本发明公开一种能够抑制有害菌的益生菌组合物,所述益生菌组合物由以下原料混合制成:膳食纤维55‑65%、果蔬酵素粉8‑15%、无水葡萄糖8‑15%、益生菌3‑4.5%、增味剂0.6%‑1.1%;其中,所述益生菌包括鼠李糖乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、干酪乳杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌中的一种或几种;本发明中鼠李糖乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌有利于促进肠道健康;保加利亚乳杆菌有利于有益菌生长;植物乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、干酪乳杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌有利于抑制有害菌的生长。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物技术领域,具体涉及一种能够抑制有害菌的益生菌组合物。
背景技术
益生菌是通过定殖在人体内,改变宿主某一部位菌群组成的一类对宿主有益的活性微生物。通过调节宿主黏膜与系统免疫功能或通过调节肠道内菌群平衡,促进营养吸收保持肠道健康的作用,从而产生有利于健康作用的单微生物或组成明确的混合微生物。
随着社会的发展,现代人工作压力逐渐增大,导致生活规律被打乱,营养摄入失调等多种现象发生,引起恶性肿瘤疾病、退行性疾病和代谢性疾病发生。随着人们对于健康要求的提高,人们对保健食品的要求不断增强,通过饮食控制疾病发生,达到防患于未然,是目前特殊功能保健食品的研究方向。采用益生菌作为原料,加工的保健食品具有明显的胃肠道保护功能。益生菌属于微生态调节剂,是一类能够促进人体胃肠道菌群结构改进、增强有益菌数量、减少致病菌的活菌制剂。食用益生菌制品可以有效维持胃肠道微生物菌群数量,对人体的生理功能正常运行起到维持作用,达到预防疾病发生的目的。

本发明的目的就在于解决上述问题,而提供一种能够抑制有害菌的益生菌组合物。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的,一种能够抑制有害菌的益生菌组合物,其特征在于,所述益生菌组合物由以下原料混合制成:
膳食纤维55-65%、果蔬酵素粉8-15%、无水葡萄糖8-15%、益生菌 3-4.5%、增味剂0.6%-1.1%;
其中,所述益生菌包括鼠李糖乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、干酪乳杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述调味剂包括甜味剂与酸味剂。
优选的,所述膳食纤维为不可溶性膳食纤维,由麦麸、麦片、全麦粉及糙米、燕麦全谷类食物、豆类、蔬菜、水果中的一种或几种制作而成。
优选的,所述果蔬酵素粉以新鲜蔬果为原料经活菌发酵制成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种能够抑制有害菌的益生菌组合物中添加有不可溶性纤维、果蔬酵素粉及益生菌;不可溶性纤维对人体的作用首先在于促进胃肠道蠕动,加快食物通过胃肠道,减少吸收,另外不可溶性纤维在大肠中吸收水分软化大便,可以起到防治便秘的作用;果蔬酵素粉,对肠道具有的调理与保养的作用,酵素进入人体后,能迅速被人体吸收和利用,对溃疡病还有抗炎作用;益生菌包括益生菌包括鼠李糖乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、干酪乳杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌中的一种或几种,其中,鼠李糖乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌有利于促进肠道健康,保加利亚乳杆菌有利于有益菌生长,所述植物乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、干酪乳杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌有利于抑制有害菌的生长。

所述调味剂包括甜味剂与酸味剂,其中所述甜味剂包括三氯蔗糖、甜菊糖、阿斯巴甜、白砂糖中的一种或几种,所述酸味剂包括柠檬酸、L-苹果酸、乳酸中的一种或几种。
所述膳食纤维为不可溶性膳食纤维,由麦麸、麦片、全麦粉及糙米、燕麦全谷类食物、豆类、蔬菜、水果中的一种或几种制作而成。
所述果蔬酵素粉以新鲜蔬果为原料经活菌发酵制成。

其中,所述益生菌包括鼠李糖乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、干酪乳杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌中的一种或几种。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够抑制有害菌的益生菌组合物,其特征在于:所述膳食纤维为不可溶性膳食纤维,由麦麸、麦片、全麦粉及糙米、燕麦全谷类食物、豆类、蔬菜、水果中的一种或几种制作而成。
