酰胺A与氯乙酸钠混合,升温反应,得到聚酰胺B;
将聚酰胺B与环氧有机物混合,升温反应,得到环氧改性剂;
(2)表面涂层的制备:
取聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丁酸与溶剂混合,升温反应,加入1,4-丁二醇、环氧改性剂,继续反应,加入三乙醇胺、去离子水,得到涂料;
涂布在皮革的表面,干燥,得到表面涂层;
(3)脚垫的制备:
在皮革表面缝合导电线,形成纹路;在底布上依次叠加缓冲层和皮革,胶粘复合,得到脚垫。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗静电脚垫的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述(1)包括以下工艺:
1.1.取聚醚胺、二酸混合,搅拌,以50~80℃/h的升温速率,升温至207~215℃,抽真空至15~30Pa,反应2.8~3.5h;加入月桂酸咪唑啉中间体,继续反应60~90min;冷却,加入N-甲基吡咯烷酮混合,利用丙酮沉淀,过滤,利用丙酮洗涤,60~65℃干燥24h,得到聚酰胺A;
1.2.取N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,加入聚酰胺A,加热至70~95℃,加入氯乙酸钠溶液,调节反应体系pH至7.5~8.5,3~4h加完后保温反应3.7~4.5h,减压蒸馏,得到聚酰胺B;
1.3.取N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,加入聚酰胺B混合,升温至90~97℃,加入对苯二酚、三乙胺,缓慢加入环氧有机物,在氮气保护下,升温至100~130℃,反应4~12h,得到环氧改性剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗静电脚垫的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述1.1.中聚醚胺选择T-403、D400、D230、超支化聚醚胺中的一种;所述醚胺中伯氨基、二酸、月桂酸咪唑啉中间体的摩尔比为1:(1.01~1.10):(0.4~0.6)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种抗静电脚垫的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述环氧有机物为2,2'-(1,5-戊烷二基)二环氧乙烷、1,2,6,7-二环氧庚烷、2,2'-[亚甲基二(邻亚苯基氧基亚甲基)]二环氧乙烷、1,3-二[(环氧乙烷-2-基)甲基]苯中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗静电脚垫的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述(2)包括以下工艺:取丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,加入聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丁酸混合,搅拌,升温至82~90℃,反应100~180min;加入1,4-丁二醇,反应55~70min,加入环氧改性剂,反应60~72min;加入三乙醇胺,搅拌分散均匀,保持800~1200rpm转速搅拌,加入去离子水,得到涂料;涂布在皮革的表面,干燥,得到表面涂层。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种抗静电脚垫的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯、聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丁酸、1,4-丁二醇、环氧改性剂、三乙醇胺、去离子水的质量比为(150~200):100:(72~76):(7.7~8.5):(8~21):(17~25):(7~10):(270~320)。
