背景技术
长期以来人们低估了肠道在多种疾病发生发展过程中的重要地位,肠道不仅是营养物质消化吸收的主要场所,还是机体最大的免疫和内分泌器官,也是表面积最大的器官。同时,人体肠道是一个多元化和充满活力的微生物生态系统,是人体最大的细菌储存器官,约有10E12-10E14个共生菌,是人体细胞数量的10倍。肠道的主要功能包括:营养物质消化吸收、排便功能、免疫功能、屏障功能、肠道微生态等。
肠道功能异常是指各种因素通过损害肠道结构和调节机制,引起肠道的消化、吸收、排泄、屏障和分泌功能中的一种和多种功能异常。各种应激、膳食结构和进食习惯的改变、暴饮暴食、空气污染、肿瘤放化疗、慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)、溃疡性结肠炎、克罗恩病、慢性肾脏病(CKD)、艾滋病、手术/创伤、长期肠外营养支持等均可引起肠道功能异常。当肠道功能出现障碍或衰竭时会引起全身炎症反应及多脏器衰竭,因此有人把肠道屏障在疾病发生发展中的作用比喻为“发动机”,即一触而动全身。
便秘是肠道功能异常的一种常见病症,其发病率呈上升趋势,且随年龄增长而递增,发病率具有性别差异,女性高于男性。随着饮食结构改变、生活节奏加快和社会心理因素影响,便秘发病率呈递增趋势,其虽不直接导致死亡、危及生命,但对人体危害仍不可轻视,会造成痛苦、降低舒适度,己成为影响现代人生活质量的重要病症。长期便秘可引起痔疮、肛裂、心血管疾病等并发症。
目前,防治便秘的产品以药物(包括刺激性泻药、容积性泻药、膨胀性泻药、润滑性泻药等)、润肠通便中草药、膳食纤维等为主。药物和某些润肠通便中草药普遍存在一定的副作用,例如损伤肠道黏膜、影响肠道微生态环境、引起电解质紊乱、具有药物依赖性等,长期食用易使肠道进入恶性循环,引发其他肠道或健康问题,因此,不能长期使用。膳食纤维类产品虽作用缓和,但存在通便效果不显著、成分单一、易引腹胀等肠道不适。故此,我们提出了一种用于整体调理肠道与免疫健康的营养品。

1、本发明通过加入13种欧美进口菌种,并通过三层包埋技术,确保益生菌可以通过胃酸、胆汁、肠液的侵袭,活着到达大肠并定殖;
2、本发明通过加入7种益生元(可溶性膳食纤维)科学配比、协同作用,不仅避免了单种益生元的局限性,且可以最大程度地增殖各类益生菌、抑制有害菌,保持肠道菌群的多样性;
3、本发明通过加入中国台湾进口蔬果植物酵素粉,经过540天活菌深层发酵,发酵完全,营养素完整保留,酵素活性高;通过加入谷氨酰胺,具有对胃肠道粘膜进行修复的功效,通过加入美国杜邦进口盐酸甜菜碱,可以甲基化、降低降低心脑血管疾病的风险,且具有护肝功效,通过加入β- 胡萝卜素,具有抗氧化和护眼功效;

在本发明中,部分原料的功效如下:
菊粉:被肠道菌群分解后产生很多代谢产物,能够促进矿物质钙、镁、铁、锌等的吸收;
低聚果糖:是公认的典型益生元,也是一种水溶性膳食纤维。具有调节肠道菌群,增殖双歧杆菌,促进钙、镁、铁等的吸收,促进儿童生长,可阻止因缺乏雌性激素而引起的骨质丢失,减少肝脏毒素等功效;
水苏糖:是益生元家族的“王者”。唇形科水苏属植物中天然存在的,能显著促进人体肠道有益菌群增殖的功能性低聚糖,被誉为“天然超强双歧因子”,是益生元家族中的王者。能迅速改善人体消化道内环境,调节微生态菌群平衡;
抗性糊精:是一种水溶性膳食纤维,被人体肠道中的有益微生物利用,刺激益生菌生长、繁殖,抑制肠道有害微生物,为人体提供有益的调节物质,提高免疫系统和肠道功能。抗性糊精经过肠道有益菌发酵产生短链脂肪酸,产酸量较其他膳食纤维多,这些短链脂肪酸能够阻止癌细胞生长繁殖,预防直肠癌。另外,抗性糊精遇水膨胀增加粪便体积,促进肠道蠕动,预防便秘、痔疮等疾病;
谷氨酰胺:是谷胱甘肽的组成部分,有助于人类生长激素水平的提高,除了改善智力外,它还是免疫系统的重要燃料,可增强免疫系统的功能,是肠道粘膜细胞代谢必需营养物质,对维持肠道粘膜上皮结构的完整性起着十分重要的作用。

1.一种用于整体调理肠道与免疫健康的营养品,其特征在于:所述的营养品是由益生菌、益生元、蔬果植物酵素粉、谷氨酰胺、盐酸甜菜碱和β-胡萝卜素组合而成;
其中,所述益生菌有13中,具体为鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、乳双歧杆菌HN019、动物双歧杆菌BLC1、动物双歧杆菌Bi1、植物乳杆菌14D、鼠李糖乳杆菌SP1、鼠李糖乳杆菌CRL1505、鼠李糖乳杆菌LB21、罗伊氏乳杆菌LR92、短双歧杆菌Bbr8、嗜酸乳杆菌LA1、嗜酸乳杆菌LA3和植物乳杆菌;
所述益生元有7中,具体为菊粉、低聚异麦芽糖、抗性糊精、水苏糖、低聚木糖、低聚果糖和聚葡萄糖。
