Abstract
本发明公开了一种阻燃导电布及其制备方法,所述阻燃导电布包括基材、以及涂布在基材两面上的涂料;所述涂料,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:主体树脂20‑40份、固化剂0.1‑10份、导电填料2‑20份、阻燃剂5‑25份、溶剂40‑70份、消泡剂0.05‑2份、流平剂0.05‑2份,所述基材为镀镍导电布,镀金导电布、镀炭导电布、铝箔纤维复合布中的任一种。本发明所述的阻燃导电布,同时具有极佳的导电性能和阻燃性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及导电布技术领域,具体是涉及到一种阻燃导电布及其制备方法。
背景技术
导电布是以纤维布(一般常用聚酯纤维布)为基材,经过前置处理后施以电镀金属镀层使其具有金属特性而成为导电纤维布,可分为:镀镍导电布,镀金导电布,镀炭导电布,铝箔纤维复合布。外观上有平纹和网格区分。导电布可用于从事电子,电磁等高辐射工作的专业屏蔽工作服,屏蔽室专用屏蔽布;IT行业屏蔽件专用布,当下流行触屏手套,防辐射窗帘等。
当前制备阻燃导电布一般有两种方法,第一种就是将具有阻燃性的物质加入到纺丝液中,采用纺丝的方式,制成阻燃无纺布,最后在基材上电镀金属镍,制成阻燃导电布;第二种采用后整理加工的技术,直接在现有导电布两面覆盖一层阻燃涂层。采用前者的方法所制备的阻燃导电布性能提高不明显,而且工艺复杂、流程长;而采用后者所制备的阻燃导电布,阻燃效果显著,但是不能保证导电布的导电性能。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种阻燃导电布及其制备方法,制备出的导电布同时具有极佳的导电性能和阻燃性能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种阻燃导电布,包括基材、以及涂布在基材两面上的涂料;
所述涂料,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:
所述基材为镀镍导电布,镀金导电布、镀炭导电布、铝箔纤维复合布中的任一种。
优选的,所述主体树脂为环氧树脂、羧基丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、聚酯树脂中的任一种或任几种。环氧树脂具有优良的物理机械和电绝缘性能、能与各种材料的进行粘接。
优选的,所述导电填料为石墨烯、导电碳纤维、镍粉、银包铜粉、镍包铜粉中的任一种或任几种。金属的镍粉\银包铜粉\镍包铜粉为优良的导电填料可赋予材料导电性,同时难以燃烧可提高材料的阻燃性;导电碳纤维是一种高导电性材料,还具有耐腐蚀、耐磨、耐高温、强度高、质轻等特点;石墨烯是一种以sp2杂化连接的碳原子紧密堆积成单层二维蜂窝状晶格结构的新材料,石墨烯具有优异的光学、电学、力学特性。导电填料在涂料中起导电性的主导作用。原理:导电填料在材料中相互接触连接成导电网络,电子在导电填料形成的导电网络中自由运动而导电。
优选的,所述固化剂为异氰酸酯类、有机酸、酸酐、芳香族多胺和脂肪族多胺中的任一种或任几种;本发明通过加入固化剂,可以使得主体树脂交联或加速主体树脂交联,增强主体树脂的粘着力、耐候性、保持力等性能。
优选的,所述阻燃剂为溴系阻燃剂、磷氮系阻燃剂、氮系阻燃剂、磷类阻燃剂中的任一种或任几种;例如氮磷化合物,遭遇高温或开始燃烧时分解成氮化物和含磷化合物,氮化物和含磷化合物本身难以燃烧,同时可以隔绝空气阻隔氧气避免燃烧继续进行,赋予材料阻燃性。
优选的,所述溶剂为丁酮、乙酯、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基乙酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基亚砜中的任一种或任几种;在本发明中溶剂挥发后,主体树脂和固化剂反应交联固化形成稳定的三维网络结构,该过程涂料体积会收缩,使金属镍粉导电填料之间的接触更加紧密,从而提高涂料的导电性;另外,主体树脂的固化使其热稳定性显著增强,有利提高主体树脂的阻燃性;
优选的,所述消泡剂为聚醚型、磷酸酯系中的任一种或两种;在本发明中,通过加入消泡剂,可以降低涂料的表面张力,防止泡沫形成或消除已形成的泡沫,改善涂料均匀性,提高涂料与底材的润湿性和涂料表面的平整性
优选的,所述流平剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚聚酯硅氧烷、烷基硅氧烷中的任一种或任几种;在本发明中,通过加入流平剂,可以降低涂料与底材之间的表面张力,使涂料与底材具有良好的润湿性,改进涂料流动性,提高涂层表面平整性。
