Background
In processing a substrate such as a wafer for manufacturing a semiconductor or a panel for manufacturing various display devices, a panel for manufacturing a solar cell, or the like, it is known that protecting the substrate from a contaminant such as ambient moisture or oxygen and suspended matter in the air is a very important matter. Therefore, in the case of a substrate container used for storing and moving substrates, the substrate storage space therein is purged (pumping) with an inert gas such as N2 gas.
In addition, recently, the size of the substrate container is also increasing with the increase in the area of the substrate. In the field of manufacturing display devices, as various Flat panel display devices (Flat panel displays) such as Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs), Plasma Display Panels (PDPs), Organic Light Emitting Displays (OLEDs), and the like have been increased in area, a technology for a substrate container for handling large-area substrates such as storage and movement has been developed, and the following detailed description is made with reference to patent document 1(KR10-1330110B1), for example.
According to the above-mentioned patent document 1, since the substrate storage container is a container capable of storing only wafers of 200mm or 300mm, there is a limitation in the conventional art for increasing the size of wafers, and in actuality, it is necessary to develop a technology capable of storing a container capable of storing wafers of more than 300 mm.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a tray coupling structure of a panel receiving container according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a main body 100 having a space capable of accommodating one or more panels, side wall portions 110 disposed on both sides thereof, a tray 200 disposed on both sides thereof, and an opening on at least one side; and one or more trays 200 provided on the sidewall 110 and including a main body 201 on which a panel can be placed.
The main body 100 may have a structure in which a storage space for the tray 200 can be provided and the panel is stored in the tray 200, and may have a structure in which a door is separately provided at a place having one side opened, so that the inside of the main body 100 can be ensured to be airtight.
The Panel may be formed of any one selected from a Panel Level Package (PLP), a Printed Circuit Board (PCB), and glass, and the PLP Panel will be described as a reference in the present invention.
The main body 100 may be selected from any one of a 300mm panel and a 600mm panel, and is designed to store the 600mm panel inside the main body 100.
Such a main body 100 may be provided with side wall portions 110 capable of providing the tray 200 on both sides (both sides with the opened face as a reference).
As shown in fig. 3, at the side wall part 110, support members 130 may be provided at every predetermined pitch, and a gap may be formed between the support members 130 to form an insertion space 150 equipped with a space into which the tray 200 can be inserted.
In order to prevent sagging caused by setting the tray 200 for a long time, the support member 130 may be provided such that the length of the support member 130 is relatively large compared to the length forming the insertion space 150, but is not limited thereto.
The insertion space 150 may be formed to have the same length as the insertion member 270 so that the insertion member 270, which will be described later, can be inserted and fixed.
As shown in fig. 1, a "W" shaped main body 201 is formed on the tray 200 to store the panels, and a coupling structure fastened to the side wall 110 may be additionally formed on both sides of the tray.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the tray 200 may include: a side surface part 230 closely attached to the side wall part 110; a bottom part 210 provided to be perpendicular to the side part 230 and provided with a space in which the panel can be seated; a reinforcing member 250 formed at the corners of the side surface part 230 and the bottom part 210 and formed inside to prevent the tension of the tray 200 from being lowered even if the tray is installed in the main body 100 for a long time; and an insertion member 270 formed at the corners of the side surface part 230 and the bottom part 210, formed at the outside, and configured to be inserted into the side wall part 110.
The side surface part 230 is formed to be closely attached to the support member 130, and the side surface part 230 may be provided to be perpendicular to the insertion member 270 formed at the outside.
The bottom 210 may be provided with a space in which the panel can be seated, and may be formed with protrusions 211 at predetermined intervals to prevent sliding.
The reinforcing member 250 is formed between the side surface part 230 and the bottom part 210 and formed at the inner corner, and as shown in fig. 5, the protrusion 157 is configured to support the tray, and the tension of the tray 200 may be lowered as the panel is stored for a long time, and the reinforcing member 250 may be separately provided in order to prevent the lowering of the tension.
The reinforcing member 250 may be formed of a material different from that of the tray 200, but this is optional.
The insertion member 270 may be formed between the side surface part 230 and the bottom part 210, may be formed at an outer corner and at a position corresponding to a diagonal of the reinforcing member 250, and may be formed to be inserted into the insertion space 150 so that the tray 200 can be installed in the main body 100.
In addition, a coupling member 290 may be additionally provided to firmly couple the tray 200 to the main body 100.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the coupling member 290 may be provided inside the side wall part 110, may be closely provided with the opening, may be integrally formed with the tray 200, and may have a fastening groove 291 formed therein.
The coupling member 290 may have a screw thread formed inside the fastening groove 291, and may be configured such that the screw 300 can be inserted from the outside toward the inside of the body 100 and fastened.
In this case, a through hole 151 may be perforated in the side wall portion 110 located on the same line as the fastening groove 291 so that the screw 300 may be fastened to the fastening groove 291 of the coupling member 290.
In addition, a close contact portion 153 may be additionally provided on both sides with reference to the through hole 151, and the close contact portion 153 may be configured to be closely contacted to one surface of the coupling member 290.
In addition, the method can further comprise the following steps: the receiving portion 295 is formed at the lower portion of the coupling member 290 so as to protrude downward, and is formed to be in close contact with the side wall portion 110.
The seating portion 295 may be provided at a lower inside corner point of the insertion space 150 so that a predetermined gap may be formed between the coupling member 290 and the sidewall portion 110.
That is, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a structure capable of providing the tray 200 at both sides of the inside of the main body 100 may be provided, thereby having an effect of preventing a tension from being lowered even if it is provided for a long time when the tray 200 is provided at the inside of the main body 100.