同样的,本发明也提供了一种阻燃导电布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照涂料原料的重量份进行备料;
S2、将主体树脂分散在溶剂中,分散速度为500-800rpm,搅拌分散30-50min,得到树脂分散液;
S3、往步骤S2所得树脂分散液中加入导电填料、阻燃剂和分散剂,高速分散速度为1800-3000rpm,搅拌分散30-60min,得到分散均匀的混合物;
S4、往步骤S3所得混合物中加入固化剂,高速分散速度为1300-2000rpm,搅拌分散20-40min,得到分散均匀的混合物;
S5、往步骤S4所得混合物中加入消泡剂,分散速度为300-800rpm,搅拌分散20-30min,得到阻燃导电涂料;
S6、在基材一面上刮涂步骤S5制得的涂料,使其平铺在导电布上,固化后再在基材另一面上刮涂刮涂步骤S5制得的涂料;单面涂料厚度的涂层控制在5-20μm;
S7、刮涂完成的湿膜和基材放置在120-140℃的烘箱中烘烤10-30min。
优选的,所述单面涂料的涂层厚度控制在8-12μm。
本发明的有益效果是:
制备得到的阻燃导电布,表面电阻在0.08-0.12Ω/inch,阻燃等级达到VTM-0,具有极佳的导电性能和阻燃性能;同时导电布具有优良的粘著力和保持力。

实施例1
一种阻燃导电布,包括基材1、以及涂布在基材两面上的涂料2;
所述涂料,以重量份为单位,包括以下组分:
环氧树脂20份
异氰酸酯类固化剂(二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯)0.1份
石墨烯2份
溴化聚苯乙烯5份
丁酮40份
DF-750F聚醚消泡剂0.05份
聚二甲基硅氧烷0.05份
所述基材为镀镍导电布。
一种阻燃导电布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照涂料原料的重量份进行备料;
S2、将主体树脂分散在溶剂中,分散速度为500rpm,搅拌分散30min,得到树脂分散液;
S3、往步骤S2所得树脂分散液中加入导电填料、阻燃剂和分散剂,高速分散速度为1800rpm,搅拌分散30min,得到分散均匀的混合物;
S4、往步骤S3所得混合物中加入固化剂,高速分散速度为1300rpm,搅拌分散20min,得到分散均匀的混合物;
S5、往步骤S4所得混合物中加入消泡剂,分散速度为300rpm,搅拌分散20min,得到阻燃导电涂料;
S6、使用50#四方湿膜涂布器在网格镀镍导电布的一面上刮涂涂料,使其平铺在镀镍导电布上,固化后再在镀镍导电布的另一面上刮涂涂料;单面涂料厚度的涂层控制在5μm;
S7、刮涂完成的湿膜和镀镍导电布放置在120℃的烘箱中烘烤10min。
实施例2
一种阻燃导电布,包括基材1、以及涂布在基材两面上的涂料2;
所述涂料,以重量份为单位,包括以下组分:
羧基丙烯酸树脂40份
酚磺酸10份
导电碳纤维20份
磷酸酯25份
乙酯70份
DF-750F聚醚消泡剂2份
聚醚聚酯硅氧烷2份
所述基材为镀金导电布。
一种阻燃导电布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照涂料原料的重量份进行备料;
S2、将主体树脂分散在溶剂中,分散速度为800rpm,搅拌分散50min,得到树脂分散液;
S3、往步骤S2所得树脂分散液中加入导电填料、阻燃剂和分散剂,高速分散速度为3000rpm,搅拌分散60min,得到分散均匀的混合物;
S4、往步骤S3所得混合物中加入固化剂,高速分散速度为2000rpm,搅拌分散40min,得到分散均匀的混合物;
S5、往步骤S4所得混合物中加入消泡剂,分散速度为800rpm,搅拌分散30min,得到阻燃导电涂料;
S6、使用50#四方湿膜涂布器在镀金导电布的一面上刮涂涂料,使其平铺在镀金导电布上,固化后再在镀金导电布的另一面上刮涂涂料;单面涂料厚度的涂层控制在20μm;
S7、刮涂完成的湿膜和镀金导电布放置在140℃的烘箱中烘烤10-30min。
实施例3
一种阻燃导电布,包括基材1、以及涂布在基材两面上的涂料2;
所述涂料,以重量份为单位,包括以下组分:
聚氨酯树脂30份
乙酸酐5份
镍粉10份
三聚氰胺磷酸盐15份
N,N-二甲基甲酰胺550份
DF-750F聚醚消泡剂1份
BYK-333流平剂1份
所述基材为镀炭导电布。
一种阻燃导电布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照涂料原料的重量份进行备料;
S2、将主体树脂分散在溶剂中,分散速度为600rpm,搅拌分散40min,得到树脂分散液;
S3、往步骤S2所得树脂分散液中加入导电填料、阻燃剂和分散剂,高速分散速度为2500rpm,搅拌分散50min,得到分散均匀的混合物;
S4、往步骤S3所得混合物中加入固化剂,高速分散速度为1600rpm,搅拌分散30min,得到分散均匀的混合物;
S5、往步骤S4所得混合物中加入消泡剂,分散速度为500rpm,搅拌分散25min,得到阻燃导电涂料;
S6、使用50#四方湿膜涂布器在镀炭导电布的一面上刮涂涂料,使其平铺在铝箔纤维复合布上,固化后再在铝箔纤维复合布的另一面上刮涂涂料;单面涂料厚度的涂层控制在13μm;
S7、刮涂完成的湿膜和镀炭导电布放置在130℃的烘箱中烘烤10-30min。
实施例4
一种阻燃导电布,包括基材1、以及涂布在基材两面上的涂料2;
所述涂料,以重量份为单位,包括以下组分:
聚酯树脂21份
二氨基二苯基甲烷0.2份
银包铜粉3份
磷酸三甲苯酯6份
二甲基乙酰胺45份
磷酸三丁酯0.08份
聚二甲基硅氧烷0.03份、聚醚聚酯硅氧烷0.06份
所述基材为铝箔纤维复合布。
一种阻燃导电布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照涂料原料的重量份进行备料;
S2、将主体树脂分散在溶剂中,分散速度为550rpm,搅拌分散33min,得到树脂分散液;
S3、往步骤S2所得树脂分散液中加入导电填料、阻燃剂和分散剂,高速分散速度为1900rpm,搅拌分散33min,得到分散均匀的混合物;
S4、往步骤S3所得混合物中加入固化剂,高速分散速度为1400rpm,搅拌分散23min,得到分散均匀的混合物;
S5、往步骤S4所得混合物中加入消泡剂,分散速度为330rpm,搅拌分散23min,得到阻燃导电涂料;
S6、使用50#四方湿膜涂布器在铝箔纤维复合布的一面上刮涂涂料,使其平铺在铝箔纤维复合布上,固化后再在铝箔纤维复合布的另一面上刮涂涂料;单面涂料厚度的涂层控制在8μm;
S7、刮涂完成的湿膜和铝箔纤维复合布放置在125℃的烘箱中烘烤15min。
实施例5
一种阻燃导电布,包括基材1、以及涂布在基材两面上的涂料2;
所述涂料,以重量份为单位,包括以下组分:
环氧树脂19、羧基丙烯酸树脂19份
氨乙基哌嗪8份
镍包铜粉16份
溴化聚苯乙烯12、磷酸酯12份
N-甲基吡咯烷酮60份
磷酸三丁酯1份
聚二甲基硅氧烷0.06份、聚醚聚酯硅氧烷0.06份、BYK-333流平剂0.06份
所述基材为镀镍导电布。
一种阻燃导电布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照涂料原料的重量份进行备料;
S2、将主体树脂分散在溶剂中,分散速度为780rpm,搅拌分散48min,得到树脂分散液;
S3、往步骤S2所得树脂分散液中加入导电填料、阻燃剂和分散剂,高速分散速度为2800rpm,搅拌分散58min,得到分散均匀的混合物;
S4、往步骤S3所得混合物中加入固化剂,高速分散速度为1800rpm,搅拌分散38min,得到分散均匀的混合物;
S5、往步骤S4所得混合物中加入消泡剂,分散速度为750rpm,搅拌分散28min,得到阻燃导电涂料;
S6、使用50#四方湿膜涂布器在网格镀镍导电布的一面上刮涂涂料,使其平铺在镀镍导电布上,固化后再在镀镍导电布的另一面上刮涂涂料;单面涂料厚度的涂层控制在12μm;
S7、刮涂完成的湿膜和镀镍导电布放置在137℃的烘箱中烘烤27min。
实施例6
一种阻燃导电布,包括基材1、以及涂布在基材两面上的涂料2;
所述涂料,以重量份为单位,包括以下组分:
聚氨酯树脂11份、聚酯树脂11份
二氨基二苯基甲烷5份、氨乙基哌嗪5份
导电碳纤维1份、镍粉2份
磷酸酯12份、三聚氰胺磷酸盐13份
二甲基亚砜42份
磷酸三丁酯1.6份
聚醚聚酯硅氧烷0.05份、BYK-333流平剂0.01份
所述基材为镀金导电布。
一种阻燃导电布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照涂料原料的重量份进行备料;
S2、将主体树脂分散在溶剂中,分散速度为500rpm,搅拌分散50min,得到树脂分散液;
S3、往步骤S2所得树脂分散液中加入导电填料、阻燃剂和分散剂,高速分散速度为3000rpm,搅拌分散30min,得到分散均匀的混合物;
S4、往步骤S3所得混合物中加入固化剂,高速分散速度为1300rpm,搅拌分散40min,得到分散均匀的混合物;
S5、往步骤S4所得混合物中加入消泡剂,分散速度为30rpm,搅拌分散30min,得到阻燃导电涂料;
S6、使用50#四方湿膜涂布器在镀金导电布的一面上刮涂涂料,使其平铺在镀金导电布上,固化后再在镀金导电布的另一面上刮涂涂料;单面涂料厚度的涂层控制在11μm;
S7、刮涂完成的湿膜和镀金导电布放置在125℃的烘箱中烘烤29min。
对比例1
原料中未加入导电填料,其余条件和实施例3一致;
对比例2
原料中未加入阻燃剂,其余条件和实施例3一致;
对比例3
原料中未加入固化剂,其余条件和实施例3一致;
将实施例1-6以及对比例1-3制备得到的导电布,进行性能检测,结果汇总至表1:

从上表1可知,实施例1-实施例6得到的导电布,表面电阻为0.08-0.12Ω/inch,阻燃等级均达到VTM-0,因此制备得到的导电布,导电性能优异,且具有很好的阻燃效果;而在缺少导电填料后,导电布的导电性明显下降,比如对比例1导电性明显下降,导电达到146Ω/inch;而在缺少固化剂、消泡剂后,造成导电填料填充效果较差,使得制备出的导电布电阻变大(对比例2变为1.38Ω/inch,对比例3变为0.95Ω/inch);
在粘著力和保持力方面,实施例1-6制备得到的导电布,同样表现优秀,粘著力:1.3-1.5Kg/inch,保持力:1480-1535minute/Min;在缺少固化剂后,或造成涂层固化效果下降,使得粘著力、保持力性能降低。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实现方案,除此之外,本发明还可以其它方式实现,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下任何显而易见的替换均在本发明的保护范围之内。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃导电布,其特征在于,所述主体树脂为环氧树脂、羧基丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、聚酯树脂中的任一种或任几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃导电布,其特征在于,所述导电填料为石墨烯、导电碳纤维、镍粉、银包铜粉、镍包铜粉中的任一种或任几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃导电布,其特征在于,所述固化剂为异氰酸酯类、有机酸、酸酐、芳香族多胺和脂肪族多胺中的任一种或任几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃导电布,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为溴系阻燃剂、磷氮系阻燃剂、氮系阻燃剂、磷类阻燃剂中的任一种或任几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃导电布,其特征在于,所述溶剂为丁酮、乙酯、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基乙酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基亚砜中的任一种或任几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃导电布,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚醚型、磷酸酯系中的任一种或两种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃导电布,其特征在于,所述流平剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚聚酯硅氧烷、烷基硅氧烷中的任一种或任几种。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任一项所述的阻燃导电布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照涂料原料的重量份进行备料;
S2、将主体树脂分散在溶剂中,分散速度为500-800rpm,搅拌分散30-50min,得到树脂分散液;
S3、往步骤S2所得树脂分散液中加入导电填料、阻燃剂和分散剂,高速分散速度为1800-3000rpm,搅拌分散30-60min,得到分散均匀的混合物;
S4、往步骤S3所得混合物中加入固化剂,高速分散速度为1300-2000rpm,搅拌分散20-40min,得到分散均匀的混合物;
S5、往步骤S4所得混合物中加入消泡剂,分散速度为300-800rpm,搅拌分散20-30min,得到阻燃导电涂料;
S6、在基材一面上刮涂步骤S5制得的涂料,使其平铺在导电布上,固化后再在基材另一面上刮涂刮涂步骤S5制得的涂料;单面涂料厚度的涂层控制在5-20μm;
S7、刮涂完成的湿膜和基材放置在120-140℃的烘箱中烘烤10-30min。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种阻燃导电布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述单面涂料的涂层厚度控制在8-12μm。
